How did you get started in the industry?
I started dancing in Memphis. I kept seeing features come through and I decided that I wanted to do it too. I went out found an agent and started doing pageants and magazines. Touring is expensive so I decided to go the porn route. Here I am.
What’s been your most memorable scene so far?
I’ve had a number of memorable scenes for different reasons but the one that really sticks out as far as this time around would be the scene I did with Danny Mountain for Nica Noelle. As most people know, I actually enjoy anal sex. Danny’s call sheet from La Direct said that it was an anal scene which seemed a bit odd since Nica normally doesn’t shoot that, but we shot the anal stills anyway and I was super excited. Afterwards, someone brought it to Nicas attention, but she told us to go ahead and do it with adjusted rates for it. We had a blast and she swore she needed a shower afterwards because it was so hot.
What’s your favorite type of scenes to do?
For me it isn’t so much the sex acts I’m booked for as much as working with a person or persons that opens up enough to allow for some type of connection to happen during the scene. There really is nothing like two performers that click during their scene.
Do you have a favorite performer or director to work with?
Wow, there are so many. My all time favorite director is long gone, Antonio Passolini. I loved working with him, it was always going to be a crazy day. Jim Powers sets are like this weird circus side show where everyone gets naked…always a good time. As far as performers, I’ve yet to work with anyone that I have negative things to say.
Are you as sexy off camera, as on?
As anyone who goes to Porn Star Karaoke knows, I’ve no problem wearing a ball cap with jeans and no makeup anywhere BUT I also like to dress up and look cute for a special someone. And at home, I only wear clothes if I have to. I even fry bacon naked!
What do you do in your time off from working?
I have so many projects that I’m working on sometimes it feels like I’m always working. I typically spend around 8 hours or more in the gym a week, I like to enjoy time with family, friends. I like to travel.
KiKi, We all love our fans, do you have a favorite “encounter” with a fan?
Well, I have been around long enough that I get notes from people that grew up watching me all the time. I have also gotten to know some of my webcam fans pretty well and truly enjoy hearing about their lives, families. Jase, you are the best!
If you weren’t working in the adult industry, KiKi Daire, what would you be doing?
I do have a degree in world religion with a minor in classical studies so I’d probably be teaching university kids.
Have you ever been recognized in public?
Yes. I was followed through bed, bath, and beyond once…that was the most memorable in not necessarily a great way. Many other times though that were memorable in a great way.
What’s your new projects?
I’m currently working on getting tons of new content into my clips store, www.clips4sale.com/22109. I’ve partnered up with an amazing shooter to form a production company serving both adult and the mainstream. I’m also working on some things I can’t really talk about just yet.
Any advice for a new performer starting out in the industry?
Always say please, thank you. chances are the people you encounter on your way up will also be the ones you encounter on your way down.
