Real Name Leaks Came from AIM says Gawker

NL- I have no problem sourcing you Mike. I gave some of the mainstream reporters your name, lol.

( NL- I can hear Mike chuckling as he looks at this and saying "you smart ass!")

Looks like Gawker and several others got this story from MikeSouth.com

Porn Star HIV Test Database Leaked by Adrian Chen of http://ca.gawker.com/5787392

The patient database of the private health clinic that conducts STD tests for California’s porn industry has been breached, exposing test results and personal details about thousands of current and former porn performers, some of which have been published on a Wikileaks-style website.

Earlier this year, a website called Porn Wikileaks posted a list of what it claimed were the real names of more than 15,000 porn performers past and present, alongside their stage names and dates of birth. This essentially "outed" them to any passing Googler, which caused an uproar in the industry since many porn performers try to keep their real name secret, for obvious reasons. That 15,000 names were on the list was significant, especially considering only about 1,200-1,500 performers are currently working in California’s Porn Valley.

It turns out that many of the names came from a database belonging to the Adult Industry Medical Healthcare Foundation (AIM), which conducts the majority of STD tests for the porn industry. (Working straight performers get tested at least once every 28 days.) The porn gossip blogger Mike South first reported the breach after he was contacted by a number of porn performers who said the information posted about them on Porn Wikileaks must have come from AIM’s database. Their proof: They had only used the stage names that were posted on Porn Wikileaks once, when registering for testing at AIM.

One former porn performer we spoke to registered for an HIV test with AIM using a stage name he made up "off the top of my head" when he started in the industry eight years ago—and he never used it again. (He picked a new stage name when he appeared in his first adult video.) But the stage name he gave AIM recently appeared on Porn Wikileaks, linked to his real name. That stage name "was never used, it was never spoken anywhere else. It was written down one time and one time only and that was on the HIV form for AIM," he said. "Without a question [the leak] came from AIM."

Mark Spiegler, a well-known porn talent agent, said he also believed much of the information on Porn Wikileaks comes from AIM. "That’s the only place you’re going to find it," Spiegler said.

But why did this information start showing up on Porn Wikileaks? Members of Porn Wikileaks have made a sport of sorts out of violating porn performers’ privacy, often to avenge some personal slight. Many entries in their massive porn star wiki contain not just performers’ real names, but their addresses, family members’ information, copies of state identification—even Google Maps pictures of their homes. So far, no test results have been posted, probably to avoid violating patient privacy laws. But the forum contains numerous mentions of posting AIM data.

It’s unclear how the information was leaked to Porn Wikileaks, but access to the database is widespread in the porn industry. "Hundreds" of porn producers and directors can access the AIM database using a password and username through a web interface, said Mike South, the blogger. Said another porn insider: "Everyone who has at one point used AIM’s services for a production has access to that database, and I know that people in the past have given out the passwords unscrupulously."

AIM’s database is a crucial resource for porn producers and directors in Porn Valley, who use it to make sure their performers’ tests are up to date. "For our industry, [AIM] is a company that keeps us as safe as we possibly can be, disease-wise," said director Lee Roy Meyers.

But news of the breach will undoubtedly shake trust in AIM, which was founded 14 years ago by former porn actress Sharon Mitchell and has frequently been battered by controversy. Just last year, LA County health officials briefly shut down the clinic after it was discovered to be running without a proper license. Also last year, two former porn actresses sued AIM over the very STD test database that has been leaked, arguing it violated California patient privacy law.

When reached for comment, an anonymous Porn Wikileaks administrator didn’t confirm or deny that their information came from AIM:

We purposely encourage people to post as anonymously as possible using proxies and internet cafes when sending leaks so they can not be tracked and this leak came from a anonymous source that can not be tracked. It is possible some names came from AIM but with so many companies who knows. We would also guess that AIM’s database would have a lot more names than what we got but who knows.
When we called AIM’s Sherman Oaks headquarters, AIM spokeswoman Jennifer Miller was meeting with AIM’s lawyers about the leak.

