Deep Throat says that the release of the Clemenza papers, which will supposedly end the career of AVN publisher Paul Fishbein, has been pushed back to January 31st thanks to the effective hacking of my web site.

DT: "The momentum has been lost. Clemenza wishes you well. He's glad you're up again. And he will be sending you lots of stuff via Deep Throat but he wants to see the momentum building up again and the excitement where it was. So, the sword of Damocles will hang over AVN a little while longer."

Fishbein: "I haven't given a second thought to Deep Throat, so how will he make my January hell? I feel like it's high school. I have a life, you know. I think he's delusional. Tell him to come out from behind his Batman mask and like a man, face me and tell me his beef with me.

"This is not new. It is not taking a toll on me. What you hear is exasperation but I've always been that way. I have been taking the stuff for 16 years. As I told you before, people have been saying we're corrupt forever. I take it to heart because I care about what I do. The retailers, adult stores, chain stores, foreign and cable buyers, etc. have been using AVN for years because they believe in it. That's what matters- the magazine works as a marketing tool.

"Those people in the porn business who say we're corrupt do not have the pride of their own product (if they produce). They probably don't look at their own stuff, let alone what's on the market. Maybe people are jealous because AVN is successful.

"You see, I'm a sensitive person. I care about this magazine and the
business. I care about the First Amendment and people 's rights to
personal choice and I care about the quality of life for the talent
(working conditions, STDs, etc.) and I put my money where my mouth is. As well as my time (Free Speech Coalition, etc.) Can they say that? See, I bit again.

"And by the way, those awards naysayers can always come in and count ballots but they usually don't. It's easier and more fun to take shots."

A former senior AVN reviewer who wishes to remain anonymous comments on AVN firing Rich C. Leather. "Although Randy and I had our share of differences over the years, he is a stand-up guy. The ONLY reason he would withhold his reviews is because AVN repeatedly was late with payments. I faced similar situations on numerous occasions...and was told by Paul and Gene "tough s---". As reviewers, we turn in our work TWO months prior to getting paid...so what's the f---ing problem? AVN has 60 days (or more, depending on when the review actually runs) to process a check...which, considering how little they pay per review ( I was getting an average of $15 lousy dollars per review) shouldn't be that hard to process on time. I think AVN merely f---ed up one too many times with checks, so Randy finally got tired of it. I tried a similar tactic and was read the riot act.

"Also, regarding the secret files on Paul...If those guys need more ammo,
tell them to email me...I documented a corrupt transaction regarding the
1993 AVN awards...Let's just say VIVID had something to do with it...I
call it the CARELESS Chronicles...Paul and Stevie Hirsch, Pearl Chavez,
and others were involved."

Fishbein replies: " Of course, this is a FORMER reviewer. Of course, there have been times when cash flow prevented these guys from getting paid on time but no person, vendor, reviewer or otherwise can say that they weren't paid for everything they did. But this is an old story because though we used to pay upon publication, we have been paying upon submission for at least a year now. Reviewers get let go for various reasons (they don't watch the tapes but review them anyway, they vote in the awards without watching all the tapes, they miss deadlines).

"Tell this person to be careful what he says about corrupt transactions
because I know who this is. Tell them to think about if any of the above
sounds familiar to them. He is guilty of at least two of the above. Who
is corrupt then?

"Disgruntled ex-employees are always fun sources, with axes to grind.
Here's another pussy without the guts to use his name and to face me and
look me in the eyes. People should make accusations without hiding."

I hear Brooke Shields' mom had her daughter, at age 12, pose nude in France for $12,000. "I saw the pics with my own eyes," says a reliable source. "There was no way she was over 13 years of age... Apparently the dad left them and they were strapped for cash... The mom is a total Hollywood mom."

