Mike Albo vs Luke F-rd
Mike South writes Luke: "Do guys like Mike Albo understand the term terroristic threat and what it means...if you chose to press charges that is enough evidence to have his ass locked up right now...an open and shut case. Hustler Erotic Video Guide editor Michael Louis Albo writes www.geneross.com: "Gene: You know, the weekend rolls around and I put all this porno stuff on the back burner - sort of like what I do every day at 5:30 when the work day is over. Wasn't able to that this weekend. I received a phone call from Dr. Andrea Labinger, one of my former colleagues at the University of LaVerne. It seems that the good doctor has received an e-mail from one Mr. Luke F-rd who wanted to know if it were true that I had, indeed, worked at ULV (as I've said ad nauseam in the past). That in itself speaks volumes as to how much value the rest of the world places upon his writing-if one can call what he does writing. Anyway, like I've hypothesized before, Lyin' Luke is miffed because we here at HEVG had the audacity to critique his book. Now, like the little bitch that he is, he seeks to discredit me. Too bad my friends at ULV will verify that I truly did teach there (although once this is established Luke and his moron supporters will undoubtedly try to save face by casting aspersions on ULV-hey, it's not Harvard). The point of all this? None except to say that I don't like it when people lie to my friends. I like it even less when they make my friends uncomfortable by pretending to be something they're not. Luke, be advised that I'm gonna break your nose when I see you."

John says: "When I started Fantastic [for Metro in 1995], I went out on a limb. The industry had been Vividized. Everything was story-driven and soft-core. Kissy-face and safe. Bone says other company owners (I assume he means Steve Hirsch of Vivid, and VCA's Russ Hampshire) tried to shut him down and kill his customer base. "People were terrified that if they carried my movies they were going to jail. Nobody went to jail and the public liked what I was doing. I had an identity: I was the hardest, raunchiest producer of pornography in America. It's very difficult to maintain that identity when every kid on the block has jumped on that bandwagon."
John says he's adding violence to his movies.
Albo asks Bone if Gene Ross writes his scripts. John says no. "...For years it was me under attack and they always dragged Gene out to beat me with. Now he's under attack and they're dragging me out...
"The internet has changed our lives and it has only just begun... Before the consumer was never taken into consideration. Movies were made for AVN or GVA. Later, Albo alludes to Leonarto August. Gene Ross has written that "Leonarto August" is my real name. In fact, "Leonarto August" is the English name of my former Israeli roommate Shimon, who apparently once used my social security number.
In his "Rewind" column at the end of the magazine, Albo rants about the internet: "Lately, through the irresponsibility of people like self-proclaimed "journalist" Luke F-rd and his amazingly ill-informed sources...the Internet has become a warren of sleazy innuendo, not based on fact, but rather on if these losers like a person or not.

Tom Byron Sucks Cock? (Luke suspects the picture is a fake.)
Yes RAME-ers it's true, Tom Byron did suck a dick of a (she)male, I saw the picture! This is truly something because it was Rob Black who attacked John Stagliano for doing a she-male. Well Rob Black doesn't call them she-males, he calls them and I quote "A f---ing guy that's made to look like a girl with tits" (on Gene Ross 28 june 1999). Then on 29 June 1999 again on Gene Ross, Rob Black made the following statement and I quote again "Tommy takes plastic dildos up his ass not real she-male cock".
I guess Tommy didn't tell his boss about his (gay) past otherwise he
wouldn't have made these dumb statements. Rob Black also says that Tommy
will be directing a she-male line and everybody in the video's will
be wearing Stagliano masks. Well Rob, I think you better use some Tom

Delany Daniels A Pro

Luke's Source Threatened
The source who gave Luke the weird Buck Adams story, received several harassing phone calls this weekend. He writes: "One of the calls was in a hushed voice that was pretty muffled, but it sounded like it said, "Don't give Buck anymore s---, if you don't want no trouble." Besides the obvious use of the double negative, it sounded a bit intimidating. There were some other calls too, but they were just heavy breathing and one where someone just screamed "f--- YOU!!!""

At the AVN Expo last week, I talked with Chad, husband of Misty Rain, who complained about a statement someone said on my site that Misty frequently looked drugged or drunk.

