PORTLAND, Ore. – Former Vivid Girl Janine Lindemulder faces up to a year in prison and a $100,000 fine after pleading guilty to federal tax evasion charges Friday in U.S. District Court in Eugene.
Assistant U.S. Attorney Karin Immergut said Friday that Janine failed to pay more than $200,000 in taxes she owed to the IRS.

As part of her plea agreement, the 39-year-old AVN Hall of Fame actress admitted making a down payment on a $647,000 house and buying two new vehicles despite her knowledge of the IRS debt. She will be required to pay all back taxes.
Sentencing has been set for October 24.
