Spanish papers are reporting that they are still holding Pablo Lapiedra in jail. They have not allowed him to be releaed on bail as he is a flight risk. Columbia has requested his extradition to their country and they have three months to get the paper work in order. Barring something unusual, Lapiedra will be sent to Columbia under charges of prostitution & putting underage girls in pornographic movies. The sentence for this in Columbia is 8-12 years.
LukeFord.com reported that Leyla Black, girlfriend of Lapoiedra was talking on twitter. So I asked a Leyla if Lupe was in jail and she said-
"i dont want to talk about it,but she was in search and arrest before,i dont understand the surprise that is in prison."
I think that is a yes.
