Astrologer Finds Link To Porn Films

David Moye sends along this article from 1999 from Wireless Flash:

NEW YORK (Wireless Flash) -- Astrology doesn't just predict personality, it also reveals your taste in adult film titles.

That's according to New York-based erotic astrologer Melissa Townsend, who claims she's devised a connection between specific astrological signs and the actual titles of X-rated flicks.

Townsend claims egotistical Leos can relate to an adult flick called "The Loin King," while Taurus people prefer food- oriented skin flicks like "Butter Me Up".

If you're born under the sign of Gemini -- which controls the hands -- you'll probably appreciate the X-rated classic "Edward Penishands," while Cancers often get titillated by the flick "Booberella".

Townsend claims Libra is a "bisexual sign" so most Libras will warm up to a video called "Switch Hitters," while Scorpios prefer investigative documentaries like "Buttman's Rollin' Cheeks." She says most Aquarians love an orgy film called "Can't We All Just Get It On?," while romantic Pisceans are often inspired by a tender film called "Romancin' The Bone."

Unfortunately, Townsend's astrological adult film titles for Virgo, Sagittarius and Aries are just too graphic to mention.

Goddess writes: That whole astrology/sex thing is so bogus. I'm a Taurus and I *hate* any sort of sex and food movies. They're just associating adult vids to stereotypical astrology profiles. Whoopee. On another matter, Lukey baby, you have *way* more knowledge of the adult industry than I do, so I bow to your expertise on this matter---when the CEO's at Vivid go home at the end of the week, are they paid in dildos, vibrators and Vivid videos? I'm just curious as to how they deposit them into their checking accounts to pay the bills....let me know, will ya?

Who's Got The Most Content?

Responding to a challenge from Jeff@RJBTelcom, his chief competitor, Ron Levi aka Fantasyman, owner of Voice Media's monster pay site CyberErotica says he had his staff add up his content and it's huge. Cybererotica boasts 537,000 pictures, 237,000 videos and 340 live shows.

That compares evenly with Karasxxx.com's offerings except for the live shows, where Cybererotica has three times as many.

"We concentrate more on the live shows because that is what people are really looking for," says Levi. "I want to thank Jeff for bringing this to my attention because I am having my people update my tour."

Jeff@rjbtelcom.com wrote Tuesday: Hi Luke, I do not usually get involved in the boards but there is one item from your interview with Ron Levi I take exception to.

We keep our members longer than anybody because we have more content than anybody. If you compare us to CEN, IGallery or MaxCash, it's not even close. No lo contendre."

CE advertises 300,000 pics, 250 live shows, and 127,000 videos as the most on the net.

Kara's [KarasXXX.com] has 500,000 pics, 260,000 videos, and over 100 liveshows.

Kara's has nearly double the content that Cybererotica does.

XXX writes: "A buddy of mine who was with Cybererotica was canned because a spammer joined his program and CE got a complaint and my friends site was the cause. My question to you is, what did CE do when they got complaints stemming from CEN?"

Ron Levi says: "I never got any complaints. CEN has never spammed my program. If they would've spammed my program, they would've been terminated in a heartbeat just like anybody else.

"If I would've gotten one complaint, I wouldn't have called JoeE up. I would've cancelled his account with no pay. Because if you ever pay spammers, they will do it again until they get caught again. I learned that the hard way five years ago. They'd sign up over and over again.

"That's why we have filters all through our signup programs so that we can put a guy's name in and he can't sign up. You can fake a business name and you can fake a PO Box, but if you've got to cash a check, you've got to cash a check. Your name has to be spelled right. That's the one achilles heel for spammers. They can let their friend by the payee and give him all that tax exposure.

"I was the first guy to take the stand on spam that I did. Guys would email me saying, 'Oh, you make money. So let me just do it.' And I'd say, 'Thank you for identifying yourself. I just terminated your account.'

"And by recommendation of RBL (Realtime Blackhole List to fight spammers) and UU.net... They were concerned that while I terminated a spammer, if you clicked on his link, it still went to us. So when we terminate a spammer, his traffic goes to a page that says, 'This account has been terminated for spam. We're sorry if this called you any convenience. And we have a phone number and an email to defuse the situation. So people understand we're not trying to benefit from it. Most other sites don't do that extra step we do. They may terminate a spammer, but whatever he has in the pipe, they'll take."

Mainstream internet companies are now incorporating the methods that the porn internet has used for years now.

Ron: "I was reading the magazine Internet World, April 1, with a list of new acronyms for internet business. CPS - Cost Per Sale. CPA - Cost Per Acquisition. CPI - Cost Per Inquiry. CPM - Cost Per Thousand. CPC - Cost Per Click. CPA - Cost Per Action. CPL - Cost Per Lead. The mainstream's now using these profitable models that we've employed for five years.

