"ANYONE hoping to get another look at MTV anchorbabe Tabitha Soren's documentary on the porn industry is out of luck - the program's been yanked. One of the MTV network suits saw it, thought it was too raunchy and wanted it pulled, a tipster told PAGE SIX. The show, which premiered Oct. 7, was slated to air again Sunday but didn't. An MTV rep said it won't be shown again, but insisted it wasn't higher-ups who ordered the plug pulled. It is common for networks to make scheduling changes, she said. The 90-minute show was co-produced by Soren, who's just back from a one-year stint at Stanford. Noted one TV insider, "The ironic thing is that finally, Tabitha Soren did something worth watching, and it got yanked. "

Chuck Martino, Shay Sweet and Nicki Lynn who were all present at this supposed confrontation say that it did not happen as my source presents it. That Chuck did not verbally abuse Lysa and certainly did not threaten her life.
An industry source: "Christian Wolf is being sued by Eddie Darue [Loretta Sterling aka Ed DeRoo] of Totally Tasteless/Hollywood Video. It seems that Christian was all set to sign at the East Coast Video Show on behalf of Ed and General Video of America (GVA). Eddie purchased the plane ticket, booked the hotel and GVA had life size displays made of Christian for the booth at the show. The Friday before the show Christian confirmed that she would indeed show up on time at Eddie's office on Monday morning to leave for New York but Monday morning came and no Christian. Many attempts were made to reach her both by Eddie and by Rob (Spallone) but to no avail. She didn't show up. Eddie and GVA are suing her to recoup the cost of the travel arrangements and the promotional material. GVA has said they will no longer purchase movies featuring Christian from ANY company. It goes without saying that Eddie will never use her again. The money is not the issue of course. The issue is drilling it into the heads of these semi-retarded completely inconsiderate and untrustworthy glorified streetwalkers that even though it may not seem like it to them, this is a BUSINESS. Actions have consequences just like in any other walk of life and they will no longer be tolerated. At least not by Eddie Darue.

For months now, it seems as if any interracial talk always seems to include Asia Carrera because of a statement she once made on her website: She would not do sex scenes with Black males because she felt her fans did not want to see her in such scenes. Doing so would cause her to lose them (I'm paraphrasing). Because of this, I have willingly criticized her for being a hypocrite because in the same token, she has no qualms doing anal, having sex with older men, giving blow jobs ad nausum, etc. Her statement just doesn't make sense.
There are other matters she does that I find annoying. Yet, before criticizing I will say this, she is attractive. She has probably one of the best websites around with its layout, design, and her investment to keep it "fresh" on a near weekly basis. She has done some sex scenes that I have enjoyed, and hope she will take on some of the sexual challenges/situations that other top females pornstars undertake during their hey day.
What bothers me about her:
1. She takes herself way too seriously. Despite all the self deprecating humor, she clearly sees herself as different and by implication, "better" than others. It's so obvious from her FAQ, where she mentions her intellectual abilities and accomplishments (Nothing new here, it's been said before).
2. She embraces a very different view on life and presents it to you as "okay". There is an odd feeling on my part to be reading about someone who appears to be very comfortable separated from her husband, and living with another man, and yet, having no problem with having both around her as if it's normal. She seems to allocate 2-3 pictures a week talking about her "husband" and "Useless" in such a way as "we're one big, happy family". I don't think this is normal. Why is she getting divorced, then?
3. She talks glowingly about the beach house she has just rented (leased), and makes it a point to tell everyone that she has accomplished more at age 25 doing porn than had she gone on to college and graduated as her parents desired. I can't believe she thinks this is better in the long run. Again, I may need to rethink this with my daughter: "Sweetie, let's shelve those college plans, let's talk about you getting into the porn industry."
4. She gets lost in her ego, putting out a "film" which she scored herself, and not realizing that it was no where near the "work" she convinced herself that it is. She is not the first to do this, but why try to tell everyone it's something that it's not? Accept the truth and move on to the next project.
5. She adores working with Randy West. Somehow, some way, anyone who does this is not "a okay" with me.
6. The men around her are either voyeurs or weak. Both Bud and "Useless" seem to enjoy seeing her get it from other men. Heck, both are right "there" as it is happening. I can see maybe fantasizing about it once, but over 200 videos later? Yet, these guys are the "greatest" according to her. Heck, if she was my SO, I wouldn't be right there as it was happening. Why? It's there on video forever anyway.
Okay, this is a very mean spirited post. Yet, it's done because Asia has fabricated an image that I find incredulous. I get the impression she wants you to approve of whom she is, that she is just like you and me, etc. No, Asia, we are different. Settle for the fact that people enjoy your work. They don't have to approve your lifestyle.
