Mike Albo vs Mike South

Hustler Erotic Video Guide editor Mike Albo wrote to www.geneross.com: "And while I'm on the subject of whiny little posers and losers, I've got to give props to Mike South, who whenever I feud with that other internet doofus, always seems to butt in with his two cents. Hey, Mike, why don't you get a life and stay the f--- outta my business? Of course, I realize that if you did that, you wouldn't have the thrilling-to you anyway-experience of seeing your name on the net. Maybe if you spent less time involving yourself in other people's business, you could actually make a movie that's worth watching."

Mike South replies: "Gee Mikey, That's some way to thank me for free legal advice that could keep yer ass both outta jail and probably bankruptcy court. Besides don't flatter yourself, the advice was to all of the morons who make comments like that. If you wanna break the guys nose walk the f--- up and do it, then pay whatever price. Lame assed threats are boring."

Also on Gene Ross today, complaints by Georgia Miles on how Hustler magazine butchered her article on breast implants. This butchering by Hustler is par for the course. They dramaticly adapt most articles written for them to their own inimitable style.

New Frontier Responds

New Frontier Media has responded exclusively to Luke F-rd about accusations against the company by former employee Scott Wussow which have been publicized by Adult Video News (AVN) without carrying New Frontier's response.

Luke surmises that New Frontier does not regard Adult Video News as a credible news organization because it appears to slant its coverage in favor of its two major advertisers Vivid and VCA, competitors to Sin City and New Frontier Media.

In an email a few weeks ago, New Frontier CEO Mark Kreloff wrote me saying that he was a big fan of my site and that he was glad that there was someone else out there offering news on the porn industry aside from AVN which has repeatedly bashed him.

Rather than spending thousands of dollars on attorneys to shield himself from libel suits (like AVN does, quivering in fear that Kreloff will sue them), Luke instead relies upon the practice of solid journalism. No one has ever sued me, because I have an unimpeachable reputation for integrity and fact-checking.

Unlike AVN, I did go to the trouble of obtaining the New Frontier perspective.

I quote from www.geneross.com (the hired gun of Vivid and VCA, and run off VCA's web server):

New Frontier Media CEO Mark Kreloff chose to comment on the Luke F-rd site about the Scott Wussow lawsuit, even though the news was reported here based on the The Boulder News report. So be it. Kreloff writes that the Wussow lawsuit is "without merit". Here are the complete details of the suit.

Wussow, in April, 1996 was hired by New Frontier Media as its Chief Financial Officer. In July, 1997, Kreloff allegedly promised Wussow that he would receive the same stock package provided to another defendant in the Wussow lawsuit, Andrew Brandt, an officer and shareholder in New Frontier Media.

During the summer and fall of 1997, New Frontier Media was preparing to become a publicly traded company through an IPO [initial public offering]. On November 18, 1997, Wussow tendered his written resignation from New Frontier to accept a position with another company. According to Wussow, beginning on November 18, 1997 and continuing through November 23, 1997, Kreloff was supposed to have placed a number of telephone calls to Wussow for the purpose of convincing Wussow to withdraw his resignation and to return to work at New Frontier Media.

According to Wussow, on the evening of November 23, Kreloff called Wussow at his home. The two of them along with Wussow's wife negotiated a number of specific compensation, stock and employment terms. In this negotiation, Kreloff allegedly made a number of specific promises to Wussow if he would agree to return to New Frontier Media. Kreloff, according to Wussow, promised the following:

1. an immediate raise to $75,000 annually, and to $100,000 annually after the closing date for the IPO.

2. approximately 300,000 shares of registered New Frontier stock.

3. an $80,000 bonus, $40,000 payable immediately and $40,000 payable after the IPO.

4. A car allowance of $500 monthly

5. a number of other non-pecuniary issues regarding the terms and conditions of Wussow's employment.

At the conclusions of their negotiations, Kreloff was supposed to have asked Wussow to meet him the next morning at the Foundry Coffee House to finalize the terms of his employment.

