Tito & his Lawyer have stated in a press conference that Jenna had an addiction to oxycodone for a year and had been to rehab.
To prove Jenna was telling the truth when she said she wasn’t taking any drugs, and didn’t have an addiction problem, she took a drug test and passed it. The test showed there were no drugs in her system.
Jenna says Tito didn’t beat her, if he had beat her she would be dead. That it was more of an altercation. Jenna also says has talked to Tito on the phone and it was good to hear him.
I think they will work this whole thing out, but we have to wait and see…
