Kira Kener says no more NYC

Kira Kener writes- A lot of you knew I moved to NYC.I still kept my place in Cary, NC.

NYC didn’t turn out to be the right move.I love the city but I don’t ever see myself coming back again.Sorry to all my NYC fans.I’m heading back to Cary even though I’m still trying to recover.I’m going to drop stuff off in Cary and head to Atlanta for some much needed rest.

I need to clear my head and figure where I’m going in life.It seems I always make the wrong choices.Keep checking ebay for new stuff.I will be on a long much needed break to work things out in my head.Thanks to all of you that stood by me.

Kira recieved a very nice settlement from her lawsuit against VIVID..In accordance with the settlement she is not allowed to talk about it. Since then, two other “contract’ performers have also recieved confidential settlements even BEFORE they officially filed their suits. A very nice precedent indeed for future lawsuits.

Kiras suit claimed unsafe and unsanitary working conditions that led to her getting an std, and also misuse of her name on websites for which she was never compensated. But everyone knows the reason VIVID settled was because they knew their goose was cooked on the std. VIVID tried to say she was an independent contractor even thoug she had an exclusive contract. Vivid settled rather than getting a court ruling regarding the issues of std transmission onj porn sets. Many companies urged them to settle so as to avoid setting that precedent which would be disasterous to the industry.

Any girl with half a brain in this industry will save this “ace up their sleeve”.

I;m not going to name the other girls names because their settlements were also confidential, but I will say that they look very much alike.

There were also workers comp claims and fines for not having a written IIPP(injury illness and prevention program) which is required by OSHA.

I may be mistaken , but i believe that Marty Singer currently has 4 or 5 more suits in the works. And they are not all female performers.