  1. come on cindi gawker even sourced me as the originator of that story. Im the one said thats where the leaks came from and I offered evidence, Gawker and the LA Times and a bunch of others called me for their stories.

XBiz called me too…I told them to go fuck themselves.

  2. BTW my rule is use any or all of one of my posts BUT you HAVE to source me with a link.

Gawker and the LA Times complied, I expect you to as well.

  3. Let me assure you that performers’ real names, ID shots (where they hold up two pieces of ID for the camera, so the content is clearly visible) , and ALL other personal info such as SS #, address and phone number on the performer’s signed model release, is readily available for every single screener that is being sent out to the media for review. It’s the requirement set forth in 18 U.S.C. § 2257.

I don’t know why people in the industry think their personal info is so protected. Sadly, it is not.

  4. I am aware that it is, the story is not that performers real names are being posted. The story is where the info came from.

  5. Yes. Of course it is completely unacceptable that AIM is leaking ANY info about their patients. And it’s an important story.

I was just adding that the real names etc. are already out there, readily available – and, unfortunately, widespread.

This does not excuse AIM’s behavior.

  6. This is how those Donny Long assholes were able to put Monica Foster thru such a shitstorm of drama.

  7. Larry Horse says:

I check the site daily…if its up, half the time its down. Monica Foster stuff was uncalled for just because Lenny Dykstra ripped her off. The Christian stuff, well the stuff involving his family, especially his grandfather and brother was tasteless but I do see Chrissy as fair game otherwise, he brings that upon himself same goes for their other main target Derek Hay. There are leaks there from multiple sources, AIM would seem like one, age records from some companies another. The info on crossover performers is very interesting and kind of scary, too many, way too many.

  8. I still don’t see how any porn maker trying to keep his business going and making money can use crossover talent and NOT SEE he is fucking himself in the ass?

Crossover talent is similar to smoking a cigarette while you are standing at the self service pump filling your car up. Sooner or later its going to go BOOM!

  9. No one is “fair game” when it comes to the type of tactics that site attempts to use. I wasn’t only “attacked” due to the Dykstra issue, it is also because of my websites (gettingintoporn and monicaathome), my views on the industry, the info I’ve shared and the fact that I published a book.

That site attacking individuals is one thing, but linking the family members names, addresses, photos, etc to the individuals they dislike for whatever reason is wrong – especially being that they attempt to retain anonymity themselves.

If someone really believes the hate and “facts” that they’re spewing, they shouldn’t have a problem putting a face to their thoughts.

That site is just a playground for homophobes, racists and sexists. I’m glad the spotlight is turned their way now so we can get a look at who the hell they are.

  10. jeremysteele11 says:

I feel sorry for you Monica. First you got fucked by Lenny Dykstra, then by Donny Long, convicted felon/woman beater, who jumped to the conclusion that you must’ve been lying, in spite of Dykstras known history of bouncing checks (as found on wikipedia) and having become homeless a week before he fucked you over. This is like when Tara made up really fucked up shit about me because she actually believed Sophia, long after she clearly proved beyond any shadows of doubt to everyone else (even Darrah) that she’s mentally ill. There are some real mental cases and fucked up scum in and around porn, but I guess that is to be expected.

(Hey Cindi, do you know why this comment went to moderation?) NL- Yes you used the DL word

  11. @jeremysteele11 – thanks but don’t feel sorry for me. The whole situation helped me grow, mature and helped me realize I’m far stronger than I’d initially thought.

  12. jeremysteele11 says:

what if i used donnylong as one word, cindi, would that put it on moderation?

i see i just answered my question.

  13. chichiladouche says:

Perhaps they skirt around the legal issues by posting the legal name but not the medical information. It’s not illegal to out a pornstar even on the internet. Before they dumped the big group of names on their site, most of the names that were listed on that forum were easily found on the internet. Most of the information about their families is easily accessible through literally thousands of free search engines which pool from public records.

  14. VINCE,
AIM has been selling passwords to the database for years now to any producer, agent, or director in the industry.

Vince, are you saying that the ‘passwords’ are completely unacceptable.

