Anita Cannibal tells me that she broke up with Bud Lee last September because he went to Hawaii with his wife Asia Carrera for their second honeymoon.

Anita: "Supposedly it was a publicity stunt."

Anita Cannibal chats in Bill Margold's office for a few hours. She's getting a degree in business. She already has one in psychology. She's studying the Supreme Court's decision to allow virtual child porn.

Moxie writes on XPT: "This Article says that Anita Cannibal is graduating college and has been accepted by the University of West Los Angeles School of Law. While I admire her, um, moxie, in going through school,WLA Law is not accredited by the American Bar Association. With a degree from an unacredited law school Anita will only be able to sit for the bar in California and will have limited options. I'm not hating, just pointing out the facts. In fact, if anita wants to contact me, I'll answer any questions she has about the practice."

Whore writes: "....But if I walk into their office and I see their law degree coming from Cum Gobbler College of Law, I'd turn around and walk out the door immediately. They can be a hell of a lawyer and have weight to show me after the fact but unfortunately I have it in my head that they went to Cum Gobbler College."

Bill Margold says Anita Cannibal is his favorite performer of all time. Bill wanted to honor her at the Legends of Erotica in January but she was working at the Chicken Ranch. Margold presented her with the Carnal Medal of Honor. There's scattered applause. "Thank you, Bill," she says. "I've never won anything before like this."

Paperchase writes on XPT: "Out here in the "real world" when you combine sex work with criminality, you normally are dealing with serious drug and alcohol problems which tend to ruin whatever looks the person might have had twenty years previously. (Yeh, they work well past their prime.)

"The last time I represented someone who I thought might have that background, (she was in on a domestic violence case) I had to keep her away from the prosecutor because she arrived at court totally drunk, and he would have been totally pissed him off had he figured this out."

Anita Cannibal posts: "Wow I had no idea the Sundial paper would get such attention, at the same time I was in the Daily News too. Thank you all for the comments. Most seem to be from those acclimated to the subject matter. University West Los Angeles School of Law admissions chair is familiar with FSC, J.Douglas, Dewitt, and sensitive to the community surrounding it, valley location. There are 9,000 alumni including a great many judges that sit on the bench in LA county. It is approximately $40,000 cheaper than the local ABA schools at $60,000 for the doctorate in jurisprudence. It is soon to be located in Chatsworth near the court building. The admissions chair knows who I am and what my career has been for the last 12 years, a point of tension for the last two years was my disclosure. I chose to disclose in order to give them the heads up in case of any controversy they may face. I was welcomed, told that I was allowed to get an education there, and that constitutional law would be interesting with me in it. The ashcroft v FSC case is in all the text books now. FSC, Miller, and other industry specific cases were subjects on the 2004 CA Bar exam. This is proof that the cases our attorneys have fought are important and thus make them sovereign power, so you all must bow to them from now on!"

Anita Cannibal comments on www.xxxporntalk.com regarding the Madison Scott "rape" story:

"This whole thing gives me lots of stuff to talk about on KSEX wed night. There seem to be several people here that agree when a person says NO to a sex act then it should not continue.

People agree rape is not right, even in this forum. Unfortunately a substantial amount of people seem to reflect what I find a sad state of reality in this industry when it comes to someone claiming a wrongful act was done.

Historically when someone claims that they were wronged, an empowered victim with speech that did not sign up for the wrongful act, the freaks come out to stand up for the wrong doer and claim the victim was full of shit. Bill Margold rebuts the fact that some infected with HIV/AIDS on the work site got it from their cat with AIDS? There is little support for positive change or for the victims of a wrong.

Bud Lee was sued by me in court three times for a wrongful act that he did where I was a victim and suffered great injury. At the same time he was praised by AVN for his role at Spice and his public record was ignored.

The landscape of the industry is ripe with criminal activity, negligence, conspiracy, rape, and even murder/suicide. To praise and support those that claim no liability for their wrongful act and publicly beat up those that bring these acts to light as perpetrated upon them is a something that needs to change.