"Two point seven trillions have been burned by the mainstream [internet]. I've been working on "Puts" [options that the stock will go down] on Yahoo and following them down from $60 a share since December. They closed yesterday at $11.50. I sold my final "Put." I'd targeted $15 a share for April.

"Last March Yahoo traded for $240 a share. They were selling advertising for $30-$80 per CPM (cost per thousand surfers). Now they can't get $2 per CPM.

"All these mainstream stocks had millions of dollars pumped into them. And everybody was thinking instant gratification, as the share prices soared. But the real world doesn't work like that. That was all hype.

"But with all these adult models of business proving profitable, the mainstream is embracing them.

"You can't just count traffic as traffic and say we're doing business. You have to assign a value to it. And you can do that easily by comparing what you make to what you pay out. And the best way to do that is to track it by signups or by per-active member."

Luke: "Let's see if mainstream internet companies can turn a profit."

Ron: "It will be small money. It will build slowly and maybe ten years ago, it will grow up to be big. But it won't happen overnight. After they burned up $2.7 trillion dollars of venture capital, those investors aren't coming back. They've learned their lesson.

"Now these companies building on profitable marketing programs, that they have to make a profit for it to pay out, those will grow slowly. If one in a hundred adult surfers will pull out a credit card, it will be one in five thousand for mainstream."

XXX Webmaster says: There are two kinds of adult webmasters. Those who spam and get away with it, those who spammed and were caught spamming. Hence the division in the industry.

Most of the spammers are working with the pay site sponsors. But they're doing it from offshore and you will never catch them.

The people that I see hating many people in this industry for spamming, are folks who got caught spamming a long time ago. And those are the same people pointing fingers at Joe Elkind and CEN to keep the heat off themselves.

You look back 15 months ago to the sale of YNOT to Flying Crocodile, and you see all the partnerships and friendships that are gone today.

IGallery, NOOF And Adult Internet Stocks

I took a look at the stocks of a couple of adult companies. Ricks Cabaret (RICK) and New Frontier (NOOF, parent company of IGallery) are trading for $2 a share. NOOF traded for $12 a share a year ago.

XXX Porner says: "We don't have market makers in porn stocks. The big institutional investors won't touch porn. But one of these days, one of these firms will take a stand - we don't care what the content is, it is how the stock performs."

Meni writes on Netpond: Ahem, I Gallery, nice background you got on http://dailypics.igallery.com/dpprev1.html

gee looks exactly like our background MikeW hand made http://www.clubjenna.com

Horny Holly [cohost of WebmasterConfessions.com], will you confess on the air tonight? I'm sure its just some newbie coder's mistake, right?

Mutt writes on Netpond: The two backgrounds, ClubJenna's and IGallery's, are the same file. Opened them up in Photoshop, every one of the 32000 pixels in both of them identical, exact same Histogram. Somebody right clicked and stole somebody else's work without permission. Dunno who had their pages up first but I suspect IGallery's employee is the thief. Small stuff but people and companies usually reveal themselves in the small stuff long before the big stuff hits the fan.

When webmasters found out that a couple of big sponsors were redirecting foreign traffic to dialer pages, one, JoeE came here to address the situation and defend his company's actions, the other IGallery totally ignored everybody......until a paid flack for IGallery used it as an opportunity to spam a radio program long afterwards. IGallery threatened Old Dusty with legal muscle over a post that was so obviously facetious and satirical that any court in the land would have laughed IGallery out of court.

Ron Levi's Voice Media owns nine percent of Ricks.

Jamie Gillis Calls

I got this message from veteran male performer Jamie Gillis:

Jamie: "Luke, it's Jamie Gillis. A friend of mine pointed out on your site last week that you put a notice of catching up with Richard Pacheco and Jamie Gillis. I don't know if anyone bothered to point this out to you, but that interview was done about 15 years ago. So catching up from pretty far back. BNI just published it but it was done about 15, 16 years ago.

"And I don't know who your sources are, the other comment about my private life and unsafe sex practices, but I can assure you that they are entirely unreliable sources."

Samantha Sterlyng Returns

Samantha Sterlyng (SamanthaSterlyng@home.com) writes: Just wanted to let everyone know that I am back to work now after my recent "additions" I am happy to report that I am fully healed and they look and feel great. If you have anything for me, please let me know.

