The mfg. sell the distr. at x price, and then they will sell a stranger for cash at 1/2 the price. No one helps the mfg. except a few mfg. and they no who they are. Your picking on the wrong guy, how dare you say what you do when you don't even know the man. It's not easy selling merchandise all over the country, and getting paid from stores, when those stores can go direct to the mfg. and buy for less. Again your blaming the wrong guy, you just seem to write what you want, like the ENQ. Print a retraction on this guy, especially when you don't know him.

Ex-Porn Star's Hubby Charged
Stock promoter Michael Gilley, the husband of former porn star Marilyn Star, has been charged with assaulting his wife. Gilley, 44, had rallied around his wife, whose name is now Kathryn Gilley, after she was charged with insider stock trading in the U.S. Her extradition from B.C. is being sought. West Vancouver police were called to a home on Sept. 15 in which a victim alleged she was assaulted. Police refused to identify the alleged victim, but court records indicate Gilley is accused of assaulting his 31-year-old wife. What Motivates Porn Alumni To Return?
This is not meant to be a thread on whether porn stars should comeback, but rather WHY they choose to comeback. Some say they miss their porn "family" or they do it for the fans. I think it's more like a cash shortage more than anything else. Why else would P.J. Sparxx comeback 50 lbs over weight and embarass herself? What motivates the porn alumni to return?
Porn star Chelsea replies: I choose to be in the porn industry first and foremost because I enjoy it. I'm older than some of the girls who are "coming back". My life is not oppressive, my self esteem is high, and I love expressing myself through my sexuality. My time is spent being a wife and mother, friend to many, and amongst the many enjoyable activities that this business affords me. My husband is in school and will enjoying a new career soon. I do make good money doing this and I value that, but I'm not a slave to the income. You people who spend so much time gawking at porn have little respect for your outlets. CEN Controversy
Arguments about the honesty of Joe Elkind's Cyber Entertainment Network are all over the Netpond posting board.
Shap writes on Netpond: Fellow Netponders: I have been asked to retract my comments made towards Cyber Entertainment Network and Mr. Joesph Elkind this past weekend, or face legal action.
I would like to publicly state that my comment regarding Cyber Entertainment Network "is run by a bunch of crack heads" is a false and slanderous statement. I have no proof the owners of Cyber Entertainment Network are "crack heads". I, personally, have NOT snorted cocaine or smoked crack with the owners of Cyber Entertainment Network so ultimately, I have no proof that they are crack heads.
I do not know the owners of Cyber Entertainment Network or Mr. Elkind, personally. This past weekend, it was my intention to simply state the facts. Valid credit cards users tried to join Cyber Entertainment Network's sites- a certain number of these credit card users were declined and received an error message like this one: http://www.bustygranny.com/cheaters/shapjoin.jpg
From this error message, it appears the signup was not being processed by Cyber Entertainment Network, but rather, the surfer was being invited to visit /join another site which Cyber Entertainment Network does not own. It is my assumption that Cyber Entertainment Network was being compensated for this referral without intention of compensating their webmasters for the said traffic, sent. This, in my opinion, is a very dishonest way for Cyber Entertainment Network to conduct business. However upon review of the Terms and Conditions nowhere does it state that the advertiser will be compensated for traffic sent to other websites. Nor does it state that webmasters will be compensated for denied signup attempts. So technically what Cyber Entertainment Network did is well within their rights and was not theft or fraud. It is my opinion and my opinion only that this is a dishonest way of doing business.
Contrary to my opinion, there may be a credible reason for what happened this weekend with regard to 'referred/unaccounted for' Webmaster traffic. If I am indeed mistaken for what appears to be dishonest dealings on the part of Cyber Entertainment Network this past weekend, I hereby withdraw all aforementioned slanderous accusations made against Cyber Entertainment Network in my posts.
NB: It is in my opinion that if Cyber Entertainment Network's "load balancers and sign up pages" were indeed 'overloaded,' it is in Cyber Entertainment Network's best interest to: a) upgrade system capabilities to withstand such 'visitor signup loads' b) 'make good' on compensating webmasters under these unfortunate circumstances both now and in the future.
Here's an example from the webmaster from PinkTeenseries: I used to promote CEN all the time, used to have it on all my sites and Shap and I had MASSIVE plans to accrue mega revenue with them on all our sites. It clearly looks to me like we're being f---ed here. I've pulled all my CEN links off of my site. They also owe me money from January, although all the other checks have came in on time. They've always delivered their money ontime, and I think this one could be a mistake or laziness, but the bottom line is I still don't have my check.
Shap you clearly had the balls to stand up when a bunch of f---ers were kissing and licking ass. I'm glad you brought the issue to the forefront and I couldn't stand on the sidelines and watch anymore once you told me you got that letter. Un f---ing believable. Now to the MOST important issue and the whole reason for my first f---in' post, is answer the man's question. Answer Shap's question... Why did you do it? why did you have our hard earned traffic redirected to YOUR sponsor account on Vivid and other sponsors? It happened...now was that because you blatantly redirected it for personal gain, and did CHEAT us, or was it really for a credit processing reason. If so explain that to us, how a big ass million dollar company was having problems like that. No its not an accusation Joe, just a question. So you don't have to get your lawyer on my ass. Its been what, two days since he asked you?
I don't even know you and I'm sure all of us writing this s--- would have more respect for you if you stepped up to the plate with some f---in' balls and just answered the man's question. Jewish vs Palestinian

