If you haven’t noticed there are two new tabs on the top of the page.

LIB BANNERS would be where you go, get a LIB banner and put it on your site. 

FAVORITE LINKS would be where I put your banner after you write me an e-mail sending me the link to that banner you put up to LIB

If you don’t have a banner i will make you one

If you want to send one, it has to be PG and not flash, the plainer the better

I can’t link to your myspace page

If you have an adult site it has to have a enter/exit opening page with the legal mumbo jumbo