Fighting Bad Checks

Brandy Alexandre writes: Tell Nina Whett that she can sue for up to triple the amount of the check in small claims court if it is not made good. If she goes in with proof that the account was actually closed when the check was written, she won't have any trouble getting the judgment. What you did in order to be paid does not matter. Demonstrating what real business does in these cases might go a long way to getting the flakes and losers to take stand up and take notice as to how they should be operating. It's the performers that make the industry and they deserve a little more respect. In the future, when you book a shoot, tell them that you will need to be paid in cash. Britt Morgan used to write checks for her bookkeeping, but she would always bring cash and allow talent to sign the check back to her and she'd pay them. There is no reason why they shouldn't be able to accommodate you other than having a plan to rip you off in the first place. Beware those who refuse.

Luke Gets Mail

Jack writes: Luke: Why do you continue to post the inane ramblings posted elsewhere by Gene Ross? Captain Bob my ass. Fat ass Kernes? Fishbein f---ing every girl with red hair? Give me a break. No one pays any attention any more to Mr. Rughead, so why perpetuate his crybaby bulls--- on your site? He is a nothing piece of s--- that is heading for the toilet where he belongs. Everyone knows his employer is going down the tube soon and Ross will be on the streets. Why not pay attention instead to what's happening in the adult industry? You have no clue what the real scoop is. The next dot.com disaster will happen in the adult internet and will involve one of the biggest in the industry. Luke, if you would get your head out of your ass and make a few phone calls, you might even be able to break the story.

Luke says: I hear there's going to be big news from IGallery.

Professor Jay Gertzman writes: Luke: your characterization of yourself as "a story teller/entertainer/ lunatic" as opposed to a businessman or "conventional journalist" is interesting. It is a description of a humorist like Lenny Bruce or Woody Allen. These guys were willing to take a lot of criticism and seemed to be assured that they had something important to say about themselves and their social setting. Their egos were (are) healthy but they were not shallow or unaware of their own inability to get themselves or others under control. In fact, their work in a kind of evolving self-definition, with a lot of self-doubt mixed in. Your website has these characterisitcs. I do not always agree with what you say or choose to publicize, but I do appreciate your moxie and the amount of information you do have. Offending people may be a cheap way of getting attention, but it also can be the only way to make people think and feel.

KendraJXXX: can you post on your site for any girls that are feature dancers , i have some JACQUIi costumes for sale.they are beatiful , sequined , and theme oriented. anyone interested in purchasing them should email me at kendrajxxx@aol.com KendraJXXX: its especially good for girls just starting thier feature dancing careers. but they are all in mint condition

Babenet Sucks And Always Will

Skitz writes on Netpond: Just got this spam from the thieving lying sacks of s--- at Babenet.... are they out of business now?

"You are receiving this exclusive promotion from Multinet Communications Worldwide Limited ("MCWL"), successor to the Babenet Webmaster programs."

LOL like all other worthless bulls--- spam, it says "THIS IS NOT AN UNSOLICITED EMAIL!" ... and also says "reply to this email" to have your name removed.... of course, in typical BabeNet fashion, the replied-to email gets kicked back. LOL Babenet... no matter what name you call yourselves, you STILL suck, and always will!

Mutt writes on Netpond: I get as much porn spam as anybody because I've had the same email address since 1996, I've been a regular Usenet poster since then, I've joined many adult sites with pretty much most processors and of all the porn spam I get very little is spam promoting any of the major programs. Most of it comes from small independent operators and of course the Australians. Of the big boys I get a fair bit of IGallery. I can only remember once or twice getting anything promoting CEN's sites UNTIL the celeb sites.........the spammers jumped on the CEN celeb sites hard. Luke if you want to do some investigative journalism please find out which processors sell mailing lists out the back door.

Luke says: I get spam from IGallery, part of New Frontier (NOOF on Nasdaq).

Biggest Internet Domain Name Award - Final Judgment In Kremen vs Cohen

We finally got the final judgment in the Kremen v. Cohen case. The Judgment awarded Gary $40 million for damages and $25 million in punitive damages. This is already being written up as the biggest internet domain name award on record.

Here's MSNBC's report.

Here's the press release from Kremen's attorney:

SAN JOSE (Tuesday) --- U.S. District Judge James Ware today found the former owner of the "sex.com" domain name liable for fraud and forgery, ending a contentious three-year court fight with an award of $65 million --- the largest in Internet domain name history.

Judge Ware's findings of fact, which are equivalent to a jury verdict but are issued by a judge after a trial without a jury, found that Stephen Cohen, the former operator of the sex.com online adult entertainment empire, "devised and executed a fraudulent plan to steal the domain name 'sex.com' from Gary Kremen."

Ware found Cohen liable to Kremen, a San Francisco entrepreneur, for $40 million in compensatory damages and $25 million in punitive damages. The judgment issued by Ware also commanded that an arrest warrant for Cohen remain outstanding until Cohen surrenders all of his property to the Court.

