Did Vivid Salesman Howard Levine Want To Take A Piece Of That Ass?

In a case filed Feb. 25, 2004, Nikki Lee sued Howard Levine (Vivid sales manager), Vivid and LFP for sexual harassment and wrongful termination.

The case was thrown out of court June 29, 2005. No money was paid to Nikki Lee.

From page three of the complaint:

9. During the course of Plaintiff's employment, beginning in September 2002 and continuing at least until her wrongful termination of July 17, 2003, and continuing, Plaintiff was subject to a pervasive, continuous, non-stop barrage of sexual harassment, discrimination, and retaliation, including un-wanted sexual comments...

a. Levine began harassing Plaintiff by making repeated and constant comments to Plaintiff such as, "Damn, you look nice."

c. Levine's comments then escalated to constant comments such as, "I would like to take some of that ass."

I ask Howard about the case Friday morning (Jan. 19, 2007).

He laughed. "I feel a need to respond. That was a completely fabricated attempt by some poor young girl attempting to get money. If anybody reads that and knows how I speak... It makes for some funny reading.

"She was trying to extort money.

"I did not sue her because she doesn't have anything.

"She lied under oath. We proved it was made-up.

"She said she had these IMs that I IM'd her. She turned them in. She just made up the IMs.

"We had a Stanford professor come in. He looked at the IMs I wrote to people over the course of a year.

"I didn't do anything I was accused of."

Luke: "You didn't tell her, 'I would like to take some of that ass'?"

Howard: "No. If you saw her, you'd understand why."

"I would never say that. I don't speak in the black vernacular. I don't speak ghetto."
