Missy Monroe (missymonroexxx AT yahoo.com), born in 1984, calls me Sunday at 10:14 am. She says she's been up since 8 am but she sounds sleepy.

I begin: When you were a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up?"

Missy: "An actress."

What did your family want you to be?

"Like a doctor. Something that people will look at and respect."

What work did your parents do?

"My mom worked in a hospital. She does heart monitoring in ICU. My dad was a bad boy. He was a truck driver and a paramedic and he didn't work for a long time and he was all screwed up. Now he's out in Florida doing something. In the Army or something."

Was he around?

"Not after I was 12."

Do you think that if he had been around you had had a good relationship with him, you would've ever done porn.

"Good question. Maybe if I had had more parental supervision and I wasn't f---ing at 12 years old. But my mom worked graveyard shift since I was 12. I had all the time in the world to do whatever I wanted."

Were you getting into trouble?

"All the time. In eighth grade, I was voted most famous flirt. I was always bad. I was hanging out with the older boys. Just being naughty all round. I grew up in Las Vegas. Sin City."

Were you doing drugs?

"I used to. By the time I graduated high school at age 17, I'd slept with 150 guys. But I never had an STD until I got into porn [chlamydia]. You get f---ed up a lot when you are out there. I usually didn't do anything with the guys at school...but with guys over 18. I came on to most of them. I went to a lot of college parties. I had a 34D bra in sixth grade [still her bra size]. My mom's a DDD."

Aside from football players, what kind of crowd did you hang out with in high school?

"The gothic crowd. They dressed in black and wore spikes on their arms. I was the little blonde running around in designer clothes."

Cindy Crawford the porn star was a senior when Missy was a freshman.

"I was an all right student. I graduated. My GPA was 3.3 [same as mine]."

Did you take the SATs?

"No. I took the test to go into the army. Then the war started and I thought, never mind."

Have you traveled outside the United States?

"I've got a passport but I haven't gone yet. I was supposed to go to Europe with Elegant Angel. Two days before, we talked about money. I make $12,000 more a month than they wanted to give me. I decided it was in my best interest not to go.

"Then they took Tiana Lynn in place of me."

"So she can work out there without them knowing. But I let Steve Holmes know, because he was out there at the time. I told him not to let her work without condoms."

How did you get into porn?

"I grew up in Las Vegas. I was doing topless dancing at Cheetahs. They changed it so you had to be 21 because they served alcohol. I didn't want to do all-nude dancing. Because most of the girls who do that actually ---- the dudes [in the club in the cubicles].

"I looked in the Las Vegas Weekly. Nude photoshoot for $600. So I did that [in April 2003]. They referred me to an agent and they flew me out to LA.

"My boyfriend didn't know I was doing it. Typical porn chick."

She laughs.

How did your boyfriend find out?

"I guess he kinda was like at a newsstand and he picked up a magazine and I was on the front of it and he opened it up and saw a big cock in my mouth. Oh man, I got called every name in the book. But he still wanted to be with me. I really liked him. I stopped doing porn from October to April [2004, when she moved to LA]."

What made you go back to porn?

"He's a loser. He's a mechanic but he was out of work and he wouldn't let me work. I said I didn't want to be a bum. I could take care of myself. I don't need you dragging me down."

So you moved out here.

"Now I'm up for Best Starlet and Best Scene. I've found about 60 of my movies online."

Which is your favorite?

"The one I was nominated for -- Double Teamed 2. Axel Braun. It was me, Lauren Phoenix, Ben English, and Mr. Pete. And Michael Stefano's Teens Revealed 4. It was the first time I had worked with him. I don't think I really knew how to get f----- until then. I think I just had a bunch of sucky people until he f----- me. After that, I found all the great performers. My scenes became so much better. They made me into a nasty slut."

And you weren't before?

"Not as much as I am now. I squirt like crazy."

What do you love and hate about the industry?

"I love when the camera's on me and I close my eyes and I just imagine the hundreds of men [engaging in autoeroticism]. I hate the girls in the industry who are just here for money."

How did your family react?

"When I started dancing, my mom was like, you can't hang out with your little sister any more. You can't do this and that. Then I started doing porn. And she's like, please go back to dancing.

"I left my ex-fiance for [porn]. She understands. My dad is cool. If he were a girl, he'd be a porn star. He's my '70s dad. He had fun in the '70s, '80s and '90s."

What do you like to do when you are not working?

"Play with my dog. Read all the gossip about me. I go to the beach once in a while and shopping. I don't have a life. I shop and come home and sit by myself."

Do you read books?

