Luke Goes Ynot

Luke posted to www.ynotmasters.com/chat and the Condom Board (which was then spammed by obnoxious Luke impersonators):

Could someone please explain the Mojo vs Serge [webmaster] controversy. And who is Serge's boss, this Yishai group? Are they Jewish Mafia? Russian Mafia or Jewish Russian Mafia? Or Kosher Nostra? While Serge comes across very rough, tough and blustery on the board, I hear that like many tough guys, in his private life, he's really a submissive bottom?

And is it true that Ron Levi favors pink chiffon nighties? Or is that only Steve Hirsch?

Do you think that the AVN Awards are up for sale? Do you think that AVN has integrity? Why do people read www.avnonline.com and its magazine? It is certainly not for its unique content and scintilating journalism. Come on, it's just a rehash of company PR releases. So why does anyone pay it any attention?

And did AVN publisher Paul Fishbein consort with hookers in Dick Miller's Prague apartment?

Khan responds: Wow Luke, I gotta say, when you make an entrance, you really make an entrance. Well, as I haven't seen you around these parts before, let me say welcome to the YNOT Board. Ok, where to start?

Mojo vs Serge controversy. Considering neither of them have posted here in a while, I'll say you'd probably get a more active response on the board where they post. You'll find a link to the NetPond board to the right of this page. I've seen them both have good days and bad days, just like the rest of us. I'd need to hear first hand from both sides before I could form an opinion on any difference they might have. FWIW, it's been my experience that these things ALWAYS have more to them than shows up on public boards. I'd say if you want anything near the truth, contact the principles directly and see what they have to say. Then you can decide for yourself.

As far as who's Serges boss or what color nighties this one or that one wears ... well, excuse me if I pass but that looks a lot like bait to me. As the guy who's probably mopped more chat-board piss than anyone in the industry, I get the feeling there's no right answers. FWIW, here at the YNOT boards we try to discourage taking personal disputes to a mud slinging level (after all, we're smut-mongers, not politicians ... we try to maintain a little professionalism in our discussions.) It doesn't always work but it keeps the floors drier if we all work at it. It rarely _really_ matters who's momma wears army boots if you know what I mean.

As far as what Serge is like offline ... I can't say we're close but he did visit daCave (my place) once. His conduct was impeccable and the conversation was cordial. But as always, I'd suggest you make the contact yourself and form your own opinion. I've found that it's always better to form an opinion from first hand knowledge than what you hear on the grapevine. I'll add here that it's not atypical for a promoter to have an online persona that's a bit more .. how shall I say .. robust .. than how they appear sitting in your front room. Wouldn't you agree?

As far as AVN, well, I don't follow politics much and as I said earlier, rarely pay attention to rumors so that's another one I should pass on. I will say that (IMO) it's not unusual for anyone with editorial control of a publication, be it online, print, TV or radio, to lean towards 'reporting' that cast their interest in a favorable light.

Say Boo To Censorship

FSC President Gloria Leonard writes : "Gene, A reminder - the Free Speech Coalition's "Say Boo to Censorship" Walkathon takes place on Halloween, Sunday, October 31st beginning at 9am in front of the Hustler Store on Sunset Boulevard, winds down La Cienega to the LFP Building at Wilshire and then back up to Sunset. Walkers need to get sponsors-per-mile; the entire length is 5 miles. There'll be volunteers along the route to pass out water, power bars and commemorative t-shirts. Al Goldstein's hands, memorialized in the cement at the Hustler Store's front door, will wave us off in person! Be there or beware! For further info, call (818) 348-9373."

Gene sez: "Which reminds me. Ron Jeremy will be at the Hustler store this evening at 9:30 promoting his new movie for Troma."

XXX: "Milton Luros was the first one to divide up his [porn] companies, give them different names and have them specialize in publications, shipping, stocking... And a big counterfeiter and child pornographer... Paul Wisner bought him out and made monthly payments to Luros.

