At that time had only been testing by Eliza, apparently in September (I have not seen a copy). She apparently had three partners during that time, one of which is her husband. The next is a talent member who has cleared out by PCR DNA three times since, and the third is Ashley Heart who has been contacted for testing ASAP. Ashley Heart's last test, negative, was 9/9/99.

Sharon: "We applaud Ed Powers who insisted that Miss Lae be tested at CES before he planned to work with her."

Luke: "Oh, so she tested at CES. You probably drew her blood?"

Sharon: "Yes."

Sharon: "Ed Powers knows how to use PCR DNA screening to his advantage. May I suggest that others take heed. In this event, AIM Healthcare must look into the big picture to protect the nationwide industry that is growing every day. I can assure you that we have medical and legal professionals working on a national affiliation to be accredited draw sites [blood testing] for AIM nationwide. Sharon: "I think that says it all. There was a policy that was under attack and was rescinded a while back and had that policy been in place, I believe that we would not be having this situation right now. So I am going to do my damndest..."

Sharon: "Because if they would've been able to mail in during the East Coast Video Show, we would not be having potential exposure right now. That's my feeling. No one cares, nor do they want to be reminded, that in a bid to keep porn legal the FSC promises legislators that a strict policy of monthly or more frequent testing will be done on all performers, and that one of the main reasons AIM was founded was to track and maintain a database of tests so as to prevent so much time from elapsing between tests (4 months in this case). I saw a quote by Maggie Knowles blaming the producers and mentioning Sharon's efforts to force the companies to comply. What Maggie should be doing is blaming the few performers who act responsibly, and trying to force them to comply - it's their health that they themselves are putting at risk. It is they themselves that appear to be willing to work with someone whose test is three months old.

Let me close with this: Greg Zeboray Insurance Services is the leading insurance provider to the industry, but we are from the "official" insurance agency to porn. The same holds true for AIM - they are not the "official" testing center. Don't fall into this trap of believing AIM can protect you - they can't! Only you can protect yourself. Get tested at the facility of your choice, and demand that your coworkers maintain a current test. Look at their test, and if you are not satisfied, decline the scene. Being temporarily broke is much easier to deal with than an HIV infection.

At 2PM, Zeboray added this: "I just recovered from the shock of Sharon's comments on GeneRoss.com, and I have to respond. Among her comments is acknowledgment that blood drawn at CES was held for 5 to 7 days before testing. Greg was reacting to these comments by Santino Lee on GeneRoss.com: "I picked Niki Lae up around 12 noon at LAX when she came into town last week. We immediately went to AIM because she was supposed to pick up her test that Sharon did with her in Vegas. We get there and Sharon's looking for the test. The next thing you know we found out that the test wasn't run until the 12th. She took the blood on the 6th. They didn't do anything with it for a whole week. They said it didn't count because it was indeterminate, that they waited too long, seven days, to test the blood. Did you get that story? It came back indeterminate. She said you're going to have to re-test. But seven days? That's ridiculous. Why didn't they page Niki and tell her what was going on?"

County Health Department...or considering the roadblock likely to run into there...going over their heads to the State Health Dept. in Sacramento?. Has anyone looked into "Dr." York's *true* medical credentials?. I ask because I think his real name is Dr. Nick. Sharon Mitchell showed a lack of concern for health before the "pre-medicating". Not only in the blood drawing and lackadaisical testing, but in pimping for her "implant innovators" that are actually ENTs (interestingly, one of these hacks was on a L.A. newscast doing laser blemish removal "live" on air...there he was labelled a facial expert. Amazing guy, he's an outstanding ENT, "breast implant innovator" AND a facial expert).

Why is everyone around porn so reluctant to file formal complaints? File a complaint with the County Health Dept., with the State Health Dept., contact the State Medical Board about York, Cheski and Mitchell's "amazing" ENT boob surgeon. Truly look into these people.

------If Bill Margold is so truly against boob jobs as he claims...then why are the predominant signers at the FSC booth women with basketball sized implants?. Year in, year out. Just wondering.

The page reads: Please use this page to report a problem, make a suggestion, or to notify us about activities that may be of public health concern (this may include things like public nuisance animals or a sanitation problem with a restaurant you visited). Please indicate how you would like to be contacted. Someone will address your concern as soon as possible.

Anonymous reports are also accepted. Most of us are just bystanders, watching events unfold on Luke F-rd's website for which all the facts may not be presented, although Sharon Mitchell herself said that the premedicated girls were neither seen by Dr. York, nor was Dr. York present. If what we see and hear causes us significant concern, I think we should demonstrate our concern through queries to the DHS and not all this bickering back and forth. Let the people who are supposed to handle it handle it. They can't get involved if they don't know.

The premedication issue aside, it is a public health threat to have so many people working with old tests when the industry claims that 30-day tests are "required." If AIM, et al, has indeed gone over the heads of the County DHS to the state, perhaps the county can reassert control over their jurisdiction if proof is provided that the state is not behaving in the interest of public health through their many and potentially dangerous allowances to AIM. Whatever the claims and counter claims are, nothing will be accomplished without a bunch of people saying they think there is a problem here.
