CeCe Stone, Charley Chase, Claire Dames, & Elizabeth Starr all celebrate their respective birthday’s, August 13th @ the Aqua Lounge in Beverly Hills!!! Looks to me like everyone was partying BEFORE they had their pictures taken. Gotta say this is the closest to the COD we have come in a long time, and not because of the photographer of course, but because of his wacky subjects…