"Harry Mohney is still very involved in porn. Most of his Deja Vu clubs have attached porno stores beside them.

"David Sturman is a happy go lucky guy... He just got caught in his dad's tax evasions... If all these people in the porn industry would do things right and pay their taxes and not try to skim and cheat the IRS, they wouldn't have a problem. They make so much money. The minimum markup in pornography is 400% per product. Usually the mark-up is higher."

Luke: "Still? Maybe twenty years ago..."

XXX: "Every single porner seems to have been trained the same by the ACLU or their First Amendment attorneys to say the same thing. Because every single one has said, 'Gee, I'm just barely making a living. I just barely make enough to get by. I'm just making ends meet.'

Mike Albo

Hustler Erotic Video Guide editor Mike Albo did not show up to Luke's scheduled appointment with him Wednesday morning outside the Larry Flynt Publications building on Wilshire and La Cienega Blvds.

Luke waited outside the building for 20 minutes with a film crew from the National Film Board of Canada.

Albo called Luke around 11AM. The NFB filmed our phoned conversation.

Albo: "I do not appreciate being set up. Let me run something by you. Take all references to me off your website. Just leave me alone man. I don't know why that is so difficult for you... But don't play with me pal."

Luke: "Hmmm..."

Albo: "You want to cop an attitude with me and be a dickhead about it, I'll make sure that I find you sometime... And another thing. This conversation is between you and me. It is not fodder for your website."

Luke: "Ok."

Albo: "I don't want to see it on there."

Luke: "Ok."

Albo: "You say ok, but your word is... You're so full of s--- Luke. It's like your apology and then you have to put all this other s--- on there. Just take all references to me off your website... Don't write about me. I'm not a public figure. If you don't, it could be very bad for you. Have you ever known me to not follow through on something I said I would do?"

Luke: "No."

Albo: "So that should tell you something, right? Are you going to leave me alone?"

Luke: "Ummm..."

Albo: "You better say yes. What's wrong with you? Speak up."

Luke: "Hey, you've been pushing me all these months..."

Albo: "I haven't been pushing you. You've been doing all this s---. You plagiarize from me... You print misinformation about me. Just stop it. Because if you don't, I'm going to take care of business myself. And you're not going to like what I'm going to do."

Luke: "Ok, I'm willing to back off."

Albo: "I want all references to me off your website."

Luke: "I'm not willing to do that."

Albo: "You better do it Luke."

Luke: "Not a chance."

Albo: "Ok, it's your funeral."

Luke: "Ok."

Albo: "I don't want to see my name on there again."

Luke: "I can't guarantee that."

Albo: "You do what you want to do then. We'll just see what happens. Are you man enough to stand up to what's going to happen?"

Luke: "I showed up this morning."

Albo: "You showed up with a film crew you dick."

Luke: "They wanted to meet you."

Albo: "Which you didn't even inform me about. You're trying to f---ing ambush me, what's wrong with you?"

Luke: "It wasn't an ambush. It was a friendly meeting."

Albo: "You didn't even inform me about it. Do you think that's f---ing fair?"

Luke: "Yeah."

Albo: "Let me tell you something. Maybe where you come from it is, but it is not the way we do things in the USA. You're a dumb s---. I don't want to talk to you. I don't want anything to do with you. Except the next time I see you, I will have something to say. And you're not going to like it how I say it. Remember the time I dumped you in East LA?"

Luke: "Yeah, I didn't like it."

Albo: "I'm sure you didn't and you're going to like what's going to happen to you even less. Bear that in mind. You want to keep pushing me, fine do it. But there's consequences."

Luke: "Is it because I'm Jewish Mike?"

Albo: "Luke, don't f--- with me. If you wanted to meet me this morning, I was there and more than willing to meet with you but I'm not going to sit there and provide entertainment for some f---ing film crew."

Luke: "They want to interview you."

Albo: "Well, too f---ing bad because it ain't gonna happen."

