I have gotten to the bottom of this and have the solution.
After speaking with the Stockholm, Sweden police department, TeliaSonoma dot com and emailing www dot PRQ dot SE I have found out exactly what needs to be done to close derekandrewhay dot com
A Swedish court order must be submitted to PRQ dot se in order for them to shut down a customer.

simple. Give us a Swedish court order that it\’s illegal in Sweden and we

I have personally contacted the FBI (IC3), informed them in detail of the situation and have received a non-automated response. They are evaluating the situation so hopefully I will hear something soon. I have put myself “out there” by doing so, but I really didn’t have any other choice being that my family’s privacy and safety has been put at serious risk in my view.
At this point the solution is simple – an American attorney who is familiar with international law and a Swedish attorney needs to be hired in order to obtain a Swedish Court Order to submit to PRQ dot com to get the website closed.
If anyone out there who has the resources to do this quickly is interested in closing the site, now’s the time. I can be reached through my websites.
Being that the FBI now will be involved, it would be a good idea for the owner/operator of the DerekAndrewHay site to simply close it being that they will now be named and investigated for attacking civilians who have not been involved at all in the adult entertainment world and have had their identities, privacy and safety compromised.