LOL AIM has been “leaking” this information for YEARS.

Dont you think it is more likely that an employee of an agent, or producer, who has access to the company password would be doing this instead of an employee of AIM.

VINCE, what do you mean by AIM is leakng information about their patients? And what, if any(and there is none except industry GOSSIP), do you have to backup this ridiculous claim? Or are you just repeating what you ‘heard’ somewhere else,(ie GOSSIP)

And what about all those new companies that store your 2257 information, you know, the sites with all the stage names, real names, id numbers, and every company the performer worked for, or is it a better gossip story to blame AIM again?

  15. I bet nobody thought of this either.

Now AHF can just take get the stage names off the box cover, go to this site and get the real names and contact info of the performers, and provide more information to OSHA for their complaints.
And L.A. County Health can do the same thing and get the perfromers real names, and supeona SPECIFIC medical records instead of going on fishing expeditions. industry ‘talent agents.’And law enforcement can get the real names of the ‘escorts’ being booked by

What a tangled web we weave. Thanks Wiki, for the great service you are providing. I beleive what I described above is called “unintened consequences.” Good luck wiki guys, AIM has asked for ‘federal assistance’ to find out who you are. LOL Only in porn.

Funny that nobody has mentioned the things I just pointed out.

  16. That place is a cesspool of trolls, stalkers, and Creeps.

  17. I’m sure Sharon Mitchell would be very vocal in denying that her agency gave out everyone’s personal info! She was in this business for many years and knows what it means to the talent for this to happen.

Unless someone comes forward with evidence on who did it you can assume its just finger pointing and gossip.

  18. btw… joeidontknow whats gonna happen when some crazy fan or psycho uses that info to go and rape and murder his favorite porn star because he now knows where she lives?

No good can come of wikileaks outing all the talent.

  19. KARFMAN,
AIM has been giving out passwords to this information for YEARS now. Names, birthdates, and ID#’s, usually a drivers license number, or passport ID#.

ANd my thank you to WIKI was purely sarcastic. It is disgusting, and could lead to exactly what you predict. But it kind of leads me to this question, If you are so scared of these types of consequences, and are so ashamed of what you are doing that you dont even want your own family to know, then perhaps you shouldnt be doing things that will remain on the internet FOREVER.

Sharon Mitchell herself was viciously attacked by a stalker herself, almost killed in the attack. He followed her home from the club where she was working, forced his way into her house, and attacked her, but in the end, Sharon got the upper hand, knocked the mother fucker out cold, and he ended up behind bars. Dont fuck with Mitch!

NOBODY is more sensitive to this issue than SHARON MITCHELL, Like I have said many times before, I can be very critical of her, but I challenge anybody to walk a mile in HER shoes. And IF( and I dont beleive for one minute that anyone from AIM is directly or indirectly involved in this) it is shown tha anyone from AIM is involved, that person would have more to fear from Sharon Mitchell than from any law enforcement agency.

Of course NOTHING good can come from this. But to use this as an opportunity to once again blame AIM is just bullshit. Hundreds of people and companies have this information,,,hundreds!!

  20. Darrah Ford says:

Shut the fuck up Monica. You’re a desperate, pathetic, worthless piece of trash. Everything that forum did to you is because you deserve every bit of it and more so. What they did to your family is your own damn fault and you’re the one who brought it on. You went on that forum to promote your website that no one visits. You saw no problem with what they were doing to all the women on there until after ONLY they did to you that same thing.

Now word is getting back to me that you’re telling people the forum went after you because you speak up about the industry. LIES! They went after you because you wouldn’t give them Lenny Dykstra’s canceled check after he hired you as an escort. THAT’S when they turned on you. I speak up against the industry all the time and they never did much to me. XPT did far worse to me than anything that forum did.

You then start blackmailing me and threatening me if I don’t apologize to you. I never did a single thing to you bitch! I warned you about that forum and you never cared and still went on there, registered, and became an active member. You now think I’m Dave Pounder and put out his real name on your blog thinking it’s my real name. How can you bitch about your real name being out there when you then turn around and put out my “real” name?? You apologize to me BITCH!!