Luke: "They've read a lot about you..."

Albo: "Luke, you're really pushing it. Hey shut up and listen to me. This is how something could happen to somebody. You could be going to pick up your mail at your mailbox and somebody could come up behind you and something really bad could happen to you."

Luke: "That's a really harsh thing to say for just some..."

Albo: "Luke, you wanna f--- with me, f--- with me... If you've got something to say, say it."

Luke: "Yeah, you've dished it out. Now you need to take it too."

Albo: "Fine..."

Luke: "That November issue of Hustler Erotic Video Guide was really funny."

Albo: "Luke, shut the f--- up. You're a f---ing whack job."

Mike hangs up.

Albo writes : "Gene: No surprise here, but Luke F-rd has, once again, proven himself to be a liar of the highest order. Luke is currently trying to foster the notion that I 'flaked' on some meeting I was supposed to have with him.

"This is what happened. After making a back-handed, disingenuous 'apology' to me on his website…to which he later added 'commentary' designed to negate the apology, Luke calls me and offers to meet with me. Okay, fine. Like I said, any time, any place.

"I call him and tell him to meet me right then and there. Since he lives next-door to our building, it shouldn't take him long. So I wait for 45 minuutes and he's a no-show. I call his house and tell him he's a pussy who can't follow through.

"I have another in-house meeting at 10:00, so I go to that. In the middle of my meeting, I get a phone call informing me that Luke has arrived with a film crew. [Albo, in a phone call, mentioned that Ford was also wearing a yarmulke and a prayer shawl.]

"Of course, this was his attempt to ambush me, and I told our security people to have him removed from our property.

"What does all this mean? Nothing really, except to underscore the fact that Luke F-rd is a dishonest, dishonorable person who doesn't have the balls to meet me man-to-man, and it's doubtful that he ever will. I think he's incapable of being a man, and I am convinced that he's never going to change.

"I'm done with this moron. He had his chance to prove he isn't a miserable little punk, and he failed. So am I going to beat him down still? Well, if I do, you can be sure that there won't be witnesses…and there definitely won't be a film crew there to record any incriminating evidence."

Krash write: "Menacing threats. Premeditation. Lying-in-wait. These are all, under California law, special circumstances that mean the difference between a misdemeanor and a felony. Is Mike Albo man enuff to do state time? Because there's not a jury in California that will find for a Hustler hireling in an instance of aggravated assault on a journalist. It may well be time for Albo to start doing those rectal-conditioning exercises so highly prized in porn 'talent'. See ya in Chino, porno-boy!"

XYZ writes: "I'm gonna be there [at CES] and kick Albo's ass myself if he makes the slightest threatening move in your direction. He must be a real tuff guy, sitting around writing alliterative phrases like "deep-dish debutantes dip dildos" and chainsmoking all day. Maybe I'll give him a mouthful of pepperspray, too, just to convey a more expressionistic sense of what violence is about. And of course, I'll be a witness at his trial. Who knows? Maybe this putz Albo is the wild card that brings Larry Flynt down? C'mon, Mike--let's get millenial--just you and me and The People of California."

Luke got this phone message from Mike Albo at 1PM: "I was just informed to look at your site which I did. And big surprise. You totally violated your agreement that our conversation was going to be private. So obviously you know nothing about keeping your word. And, by the way, you didn't have my permission to use that. You didn't tell me you were taping it which California law requires that you inform second parties that they are being taped. You didn't do that. And for the record, the Canadian Film Board does not have permission to use my voice and you would do wise to tell them that... Because if I find out that this ends up in the final cut...they're going to have a lawsuit on their hands.

"I'm just telling you now that you do not have my permission to use this. This is not for use on your website. It is a personal message between me and you. If you want to keep on violating California law, go ahead. Because you will hear from my attorneys...

"Just a final warning: Stay away from me. You are not going to like it if I run into you. Avoid me at all costs."

