I arrive at 11pm. I meet Erin Moore. In the industry for two years, she's back from a two month hiatus.

Billy Tyler has been in porn for about 30-months. His regular job is teaching retarded kids at a middle-school. "I'm going to write a book about it," he says.

Duke: "I bet they gave you a lot of preparation for working with pornographers."

Billy: "Not really. Two different worlds."

Duke: "I've always thought that a lot of pornographers are handicapped, at least morally."

Billy laughs.

I interview Amber Peach, who's with Tee Reel (Red Light District contract performer and director). In porn for two years, she's done about 60 movies.

Duke: "When you were a little girl, what did you want to be when you grew up?"

Amber: "Hugh Hefner. I wanted to own a mansion and have beautiful women running around.

"I had a girlfriend before I had a boyfriend."

Duke: "Are you more into girls or boys?"

Amber: "It's about the same."

She's from Alabama but her family wasn't religious.

Duke: "What were you expected to become?"

Amber: "As long as I went to college it was cool. I tried college. I lasted a year. I gave up. But I'm coming back."

Duke: "What kind of crowd did you hang out with in highschool?"

Amber: "The freaks. I was a goth girl. I went to Catholic schools. I wasn't a great student."

Amber first had sex with a boy at age 14. She can't count the number of guys she was with before turning 18. "I never had a steady boyfriend. It was always friends with benefits."

Amber says the most shocking thing about porn is how uneducated people are. She says there are a lot of bad guys in the industry.

Amber is saving her money to buy a house back home.

Duke: "Do three anal scenes and you can buy a house in Alabama."

Amber: "I want to be a housewife."

Bad Day On Brian Pumpers' Zero Tolerance Set

I call her Wednesday afternoon. 3:40pm.

Amber: "I got there at 9:30am. I got my make-up done. I drove an hour to the location [near to Malibu]. Then I find out that instead of me working with Mandingo, Mandingo's cancelled and Brian Pumper's working with me.

"I don't work with Brian Pumper. I told him this. 'I can find somebody else to do the scene.' I start calling people. I find somebody to do the scene.

"He starts freaking out. Taking it personal. 'I don't understand this. I never have problems shooting with somebody. I can do double anal.'

"I'm like, it doesn't matter what you can do. I only work with certain guys [she has a list of six black men she works with].

"He's screaming at me. He has this big house. I was the only thing booked today. He canceled the scene. Totally being a child about it. I tried to explain to him that it's not personal. I only have a few people I work with. I do have somebody who's willing to come out here and take this scene.

"He's screaming at me about various stuff that has nothing to do with the scene. Talking about me and relationships with other people.

"It's already 2pm when this happens. I'd been there all day waiting for him to get his s--- together. He ran out of gas on the way to the set.

"He didn't even want to tell me that he was working with me. He didn't tell me that right before we started pretty girls [still shoot], and I asked him, where is my talent? He said, oh, you're working with me.

"It would've been nice to have known.

"Then he didn't want to pay me my kill fee. I don't doubt that LADirect is going to get me my kill fee."