Kremen had originally registered the domain in 1994, but discovered a year later that it had been re-registered by Cohen using a forged letter to Network Solutions, Inc. The trial, which ended March 9th, included testimony about the millions Cohen had received from operating sex.com since the domain was stolen in late 1995.

The trial also included a highly-unusual bench warrant for Cohen's arrest arising from his failure to appear in court in violation of the judge's orders. Speaking through his criminal defense attorney, Cohen has claimed that he is under house arrest in Tijuana pending investigation into unspecified charges by Mexican officials. Cohen has previously served time in federal prison for bankruptcy fraud and impersonating an attorney.

Lawyers watching the case noted that it was exceptionally difficult to uncover the amounts of money Cohen had earned from the domain, since he placed the vast sums in offshore accounts in Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, and the British Virgin Islands and has invoked the Fifth Amendment when asked about the funds. To combat the offshore flow of funds, the court in November froze $25 million in Cohen's assets. Cohen failed to comply with that order.

Kremen's attorney, James Wagstaffe of San Francisco's Kerr & Wagstaffe LLP, was pleased with the large verdict. "The substantial size of this damage award sends a message that the Internet is not a lawless wasteland," Wagstaffe said. "If you take someone else's property, you simply have to give it back, no matter what kind of property it is."

Wicked Contract Girl Alexa Waves Goodbye To Porn

Alexa writes to StunningCurves.com:

"Regarding my decision to leave Wicked last week, I can no longer be in the adult business. The bottom line is I was not comfortable doing it for a living any longer. I woke up every morning unhappy, and that is something you just can't do. I respect the adult industry and everyone in it, but I found out too late that it was just not for me."

"Since I left Wicked Pictures, I have really found out who my true friends are, and sadly that group is limited to only a handful. It turns out that the people who I thought were friends were nothing more than fair weather acquaintances. I put my trust in the people at Wicked, and I thought whatever I needed, either during or after my tenure at the company, they would be there to help me. It now seems that the Wicked staffers only have interest in being my friend if I have sex on film for them. So many people I had put my trust in turned out to be fake and self-interested, including sadly many of those I was closest to. I love Steve and I thank Joy for everything."

"The best thing I found in this business was a girl by the name of Red Velvet. Thank you for believing in me. From the day we met, you told me I didn't belong in this industry, and I should have taken your advice. Now take mine. Get out, you're too good for this. I love you with all my heart."

Get Alexa's full response on StunningCurves.com

Luke says: I believe that Red Velvet is a makeup girl and the daughter of Captain Bob. She was the subject of a Paul Fishbein written profile in AVN, the only one I recall of a makeup artist.

KevinM00re: I'm sure her fans will miss her onscreen
KevinM00re: but she's gotta do what she's gotta do
Luzdedos1: but no seconds thoughts about what kind of industry this is?
Luzdedos1: alexa's right, porno people are generally fair weather friends
KevinM00re: yeah I can believe that - but I've also had jobs before where my friends came from work and after having a falling out with my job those friendships become very strained

David Moye writes: By the way, ex-porn star Alexa is a Sagittarius, a sign noted for total honesty and faith that others are just as honest. Perhaps that's why she's surprised that Wicked isn't giving her the time of day now that she has quit porn. On the other hand, Sagittarius is also more likely to be honest with themselves about what they are doing and their motivations. Sorry that she's been hurt by the reaction but that type of honesty may help her in real acting -- if she's given the chance.

An excerpt from f---PaulFishbein.com: "Captain Bob, Captain Bob (no relation), you've got a lovely daughter. Did you know that your bisexual offspring (she also happens to be that 23 year-old redhead we talked about earlier) has been f---ing both Stacy Valentine and Paul Fishbein? Don't worry about your reviews, though. 'cause Mark "I'm In the Pocket of Seymore Butts" Kernes is taking care of them. (Fat-ass kernes winning the reuben sturman award is a big f---ing joke.) C'mon, everybody sing: "She wore Red Velvet, oh whoa, redder than velvet were her eyes...softer than satin her tender thighs..." In the December, 1999 issue of AVN, Paul Fishbein under the pseudonym Max Bloom writes an article about Red Velvet, the woman he was f---ing."

Luke says: Max Bloom is Paul Fishbein. Whether Paul and Red Velvet had relations, I don't know. One source tells me no. Fishbein does have a reputation for liking redheads.

Luke F-rd Live

Listen to Tuesday's show. Read the chat here.

Our first guest was David Moye from Wireless Flash followed by over an hour with porn star Kimi Lixx.

Lixxx said several pornographers told her not to do interracial because it would hurt her career. Many people would not want to work with her if she had sex with blacks.

Kimi says that Jews should stop living so much in the past. She was surprised by the large number of Jews in porn.

Kimi says: my kids are cracking me up - they're all "are you famous now?"