"Yeah. I like Danielle Steele. My mom used to read those books with Fabio on the cover. When I was a little kid, me and the neighbor boy posed for the covers and were all naked and stuff. That was fun. I was four years old. I got into romances. Sexy."

Do you prefer to date people inside or outside of the industry?

"Does anybody want to date me? Give them my number. I don't know anybody outside the industry anymore. I go to parties once in a while but it is always porn people. The chances point towards a porn person if I date somebody. Porn's my boyfriend."

Who's your agent?

"Me."

Who were your agents?

"Cherry Modeling and Dick Nasty but they didn't work out for me."

How come you don't have a website [well, she does - missymonroe.com]?

"I don't have a webmaster to build one for me. Anybody who likes to make money off me.

"I remember when I was in Vegas, the first guy who ended up shooting me said, 'You're my cash cow. In a year or so, when you start getting fans.' Then he released my stuff."

You've got this take-me-look in some of your pictures on your website?

"Do I?" she breathes softly.

You look like this naive little girl that just wants to be taken.

"Those are horrible pictures. They are ugly, ugly, ugly."

You look innocent.

"I don't like those pictures. My hair is short like a little boy and my face is all chubby. I've got about 15-more pounds on. I don't like looking all young but I guess probably do like that."

Yeah.

She laughs. "I'm such a dork."

Missy stands 5'6" and weighs 123 pounds. She measures 34D-24-32.

How have you changed from working in porn?

"I'm more responsible. Before when I lived in Vegas and worked in JC Penneys or Dominos, I may have done a little bit of unnecessary drugs and getting myself in trouble. Porn has cleaned me up. I did meth for a while. I've been clean now for two years. I've got so much good stuff in my life now. I have a nice apartment. I've got my dog. I've got everything I would ever need."

What do you do to stay in shape?

"I eat lots of pizza. I go to work in the morning and I stick an enema up my ass. I'm on the enema diet. I lost so much weight once I started doing anal. I eat a lot. I smoke weed. That's expensive."

Who are your friends in the industry?

"John Strong. Steve Holmes. All the Red Light District people. We go bowling and to dinner. Jerry Tanenbaum and his wife Helen."

Now I gather from this XPT thread that Genesis has moved out from the apartment she shared with Missy for six weeks.

Missy: "My dramatic life just got undramatic.Yeah, dude, that stupid bitch...Genesis. What a bitch. G-d, she's awful, dude. When I was in Germany, she had all these f---en Ecstasy parties and doing Whippit, that laughing gas... People calling me and telling me about it.

"I come back and find all these nasty Whippit containers all over the place... You're f---ing killing your brain. For what? For a 30-second high? You're a f---ing idiot.

Missy: "No. I came home from hanging out with some friends overnight [last Wednesday] and found her in bed with the guy I've been dating. That's fabulous. F---en whore.

"The night of the [X-Play] party, her and Brett broke up. She called the cops on him because she hit him twice and he flogged her. She called the cops and told them she was on Ecstasy. A bunch of s--- that I don't really need. I don't need somebody in my house doing drugs and calling the cops and telling them that they were doing those drugs.

"She did so many things and I was like, dude, you suck. I can't live with you. Then she tried to kick me out. I said, you have to move out. I can't stand you. If I have to live with you for another day, I'm going to end up beating your ass because you just annoy me to that point.

"She's like, well, guess what? I'm not going anywhere. You'll have to move out if you want to get rid of me.

"What? I've been here for six months. I invite you into my house to live with me and I put you on the lease and now you're telling me to get the f--- out of my place?"

Genesis lived with Missy for six weeks. "Every bill was in my name. How are you going to tell me to get out of my house?

"She finally got the rest of her s--- out yesterday. I was hanging out in my kitchen making a sandwich for me and a friend. She comes in and says, oh, by the way, if you are going to go calling people telling them our business, don't go making lies.

"I said, what are you talking about? She's like, [Slain Wayne] said that you said I threatened you.

"I said, dude, the only thing you threatened me about was getting me out of my house. I threatened to kick your ass. You didn't threaten to do s--- to me.

"I came home from Germany and [Genesis] has this chick staying at my house, camped out on my couch. And I'm like, no, thank you. Not at my place.

Missy: "I'm getting on 5 South. This should be fun. I don't think it is the right way. I've got to turn around."

Missy: "I worked for Precious. Cheyne Collins and Tiffany. For a squirting movie."

Missy: "I'm so happy though. I go home and I've got my own place again. I took Genesis's room and put my dog's bowl in there. I sat her down and said, this is your room. I would much rather have you here than that bitch Genesis and you're not paying me any rent.

Missy: "Because she came to me crying, saying that she needed somewhere to live. She totally f---ed me over once she moved in. Now my rent is $700 more than before she moved in."