Luke replies: "Mike, I would've kept our conversation yesterday confidential, but you started making threats on my life again. And when threats on life are made, I feel free to violate any guarantees of confidentiality. In fact, when it comes to saving an innocent life, including my own, I feel free to violate any law."

Rodger Jacobs writes: What does Mike Albo mean when he says he is not a public figure? The day he began posting missives on Gene Ross' web site like Tolstoy with diarrhea of the mouth he became a public figure; furthermore as editor of a magazine with a national distribution (and his name is on the masthead) he is also in that respect a public figure, hence, open to public ridicule whether he likes it or not.

Vivid Ripoff

Scathing Torris writes on RAME (newsgroup rec.arts.movies.erotica): Ok, I picked up a copy of Borderline for several reasons, Celese; Toni (Dorian Grant) and Tabitha. Plus b/c I'm a cheapskate I took a chance b/c I got it for cheap.

Now, I have a pretty good inkling that this DVD must have had scenes chopped all to hell. Can anyone who has managed to not doze off through this piece of s--- tell me if my copy is indeed hacked for what I can only imagine is length considerations, not sex. Never again will Steve Hirsch rip me off for another dime. This is what I get for trying to pick up something with a plot for a change of pace on the homefront. BTW - No anal for Celeste and her tit job looks so bad here I swear I could still see the scabs hanging off the half moon scars under her nipples.

**Unfinisehd scene with sherrif's deputy and girl in an alley wall. He eats her and she sucks him but that's it. In the unedited version does this scene conclude?

**In the barn Marc Davis and Tony Montana tag team Tabitha but there is very little actual f---ing until Montana squirts on Tabitha's backside. Was there more to this?

**Sequence with Celeste and Madelyn "Lockjaw" Knight that lasts for about 20 seconds. Was this cut short?

**Scene with Steven "Apeboy" St. Croix and Celeste in the back of a haywagon, she sucks him but no conclusion at all. Was this chopped?

**Scene with Alicia Rio and Tabitha that cuts straight from Tony M inviting Apeboy to partake of the two Mexichicks and with about 30 seconds pretense of setup or foreplay cuts to St. Croix blowing a Rancid Worst gusher (sarcasm implied hard de har) on Tabitha's chin

**Toreador sequence with Felecia (looking fetching as the bull fighter) taking on Jill Kelly that cuts from a supine Jill straight to a bunch of limbs akimbo with Missy and Nici Sterling showing up out of nowhere in a big pile up. I think I saw a dick in Sterling's ass. But I know that this one was a methlab cut and paste job

**Then it cuts back again to what is either a continuation of the fiesta square orgy with Tony riding Celeste that has no setup whatsoever

**Alexis DeVill shows up at the end and doesn't even wet her lips much less take her clothes off. Most of these scenes I'm describing have sex in it for about 2 minutes tops. Is this one of those edited for cable releases, but there is wet shots and anal scenes so I doubt it. Just a Steve Hirsch ripoff job?

Fletch: Vivid also chopped "Mission Erotica." Heather Hunter's scene was completely removed. I was beyond pissed.

Ultradamno writes on RAME: If Vivid does have a complaint box it must be overflowing. I noticed a thread the other day over at news:alt.video.dvd about someone getting a softcore copy of Lotus as opposed to the HC and, surprise!, there's no indication on the packaging to indicate the difference (just like the Mission Erotica disc which was discussed here some months ago). In a follow up the original poster said the guy at the store he bought it from said he thought all they had were HC copies but it turned out to be the exact opposite. In their review of Borderline www.adultdvdreviews.com (can't remember if it was 8" or RHM) mention something about "the odd missing scene." which I've always translated as "hacked beyond recognition."

Berth Milton's Private

BARCELONA, Spain, Oct. 28 /PRNewswire/ -- Private Media Group Inc. (Nasdaq: PRVT), a leader in high-class adult entertainment products and services since 1965 and the first such company trading on the Nasdaq National Market, today announced that it is the subject of a major feature in the October issue of one of Spain's leading publications, Man magazine.