Luke asks: Were they listening to you?

Kimi replies: Nooo. But i had to tell them not to walk in the office while i was on the phone, so i explained to them that i was gonna be on the radio and it was a work thing. so when i got off the phone they wanted to know if i was famous since i'd been on the radio.

Luke asks: Kimi, do they know about your work?

Kimi replies: yes, in an age appropriate manner.

KimiLixx> i don't lie to my kids, about anything - last thing i'd want is for my boys to be hanging around with their friends, pop in a porno they snuck from someone's dad's collection and it turn out to be ME.

KimiLixx> they know the name i work under, and what i do.

4 of them are boys, just one girl - the youngest do all of his friends wanna hang out at ur house? hehe nah - that would be my 14 yr old's friends - they think i'm hot lol my son is only 11...he likes battle bots still i've been forbidden to come to his school wearing shorts, halters, skirts above the ankle, tight jeans, any kind of high heels.

JimGunn> I'm too selfish to ever have children

Kiki D'Aire writes: PATRICK RILEY can suck my ass. For some reason he has it in for me and I really tired of seeing the words fat and trailer trash next to my name.

I hear Jenna Jameson's starting up her own production company, following in the footsteps of Jill Kelly.

Jeremy Steele writes: Hey Luke, I know my whole chart, and although the astrology man isn't personally interested in guys, he did mention that his purpose is to delineate whether a person's astro chart points a proclivity towards doing porno movies, so I don't think he should rules male's charts out to prove or disprove his thesis. I was born September 11, 1968 in Plainview NY 3:01 P.M. He mentioned alot of Virgos are in the biz.. I also have Mars in Leo in the 8th House, as well as my house of fortune in the 8th house which has to do with sex. I totally believe that astrology charts can show a proclivity to do adult.. Another thing to note is how many signs a person has in the upper hemisphere of a chart (6th to 12th houses).. The upper houses show a person who likes the spotlight. A friend of mine who is a porn connoiseur will print out any female porn star's chart for free. If interested email me at jeremysteelexx@hotmail.com and I'll hook it up.

AOL vs Cyber Entertainment Network

I spoke the other day with Steve Workman, in house counsel to the Cyber Entertainment Network (CEN).

Workman toiled for years as a Beverly Hills litigator.

Workman: "We are confident of our righteousness. You'll notice in the AOL complaint that they made no distinction between CEN and webmasters."

Luke: "Yes, but aren't you responsible for what your webmasters do?"

Steve: "Well Luke, that's the crux of the biscuit. I am not quite sure what AOL alleges we did. We are not our webmasters. They are not our employees. We are a corporation that stands separate and apart..."

Luke: "Well, are you or are you not responsible for what your webmaster affiliates do?"

Steve: "Well Luke, that is exactly what the case is about.

"What's curious about this case is this. Did you know how AOL got to the top of the heap? They spammed. Years ago AOL mades its mark because they spammed people. I'm not talking about junkmail in the mailbox. I'm talking about online. They spammed. AOL used to do all this stuff that they accused us of doing. Once they got to the top of the heap, they said, 'Ok, rules changed.'

"Did we spam? In their complaint, AOL said spam is what we say it is. Because we say that we use opt-in lists.

"AOL went to the Virginia State Legislature and presented them with a bill about spam. We're the 800 pound gorilla in your backyard and you will pass this bill and it is good for everyone. Opt-in mailings are not spam because they're requested.

"AOL got complaints that they were getting these emails. People said they never asked for it, therefore it is spam. You know Luke that in the adult industry you have "friendly fraud." That's when members chargeback, saying they never ordered membership in the pay site. When in fact the husband did and the wife didn't know about it. It's the same thing as this. 'I opted in to this mail list but my wife doesn't know anything about it.'

"I think AOL is getting disinformation from its outside lawyers who've made a religious crusade to stomp out spam. Without recognizing (A) that it isn't spam and (B), if what we're doing is wrong, you guys made hay of it for many years and that's why you're where you're at. I hope that once the corporate offices of AOL discover the real facts, they will reconsider the wisdom of the suit."

Luke says: I highly doubt AOL will, as this suit was planned for at least a year before it was brought. AOL subpoened Joe Elkind and John Bennett, the owners of CEN, months before bringing the suit.

Steve: "Let's say they won in court. That means they'd also be liable for the same s--- we do. And we don't do anything that is illegal."

