If Rocco Siffredi doesn't perform so much, it might be simply because he is getting fed up with acting. A French porn actor with whom I went to dinner in Budapest last year arrived late from a Rocco shooting, really surprised by Rocco's deep involvement in his family. He said Rocco has changed a lot since he became a father and bought this ranch in the outskirt of Budapest. His wife is very Hungarian, meaning beautiful and sexy, but she is reportedly possessive and demands that he spend time at home.

This actor friend told me Rocco was obviously not into acting and had only one thing in mind: going back to his family and hugging his kid. I guess I smiled in disbelief, having heard reports from other actors about his monstrous conduct with girls on sets, peeing in their mouth and stuffing their vaginas with omelette. What struck me--and what I do not think is being underlined in your interviews--was the immaturity of these girls.

And, to be honest, I am not sure it is possible to capture the nuances of exploitation of youth, sexuality--that was so apparent on the radio last night--in your own style of Leave It To Beaver, ah shucks, Russ Hampshire is my pal, persona.

Last night's show was so bizarre. The girls were like stuck in the 8th grade. One kept saying, "I'm under contract, I'm under contract--like she signed with Warner Brothers Pictures.

And the sickening thing, the real sickening thing--was Ed Powers. This man is in his 40s, and he is whining about how he needs a special someone in his life; that his last relationship, with a girl of 19yrs, only lasted eight months; and oh damn, "I'd give up my business" for that someone special. But "I've got this incredible overhead" and yadda yadda yadda.

On another note, the demographic of callers, was like blue collar, porn fans and lonely men--but nothing really intelligent or insightful.

I guess, what I would like you to capture on the electronic page, is the loss of innocence, that very fine line where budding youth is being mislead by either self-delusion or by the male boyfriend/pornographer. But you have to ask questions that will open up these decaying flowers.