Chief Executive Officer of Private Media Group, Berth Milton, is interviewed at length, focusing particularly on the Company's Internet division, and is described as "the equivalent of Bill Gates or Richard Branson in the porn industry". In the opening paragraph, Man magazine journalist Jose Sanchez says: "The Internet is the future ... but for the porn industry it is the present. Just one statistic will suffice: 68% of worldwide electronic commerce is pornographic. Sex has become the leading bench-test for e-commerce. And, in seven years, Berth Milton has turned himself into gold."

Published by Grupo Zeta, one of Spain's largest publishers of periodicals and multimedia products, Man magazine has a circulation in Spain of over 90,000. The magazine has a 79.3% male and 20.7% female readership and 76.6% of this total are in the influential middle to high income social categories.

Responding to questions in the published interview, Mr. Milton says of Private's Internet business that "we try to offer the highest quality at the lowest price. In electronic commerce, 25% of complaints occur when the customer isn't satisfied with the purchase and wants his money back. At Private, this represents only 1%." Asked if e-commerce is governed by rules different from traditional trading, Mr. Milton says: "Of course. That's why I don't buy shares in companies like amazon.com. Mail order sales are only profitable when you raise the price by at least 400%. If you resell books and music, you'll never reach that mark-up, unless have author's rights, exclusive discs and reader' clubs. Now, the more they sell, the more they lose. We sell what is seen on the screen during the connection time. If we only sold videos by mail, the Internet wouldn't be cost effective."

The article, while including a profile of CEO Milton, echoes the sentiments of a major Forbes magazine feature last June on the worldwide adult entertainment industry which said that "No company is better positioned to take advantage of this new (Internet) world than Private Media Group". That article also commented that Mr. Milton "is turning his (adult entertainment) library into an Internet monster" and that Private Media Group's 34-year catalog of adult entertainment is "the MGM archive of hard sex."

Internet Hijinks

Hmmm writes on Condom Board: I did a search for a band that I love called bassment jaxx, clicked the enter thing on altavista, and arrived at AGA's f---ing $$$ page. You are worse than an email spammer. not only do you piss people off but you stop them from finding the stuff they're after. and the people who support your s--- (serge's cotac & best traffic, 12click's allclicks) are no better. You f---ers are just f---ing over the whole internet.

Richard writes: Page jacking is something completely different from SE spam. Page jacking requires these things. 1. you steal content, and it is usually unrelated content. 2. you redirect to porn, when the browser wasn't lookin for porn and 3. you disable the back button so people cannot get back to the search engine thereby trapping them Now I personally think page jacking is stupid, as the people who get trapped in these will probably never sign up for porn, and it's inconsiderate because you can get people who are actually offended by porn being redirected towards it. Now what many people do with search engines is submit multiple pages that have no intrinsic content. However when you click on the page you are taken to a site that relates to the search engine query, and not "mousetrapped" Umm so long story short SE spamming is a spectrum and it can be done well, with thought and consideration to the surfer. So blanket statements like "all SE spam is evil" like many things in life is not as cut and dry as it seems.

SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 28, 1999--Online shopping has overtaken pornography as the fastest growing category on the Web, according to recent Internet trend data from Websense, Inc. After years of monitoring growth of different types of Web sites for its customers, Websense has discovered online shopping has spiked to a near 140 percent growth rate in the last six months, while e-porn growth has slowed to 48 percent during the same period. Since 1997, pornography has grown consistently by more than 100 percent per year.

"The decline of e-porn is part of the natural maturation cycle of the Internet," said Brian Curry, Websense collection strategist. "As with all new mediums -- magazines, film and videotape -- pornography leads the way until more traditional businesses become the drivers of growth."