You then slithered like the snake you are and talked shit about me when a porn star came to me asking for help. She then wouldn’t talk to me anymore and blocked me on Twitter because of your LIES. You come in between me and someone asking me for help, you will GREATLY regret it and I will continue telling everyone what a piece of worthless TRASH you are and continue warning everyone to stay far away from you. People who actually know you have told me all the shit you’ve put them through. You complain how you have no friends but you’re brain dead to not understand it’s because of what YOU did to them.

If you weren’t such a desperate greedy bitch, nothing would have happened to you by that forum. You wanted to promote your website, you stood by and watched what they were doing to the women in this industry, you saw no problem with the racism on that forum, and you’re the one that allowed what they did to continue. I guarantee you love everything they’ve done because they’re giving you the attention you so desperately need. Now you go around with your lies trying to get sympathy from the people in this industry. You deserve everything you got and deserve far worse to come. Shut the fuck up, stop your bullshit lies, and take what’s coming to you. You have no one to blame but yourself.

  21. And AIMS database that producers have access too does not have stage names, addresses, or phone numbers, but it does have those pesky ID#’s, that can provide alot of information. But that would require these Wiki douchebags to get this infor from every DMV accross the nation, and I just dont think thats happeneing.

  22. My bad then. Based on that 4th paragraph it looked like you were cheering them asshats on. You are right… NO GOOD CAN COME FROM THIS!

  23. actually the aim databse DOES include info other than real name..it contains the performer name and it contains other info…just because it doesnt display that info in a query doesnt mean it isnt there pwl didnt spend all that time creating every one of those pages by hand they got a database dump.

Did they get info from aims database that would be yes, aim has even admitted thet they knew there was a breach…right before they denied it. LOL

This is my story, I put a LOT of work into getting the facts right .

There are far reaching implications here in all of this, what you are seeing now is the tip of the iceberg, but it will be what happens rather quietly after all the dust settles that will be interesting There is a lot of talk about a class action suit against aim for negligent handling of that info. There is also a likelihood that AIM broke both federal and state laws if they knew that they had been breached, Obligations that they STILL have now that they do know, assuming they didnt know even though they said they did.

    Typical AIM bumbling

  24. chichiladouche says:

AIM is claiming they were hacked. How can they call it hacking if it most likely came from someone that had a password that was given to them by AIM? Also, I didn’t see actual test results posted and no birthdates other then the ones posted on their forum which started back in the fall. Their mantra was anyone who did gay porn was HIV+ which was followed by a bunch of homophobic AIDS jokes but nothing as far as private medical information was posted.

That being said, is it really illegal to post a performers real name online? Immoral? Yes but illegal? People are getting upset because the volume of names is enormous but at the same time patient zetas name was posted on a number of industry blogs (including Mike South’s) and a number of performer and industry people’s twitter pages before he came out publicly with the information. Honestly I didn’t see much outrage or disgust that his name was put out there nor anything about criminal activity.

Also weren’t Desi and Elli Foxx’s personal AIM STD test results posted on a industry blog but taken down shortly afterward? Did AIM comment on this or launch an investigation into why this happened and who did it?

On the gay side of the industry, there was a performer who wrote of his experience working at a particular studio. The studio retaliated by issuing a press release with his legal and and stated that he was an escort. Were there any consequences for doing this? A few industry bloggers outed a gay porn star’s HIV status and nothing really came of it.

It sucks their real names are out, but what makes it any different from the blogs, webforums, and a number of IMDB webpages that include a porn performer’s birth name in their biography information? When the Charlie Sheen/Capri Anderson scandal hit, her real name was splashed all over TV and one of the NY papers tracked down her father and interviewed him.

Perhaps the saying “If you don’t want anyone to find out you do porn, then don’t do porn” REALLY needs to be emphasized to talent. Whether it’s on a website or from someone from your hometown that you knows you or knows blabs it, one way or another people do find out.

  25. Darrah Ford says:

I have a comment on comment 22. So everyone who has already commented will know, it’s further up. ^^

  26. @MIke,
All of that info posted is NOT on the AIM ‘database’.

