I spoke this morning with my source on Monday’s Playboy paycheck story. Without any interrogation, Playboy decided it was him that had leaked the story, and fired him on Tuesday night.
Our source confirmed that Playboy is still more than 30 days delinquent on at least a dozen employee paychecks. California state law requires restitution of bounced paychecks within a 30 day window. Those dozen or more employees are well within their rights to file suit against Playboy Entertainment Group.
When our source confronted his supervisor about the matter, he was simply told, "I can’t talk to you about this."
Playboy brass knows they have opened themselves up to a lawsuit with this firing.
Several female performers are also owed overdue checks from Playboy. I’ve been told several girls at Shy Love’s agency are waiting checks for as much as $1700.

Adult.com and Club Jenna, wow there’s money well spent. One site that is the hardest to use ever and another who centerpiece just retired. Maybe they should add some more pictorials into the magazine. Hef and his daughter should retire and let someone else run the company. Also might help if they kick some of those lame celebrities out of the parties they hold. I just love seeing where Coolio, Fred Durst, Seth Green, Gene and Shannon, Fred Dryer, Vince Neil, David Faustino and other B level celebrities hang out. Just remember, pretty soon Hef’s youngest sons will be hanging at the Mansion. Who’ll be the first Playmate to bang one of those kids and also bang the cryptkeeper too. Oh, I forgot Verne Troyer, he’s always there too.
Playboy didn’t pay for a booth at the AVN convention for Club Jenna because they refused to spend anymore money on it until they see something back from all the money they spent on it. It’s been nothing but a disappointment for Playboy. They’ve gotten nothing back from their investment. Club Jenna let go of all of their contract girls. And they only released about five movies last year.

He never denied to them that he was my source. He just takes the position that he was functioning as a whistleblower to shed light on illegal behavior by his employer.
I hope the source, for his own sake, had the good sense to obtain legal counsel before taking this step. There are attorneys who specialize in representing whistleblowers.