Johnathan writes: A short comment. I'm Jewish. I'm American. The same as a Baptist or a Catholic. I grew up in Detroit and members of my family have won medals for service in our military. This labelling of "Jews versus Palestinians" denies me and the millions of other Jewish-Americans our identity as Americans.
The conflict in the Middle East is between Israelis and Palestinians. Some of the people involved a minority are Palestinians who are Israeli citizens. These people are generally called "Israeli Arabs". Here are a few of my thoughts on this mess.
First, Israel is an outpost of western culture in a land which largely acts and lives in centuries past. This outpost was established purposely by the West because the Germans were so barbarous that the West felt guilty and decided to create a modern Israel. This wasn't what the people who already lived there wanted, but they had no say. Israel isn't its own creation. It was made by the United Nations and by the ending of the British Empire, out of the ruins of the Holocaust. I don't know if it was the "right" thing to do or the "best" but it happened. If you want to make a comparison, consider our own country. Europeans came to this continent and drove out or killed the natives. We're here and we're not going to give the country back and I doubt that Israel intends to go away either.
Second, we expect two different levels of behavior from the Israelis and the Palestinians. We imagine the Israelis as like us, and they are more like us. They have a modern country. We imagine the Palestinians as different, as "third world", which really means we see them as infantile. We expect Palestinians to lack the cultural maturity to refrain from bombing Jewish synagogues in countries far removed from Israel, from shooting at elderly rabbis, from bombing US warships.
We really don't respect the Palestinians as a people who are responsible for their actions. We expect that howling mobs will throw stones at Israeli soldiers and that gunmen will hide among the crowds to draw fire into the crowd. If gunmen hid in a crowd during a riot in Northern Ireland, the world would be outraged because that kind of reckless, awful behavior is clearly not what a civilized people does. That we expect the opposite of the Palestinians says volumes.
By the same token, we expect Israel to be more western than it is. Many Israelis are actually from the Arab world and the country as a whole has clearly become more middle-eastern in its attitudes toward revenge. If Israel were located in Denmark, I imagine it's overall attitudes would be more European.

I asked one of my former law partners for his perspective. He's a goy (Italian), so presumably he has no ethnic loyalty to either party. His comment: The Palestinian psyche is about 50% pride, 50% revenge, 0% other. Sounds about right to me. Not much in the way of ingredients for nation-building (unless you're following a completely disfunctional recipe). Oh well.
The Palestinians seem to think if they send their youths out with a bunch of rocks, and throw them at the Israelis, it is somehow improper for the Israelis to fire back. (I gather that this is their view by listening to the various Palestinians on American talk radio and TV shows). Frankly, I think this view is irrational. If somebody were throwing rocks at me, and I had a gun, I'd fire back. Why in the world should I agree to suffer casualties merely becausethe jerks who are trying to kill me lack adequate fire arms? I do not have sympathy of the Palestinian point of view.