If it was a dtatbase dump, as you speculate, it wasnt AIMS database. Can you explain how a database dump would include information that is not there, but also NOT include information that IS there?

Funny thing about any class action law suit. Anyone participating in thatsuit would be aksed by AIM’s attorneys if they themselves ever used the system themselves to chekcosmebody else’s results. A party that is guilty of violating somebody else’s privacy in the same forum may be barred from being a member of the ‘class’ claiming their rights were violated. They may also find themselves as a defendant if they testify that they themselves accessed the same information about somoebody else.

A performer who says “I used the database to look up other peoples results, but I am going to sue becuase someone looked at my results.” AINT gonna fly. AIM has been doing this for ten years, and every year someone talks about this mysterious class action suit that has NEVER happened yet.

When the Desi and Eli Fox case finally comes to trial the first question that is going to be asked is did YOU(esi and eli) use the same system to check the results of the people you workded with? An honest answer would make them as guilty as anybody else.

  27. Karmafan is right.

People can argue all they like that anyone can get info on any performer they want if they look hard enough, and yes, that wiki leaks site and any site that is launched hereafter that’s similar will probably use that argument to get away with everything that they can. However putting the info of an entire population (industry basically) of people (who MANY in our society see as expendable and deserving of “what they get” due to their non-traditional profession – just take a look at “Darrah”‘s psychotic stalker like comment towards me above) out there in one easy to access and use place shows very malicious intent. That site puts many people in immediate danger needlessly (that site is an extremist’s dream).

Since AIM feels that they are the victim of a crime, I really hope they are able to track down the criminals who wronged them (who most likely are connected to whoever runs that site), because this whole situation is going to most likely alter how the chips are going to fall when it comes to some major issues.

  28. @Chilidouche,
is it illegal to post someone’s name. Probably not. Is it illegal to access someones medical records without specific written consent from that person. ABSOLUTELY.

AIM gives out passwords. People use those passwords to access results. Does the AIM waiver cover their asses. I do not believe so. Is the contract that producers and directors sign when they pay for the password valid. I dont think so. If the contract is not valid then there are several violations on everybody’s part going on here.

One thing is for sure. Some lawyers are going to make some money, and mose of it will probably come out of PERFORMERS pockets. LOL Only in porn do the victims of the crime pay the lawyers to defend the law breakers.

  29. Does the new PRIVATE AIM still provide the test results done by the non profit AIM? As I have said many times before, why do five year old HIV results need to be on that website.

  30. Remembering i have never tested at AIM I rely on those who have and when you go to test at aim you give them your real name address city state zip and phone number, or so Im told, and it stands to reason, they have to be able to notify you if you come up positive.

we also know they store your results.

just because AIM’s covering their ass4es as fast as they can doesn’t mean that everything they say is true.

There is no way AIM could conclude anything from any “internal investigation” and nobody bother to ask HOW they planned to conduct this investigation because AVN and XBiz are either as dumb as the brain trust at AIM or they are helping AIM cover their ass….Now what sounds reasonable to you?

  31. You know the industry is in rapid decline when DL is getting the best of them. Seriously, can’t anyone do anything about this idiot? I’m sure a hitman in thailand is cheaper than a whore in America.

  32. @Fartz it might be entirely DL behind this site, but I’ve thought for a while it’s been more of a “team” endeavor and Mike South’s blog is starting to get to the bottom of it.

According to a little brief research I did, Brandi may be involved. I googled this guy’s name and DL’s together and it looks like there was discussion on xxxpt of DL and this guy working together on a forum which may have essentially been the beginning of the evolution of the crap that we’re looking at now.

    visit this link:
    http://www.xxxporntalk.com/ubbthreads/showflat.php?Cat=&Board=dvdtalk&Number=442938&page=22&view=collapsed&sb=5&o=&fpart=1

and check the comment by “redgoat” #442975 and begin reading from there. Back at that time apparently Brandi was Long’s “admin” on the forum then, so why not now?

