This guy has made deals with several webmasters to pay sums of money in exchange for advertising then turns around and refuses to pay. Allow me to give you an example. An unamed Adult Site with heavy pornstar traffic agreed to advertise his Racquel Darrian site in exchange for X amount of dollars, everything seemed just fine until Don and Atlas places a stop payment on a several thousand dollar check and threatened to sue this unamed site because of alleged unlicensed pics which it turns out was indeed licensed. The UAS (United Adult Sites) is having to pursue legal actions against Atlas because of Don breaking contracts and refusing to pay for delivered advertisments.
"Atlas doesn't care about copyright violations, most of the Racquel images are not owned by atlas or racquel anyway, all they want is for these sites to hang racquel banners free of charge. Atlas has made deals with several sites with illegal copyrighted Racquel pics in exchange for free hanging of her banner. Don and Atlas are making it a very ugly place on the internet for adult pay sites. It's time that people know what a scam that Atlas is running."
Don Osterholt replies: "Mark Tiarra at UAS was caught red handed cheating us on traffic we bought for two of our web sites and also running up an invoice for paid traffic without getting approval first. I cut off payment to him as he clearly was out to screw us. Mark then directed one of his staff call my office and make threats to my secretary that they will collect the supposed balance due by whatever means possible including sending someone out to our office to "pick up" the money.
"I support everything the UAS stands for and I still have links to UAS on all of my web sites. However my allegiance is to my clients and I will protect them at all cost. When someone rips them off then I will take whatever action is necessary.
"I have not received any legal paperwork from Mark Tiarra and don't expect to see any since we do not nor did we ever have a contract. Mark Tiarra was paid in full for our original agreement and I have the canceled check to prove it.
"It seems Mark prefers to make threatening phone calls and spread email rumors rather than simply calling me up on the phone. If Mark wants to talk to me I will gladly listen. If he thinks he can influence my by threatening phone calls and emails he is sadly mistaken. Besides, with tactics like that is this really the guy we want protecting our first amendment rights?"
Former Orlando Magic player Jerry Reynolds faces charges of starring in a porn movie with an underage actress, writes the 10/13/98 Orlando Sentinel:
An arrest warrant was
issued Thursday after Orange County sheriff's deputies watched a series
of commercial videotapes featuring 16- and 17-year-old girls.
One of the youngsters, 16, said she didn't know the name of her screen
lover, but she told investigators that he once played professional basketball
and ran a popular nightclub in Eatonville.
Reynolds, 35, runs Heroes nightclub in that Orange County town.
Questioned by sex-crime investigators last month, Reynolds told them
that he didn't know the girls' ages. He did the film simply because
he wanted to "be a porn star for a day," according to the warrant.
Reynolds, a 6-foot-8 forward whose whereabouts were
unknown Thursday, earlier told deputies he would be in Atlanta.
Attempts to reach him and club employees were unsuccessful.
The felony charges that will be filed upon his arrest are use of a
child in a sexual performance and illegal sexual activity with a
child. Each count carries a maximum 15-year sentence.
Detective Matt Irwin spent several weeks watching more than 400
videos seized in May from a Pine Hills apartment. The viewings allowed
him to identify the three underage actresses, and he found another minor
in the process, he said.
Irwin said raw footage from a series of films called Buttermilk Bottum
showed Reynolds in several scenes engaging in sex with the teenager.
The footage of Reynolds was shot for the ongoing sequels in the low-budget
series, Irwin said.
The videos were directed, filmed and produced in the Pine Hills
apartment of a childhood friend of Reynolds', Deanthony Darnell, who
calls himself "Dezo El." His stage name is "The Duke," according to
videos formerly available at Orlando adult shops.
Another Orlando-area film producer, who is a competitor of Darnell's,
tipped off authorities about the minors last May. The movies involved
group sex, lesbian acts and a hockey mask.
Deputies arrested Darnell in May on charges of possessing and
promoting child pornography and allowing a child to engage in sexual
acts. Those charges, however, were dropped last month, court records
show.
Still photos of the raw footage show a naked man having sex on a
couch with a naked girl. Deputies identified the man as Reynolds.

A former Orlando Magic
basketball player didn't want to talk about
adult films Friday but said he plans to return to Central Florida soon
to face charges of having sex with an underage actress.