According to Wussow's lawsuit, Wussow and Kreloff met the next morning. During their meeting, Kreloff, says Wussow, expressly promised Wussow that he would immediately give Wussow 20,000 shares of his own personal stock certificates if he would return to work at New Frontier Media. At the meeting, Kreloff was supposed to have promised Wussow a raise to $75,000 immediately.

According to the lawsuit, Kreloff also agreed to the $500 monthly car allowance; promised Wussow 300,000 cashless warrants of New Frontier Stock, with an exercise price of one-half the market price. The warrants were to be issued in increments of 100,000 annually, for a period of three years, based upon Wussow's anniversary date.

According to the lawsuit, Kreloff also promised to pay Wussow an $80,000 bonus. Kreloff also promised to pay Wussow $5,000 of the bonus immediately. The remaining $75,000 was to be paid to Wussow upon the completion of the initial IPO. Wussow says, based on his reliance of Kreloff's promises, he rejected his offer of employment with another company and accepted Kreloff's offer. Wussow returned to New Frontier Media. Wussow is now saying that New Frontier Media and Kreloff did not honor the agreement.

According to Wussow, Kreloff only provided 10,000 shares of personal stock. Wussow says he did not receive a raise until several months later; that he didn't receive the car allowance and wasn't awarded any portion of the 300,000 cashless stock warrants promised him. Wussow says he received only $5,000 of his promised bonus and has not received the remaining $75,000.

According to the Wussow suit, New Frontier Media did award Wussow, and other employees, 25,000 stock warrants in July, 1998. Wussow resigned from New Frontier Media in October, 1998. Wussow alledges that New Frontier Media has not compensated him with unpaid wages, bonuses, car allowance, stock certificates and stock warrants as required under Colorado law.

Gene [Ross] sez: New Frontier Media had a similar back wages and compensation suit filed against them by former employee Steve Marshank which they eventually settled out of court.

Luke jumps in: New Frontier, through its attorney Ron Podboy, filed this defense in the 20th Judicial District, Case #99CV913, on June 25, this answer (up till now NOOF's response has not been carried by either www.geneross.com, AVN or The Boulder News):

12. There was no agreement nor a meeting of the minds between the parties for payment of any wages, bonuses, stock, stock options or stock warrants that have not already bern paid to the Plaintiff. While the Defendant admits that the Plaintiff made additional demands during a critical period the Defendant never promised any additional compensation that was not paid.

13. Defendant, Michael Wiener, a number of times informed the plaintiff and other employees that the Board of Directors would have to agree on any wage and compensation package... The Plaintiff [Scott Wussow] was aware that only the Board of Directors could agree to alter the compensation of the Plaintiff and the Plaintiff could not have reasonably relied on any discussions the Plaintiff had with Mark Kreloff concerning his future with the company.

14. That the Defendant [Wiener, Kreloff and New Frontier] "tendered his resignation" during a critical part of the preparation of the initial public offering and used this fact in an attempt to extort a compensation increase. If the Defendant made any promise to increase the Plaintiff compensation, a fact that the Defendant denies, that promise was made under duress and is unenforceable.

15. That the Defendant had unclean hands in the transaction and should not be granted any equitable relief.

16. That the Plaintiff [Wussow] represented to the Defendant [Wiener] that the Plaintiff was a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA). This was a requirement and basic qualification for the job the Plaintiff had with the Defendant. That the Plaintiff is not a licensed CPA...

Celebrity Sex Videos Down Under

Ray writes from Australia: "There has been a spate of Australian local celebrities appearing in home made, private sex videos lately. The most recent involves the beautiful CATRIONA ROWNTREE [Luke - I hear that it is a lookalike, not Catriona], a a well known TV presenter/reporter/journo (appears on Getaway, a travel show). Video shows her have having sex in a bath & thereafter taking a very nice facial that ends up in her eye & runs down to her mouth. She & her guy (believed to be a former leading swimmer) laugh themselves silly in the process. Mimi McPherson (sister of Elle) & a celebrity in her own right is also in a home sex video as is Debra Byrne, a well known singer & entertainer."