Until it becomes a problem and interferes with my life... If you show up to my set all f---ed up...
"I don't allow alcohol or any kind of drugs on my sets. I want girls to look big wide eyes, pretty... If you drink or do drugs, you're not going to look pretty. My main job is to shoot you on video and make you look the prettiest possible."
Metro distributes Chad and Misty's series called Mistycam.
Luke: "I heard that Rob Spallone was mad at you for not paying him for talent."
Chad: "Right. I hired this blonde girl [7/98], Jennifer Lee... She mentioned no agent. She got paid. A couple of weeks later, Rob Spallone calls me up and says that I owe money for one of his girls... I said, 'she didn't say she had an agent, and the books are closed on that movie.' But both of us got s---ty with each other...
"I'm 41 years old. I don't need anybody to tell me that he is going to kick my ass because I am not going to pay him $65. And then he threatened my life. He goes, 'send the boys over there right now, you're a dead motherf---er.'

If he's any sort of businessman at all, he should tell his girls to tell people that they have an agent. "And if he's going to kick my ass, he better do it good because I've got lawyers... I've been around a long time. I have lawyers and CPAs who work for me. I own my own house. "He's telling people to this day that he's going to kill me for $65. And from what I heard, he got the money from Metro anyway. He called up Metro and because he bugged them so much about it, they paid him. And then he wants to call up and say that he knows Kenny Guarino and that I'm through in this business. All over $65, why would he do this?"
Luke: "He's from New York."
Chad: "When people get older, you don't go around saying that you are going to kick someone's ass. That's high school s---. If you commit bodily harm against another person, you can go to jail for that, or get sued, and have your assets taken away. If he's so riled up about it, why doesn't he sit down with me at a show sometime, and get his feelings out. Tell me what he feels. Why all the hostility and bulls--- over $65? Or because I hung up on him on the phone. So what? I did not like the way he talked to me... Any man should be able to take a hangup or a f--- you or a suck my dick or go to hell."
Rob replies Monday afternoon: "He's a punk and if he's got a problem with me, he can call me. You're a f---ing cunt. Metro paid me. People asked me not to smack you around but I will when I see you. You did sign the girl's card saying that I was her agent, you little f---ing cunt. And I don't threaten anybody."
Luke to Chad: "Are you still doing scenes?"
Chad: "Not many... Since I've been working with Metro, I've focused my energy on managing Misty and setting up her dance jobs... The reason I jump into Mistycam, is that it is so hard when you see all these girls... I don't do talent for the other companies because of the time factor... Earning $300-$400 per boy-girl scene is cool if you need the money and that's your living and you do several scenes a week... But I have bigger goals...
"I've already owned more than practically anybody in the business has owned... House, cars, boats, Harley...
"My goal in the business is to start a production company that we can survive on in the years to come... I have no vision of seeing myself as a top dude. I was stabbed at age 28 and I have big scars. Chad: "Our primary base is Arizona but we also have an apartment here.

I sat in on Wicked Flashpoint shoot with Steve Orenstein... It was cool. Just like a regular movie set except that there was sex in it. Then I saw the girl-girl scene...and thought, I can do that.
"My first movie was Haiku for Brad Armstrong. I've been selective with my projects. I don't like wall-to-wall stuff. I prefer the higher end. I've done 28 videos. My best videos include Immortal, for Metro. It was a six day shoot for James Avalon (as well as Trial by Copulation). I had enormous lines. I love dialogue. I love the acting challenge.
"The industry has been a nice surprise. I thought I wouldn't like it. But because I've been selective, its been wonderful to me. A journey of sexual discovery. Playboy Expo
On Sunday, Luke attended the Playboy Expo at the Pacific Design Center on Melrose Avenue in Hollywood. I ran into AVN's Tod Hunter, a big collector of Playmate autographs and memorabilia and a member of a Playmate email list. He points out the Dahm triplets, three blondes who recently appeared in Playboy.
Dozens of Playmates have booths, paying about $150 for the privilege. They charge fans about $5 to $10 for autographs as well as to have their pictures taken. The Playmates even snap at me when I try to snap a few pictures of them without paying for their precious image.
Later I overhear an event coordinator complaining about how difficult various Playmates are to deal with. Various Playmates complain that Playboy has not promoted the Expo properly.
Many of the Playmates do these events for a living as well as maintaining websites. Playmates frequently take small booths at expos like Glamourcon.
I run into several porners, including Luc Wylder and Alexandra Silk, who plays the bailiff on Playboy's Sex Court show hosted by Julie Strain. Later I see Lucky Smith and his three girls, Juli Ashton, Shayla LaVeaux and Phaedra Alexis. Mark Stone operates their video camera, shooting cutaways for the Playboy series "Essentially Juli," of which five episodes have already shown.