Alex writes Luke: I've been reading your website for over a year now, and I enjoy it alot! Of course there are times when it is a little lame, but for the most part, I think you do a great job in showing that "porn stars" are really in fact, just everyday people, (who take their clothes off and bump uglies for a living). Seriously though, you do a great job portraying them in their everyday lives that almost makes one think they could be living next to one of these people, or even know them as a casual acquaintance but never really know what they do for a living. Anyway, makes for good coffee reading in the morning.

On another note; in your honest learned opinion, what is the rough, average cost to produce a porn video? I've seen other figures batted about, but since you have been in the industry I thought you would know better than the average shmoe. I would presume the cost would be even less, if one was producing an amatuer video. The reason I ask is that, I may be coming into some money in the next year and thought it might be a kick (and maybe semi-profitable) to produce a porn movie, or get into the producing of local amatuer vids.

Luke: Porn video costs range from $4000-$100,000 each.

Greg Zeboray writes: Just read the post from "Alex", and I have some simple advice: DON'T invest your newly gotten gains in producing porn. If you really want to be involved, start out at the bottom and learn everything about the biz first. I'm telling you, if you try to start at the top, you are guaranteed to lose your money. Let me remind you that the majority of porn producers today are losing money, and they know what they doing! I've learned the hard way - never invest your money in something you don't know everything there is to know first.

Porn Star IRC Chat Controversy

Mastrick writes on RAME: Mastrick: Luke erroneously lists conversations including Brandy Alexander and Squishboy in his section entitled 'Porn Star Trading.' These conversations could not have happened in the popular DALnet discussion channel, since both both of these individuals are banned through ChanServ. I am assuming that Luke cut and pasted this information from #pornchat or #acme, neither of which is affiliated with pornstar-trading. PsT *does* take this time to welcome Tyce Bune and Rene La Rue to the channel. Tyce and Rene join Delaney Daniels, JJ Michaels, Linda Thoren, Zoe, Kim Chambers, and others who are willing to set aside time from their busy schedules to come discuss XXX.

Brandy Alexandre writes: It should be added to the comment by Masterick about the Porn Star Trading chat that both myself and Squishboy were banned for no valid reason. Usually when someone is disruptive or deliberately antagonizes the participants in any chat they are banned, but I was banned solely because my presence caused Bianca Trump to be disruptive and deliberately antagonistic. Go figure. In fact, when I first started going many people were allowed to break these rules in order to try to get me to break the rules. But I didn't, and they soon discovered that Bianca's rantings about how horrible of a person I was were unfounded. I was allowed to participate for quite a while when BT was away, but as soon as she came back she put up a ban and everyone was afraid to question it.

The chat is lorded over by Steve "Diablo" Bryant, BT's partner in social crimes. Often, when someone is banned, if a number of people do not agree with the ban it is lifted. But in my conversations with other regular participants, they are afraid of defending me and stirring up Bianca and Bryant because they make no bones about threatening people's offline lives and livelihoods, and regularly send "nuke" attacks to their systems, or send false complaints to ISPs that they were victims of nuke attacks (my ISP sent me copies of their complaints against me and we had a good laugh). Defenders would also be summarily banned for having an opinion in my defense. I believe that's what happened to Squishboy. To a lot of people, these chats are as close as they can get to people in the industry so they don't want to risk losing it, but there is #pornchat on Monday evenings and #acme on Wednesday evenings (phasing out, but still active) on the NewNet servers, which are visited by many of the same people without the schizophrenic, dictatorial and elitist "rules."

The #pornchat channel recently fell out of registration and I was in the process of returning it to the original founders by giving them "Ops" so they could register it (I found myself opped in the unguarded channel), but when I opped Rog, and Rog opped Mike South, Mike immediately started up the "ruler of the roost" game and de-opped me. How ungrateful can you get? I hadn't planned on registering the channel , but as soon as this happened I did. Mike actually accused me of playing games (that he started) and declared he was going to the elitist chat and tried to get everyone to abandon #pornchat. That's the mentality you deal with. Do people *really* want to find out what porn stars and producers are like by going to *any* chat? These are not good representatives of the porn community in cyberspace.

