Peter Hayes Puts His Oar In

British journalist Peter Hayes writes: The last couple of days I have read a lot about the life and times of Luke F-rd and his curious - and sometimes schizophrenic - life so far. As it is open season let me have my say.

For a start Luke is an inexperienced journalist. This shows in a lot of his work. The recent farce over adult check not excepting credit cards was a typical example. Why not pick up a phone and confirm the story? That is what any self respecting journalist would have done - but not Luke, he waits for the company to write in and tell him the story is false. How many independent people has Luke written for? I am waiting to find out. OK he has written a book that was generally too big for a first time writer. But my guess is that Luke’s C.V. is shallow - has he been out in the field in Brazil, Germany or Holland (as I have) trying to keep editors at home happy?

By inexperienced I don’t mean that he cannot write, only that he has not written enough for third-parties. His work has not gone through the editing mill enough. He lacks the ability to break a difficult story down and often fails to develop a narrative at all. He also has no moral credibility. He publishes pictures of girls engaging in sexual (in close up) and then pretends to be a critic of industry!

(How clear and obvious an example of hypocrisy can you get!!!)

People say that Luke should quit writing about the industry. I disagree. He should try to get better at what he does and become a better writer. He should develop consistency and do more research. Luke Lacks Self Identity

I spent three hours Tuesday morning with a psychiatirst who reported back to my sister the following. These are Elenne's notes from her conversation with Dr. R. Incidentally, what Dr. R. says makes sense to me:

Luke is not suffering the effects of a head injury.

Applying the DSMIV, he has a personality disorder of the histrionic/narcissistic type.

Luke is very dependent upon other people for his identity as a person.

He has poor identity integration and poor self esteem. Accordingly, Luke is always looking for mirroring - it's called "narcissistic supply." That is to say that Luke is always looking for external validation of himself as a person (i.e., he needs other people to tell him who he is). However, because it is not possible for people to mirror him all the time, he gets disappointed and this can turn to envy. Luke may not be conscious of the fact that he is very envious of his family as they seem to have things he would like to have but does not have. This leads to him fluctuating between, on the one hand, devaluing people such as the family (putting them down) and on the other, idealisation of people - such as Dennis Prager.

[My niece Bell says: You epitomize the Cold War. In terms of America's need to create the Soviet Union. Like how you need to feed off other people to maintain self esteem and self identity. This is why we get on so well. You fulfill one of the tenets of post-modernism. Nothing exists on its own. We define ourselves in relation to difference. Nothing is given meaning unless we define it. We project our values onto a cultural artifact or historial event, for example. So our entire world is subjective.]

Luke tends to make unreasonable demands of people who are eventually driven to setting limits on him. Luke takes this very badly.

Luke needs five to ten years of insight orientation psychotherapy. It was the falling out with Dennis Prager which caused him to go to therapy. While Luke has a lot of therapy 'speak', he may not really understand the concepts involved. Luke's therapist did well to keep him in therapy for 15 months - that is unusual for someone with Luke's condition as such people often leave off therapy when it becomes too confronting. Luke will not continue therapy that is confrontational, particularly in the early stages.

Luke will continue to do what he is doing to satisfy his needs until such times as the rewards (reinforcement) are outweighed by the negative effects of same (punishment). Then he may do something about getting his life on track and getting therapy or going back to finish his degree (which would give him some self-esteem).

The negative effects of his current behavior are that no one will have a long term relationship with him as no matter how sane they are, people cannot live without getting something back - and Luke is always taking in without giving anything back. Second, any decent woman who looked at his website would be immediately repulsed.

Luke has a complicated personality. He has mood instability - perhaps mild cyclothymia. His personality type is prone to this.

Luke become very focused on one thing then, when he is not getting the desired rewards, he drops it and moves on.

Luke may have had some post viral illness but then the illness took on a life of its own. It is common for people to retreat into the sick role because it is a way of failing in a face-saving way. Luke was failing because of the lack of significant relationships in his life.

Luke in his current state would not be successful in employment.

He wants immediate results and if he does not get them, then he does not want a bar of it.

He does not have a bipolar condition. His reaction to Nardil was purely psychological as that drug does not work overnight. The same with the homeopathic treatment - one pill does not make any noticeable difference.

Epilim is a good mood stabilizer - better than Lithium - does not have the nasty side effects. But Luke is unlikely to remain on such medication and anyway it is only tinkering with the fringes of the problem.

As with most adolescent boys, Luke was obsessed with sex.

As with most super egos - it is not well integrated. His rules are situational and he justifies things.

Luke is capable of being exploitive.

Luke is reacting to the values of his family unit.

He is not really interested in what Dr. R. thinks of him. He is only here to enjoy the trip. There is no point him seeing Dr. R. on occasion before his return as it is long-term therapy he needs.

We [Luke's family] have to have a firm boundary of where we go in his life. We should stay off his website - what we don't know won't hurt us. We should set limits on his unreasonable behavior. We must treat him as an adult that he is and stop babying him.