I find it similar to the plight of blacks in the south during the civil rights movement. Should the man that is claiming harm be prosecuted for defamation? I think the public policy argument and whistle blower statutes that are in place to allow free speech of what is thought to be a truth should outweigh the injury of defamation. I belive that truth is a reason to exercise free speech, even religious or extreemly violent consenting sex acts. I find it difficult to belive that those in this forum would disagree with good faith honesty. How many of you engage in the unlawful act of not protecting workers from blood born pathogens on the work site? How many attorneys on this site co-mingle assets with clients?

How many of you engage in conspiracy? Is anyone here worried about the positive change needed in the industry? Is anyone interested in the rights of victims? If I was to have ten thousand performers on my show telling you that they want condoms on the work site would you still protect the unlawful acts of company owners that refuse to be legally compliant? We are, for the most part rebels in this industry and I am not so different. However, I will continue to fight for the rights of victims, those that want positive change, education about the general environment of the industry good and bad, and the protection of workers on the work site. If you stand in my way by claiming that I can't talk about such matters then I will see you in court as a defendant.

In earlier posts she had this to say:I thought that there was gona be lots of BS and mean things said about me. The only thing I have a questions over regarding a claim of rape story is that it was pulled. If we are truely advocates of free speech then why is there a biased speech. I thought it was up to the jury and court to decide the facts of a claim of rape. I was under the impression that those in this industry were passionate about the rights of our US Constitution and the First Amendment. The fact that the claim of rape story was pulled and a story motivated by a parties self interest to claims of a happy go lucky work environment is still up and running suggests censorship and biased journalism. If there is an unbiased reporting then there needs to be both stories. Not only am I discouraged in the censor happy and biased speech but I thought that at least one attorney would notice that.

Furthermore, I refuse to judge those involved in this story but instead judge those that claim seats in this industry. The industry that I have advocated for relentlessly over the last decade. Those that only want to judge and not to understand. To my peers SHAME ON YOU! If someone is infact a victem of rape then do you want to be the one causes additional shame and injury to a victem of a serious felony or the one that reserves judgement and does no further harm? Doesn't anyone have the clearity to see censorship when it hits you in the butt?

> She adds:It's after 1 am. As you can see this story has caused a rift among peers and that bothers me. I am sorry that Brian's name was brought up. I don't even know the other two, no doubt because they never shoot with condoms. It's late but I am very concerned for the two parties that I do know. On the one hand Brian and I have known each other for 10 years and I have always liked his funky self. Brian I am sorry your name was brought up, I felt very uncomfortable because I know you and I like you. I had no idea what to do and no file in my brain to access with the tools to handle this. I refuse to judge you or her on what was said. I do judge the free spirited work environment that you and I have enjoyed for over a decade and understand that we have both met girls who don't enjoy such an environment. That brings me to a sister, or peer, of mine claiming that she was harmed and gave me no reason to think that she did not belive she was harmed. I am sorry that Miss Scott feels that she was harmed.

It seems that just because I was a guest on the Fri show I have lost peers. I can not belive that Nick East, Brian, or Miss Scott came from hate or malice at anytime intended to me or to each other. Nick and Brian have known me for over a decade. I am sad that these two men will not have the same interactions with me when we see each other again.

Lastly, the show that I host on KSEX.com Wed. night 9 to 10pm will continue to have controversial discussions of worker safety issues, HIV/STD infection in the industry, allegations of crimes, government encroachment on our freedoms, and other shit. However, I will not let guests name others in statements that could harm those others if there is not privilege. Although I am not responsible for what happened I have learned how to do it differently.

Gene Ross reports:

Before she got onto the condoms subject, Cannibal reported some findings from her last week's show about talent agencies. Nelson read from a reviews list to say that Lisa Ann's agency, Gold Star Modeling, Black Widow and L.A. Direct have apparently dotted the proper "i's" and crossed the correct "t's" in obtaining their licenses. Perhaps there are other agencies, but they weren't mentioned by name.

"And who cares if they're not licensed or are double-dipping?" Cannibal asked sarcastically.

Nelson also quoted AIM's Sharon Mitchell as telling him that 95% of the performers in the industry have herpes.

As if this strengthened her point about latex, Cannibal repeated her long held belief that women have the right to be protected in porn's work environment.

"But nobody wants to deal with this," she says. "Women have rights, and they should be able to exercise their rights. No one's letting them."

