Downtrodden by his affiliation with the DC Madame, Lousianna Senator David Vitter faces an uphill battle in his re-election bid.

During an interview with The Daily Beast, Stormy says she would win in a debate against Vitter. And she thought of several slogans already including "Stormy Daniels, Screwing People Honestly."

Either this is another practical joke on the US media. Daniels sure have a high opinion of herself, is a media whore and is delusional.

Why would this make Daniels delusional? Given the stunted intelligence and moral bankruptcy of our current congress I would find Ms Daniels a welcome addition. While her career choice might offend the sensitivities of some sex-obessesed moral crusaders or the average conservative housewife, I believe her intelligence and no nonsense philosophy of unrestrained capitalism would be a breath of fresh air. Besides, I am still waiting on the proof that a housewife is somehow morally superior to an escort or prostitute. Both trade sexual favors for money or room and board, but at least one of them is honest about it.

Ilona Staller was a member of the Italian Parliament. But that’s Europe and many don’t care if you’re a former porn star. Here in the U.S. they do. Don’t even bother with comparing the morality hurdle because you will never win that one, intelligence or not. The fact of the matter is that this is cheap shot at David Vitter because his relations with the DC Madam. That is it. Until you can demonstrate otherwise (that this something serious for office) then it deserves to laughed off. Which it should be.

Seems to me that politics, valid issues or not, is nothing more than a series of one cheap shot after another. Why hold Ms Daniels to a different standard? Vitter’s relationship to the DC Madam SHOULD be an issue considering it is proof he is nothing more than a hypocrite and that is NO laughing matter.