Producer Accused Of Writing Bad Checks

Nina Whett from NinaWhett.com writes: Attention Male and Female Talent of the Adult Industry: A producer by the Name of Ron Ellis aka might be Rickerson Berri from TeazeWorld Inc. writes Bad Checks! He wrote me a check on a closed account on 3/22/01 for a scene that i did with Mr. Markus for the movie "Parkin' in the Rear". if he tries to hire you for work I would ask for cash! He also owes other people money for work I found out so if you too are one of his victims e-mail me at: whett1@webtv.net It's pretty sad that we have to deal with this kind of stuff in our Industry. Sometimes funds might be held but it's another thing all together to write checks on closed accounts! I am outraged about this.

Wouldn't it be nice if the Adult industry had the Validity it deserves for being a real business? it's people like this that give our Industry a bad name. We all know that criminal element is everywhere but what this kind of B.S. just proves to society and to our industry is that we're all seedy people when that's not true. There are a lot of good people in this business and Companies you can trust. But unfortunately we have to watch out for the bad ones!

Did You Know That Mark Kernes Was Jewish?

I never knew that AVN legal affairs correspondent Mark Kernes was Jewish. He's not religious however.

Mark writes in the March issue of AVN:

The first major mistake I made was letting one of my fellow tax protesters convince me that I should tell the officials that I was Jewish, and hence ate "kosher," since that was supposed to get you better food. In actuality, that simply limited your selection of edibles and guaranteed that most of it would be tasteless. Not that the other guys ate that much better; the prison grew a lot of its own food, the inmates cooked it, and the steaks from its own slaughtered cattle could never be served in restaurants. The officer that ran the kitchen boasted that he fed each inmate on $2.21 per day. I believe it. The only decent meal I had was Thanksgiving.

The Jewish thing also required me to take three days off from my work assignment during Passover and spend six or so hours a day listening to a band of traveling rabbis. In recollecting that experience, for some reason, thoughts of the proverbial Chinese water torture come to mind.

Who's Got The Most Paysite Content?

AlienX@SinCityFilms.com writes: Well ask both of them how much content is exclusive? Whats amazing is this. Exclusive content. Thats what tends to be most relevent these days.

Okay SinCityFilms.com has: Over 5000 Photo's 2000 of which are completely exclusive. We have our own Exclusive Streaming Video's from our greatest movies totalling over 500 Individual video clips each playing 5 minutes long. At the same time we have over 150 Full Length Movies as pay perview Video Ondemand. This is an upsell component that is extraordinary quality. The site contains over 100,000 Streaming video's. from various providers via BabeNET, Video Secrets. ( The Usual Frill's of an adult entertainment site )

And for Live feed's... Well Most live feed's are teasers these days and are free with upsell's. Kind of ehh soso stuff. Outsting in live feed's these days are Igallery and BabeNET. NOOF and BabeNET both have outstanding live features. BOth of which Sin City Films.com Contains. Sin City only has a mere 30 Live stages but at least they are the good ones. These days it is hard to identify what exactly a live feed is though... Most live feed's tend to be recordings.

The point here is this Sin City costs 35.00 a month. Cybererotica: $39.95 Month Kara's: $34.95

Sin City is .5 Cents more than Kara's, and $3.05 more than Cybererotica. So Dick size truly does not matter, its the unique-ness and textures that make people come back. The average retention these days for a member is approximatly 3 month's. And it does not matter how much content ya have but what the content is that is relevant:) Is this divide between Cybererotica and Maxcash getting more and more obvious these days or what??? Levi if ya want some exclusive content that is Sin City's let me know... We would be honored to do business with you concerning content.

Nick writes: I think the 2 best values on the web for exclusive content or the Playboy Cyber Club (45,000 for $6.95/month) and ALS ($18.95/month). No idea how many images ALS has, but it's got to be a frigging lot.

Mayor Tommy writes: What's happening my tortured friend? Just checking in on the little RJB vs Cybererotica content debate. I've sold two different live content products to webmasters, one was The SexxxHouse which I was trying to help the owner take in the right direction and the TotalXposure live strip club feeds which I'm a partner in and which is bar none the finest produced high bandwidth live feed on the Net. With both feeds within the first 24 hours of advertising/spamming them to webmasters I got contacted by Jeff at RJB wanting to check out the product. Maybe a few hundred paysite webmasters checked out SexxxHouse and the TotalXposure feeds to even consider leasing them, of the MAJOR players in the industry, ONLY ONE even bothered to ask to see the feeds - RJB.

I'm not saying CE doesn't have a s---load of content because they do, they just ignored my emails offering them my two products. RJB just about buys EVERYTHING on the market unless it's cost prohibitive to them. The content business basically sucks, most webmasters spend as little as possible on the inside of their members areas, they pack their sites with what has become the standard as far as live content goes, live feeds given to them for free in return for upsells to private shows. Of course member retention rates suck, a surfer comes across a paysite and checks out the tour, he thinks 'Wow, 100's of live streamed shows and events inside, teen chicks f---ing each other with two foot long dildos and I can chat with them and tell them what to do and they'll fulfill my fantasies'....