Jerry Reynolds would not say whether he knew the naked girl with him
in still photos from a commercial X-rated video was only 16 years old.
...The tip prompted the arrest in May of Reynolds' childhood friend,
Dezo Kwoku Shabazz Ali El, 35.
In an interview Friday, El said he joined Orlando's small but growing
adult-film industry last year. He said he hoped to take the profits
from his work as director of such films as Hootchie Mama 1 &2 and
the Southern Fried Amateur Videos series to shoot his own feature film.
The pending arrest of Reynolds and his own legal troubles are the
fault of 16- and 17-year-old actresses who tricked him with bogus
state of Florida identification cards, said El, who changed his name
from DeAnthony Darnell. The teens eagerly agreed to be filmed
performing various sex acts for $200 and signed contracts, he said.
"For the life of me, I wouldn't get anybody into this business if
they weren't of age," said El, who added he is especially careful
because he wouldn't want anyone taking advantage of his own teenage
daughters.
"They don't dress or act like any of the 16- or 17-year-old girls I
know," said El, who acknowledged having sex with the actresses as well
as directing their work. "They called me asking to shoot. I don't pressure
anybody."
Age identification is critical in the adult-film industry, where
videos shot at costs ranging from $500 to more than $100,000 can be
seized and destroyed by authorities if any of the actors is underage.
"There are very strict guidelines," said Debra Peterson, spokeswoman
for the Fairvilla Mega Store, a supermarket of adult merchandise and
at least 5,000 X-rated videos on North Orange Blossom Trail. Actresses
in those videos had to provide two different identification cards and,
in some cases, DNA identification to establish their ages, she said.
Pat Riley "watched Black Co-Eds (Legend) the other night and noted a couple of peculiar condom-related incidents. Before we get to those let me give a run-down on the movie.
Forget the co-ed idea.
Only the first scene has anything to do with
co-eds and it's just a rip off of the Cherry Poppers idea where (in
this case) Jack Hammer and Tony Everready playing construction workers
accost Treasure and invite her back to Hammer's place (the same old
bed and concrete block wall with graffiti you've seen in lots of Me
Mo Nasty movies) to see Hammer's sister's biology books. Of course there
are no books and they do a three way.
Caramel calls at the
same room and says she's there to see Suave's
(the black Ron Jeremy) sister/brother/someone (it's not too coherent).
He/she/it isn't there so they screw.
With no rationale, in a room with a ghastly sofa, Rob Mariner screws Dee. They both sniff far too much. Must have a cold <g>.
Obsession swims in the pool and then screws onlooker Devlin Weed.
Byron plays pool with India and he mentions something about wanting his dick as hard as a pool cue. She works on it and they screw.
Points to note:
The girls here make
up my black A-list (there are perhaps a few
others). Even though Dee and Obsession have passed the Riley limit,
they can still excite. Don't know why this is. Maybe because black girls
in the porn industry seem less whorish than their white sisters. Maybe
because they're less threatening, more submissive, or perhaps more pragmatic.
Unlike others on this group (RAME) I don't care if my progeny is heavily
suntanned. Even Obsession's tattoos and piercings don't turn me off.
Caramel admits to having a kid but her belly is flat and taut and her
waist, tight. Treasure has braces.
Comparing these girls to the ones the (presumably) black posters go on about (Ebony Ayes etc) there might be a difference between what black guys consider attractive in black girls and what white guys like. Except for the color, these girls seem closer to an idealized white girl.

Now to the condom question. No condoms in the India or Dee scenes. Devlin (Obsession rolls it on with her mouth) and Hammer wear condoms all the time. (After presumably doing or being done by Bubba in the pen, I wouldn't let Hammer within 50 feet of me if I were female, condom or no.) Tony wears a condom at the start of his in-out but then suddenly he's plunging away and there's no condom. Suave starts with a condom (even Roger would notice it; it's red) and then it too disappears.
It's not as though the
girls don't notice the condom has gone. Caramel continues with reverse
cowgirl and inserts Suave's dick in her so she certainly could feel
a missing condom and when Everready pulls out for the cum shot Treasure
is very definitely watching. So what's the story? Is there some myth
that you only need the condom for the initial insertion? Although there's
no evidence of softness, the presumption is that the guy couldn't get