"What is this right's bullshit?" Margold wanted to know. "You come into this business, you know what to expect."

Since Cannibal had brought up the issue, Margold said PAW was created with the concern about a porn performer's mental stability, not necessarily physical.

"The mind is more fragile than the body," explains Margold who likes to tell a new girl in the business, 'Sell me your soul and I will make you famous.'

"Like I did with you in 1997," he reminds Cannibal.

Bud Lee writes Adultfyi:

When I heard that Anita [Cannibal] has me booked for next weeks show, I was really surprised. I have not heard from her since I left a message on her phone Monday asking what the hell she is saying on her show about me.

I saw her at Adult Con and asked about it then too. She admitted she had lied. She has never sued me 3 times.

I guess I am most upset about why she said I was sued. She made it sound like I got her raped on set or something, if taken in context with the conversation at the time. Anita Cannibal has never suffered physically at my hand or by my direction. I challenge her to come up with the facts that I have caused her grevious physical harm.

I will not be appearing on her show. I am not a real big KSEX fan. They seem to have hosts who are either not in the adult business or persons who are now passe and trying to eek out one more gasp of breath in their dying career. KSEX needs to find real adult performers who are current to populate their time slots. I think they would find that their audience appeal will grow. Non adult hosts, gay men with young stars on and older retired performers are not the appeal of the internet crowd.

Oops maybe I just did grevious physical harm to the KSEX hosts.

Anita Cannibal writes on XPT:

My comment about Mr. Bud Lee and I in court has been taken to him, not me, as an allocation of physical abuse, rape, and on the set physical assault bodily injury. It seems that, not only do the people on this site hide behind fake names and the shadows of type, but also react as though they were first year law students becoming increasingly paranoid at ever spoken word. Please settle down children, didn't anyone ever tell you not to run around with scissors in your hands? You just might hurt yourself.

Poor Bud was inundated with phone calls and questions from people on this site, apparently struck with altruistic behavior, wanting to help him with anger management resolution. That was very nice of you to be so loving and caring about a man in this business that has dedicated his life to it, however, it was reaction on your part and not a reasonable interpretation of what I wrote. I listened to Bud tell me what he heard you say to him and was very moved by how concerned you all are for him. However, Mr. Bud Lee never physically assaulted or raped me on or off the set. The court cases I was referring to have nothing to do with bodily injury, a tort, or even negligence. That you are so concerned with Mr. Lee’s mental health and state of mind is very moving but I think you would better serve society and yourself if you do community service than to react to your increasing paranoia about what you read here.

That I am so interesting to you is very cute and sweet. Unfortunately few of you seem to be capable of talking to me and instead find the remote distance and absence of interpersonal relations couched with the intimacy that stems from communications to be more comfortable. Within reason, I am always open to one on one discussion about the work site. I invite you to talk one on one with me here through email or at an industry event. You will find that I am more interested in understanding you than being understood.

Now I really must go study for a mid term people!

Gene Ross reports:

The Anita Cannibal's KSEX Show Wednesday night was not about debates.

It was more about love and breast feeding. Last week Cannibal had on Bill Margold, and the two of them went at it like jackals on an Egyptian mummy. This week Cannibal had on Mr. Marcus, and they appeared to be on the same page about performer health issues. Marcus had also brought along newcomer Claudia Downs who appeared content to play with Cannibal's voluminous boobies. Downs, a blond, brings a lively set of C-cups to the table as well as a sturdy ass.

Cannibal and Marcus had attended a "think tank" last October which concerned itself with performer health issues. Attended by perhaps 60 people from the industry and the health field, Cannibal said the results and gathered information are not in as yet. However, Cannibal said the biggest scare coming out of the think tank was the possibility of eventual legislation and bill passing.

"We don't need encroachment from the government," she says. "But a bill could come down on us that would really hurt. The workers in this industry are not protected. If this was a hospital, we'd have been closed down years ago."

Cannibal mentions that the STD rate in porn is also alarming and makes an analogy to consumers boycotting goods made in sweat shops. Cannibal wondered allowed that if porn consumers knew the true facts of the STD rate in the business would they buy movies showing performers acquiring them.

Marcus notes that the industry hadn't begun STD testing until recently but that once it had, the statistics of performers with them began dropping.
