rape of the San Fernando Valley video porn industry at the hands of hundreds
of Net porners who have made millions and laugh at the video porners who
they have no fear will ever do anything to fight back. It's pathetic.
More pathetic is that AVN, which owes everything it has to that community
of business people and grifters, as far as I know, barely passes comment
on the crimes. They probably would take advertising money from the thief
from BlacksonBlondes if he wanted a banner on AVNOnline.com.
It is hard to feel sorry though for people who just lie back and let themselves
be raped. Some people say you lose your copyright if you fail to try to
protect it. Sounds like bullsh-t to me but what do I know, I'm not a lawyer
and I've heard wackier things than that in the law. Just because you leave
your doors unlocked doesn't mean it's not a crime for some scumbag to
walk into your house and take stuff or drive off in your car.
There are a couple of big AVS [adult verification] systems that I think
are filled with ripped off content belonging to many porn producers in
the Valley. They are either too stupid, too stoned, or too poor to fight
back.
I keep saying to myself 'Find a f-cking young enterprising attorney to
work on contingency, take BlacksonBlondes and the rest of the thieves
to court, BOB (Blacksonblondes) has literally made MILLIONS, I'd say very
conservatively has made $5 MILLION dollars off the back of the Anabolic
Videos of this world. A copyright infringement lawsuit against BOB is
an open and shut case, these idiots could take him for all he's worth.
And BOB isn't the only one, I can type out a long list. I'm not talking
about little guys with paysites with 125 members, I'm talking thieves
who make more money in a month than most of the porn companies they steal
from will make in a lifetime. Just isn't right.
People ask me 'why the f-ck do you care?'. The people who ask that question
are usually up to the same shenanigans. I really don't get it. You live
out there and mix with these people Duc. Are they really that out to lunch?
Other than the top companies like Vivid, Hustler VCA and Wicked are the
rest just really dumb or drugged out of their minds?
Some of them I suspect are living hand to mouth and probably don't even
have attorneys. And it's just going to get worse. I hear people around
Porn Valley are hurting, talent is getting bounced checks, people shutting
down. With the mini satellite dishes around, these BOB type thieves don't
even have to leave the house anymore to go rent the movies - encode the
flicks right off the satellite if they want to.
Net porn is increasingly all about the movies, that's what people with
cable and DSL want. They find most everything they want on Kaaza and the
like but there still are people out there that will join a paysite, they
have no idea that the guy they're paying 30 dollars a month to paid nothing
for the right to give away those movies.
I am not an envious guy. I applaud and am happy for all the success many
people I know in this business have had through their smarts and hard
work. I just hate the cocksuckers and even moreso I hate the cocksuckers
who defend the other cocksuckers, and they are legion.
Not sure there's much more to the Dogfarter vs BOB story. BOB was exposed
for the thieving piece of sh-t I've always said he was.
Here's what I would do if i was the video industry. First, go into rehab
so they know what f-cking day of the week it is, then form a real f-cking
association, just like the MPAA which represents all the studios and producers
in mainstream Hollywood, then go and find yourself one helluva tough cookie
like Jack Valenti. I'd hire Jeff Miller of Sunup Media, pay him 1 million
bucks a year, and turn him the f-ck loose. Believe me, the investment
would pay off damn quick, they'd all be running to hide their assets but
Miller would turn their world upside down and shake out every last nickel
out of the thieves' pockets.
I did think it was funny how the guy who runs l-keford.com, Wanker Wang,
who I've been told is employed by Anabolic or one of the video companies
basically said on his site he couldn't give two sh-ts who was or wasn't
stealing content. It's his industry that's getting its ass raped every
f-cking day and he's barely interested.
Then the owner of some of the stolen content, or maybe only the director,
Jules Jordan, writes in to l-keford.com and confirms that BlacksonBlondes
steals from him or the producer he shoots for. But there's no anger, not
threats, not a hint of any righteous indignation.
If this was happening on an adult webmaster board, one web company stealing
from another, you'd see hell raised. Like Brad Shaw or hate him, if I
opened a paysite and hijacked and stole all his content, I'd be in court
for the next 10 years fighting. Same for MikeAI. Same for Jeff Miller.
Same for Diamond Jim. Same for Alex from Alscans. Same for Danni Ashe.
Same for Suze Randall. Same for ClubJenna. These are people who run professional
businesses. And in a nutshell this is why the entire San Fenando Valley
porn industry barely got a sniff from the riches that the Adult Internet
had to offer them. It's really a bit of a sad story if you ask me.
