I am guessing this was a combination cash and stock deal. Joone and Robby D. will likely be kept on as DP’s contract directors. Joone probably owns a significant bit of stock in PHE Inc. (Adam & Eve’s parent company).
Will this make DP’s longtime publicist Adella O’Neal expendable? Adam & Eve trimmed back their publicity team a few months back, and likely would not be adding to the roster.
It would appear this could be a joke. The link Mike posted on his site is bogus. I imagine this fake news story is in celebration of April Fool’s Day.