Luke's web sites have been down most of December because of hacking. From the New York Times web site:

Controversial Adult Website Hacked

Filed at 6:55 p.m. EST

By Andy Patrizio for TechWeb, CMPnet

Luke F-rd, who runs a website about the adult-movie industry, is no stranger to controversy. But a recent interview with a
Hollywood "insider" who claimed knowledge about the sex lives of the film-industry elite has made his site the target of a hacker.

Ford's site has drawn the ire of the porn industry, with its behind-the-scenes stories, like one about an actor who allegedly hid his
HIV-positive status and continued to work.

But this time, Ford said, his site is being attacked by Hollywood's
elite.

"I think it was someone in the mainstream industry," he said. Two
weeks ago, Ford published the interview in which the subject made
claims about powerful Hollywood figures, their sexuality, and their
use of the casting couch.

Days later, Ford's two sites, 4Porn.net and l-keford.com, were
attacked by a script that took down the entire server. His sites
were hosted by Voice Media, which hosts five pay sites and 30 free sites,
all dedicated to adult content. The attack on Ford's site took down all
35 Voice Media sites, costing it $40,000 in lost revenue and prompting
Voice Media to take Ford's site down.

The reaction has been surprising, Ford said, because many who work
in the pornography industry, who have criticized him in the past,
have written to ask when his site will be back. Ford hopes to have a new
host soon and then plans to go hunting for the hacker who shut down
his site. "I want to find who did this," he said.

Ford's site is the latest to fall victim to attacks by those who
disagreed with its content. The New York Times site was hacked after it ran a series of stories on cybercrime...

A porn talent agent told Luke this week that he heard that I had been hacked by the competition - www.talkingblue.com. John Douglas and Dave Michaels reply:

This is quite rich. We are still scratching our heads and wondering if you are making a joke or if you are possibly serious.

Although we wish we had the ability to take down sites, I doubt that we would take the time to wipe you out. Hell, we are thinking that you are the mastermind behind the whole thing. If anything you are now achieving martyr status and seem to be garnering even more attention than you were getting before.

Of particular note, we like the triumphant return on Christmas. Very symbolic and even emotional. While we think that it would have been much more symbolic to actually have the site "hacked" on Good Friday only to have it return majestically on Easter, further establishing itself in the eyes of your "disciples", we realize that even you would have a hard time keeping Luke F-rd quiet that long.

No, Luke, we're not your culprits. We can't even come up with some simple Java applets for our site, let alone hack together some script to take out multiple sites. And if you are under the impression that we somehow have the deep pockets to finance a team of mercenary computer terrorists, ask around to our family and friends who got Christmas gifts from us. They'll verify quite plainly that we do not have money.

Besides, we are much more direct. If it had been us, we would have just spent the money on hiring Mafia hitmen and put a contract on you, have you taken out right on the floor of the CES. Not only would it send a message to anyone else who would dare try and run an Internet site that dealt with porn gossip, it would make one hell of a story once we got back to town (and we wouldn't even have to rush back to town to write it up, since you would be out of the way).

Ooh, wait. Mafia. Didn't you run a series of stories on porn and the Mafia? Jeepers. For your sake, I kinda hope that it turns out that it was someone like us, a pair of overweight guys in their thirties who sit around and play with the computer all day long.

No, sorry Luke, as much as we wish we could take credit for such a thing (might even get us some of the same press you seem to get), it wasn't us. Or is this a chain letter that you are sending out to everyone you can think of? Hmm, not a bad idea, actually, may make the actual perps think you are on to them and they step forward.... Very clever.

There is one other person that you should look into. Someone who by now has got to be so mad at you for affiliating his name with you. Someone who has been forced to share the spotlight with you for sometime. Someone with connections to the most powerful cartel of all: the mainstream media. Someone with the time to think up such a nefarious plan. Someone with enough time on their hands at Christmas time. Go ask Dennis Prager what he was doing the night your site went down.

