This morning I received an email from Paul Armstrong who is working on bringing a suit against Porn Wikileaks.com.
He has had a meeting with his lawyer about an action plan against Porn Wikileaks as this is a serious breech of privacy within the adult industry. Since his own safety isn’t in question and his own images/ID aren’t being posted on the side, the legal case is weak on his side.
What he needs is YOUR help to make the case against Porn Wikileaks strong.
He has already put up the retainer for the lawyer and is covering the legal cost. He’s not looking for a dime from the girls in the industry (though if the case goes nuts, he may need to seek aid, but he’s already but up quite a bit of money so it should be fine for a few months).
ALL models are welcome to get in on this legal suit against Porn Wikileaks. The more, the better.

What could they sue for and what would be the basis of it? There hasn’t been any confirmation that all of the data came from AIM and even if it did, it most likely came from someone who had a password to the database which could have been any one of hundreds maybe thousands of people and God knows how many people have who got a password from another producer in the industry. They have yet to post any medical records either and it is not illegal to post a porn star’s real name on the internet, some people still don’t get that.
As it has been pointed out once you know their name you can plug it into a search engine and it will come up with old addresses, family member names, etc… If you plug a name into google, a facebook or myspace page may come up which can provide further info.
So who do you sue?
Pornwikileaks? Google? Facebook? The 10000 virtual white pages search engines that have this info? AIM? The performer’s state and county treasurers office, court clerk for making a lot of this information available online?
Pornwikileaks is deplorable but no one seems to know the answers to these questions and no one seems to know what can be done about it, if anything at all.
I’m sure a lot of arms will have to be twisted to join in on this Donkey lawsuit (sarcasm)! Hee-Haw Hee-Haw!

What you seem to be missing completely is that Pornwikileaks is practising EXTORTION. They tell the talent “do XYZ” or we will expose you – or they tell them “do XYZ” to get your information removed from our site. It DOES NOT matter whether the information is true or not, where it comes from, how it was obtained or where it was obtained. They are using EXTORTION tactics pure and simple!
Two things you’ll find interesting, Cindy:
1. Donny of course practiced extortion and possibly blackmail even before PWL – he threatened to release performer names if certain agents didn’t take down websites, leave the business, etc.
2. The scumbags at Freeones posted the real names of thousands of performers on their website for at least a month before they were shamed into taking them down. Where did Freeones get those names? Did PWL acquire its list of names from the Freeones site? It is entirely possible.

Even if the information is true or actually incriminating, you can still be charged with blackmail if you threaten to reveal it unless the victim meets your demand.

Please note that for every article which goes over the truth as to what’s going on with this issue, there often seems to be an anonymous poster saying that “nothing can be done” and that “it’s no big deal – the info on PWL can be cross-referenced anywhere online”.
So not true (and from what I can assess the “non-porn” populace is picking up on the truth of this situation at lightening speed) – that site is practicing old school mafia/gang tactics (sloppily I might add) – extortion, intimidation, slander, racial/ethnic hate crimes, etc
Upon entering porn, I was under the impression that I would going to be dealing with individuals who think on a corporate level – not people who think they are actually in the mob (PWL sure is making mainstream society believe that the adult entertainment industry has been over-run by mafia types – give a big thanks to DL and everyone who assisted him – especially those who work in the legal realm of the porn industry for that).
There will definitely be solid cases filed against those found to be responsible for (and attached to) that site. The individuals who were targeted on that site who never have had any professional contact with the “porn world” who file these cases will win. Many performers who file against the parties involved with that site will find victory in court as well.
Ironically this entire situation has shed light on those in the industry who ARE in the know (meaning who has been behind this and who could have stepped forward and said something, but chose not to). I actually think that’s the scariest part for some people…Imagine actually KNOWING who is causing so much pain, anger and trouble not just for a few people but a WHOLE INDUSTRY but choosing not to say anything because it doesn’t immediately effect you – yet. Then imagine the truth coming out and hundreds of people KNOWING that YOU could have done something…that would be a HORRIBLE position to be in.
The spoken and written word are 2 of the most powerful manifestation techniques out there. Whoever regularly posts negativity on that site has been watching “The Secret” (or something of the like) and really believes that if you say something enough – eventually fiction will become fact. Sorry but that technique only works for people with clean souls and karma who know who they really are and what they really want. Not confused, lonely, angry and powerless losers.
I have a feeling that PWL will be doing some serious attempted backtracking soon – that is if they can manage to keep the crap they designed that they’re now a slave to online much longer…

While I see a lawsuit as a waste of time I guess it will be cathartic to sue, but kind of useless. Donny isnt going to jail long enough to be assraped, he’s like a porn cock roach, look at Margold, he’s still around, he’s not a felon but useless.
Margold is no less sociopathic, Larry. Bill has wished death on more people than anyone in porn I’ve ever known of. He’s the kind of suicide prevention counselor who would tell ya “Go ahead and do it”, but not before he insists on bragging about himself first, which would be enough to push a despondant person over the edge, anyway.
He has a hell of a libel case against him. The shit he says about Mark plus calling many people “whores” when they only got tested at AIM and never fucked on film is also a another strike against him.

But it’s a good thing she noticed and remembered we were parked in the Mickey section, which I didn’t know and never paid attention to, otherwise I would’ve had no idea when we got back 12 hours later (with aching feet) whether we parked in the Mickey, Minnie, Goofy or Donald Duck section!
