Zoe's SF Weekend
Zoe writes: My weekend to San Francisco, Ca started on Saturday Oct. 21 at 9am. On the way to the airport, the main freeway I was supposed to take was closed, so I had to take the scenic route. This should have been a sign of how the day would progress. After waiting for the others to show up at the airport, we took a very bumpy ride to our destination. We landed and waited for the van to pick us up and headed to the Ramada, which was more like a Motel 6, John thought it was a normal Ramada; at least that was what the travel agent told him. Strike three for that agent. John tried to check us all in, which normally doesn't take a long time, but even with his advanced arrangements the hotel still seemed to f--- it up majorly. After over an hour of arguing with the desk people, we all got our rooms. Bridgette Kerkove and I roomed together (she is so sweet and sexy). We had a room about three blocks away from everyone else and in another building, John tried to get us all on one floor, but the hotel was an ass. By this time we were hungry and tired, so we decided we would order room service and then take a short nap before getting ready for the ball. Bridgette and I opened the menu to decide what we wanted just to find out that room service stopped at 1:30pm. We met Heather Lynn and Samantha and walked 3 or 4 blocks to IHOP. After waiting ten minutes to be seated in a non-busy restaurant, we waited almost another hour to be waited on. Finally we got our crappy food. I was not old enough to have a full cup of hot chocolate LOL.
After we went back to the hotel, Bridgette and I took a nap and then showered (we won't tell you if together or not), and got ready. We met everyone in the lobby around 7:15pm. While waiting for some of the others to join us in the lobby, a hotel security guard who was so short and must have been over 100 years old decided to accuse the girls of being hookers. John made him apologize to all of us, repeatedly. Off we went to the ball. After a frightful drive there, we were shown our huge dressing room, which was stocked with water, soda and tons of food. The group decided to go downstairs and pass out fliers and look at all the stuff. After about a half hour of being groped and goosed by naked ugly freaks, we decided to hide upstairs until the show. The show began around 10:45pm, for the next 45 minutes all the girls had a hot, sweaty orgy on a 120-foot stage in front of more than 10,000 people while Society One played. That was the best part of the trip. After the show, Jewel, Bridgette, Dr. X, and I escaped and went back to the hotel. We were lucky we did because a little while after we left, two of the girls got all their stuff stolen. At the hotel, we got comfy and fell asleep. Morning came not early enough and it was time to go home. There was some more trouble at the hotel desk trying to check out, but I will let John tell you about that if he wants to. Bridgette and I raced to catch the shuttle to the airport. After another scary ride, we arrived 45 minutes before our plane left. The line to check in was so long, we ran to the gate 10 minutes before departure. We made it. The ride home was smooth until we landed. It was the worst landing I ever had to endure. I seriously thought we were going to crash and I wouldn't of been surprised either if it happened. That would have been a perfect ending for our trip. I have to say even though it was a trying trip; John took care of everything that was thrown our way. It won't deter me from working with him again. I also want to thank Dr. X for being so sweet as usual and putting his life at risk getting us a taxi. Hugs and kisses to my new best pal Bridgette!!
Looking To God For The Answer

I recently found out that I am hiv positive, not an uncommon thing now days. I do not know for sure how I contracted the disease, I am not celibate yet I am not a working porn star either. I also know that I did not contract the virus through a needle.
I have recently been informed by word of mouth that B.com has/had active and working hiv positive performers. This is all fine if they are doing solo work, no proof of a negative test is needed. The catch is they do "softcore" couple rooms, both gay and straight, and they do not require proof of a test for this. I do not know the law, but considering that the penetration is not shown and not required, I figure that by law they do not have to require a test.
I worked for B-----t and now I am hiv positive. I have had less than ten sexual partners in the last year, and only 2 of those were unprotected sex. I worked with several different male partners during my employment at Babenet, engaging in oral fellatio and even partial penetration a couple times. Its been a while, and I know that I cannot prove that I contracted the hiv virus during my employment there, but if the information I have been given is true, then the least I can do is get it out in the open and perhaps prevent others from finding themselves in the same position as I.

Does Babenet Require HIV Testing?
Luke asks porn stud Jeremy Steele who replies: Luke, They Did, Yes, when they were doing live hardcore shows.. In fact The manager at the time.. Had it timed to being valid exactely 30 days to the hour of the day that the test was taken.. One time I was told my test was expired because it was literally two hours old that 30th day... Right now, however, they are not doing any live hardcore couples shows.. It's been a while since it was up, and there's no sign as to if and when it will start again.
HIV Boy replies: One comment; About Jeremy Steele's commentary. Yes he is correct, however Babenet does "softcore", girl-girl and guy-guy shows, which I used to do (guy-guy). For the mostpart the guys I worked with are gay, and they NEVER asked anyone of us for hiv tests, unless we worked in the hardcore straight couples room.
I have evidence that they have or have recently had performers there that are hiv positive, and that the managers there have been aware of this and due to the "softcore"-ness assumed they did not have to require tests or disclose any information they were aware of that they were using hiv positive performers in their softcore shows, placing them with the hiv negative performers and looking the other way should they consent to intercourse out of the view of the lense.

Pat Riley writes on RAME: In today's PC climate I don't think that Ockham's razor leads you to the conclusion that a girl saying she was raped was really raped, especially not on some sort of show where such an item may be adduced to curry favor or the sympathy of the audience. In fact, the idea that she would say this on a show (What show is this? I presume some sort of talk show.) makes me exceedingly suspicious that the old "defining down" syndrome is operating. Maybe if she were picked off the side of the road, beaten and bloody, by some passing good samaritan, I'd say your version of "the most likely explanation is the correct one" would operate.