So he pays his 3.95 for a 3 day trial and begins to explore the members area looking for the live shows with the teens f---ing each other.....he enters one live feed plugin after another only to find yet another clothed model.....'HEY BABY SHOW ME YOUR TITS!'.....to which she answers via her keyboard 'BUY A PRIVATE SHOW NO NUDITY IN THIS CHATROOM'........ or he finds another live feed plugin and the model on his screen is typing but he can't find any way to chat with her, then he notices the banner CLICK HERE TO CHAT WITH ME and he does to find he has to fork over another 30 bucks to chat with her on another paysite or he can go 1 on 1 with her for 5.99 per minute. Nobody knows the live feed area of the business better than me, I know what's sticky and what isn't.

Alien doesn't know what he's talking about. The Babenet and IGallery live content is absolute crap, they don't include chat with the model and even the upsell doesn't include any real interaction with the model, you're chatting with a chat moderator who may or not be female :) Both Babenet and IGallery are softcore, no penetration or insertion, porn savvy surfers know this. Member retention rates suck because surfers have wisened up, this ain't a new industry anymore, a big part of the buyers have been online a long time and joined many sites.

Why does RJB buy all the content that is available on the market? Because they realise that CONTENT really does matter. Great Alien, SinCity has gigs and gigs of unique content and a member retention rate of 3 months. Is that what you think Karasxxx's retention rate is? Karas throws content at their members like spaghetti against a wall, some of it's gonna stick with somebody and make that somebody recur month after month. The more content you have the more likely a customer is going to find something that he likes. I do this as a surfer myself. Right now I'm a member of one membership site. I found one thing on this stie I like, I have broadband cable access and this site has an absolute s---load of broadband full length porn flicks. I've never even checked out anything else on the site. See? I found ONE thing that I like and I'll probably be a member of this site for a year at 34.95 a month. CONTENT REALLY IS KING!

Most webmasters just don't get it or don't have the capital to try spending more on their members areas. Good content costs money and most webmasters just won't pay the freight. That's why I've given up counting the number of feed providers who've gone belly up, it depresses me. I've met and talked to so many people with big dreams and expectations and sometimes I feel I have to shatter their illussions and tell them to forget about their million dollar dreams, it just ain't going to happen.

I get asked to sell live feeds quite often, after looking at what they're sellig I ask them how much they want for their feeds.....they tell me I want this much per GB tranferred or this much per member ......then I say 'Ok, at that price, I can sell it to 5 websites, all under 500 members, nobody is going to pay you any more no matter if you have the greatest live content ever seen'. Wanna know why RJB,CE and CEN don't sell their own feeds? Cuz they know the money is in selling to the consumer and not the webmaster. Webmasters are cheap, thank god there are plenty of surfers who aren't.

CE might have as much content as RJB but definitely no more. Wanna know why RJB NEVER gets accused of shaving signups.....because they don't........because they don't have to......their content stuffed sites make enough revenue to pay the webmasters what they're due and keep enough for themselves to make them them happy. Same with CE. I've been in other programs' sites and can't say the same thing. Webmasters should ask for a free password to any site they're going to promote, if the members area is cheesey you can bet you're going to be shaved cuz they just can't afford to pay out 30 to 40 dollars per trial member with a 3 month average member retention rate.

Ya know, for as long as I've been making a buck on the Net, the phrase CONTENT IS KING has been around and it really was bulls---, TRAFFIC IS KING was the real deal, content was secondary. But now as the industry matures and the surfer is harder to please and seperate from his wallet finally CONTENT is catching up to TRAFFIC in importance.

Farrell Timlake writes: I see everyone making such a big deal about who has what amount of content, and I had to respond. WWW.HomegrownVideo.com has all exclusive content. We do not purchase or need to purchase any from anyone because we have it all, exclusive pictures and streams and live content. We update DAILLY with all our own material. (Brandy eat you heart out) Homegrown has the world's largest library of amateur content. Every single content provider on the net pales in comparison to the windows media quality and quantity available at www.homegrowncontent.com. Our competitors brag about 10 minute broadband streams, well, we have full length broadband movies. Our competition claims to have broadband, but it is not even true broadband. Even our lower end streams look better than most companies high end material.

Every major content provider on the net acknowledges that the quality of our streams sets a standard for the rest of the industry. We have the most windows media content of any site on the net. Not little three minute crappy downloads like our competition, even in our low end on demand streams we have full length movies. There is not another company on the planet that is securing their streams as well either We were doing live windows media feeds with high frame rates and audio before any competitor and we still do it better. Anyone is welcome to compare and say otherwise. People stay on our site because they know and hold these facts to be self evident..

