Comment function restored, minimal causalities sustained.

Had some residual database issues after the "troubles" yesterday.  I was able to find and repair the corrupted database tables and everything should be ticking along fine now.

Any comments you submitted from Monday to This morning were probably lost as the database wasn’t storing anything correctly.