Luke says: I've never had a problem with PST. And Bianca Trump says she's never had the power to ban anybody.

Diablo responds: "The presence of Brandy distrupts the chat. She was not banned because of anything involving Bianca Trump. She was banned because she is disruptive in there, as she is everywhere on the internet. She was allowed to be in there untill she started posting peoples (including mine) real names on your web site. Which she did again. When she was banned no one came to her defense, and actually before she was banned Ops and regulars alike were requesting her banning. Brandy was in the chat at the same time as Bianca on several occasions and was not banned. And Bianca was well behaved while both were in channel at the same time.

"If what Brandy claims is true then she should show evidence of this to VideoEd, who is the founder of the channel. But since it is not the case she can make these comments all she wants. There might be a few people that don't mind Brandy being there. There is no one who cares that she was banned. I think it is safe to say that 98% of the channel dislikes her strongly. She made her own bed, she should lie in it. Who wants to chat with a washed up pornstar who is trying to cling to that last bit of dying fame anyways? As for Squishboy, he was banned long before the fights with Bianca and Brandy began and he was banned for personal attacks on Jacklyn Lick and Roxanne Hall, if I remember corectly. As for the dictatorial and elitist rules, if I recall that Brandy has a habit of banning people she doesn't agree with from her chat including you Luke before you could say a word. At least Brandy was given her chance in PsT, not our fault she blew it.

"Brandy so you reg'd #pornchat like you did #a.s.m.? I don't remember anyone wanting your help then either. In closing I think by hearing that you are not welcome in a chat room will actually bring more people there because they know they won't have to listen to you talk about the industry like you were some big part of it. Brandy its been said before and I will say it again. Its pretty sad when mutants, fat ladies, 89 year old men, 1 legged woman, and Ron Jeremy can succed in porn and you find yourself on the outside."

MadisonFan responds: Hello Luke, im writing to respond to comments made about IRC channel #!!!!!!pornstar-trading today on your website, and in particular to comments made by Brandy Alexandre. I have been a regular in the channel for almost a year now, nickname MadisonFan, and after reading how Brandy described the channel i actually had to look and make sure i was in the same place, and indeed i was.

Very Simply, this place is absolutely NOTHING like described by Brandy. Ive seen countless people banned, for offenses such as being in pedophile channels, but NEVER been a witness to ANYONE being banned for being a Brandy supporter. There are Ops in the channel and they are there to basically run things and keep the troublemakers out, such as the pedophiles, they are NOT there to suppress our freedom of speech and personal opinions, NOR DO THEY, A Brandy fan is as welcome as a Madison Fan, everyone might make fun of you for liking Brandy but its the same as being made fun of for liking Jessica Jewel or Jill Kelly, its all in fun and not any different than joking with friends that like different sports teams than you.

I have NEVER been in fear of Diablo or ever felt threatened by him, there is no reign of terror as Brandy may lead you to believe, that is all UTTER RIDICULOUSNESS. Brandy speaks of "conversations with other regular participants" in which they are afraid of some sort of attack from Diablo, i was a part of one of those "conversations" with Brandy in which she was trying to get me to say that somehow i feared Diablo, that never happened and she left seeming disappointed. My point in this letter was just to state that IRC Dalnet channel #!!!!!!pornstar-trading is simply a very fun place to hang out and not the suppressed hell that the obviously disgruntled Brandy makes it out to be, we have lots of really cool people here- fans, industry people and pornstars like Zoe, who is not only beautiful but one of the sweetest people ive ever met and is an extreme pleasure to know, Brandy could learn a lot. Well that was my two cents and you dont have to believe mine and you dont have to believe Brandys, you can go to http://www.ve-scans.com/pst and learn how to get to channel #!!!!!!pornstar-trading and find out for yourself.