Luke has tunnel vision and difficulty seeing things as others see it. He is only looking for mirroring.

He has demonstrated the capacity to at times, not put his immediate gratification ahead of everything, i.e., taking his rabbi/synagogue off his website when requested. He respected those involved and did not want to lose a relationship with them. So he has the capacity to learn from his experiences.

Luke has a poor sense of identity - he is not well integrated - he has no sense of self - therefore he is very changeable in different circumstances.

The cause of his personality disorder is multi-factorial - the development of personality is a long process - it onvolves experiences, family environment as well as choices made by a person during the formative years. Personality disorders are not diagnosable until after age 18 because the personality is not developed before then.

Luke Gets An EEG, MRI Monday

Luke: I had my first EEG test Thursday afternoon. The nurse lady rubbed ointment on my head, and then put rubber spiderlike wires over my head to measure my brainwaves. She fastened the web and told me to close my eyes. Then every minute or twok, when she asked, I opened them briefly. Then I had to take deep breaths in and out. Then, with my eyes closed, a light was flashed at me rapidly. On Monday, I go in for an MRI of my head. After that I may head up to Tannum Sands, in central Queensland, to see my brother, his Japanese wife and their two girls who I've never met.

I've read several books while here. John Updike's "Rabbit At Rest." Typically Updike depressing, but fine writing. My Brilliant Career. Picnic at Hanging Rock. Primary Colors. Now I am halfway through Thomas Kenneally's "Schindler's List."

I spend lots of time walking around central Brisbane but no stranger, aside from at shul, has said more than five words to me. Some spunky sheilas (good looking chicks) walk around but I have not gotten it up to approach them.

The shrink says that I need five to ten years of therapy. At about $70 a session, two sessions a week, that is lots of money.

I'm tired and my nose runs and my throat is raspy. My muscles are sore. My sister lives in a four level apartment. My moral muscles are flabby. My tummy is fat and expanding. My energy is low.

I'm settling in life, focusing on survival. I take naps in the middle of the day, and wake up in a fog, feeling the years float by.

Russ Hampshire's VCA Babenet Goes Public Through Backdoor?

Mark writes Luke: A publicly-traded company just announced a merger with a company called StreamMagic, with a president named Nolan Quan. Speculation is that Quan's business needed to do a funny reverse-merger deal because they are in the porn business and can't go public any other way.

A few months ago, I sent Metro's public trading status on NASDAQ up in flames. My coverage on this story will probably blow up StreamMagic and its attempt to take VCA-Babenet public.

Luke: It looks like this fancy merger is a backdoor way for Russ Hampshire's VCA and Babenet operations to become publicly traded.

Rob Spallone phoned me Friday morning Australian time and asked to cut, or at least tone down, this story.

Ulmers writes: It looks pretty solid. I'm only doing research at Network Solutions (www.networksolutions.com) and I'm able to cross reference admin. contacts and company names. It looks like Streammagic.com aka Alchemy Communications has connections with White Sands Communications, Inc. and VCA Interactive. Collectively, they run a bunch of porn sites including- MENWITHANIMALS.COM, TRANNIHARDCORE.COM, TEENCORE.COM, ADULTXXXTV.COM, VCAXPLICIT.COM, WETFACES.COM, FUC-KAVISION.COM, GAYTEENCORE.COM, ADULTNEWSSTAND.COM there's quite a few more that aren't as 'colorful' that I didn't list. People at White Sands have VCA email addresses, and people at VCA have Alchemy email addresses. It's all one big happy PORN family.

VKS writes: Okay, let me summarize the speculation I have been hearing for months, and then give my (long!) analysis of the deal: First, I was told that a group of investors in LA who were heavily invested in (highly profitable) porn-related internet businesses were seeking to use Qsound to leverage their way into a public offering. Apparently, every time the stock dropped near 2, they were buying, and when it rose well above, they would sell out and then use the funds to buy more stock when it dropped. I DO NOT KNOW IF THIS GROUP WAS ASSOCIATED WITH STREAMMAGIC, and I can find no list of clients at the StreamMagic site.

Second, there were rumors flying about for the past 60 days or more, that Qsound's president wanted to "spin off" the internet e-commerce business (Qcommerce) because the market did not seem to value it the same way that the market values other internet e-commerce "business to business" ventures. Now, we see a bizarre merger, in which Qsound will MORE THAN DOUBLE its outstanding shares (there are currently 26.5 million outstanding shares, with an identical quantity of shares being used to fund the "purchase" of StreamMagic, PLUS another 5 million being given as options to StreamMagic's option holders). This is a shift of control to the people who own stock in StreamMagic.