Luke did an interview with Richard Metzger of www.disinformation.com

Bob Ellison, a veteran journalist who wrote for Chicago Tribune and now shoots stills on porn sets and dishes gossip about mainstream and porno, writes at www.sexnet.com/gazette/gossip.html about my hacking:

It seems that a poisonous vermin with a name that sounds
something like PUKE FJORD -- a FJORD, of course being "a
long, narrow inlet of the sea, with high rocky banks" -- possibly
has had those same high rocky banks collapse down and around
him.

Fjord, a misguided Aussie migrant, has been using the Internet to
spew trash about one and all, big and small, who live and work in
the Adult Industry.

But a strange thing happened a few days ago.

Suddenly, Pukey's vicious blasts were mysteriously missing on
the World Wide Web.

Pooofff, just like that! Gone!!!

His shoddy and sloppy site has been hacked into -- and shut down
-- according to T. Bone.

New of this tragedy prompted tears throughout the Industry.

Tears, that is, of laughter and joy.

Ranted and raved Old Bone, an outspoken fan-- yes, FAN -- of
Puke's misguided bile, "IT'S A f---ING OUTRAGE!"

How so?

"This is supposed to be a free country!" fumes the bombastic
Baron of Buggery.

But, of course!

The U.S. of A. is, abso-flucking-lutely -- a free country.

But, and this is important -- someone with a big mouth, or bad
manners, can suffer repercussions.

Particularly if he doesn't know, as they say in the concrete
canyons of Chicago and New York, who he's f---ing with.

Evidently, tho, Euro-Trash-Wetbacks and Kangaroo-Cornholers don't understand that rule of physics...

Meanwhile, back to Pukey.

A word of advice. Repent. Wake up. And wise up.

Rumor has it that the alleged vaporizing of your spiteful pride and
joy was just a friendly warning -- in the spirit of Christmas, of
course.

But the Holidaze will soon end.

Deep Throat says:

It's so obvious who shut down your site, Luke, and you're too stupid to see it. Do I have to slap you around? Do you still think that Fishbein and Hampshire are your friends? Or are you such a wimp that you're going to let them buy you out?

Tessio, a Fishbein sympathizer, writes: "Paul Fishbein's golden boy Darren
Roberts may not be so golden after all. We've got evidence of a non-competitive sweetheart contract that cost AVN thousands of dollars in overruns… The extra money disappeared somewhere… It certainly didn't go into the project. Ditto last year's Halloween party. Decisions by Roberts cost AVN over $25,000 in losses. Even though AVN had to suffer the embarrassment of having another company take over the running of the Halloween party this year, Roberts is laughing all the way to the bank. Roberts has said, 'I've been down and I don't intend to be down again.' He's certainly making good on his promise. Et tu Darren?"

According to Clemenza, Roberts has made certain damaging public statements that will be used in a pending lawsuit that could cost the company a fortune. Look for sparks to fly.

[Fishbein regards the above charges as absurd and Luke, as usual, has no evidence for them.]

Writes a VCA insider: "Russ Hampshire apparently killed an AVN story that would've been potentially embarrassing to XXX [a key VCA employee]."

Word on the street has it that Jill Kelly will win AVN's Best Female Performer award and Alisha Klass Best New Starlet. Kelly's due to sign in the AVN booth at CES.

Jonny Doe writes on RAME: "A Scandinavian magazine recently had an interview with Rocco Sifferedi. He is currently living in a mansion in Budapest, together with his wife Rosa (who has starred with him in movies several times)and their two-year old child.

Here are some of the things he said:

-While filming a shot with Alicia Monet, she was so stoned that she
almost bit his dick off. He had to be taken to the hospital at once.
Monet ran of into the streets without any clothes on, and had to be
taken in by the police.

- He recently got a circumcision, but the night after the procedure he
got an erection, and all the stitches ripped open... He needed plastic surgery, and had to stay away from porn for almost a year.

-He once had sex with three German ladies aged 69-73 (!)

-Almost all porn actors have herpes, including himself. No one really
cares about it, and studios give out medication when needed. The only VD actors/actresses really fear is HIV.

-In a good year, he makes about 200 thousand dollars