Mike South writes: Luke not that it matters to me really but Brandy is banned from pst for very good reason and will continue to be banned. Diablo does not preside over the channel, Video Ed does. Ops on pst have an unwritten rule that we don't question each others decision, I won't over ride a ban placed by Diablo for instance because Diablo wouldn't ban anyone without good reason. Regardless should VideoEd decide to unban anyone his decision is not questioned. as for pornchat, I won't have anything to do with a channel that is owned by Brandy she ran asm into the ground and acme and will do the same with pornchat, fact is pornchat was created by me, rog and pudgy to get away from Brandy. I don't care if people participate in pornchat or not and I never tried to get anyone to abandon it. If you are serious about joining a chat come to Dalnet channel #!!!!!!pornstar-trading and chat with lots of insiders like JJ Michaels, Tyce Bune, Jim Gunn, Dirty Bob, Delaney Daniels, Zoe, Heaven leigh, Rog T Pipe, Luke F-rd, Nici Sterling, Sana Fey(once in a blue moon), David Sturman, James DiGirgio, Greg Steel, Julie Rage and LOTS of others. Its 24/7 and its free.

BrandyAlx1: I notriced that that Diablo can't take a taste of his own medicine, assuming he actually thinks I'm arbitrarily passing around his real name. The point is, if he didn't want anyone to know it, he shouldn't have been telling it to the porn stars he's f---ed and then pissed off. LOTS of people in the industry ONLY know him as Steve Bryant, and so I only use it as a point of clarity. As for running other chats into the ground, the only that has happened to them has been at the hands of bitter people who can't have the contorl they desire. The chats die because people Like Steve and Mike are mature enough to simply walk away. They have to try to wreck it for everyone else. As I said, I wasn't looking to control #pornchat, or even register it. It's just when Mike started up his control games, it was obvious that what I thought would be the right thing to do would be entirely wrong for the channel.

BrandyAlx1: It's a shame that Steve Bryant has to pull out that tired "everyone hates her." line. While I was in the PsT chat I had many, many friendly conversation with practically everyone there--Zoe, Delaney Daniels, John Gotti, MadisonFan, Masterick, VideoEd, etc. Then Bianca showed up and started bashing and without saying a word banned and I hadn't done a thing, just the thing that Diablo claims I do. He's using stories from EONS ago that haven't been valid for a quite a while. His comments had no validity. Mike is upset because I won't let him burn my book.

Diablo: can you point out how 2 of the people have allready written you in support of her ban and i never talked to her. Zoe says she never talked to her.

Brandy: Luke, honey, Bianca has proven herself quite a liar before. I know you printed that she *said* she doesn't have the power to ban, but it was Diablo himself who told me that she, specifically, put in the ban, the message I received when I was banned said that Bianca did it, and the mere fact that it happened the very instant she arrived in chat should be proof enough without the rest. I wish I could figure out why she lies when the truth would serve her better. Certainly if she believes she is justified in her behavior she wouldn't feel the need to lie about it. That speaks volumes about her. I mean really. There were plenty of witnesses, and, as Diablo always seems to have every single chat log, he can provide the truth on the matter to support his assertion that it was her. Unless, of course, that one particular log has mysteriously disappeared. Those who have felt the need to make sure everyone hears the truth, that I am so wrong about PsT, I hope will also feel the need to speak up on this. If PsT is not vindictive and dictatorial they have nothing to fear. Right? Not that I'm trying to make a big deal out of it. That's not what I was trying to do with my comments. It's just that the credibility of the others who have chosen to involve themselves is definitely in question.

I just got one of those forehead slapping emails (and I know you hate that I don't forward them to you).

A l-keford.com reader writes: You try to hard to make your case. The folks at Porn Star Trading proved what an elitist group they were when they got up in arms over Luke F-rd's random strings of chat text seemingly implying that you were in their newsgroup. You don't have to say anything further on the subject. We noticed it from the beginning. I'll see you in #pornchat, my first and only chat. :-)