Serenity on "The Man Show"

Crow writes on RAME: Porn star household hint of the week was given by Serenity. Tip was to keep spilled red wine from causing a stain by applying white wine and then washing. Serenity demonstrated this by pouring red wine on the front of her tight white top and then following with white wine. Back to camera, she took it off and put it in washer. No bra, but I suspect that she had some kind of cup over the nipples, since you couldn't see them through the wet top. Camera showed only legs while she took "washed" top out of dryer, then showed her putting top on with back to camera. Juggy girls' costume was Bavarian folk with abbreviated skirts. Lowlight of the show was one of hosts getting way too Oedipal by having a date with Mom.

From www.geneross.com

Unlike the "homeless" picture painted of him recently on Luke F-rd's site, Buck Adams looked like the mayor of Palm Springs - tanned with teeth whiter than Chuck Martino's. Of course Martino's teeth will look whiter in comparison after he gets back from Cancun. Word has it Chuck went there for a sort of spiritual cleansing.

Pat Riley Writes On RAME About Abuse

What characteristic do porn people, politicians, and used car salesman have in common? They all lie, all the time, regularly, sometimes just for practice or because they like to jerk your chain.

You remember the story of Jessie St. Croix about her gay background and gay lover? True or false? Probably lies. Lori Michaels when she was on Ed swore that Ed was only the second man she'd ever had sex with and the other was her husband. This year she admitted in email that the husband part was a lie thought up by Ed and her to reduce her fear of stalkers. She also went on with some BS about her college degree; now she admits never finishing high school. One set is a lie, that's for certain. All the "virgins" de-virginized by that handsome lothario Pierre Woodman. Do you believe him? Even Ed has done a supposed virgin. In a pig's eye!

And our resident cuckold, the guy who rooms with a 50+ year old Randy West, who insists Randy doesn't use anything artificial to maintain his erection despite the overwhelming evidence of unnatural stiffness and time of erection on any of Randy's recent tapes. So why do you believe Ed's account of his first BJ? He probably thinks it makes him look the stud. Ya know: "I'm so attractive to the girls that even at age 5 they couldn't resist me." One minor technical point: it's not a BJ unless the guy ejaculates. I doubt romeo Ed could at age five.

Secondly let's address this "abuse" beloved of talk show hosts and touchie-feelies in academia. Just what is "abuse"? The impression they'd like to give is that these "abused" children were raped by the Ron Jeremy look-a-like janitor in the boiler room of the local school or that drunken stepfather visited his six year old stepdaughter and butt f---ed her on a regular basis. Sure those things have happened but usually when you squeeze out what we're really talking about it's more like:

- stepdaddy looked at me in a funny way when I was running around in my underwear

- uncle took photos of me running under the sprinkler in the nude when I was six

- I felt uncomfortable when uncle used to sit me on his lap and nuzzle my neck

- stepdaddy showed too much interest in supervising my bath when I was five and lots of similar crap.

I've even heard "abuse" being counted as parents giving the child a bag of chips instead of a hot meal or not reading to the child at night. Utter rubbish but grist for the touchie-feelies and good for a few papers or talk show appearances.

Thirdly somehow you seem to think a 9 year old sucking on a five year old's dick is evidence of "abuse" of the 9 year old. Didn't you ever play doctor as a child? Most kids did. No evidence of "abuse", just a healthy curiosity about another child's body. If any "abuse" arises it's because the adults try to make it shameful and the child feels guilty.

Child Abuse

AP: A Swiss charity that campaigns against the sexual exploitation of children said Thursday it had unwittingly employed two pedophiles at an orphanage in Ethiopia. In 1995 a Canadian teacher was caught sexually abusing children at the Terre des Hommes orphanage in the northern town of Jari, said Helene Sulzer, the group's spokeswoman, confirming a report in the London daily The Guardian.

Terre des Hommes, a respected organization in Switzerland, works on behalf of vulnerable children in developing countries and has mounted campaigns against pedophilia and child pornography.