Alien can sit down and get back to the work of blustering on incessantly, however, he will never equal what we have. Besides, most of the other major companies, including sin city, have content that has the same faces and lame ass porn performances that everyone else has. We have original, exclusive, and authentic amateur content that is a true legacy in the adult industry. I rest my case.

Luke Gets Mail

Farrell Timlake from HomegrownVideo.com writes: Well, I can safely say that I will not be kissing Mark Kernes' ass, nor will AIM be receiving any donations from me, and I will not be letting Brandy tell me I told you so. I knocked out Bob's argument with one punch, and he never made it to the next, even though that was a sure thing too. To recap, Bob says that the statement "3) In violation of Koch's third postulate, pure HIV does not reproduce AIDS when inoculated into chimpanzees or accidentally into healthy humans" proves that Duesberg is committing a scientific blunder to say chimps would or should get AIDS when injected with HIV. There are several proofs that Bob is incorrect in this assumption. First, chimps are used for testing many things, including HIV, because of the incredible similarity of the organisms. Second, if Duesberg cites them as an example from other legitimate sources, then it is a legitimate reference. Even pro-HIV-causes-AIDS scientists use simian research studies to try and prove their claims, as they did in the Durban Declaration. Also, the fact that the statement includes human research references is even more important.

Finally, Bob is missing the point, which is HIV violates all three of Koch's Postulates. These postulates are used by every scientist on the planet as a guide to determining the nature of infectious disease. After pointing out some other false assertions from our previous encounter, next, we were supposed to discuss the etiology and the pathogenesis of HIV. Bob never got there. However, no bio-medical scientist in twenty years of researching the etiology has yet explained the contradictions of the pathogenesis as it relates to the violation of Koch's Postulates. And that right there is where I leave it. Bob took the first round, me the second. If anyone can explain why HIV is the only virus that contradicts and fails to meet the criterion of those defining postulates, then I would greatly appreciate it. In the meantime, I will pipe down on this issue for a while. I am sorry to be annoying anyone. I really am just trying to get people thinking, not beat them over their heads. I thank and congratulate Bob for taking this seriously enough to discuss it in a mature fashion.

I thank Luke F-rd for the gracious and generous use of his chat room for the privilege of discussing these issues. I hope everyone will look out for one another and stay safe. Stay away from stupid drugs. Keep good hygiene. Make porno with passion.

At www.homegrownvideo.com, we want everyone, including those who we do not see eye to eye with, to have wonderful orgasms and a beautiful long life ahead.

Bob Jones writes: Timlake misses the point and thorougly distorts our attempt to debate this subject yesturday. Duesberg stated, as Timlake now appears to acknowledge, that the fact that giving HIV to chimpanzees does not cause the chimps to develop AIDS as "proof" that HIV does not cause AIDS. Timlake at first insisted that Duesberg had not claimed this, then that Duesberg was referring to other research, than that Duesberg was referring to the Durban conference. Timalke refused to identify the research Duesberg was referring to, or any place in Duesberg's statement where he claims to be refuting chimpanzee related research or the Durban conference. After extensively being asked to explain his assertions, Timlake simply refused to show the source of his claim.

In fact, Duesberg did claim that chimps "prove" HIV does not cause AIDS. This demonstrates an astounding lack of medical knowledge, since there are many viruses that only infect particular species, including the flu, HIV, HPV, Herpes, and FIV. From this, we should conclude that Duesberg should not be trusted to speak about medicine-as, in fact, he is not.

There was no "chimp research" for Duesberg to be responding to, except for a single study, which said only what all scientists in HIV research have always acknowledged: HIV is not infectious in chimps; Duesberg did not claim to be refuting a study on chimps, or did he mention the Durban conference.

Refusing to acknowledge that a sentence means what it says it means is not legitimately debating someone.

BrandyAlx1: Why is Farrell obsessing about me with his "eat your heart out" comment? Does he think our sites compete somehow? I'm sorry, but my site is absolutely nothing like his, from the signal to noise ration, to the lack of banners and cascading popups. He he wants to point out that he's better than some "competitor," he should look to sites that actually strive to compete with him, not someone's personal web site.

BrandyAlx1: And why are you letting him squirm and ramble about his HIV arguments still? As I recall, for the brief time I was in your chat yesterday, he ducked, dodge and evaded every relevant question. I'm not part of his debate and I don't know what he's talking about with potential "I told you so's" I know he and his ideas are out to lunch, and the credibility of the people behind his pet reports is low. It would be like trying to reason with a cockatoo. All it knows it what it learned to mimic.

Mancow Show Calls, Luke Snoozes

I got a call from the mancow radio show last week and I did not bother to return it... I won't do that show again, too abusive...