Missy: "She told me that since she moved out in the middle of the month, and that would make it $600 I'd have to give back... She's even with me. She never paid one bill.

"I did file a police report on her. She and her friends came in and started screaming at me.

"I got her off the lease. I told her if she didn't leave, I was going to call the cops on her. She started screaming at me.

"I don't need any drama. I don't need anybody living with me. I told Derek (LADirectModels.com) that temporary stuff is ok."

Duke: "Tell me how you came to move in with Missy and what happened from there."

Genesis: "I met Missy through Brett Rockman. Me and her became friends. I needed to move out. I said, let's move in together. So we got an apartment. Things were pretty good for a little while. And then she just started talking s--- about all my close friends.

"She was so disrespectful. She was telling me that I was irresponsible. I told her that I don't need a mother. I have one of those already. For somebody younger than me to be treating me like a child is crazy...

"My friend [Mandy Taylor] came to stay with me. I had my [breast implant] surgery. [Mandy] was taking care of me. She took care of Missy's dog while she was gone. Missy came back. Some people had called her while she was gone saying the apartment was trashed and that we had all these people over and we were doing all these drugs. Somebody was trying to turn us against each other while she was gone.

"She comes back. We didn't talk too much. Mandy said we should sit down and talk to each other.

"The whole thing started over a guy she thought I was sleeping with. She wanted to be with him. It's not even true. He and I have been friends longer than she has even known him."

Genesis: "He was sleeping in my bed on the other side of my bed. If she really wanted to know what was going on, she could've walked into my room at any point and saw for herself that nothing was going on. She's just jealous and she needs to grow up.

"We sat down on the couch and we were having a calm whatever... She starts telling me what she doesn't like. Next thing I know, she starts screaming that I need to get out of her house.

"She told me that everything in the apartment was her's. The reason everything in the apartment was her's was because she told me not to buy it. She wanted to buy it.

"I owed her about $1100. I had the money and I was going to give it to her. She was bothering me for it all the time but I can only withdraw so much from my account a day.

"She calls up our agent [Ben English aka Derek]. He comes over. I decide that I will be the bigger person and I'll move out.

"I need her to return my X-Box power cord so that I can give her her Playstation cable."

Missy Monroe drives up. She has a new tattoo on her shoulder. She used to be skinny with B-cupped breasts but now she's curvy with D-cup breasts. She's a feature dancer, just back from a club in Pennsylvania.

They smoke pot together. "It's hard for a pot-smoker to get a job," she says. So her dad is now her assistant and roadie. He collects the money from the fans as they line up in the strip club to get polaroids with Missy.

She's encouraged several strippers from the club to fly out to Los Angeles and become porn stars.

One stripper she met at the club is deaf and dumb. She carries a note pad with her around the club to interact with customers.

"None, if I can help it," she says. "You stop making money if they ejaculate. Only stupid girls allow a guy to come because then they make no money."

She says at the Crazy Horse club in San Francisco the strippers carry condoms around with them when they prowl for customers.

One customer in Pennsylvania last weekend paid $300 for 30-minutes of private dancing. The stockbroker was so drunk he fell asleep after five minutes.

Missy's dad hasn't been laid since he arrived in Los Angeles. "He wants a hardbelly. Jim Lane offered him a scene with Kat. She was game but he didn't want any guys around. He's not ready."

"He walks my dog and does my dishes and and cleans my house and does all the stuff he made me do when I was a kid," she says with a giggle.

"Since I was 14. It's cool to have my dad around. I didn't have much of that when I was a kid."

Missy: "He's learning about it from behind the scenes. He's never bought a porn video or a porn magazine. He's different from the guys who come to conventions and try to feel your butt and your breasts and your crotch. When guys do that, I punch them (three times that's happened)."

"I was told, 'It's going to slow down. You're not going to get any work. Make sure you save all your money. It's not going to be around long.' I saved my money. I'm still working every day."

Missy got pulled over and ticketed the other day for an expired registration. Then the officer gave her another ticket for an expired driver's license.

Monroe directed her first movie for Defiance Films - Big Tit Whores. It came out in January. She's frustrated that she can't find any reviews of it.

She says the wrong credits (from Taylor Rain's Spunk in the Trunk) ran on the movie. Missy's not satisfied with the lighting and she's annoyed she did not get to sit in on the editing. She wants to learn editing.

"The credits said Barry Wood did the camera. It was Chris Hall. It said Nate was my PA when it was Tory Lane. I had Cheyenne the photographer and it says I used Todd Todd. Cheyenne is like $900 a day. My boxcover was the best."