Now if Brandi is a part of it, you need to look at quite a few people who were associated with KSEX and DL at that time – I’d suggest the LIB archives right here!

Someone who I thought I could trust who I just recently found out USED to work with DL shooting camera for him and probably could contact him right now (or at least knows his actual where abouts) chose to stay silent on this, so I’d have to say the “good ole boy” code is currently in effect.

  33. I think that there’s absolutely no question that Donny is heavily involved. If you’ve been lurking in various boards for the past ten years like I’ve been, you’ll see his M.O. all over that board. Donny’s not the type to sit back and just watch all kinds of posters mimick his catch-phrases and writing style, ultimately giving off the idea that it’s him behind it. Read the board. Everyone’s a trannyfuckerHIVcockwhore. Donny would have a fit if other people were tying him into this using his own M.O. Then there’s all the talk of Donny’s army and various posts from various “posters” praising his sucesses. That just screams ole’ delusional Donny who could never come to terms with his own failures. Donny claims that his website is used by all the big names to hire talent. If this is the case, then porn deserves to die an agonizing death. Quit giving money to people who are essentially your enemies, mainly Donny and Mansef.

I will seriously write off the entire industry and start beating off to UGC alone, if porn allows a pathetic, childish, failed performer/director/studio manager/boat-fixer to get the best of them. Same goes for the the false prophet who douches with holy water.

Quit snorting lines with Kacey Jordan at your stupid fucking parody release parties and start standing up for your own industry for christ fucking sakes.

  35. Some good could come out of this.

All those addresses and date of births could result in the porn stars getting more birthday cards.

Grocery and retail stores could use the pornwikileaks personal info to mail out coupons. Im sure pornstars would like extra double coupons when they go to Ralphs.

    Why’s everybody so negative?

  44. Mike,
You keep using that term ‘BREACH’. YOU KNOW FULL WELL that AIM has been dishing out passwords for YEARS. L.A. County Health, HIPPA and the California Attorney General have also known for YEARS about the passwords, and they have NEVER taken any action. Of course AIM has the contact information for their patients, just not in the database that is accessible with the password. SHaron Mitchell has testified before State and Local government bodies, and OSHA, and talked about the passwords, and no action has ever been taken.

And just because Mike is looking for every reason, real or IMAGINED to blame AIM, doesnt mean its true.

If somone misused the password it is ultimately AIMS fault, but the criminal behavior is that of the password abuser.

As I have said to Mike many times before, Just becuase YOU dont know whats going on or what actions are being taken, doesnt mean that those actions are not being taken.

And for the record I cant understand why AIM keeps using the word BREECH too. Nobody BREECHED AIMs database, they got it for a donation, unless they mean ‘misused’ instead of breeched. I see a ‘clarification’ coming from AIM on this one.

IF someone misused their password they committed some major FELONIES and I doubt AIM would be commenting on any investigation that would certainly be taking place right now. But of course the usual AIM detractors will interpet their silence as some type of ‘proof’ of a cover up. You cant say that the imaginations arent running wild on this one. Its Luke Ford, its Donny Long, its AIM, its the man on the moon, it Jimmmy Hoffa,

  45. Ok Joe Pay attention….some of the data has been PROVEN to come from aim so that means their databasse was breached (not breeched a breech is the lower part of an abdomen)

I worked at NASA for years right there in Kennedy Space Center one of my specialties was an emerging technology called relational database design, when someone violates the security of a database it is called a breach.

yes aim has culpability and they may indeed find themselves in court for being negligent in their handling and securing of that data, that will depend on if anyone wants to sue them…now that they are privately owned that could be HUGELY lucrative.

I even privately provided AIM with information on how to find the breach given that they dont do transaction logging and none of the data was encrypted. If you understand databases and how they work you can still get a little information from them.

I know whats going on Joe…Maybe not in your head, but certainly in this situation.

  46. jeremysteele11 says:

    What’s a “asl?” pete?

  47. MIKE,

By PROVEN do you mean an anonymous source saying the one time name he used came from AIM? If not, what is the PROOF you speak of.

