"Armed with a camcorder and a litany of nonsequitars, General Silvera prowls the body-strewn landscape of sensuality with his unique gonzo vision. At a bombed-out building that looks like the Tet offensive post-game party, Drill Sergeant Byron comes across a pair of post-pubescent Privates, where he commands a public snap inspection which leads to some basic bootie camping.