ANY information that AIM has is also in the file of every single 2257 document ever prepared by any company the person worked for.

Mike, can you tell us any infomation that AIM has exclusively that is not available in any 2257 document package.

Mike, youve been singing the same song for ten years now. AIM is going to get sued for this and sued for that, and now you talk about this imaginary class action suit. I predict there will be an earthquake in California sometime in the next ten years.

The information from AIMs database, names, birthdates, and id#’s can certainly be used to gather ALOT of other information about people. Perhaps performers should not knowingly sign waivers to put that information out there to anybody with a password. And thos people in that imaginary class action suit you have mentioned will be asked, “Did you use that same system to look up(VIOLATE) the privacy of others? These lawsuits are judged by juries. When a jury hears that every member of the ‘class’ also violated the privacy of the other class members, well any REASONALBE person will certainly take that into account.

ANd again, What is this PROOF youre talking about, the anonymous source of yours? If not please enlighten all of us.

Mike, wasnt it the Temptations who sang “Same old Song?”

  48. Mike, have you turned this PROOF over to anyone, HIPPA, FBI, AIM?

If you have PROOF of these felonies isnt it your civic duty to protect these thousands of victims?

  49. Mike, have you turned this PROOF over to anyone, HIPPA, FBI, AIM?

If you have PROOF of these felonies isnt it your civic duty to protect these thousands of victims?

  50. MIKE,

By PROVEN do you mean an anonymous source saying the one time name he used came from AIM? If not, what is the PROOF you speak of.

Yes, matter of fact I have. Even AIM doesn’t deny that the database was breached.

ANY information that AIM has is also in the file of every single 2257 document ever prepared by any company the person worked for.

Simply not so 2257 documents vary widely but not one has medical information on it.

Mike, can you tell us any infomation that AIM has exclusively that is not available in any 2257 document package.

Yes test results and names and info on performers who tested then never performed, thats how we knew aim was a source of the info.

Mike, youve been singing the same song for ten years now. AIM is going to get sued for this and sued for that, and now you talk about this imaginary class action suit. I predict there will be an earthquake in California sometime in the next ten years.

AIM may or may not get sued for this, depends on if anyone sues them, they are without question vulnerable to a suit and proving negligence wouldn’t be hard IMO.

The information from AIMs database, names, birthdates, and id#’s can certainly be used to gather ALOT of other information about people. There are accepted practices for database designs that contain certain types of information, AIM complied with none of them. I have helped AIM personally, giving them some things to do that could determine when the breach happened. I was thanked.

ANd again, What is this PROOF youre talking about, the anonymous source of yours? If not please enlighten all of us.

Beyond what has already been written I am not at liberty to discuss it.

Mike, wasnt it the Temptations who sang “Same old Song?”

Yes and it was Pinkard and Bowden that sang Delta Dog? What’s your point?

  51. Mikeee,
AIMS statement speaks for itself. They are ivestigating the possiblility that their system was breached. SInce they hand out passwords I dont quite know what they mean by breached. Everyone with a password, and all their employees have unfettered access.

You may allude to this PROOF you claim to have, but are not at liberty to discuss it. Yeah right, and I am not at liberty to discuss what I know about the Kennedy assasination. YOU mention that you have this proof on a public blog, but you cant discuss it. LOL….What is stopping you from discussing it, possibly the fact that it doesnt exist, just like the class action lawsuit you “heard’ was being considered. LOL

AIMs database was NEVER meant to be confidential. It was meant to be accessed by many people in order to verify results, unfortunately someone may have violated that trust that should have ocme with the password, but then again, if you trust anyone in the porn industry you get what you deserve.

AIMs database is BREACHED every single time someone logged on with their password for the last ten years, whats your point?

Negligence, like signing a waiver to put your hiv results on a website that porn producers get access too? With your real name, birthdate, and id#.

If they enrypted the information in the database, how would someone verify what is their when they log in with their password? The whole idea of the database of results is to be able to accurately and definitively verify a persons HIV test results. This database was NEVER meant to be confidential, exactly the opposite as a matter of fact.