What do Qsound shareholders get? If the plan proceeds as announced, each Qsound shareholder would hold shares in THREE separate "publicly-traded" stocks:

- one is essentially Qsound itself (its non-internet 3D audio business, which was the entire company in 1997), including the license fees from stereo and hearing aid companies;

- second is the Qcommerce (e-commerce) business (including Virtual Spin which was acquired a year ago, plus the AffiliateDirect functions which Qsound's internal development project);

- third is StreamingMagic, combined with Qsound's "internet audio" software. Note that the StreamMagic investors don't get the first two stocks, which are spun off to existing Qsound shareholders only (although I assume that some key StreamMagic investors and perhaps the company itself may already hold substantial shares in Qsound). All they get is ONE-HALF of the equity they previously owned in the StreamMagic business, plus one-half equity in the Qsound "internet audio" software.

The question I have is, why would any StreamMagic shareholder want to do this deal? The only answer I can think of: they want to be a public company, and they don't think they can do it any other way. The only "legitimate" reason I can think of for shedding so much equity to get public, is that the company doesn't think the market would buy into an IPO, which brings me back to my initial suspicion that StreamMagic MIGHT be the "porn" company that was rumored to be seeking to take over Qsound earlier this year.

Historically, the stock market has resisted any effort to take any company public if it makes its money from pornography or sex. If this is the case, then there may be some doubt about the market agreeing to value the StreamMagic/Qsound merged stock at any premium. The StreamMagic site lacks any detail such as a client list, and the private company has (quite reasonably) not yet disclosed any data about its source of revenue that could help clarify the issue,

Bottom line: the idea of spinning off Qcommerce may have some "edge" since it would seem to create an opportunity for a "pure internet play" with appropriate market valuations -- though the spinoff will need to disclose its revenues and expenses, which are not currently separated from Qsound's other business units. Also, bringing back a "pure audio technology" stock for "old-time" Qsound shareholders to hold, may allow that business to focus on its technology without the recent distractions of internet business speculation, which might be a good thing.

(I have never held any shares of Qsound stock, and I do not plan to buy any stock, nor to sell it short nor trade any options. This one is way too volatile and speculative for my tastes.)

Following the 1986 Meese Commission, federal agents traveled to the Bible Belt to seek obscenity convictions against California pornographers like Carriere. The definition of obscenity since the Supreme Court's 1973 Miller ruling has been whether the average person, applying the standards of his community, finds the work lacks serious value and appeals to prurient interests. Rural areas tend to have more conservative values than urban ones. The feds eventually convicted 20 pornographers, sending many to jail, and collecting millions of dollars in fines.

"It's a holocaust," porn attorney John Weston told the LA Times. He accused the government of seeking to destroy "an entire genre" of entertainment.

In September 1991, a federal grand jury in Oxford, MS, indicted the owner of Vivid Video, Steven Hirsch, for Interstate Transportation of Obscenity and conspiracy to avoid taxes. In a plea bargain, Vivid forfeited $500,000 to the government, and toned down their product.

In late 1991, Russell James Hampshire, along with his company VCA and his employees Nolan Quan and Don Diekman were charged with Interstate Transportation of Obscenity. In a plea bargain, Russ served a year in jail and his company forfeited two million dollars.

In 1992, Carriere and his company agreed to pay $3.5 million in his fines, which his lawyer called a record, after an obscenity conviction in Tallahassee, Florida.

His reply was he can't disclose them since a disclosure agreement has been signed but he named Warner Bros. 2. Another question was about who own SM? Vks writes Mar 21: Earlier this evening, several posts detailed evidence suggesting that StreamMagic's entire business is built around internet pornography, and that connection was not disclosed but is only very thinly disguised. As soon as these posts were made, a sudden rush of "rah-rah" posts began to appear, in an apparent effort flood the board and hide the earlier content from view (the PR people call it "Flushing the top 40").

This is bad! Marketing defined is how a company views its customers, and how the customers view the company. Jim Gunn Disputes Link Between Porn And Violence

2. Confront Luke with the fact that he is indeed a pornographer, selling and distributing pornography on the WWW. I believe he is in total denial about being a pornographer, and uses Judaism as a cover, so he can remain in denial. If you can't get Luke to even admit to himself something as blatantly obvious to everyone else as the fact that he is a true pornographer, then it's hopeless getting him to admit to anything else, don't you agree? ARE YOU A PORNOGRAPHER, LUKE?

3. Confront Luke with the enormous shame he is inflicting on each of you. Luke has no concept of shame. OUR SON IS A PORNOGRAPHER. MY BROTHER IS A PORNOGRAPHER. What a terrible shame and trauma each of you has to live with on a daily basis. Elenne is really reaching out and taking a tremendous chance introducing Luke, a pornographer, to her children. I'm sure you have all considered disowning Luke, but you haven't done so. You've kept him in the family and continued to reach out to him even though he continues to inflict tremendous shame on each of you. Luke's father(a Christian minister) must explain his son is a pornographer. How utterly hurtful! Luke couldn't inflict greater pain on each of you if he intentionally tried to.

In a way, it would truly be better for each of you if Luke had died, than continue to shame you as he does, flaunting his sexual lifestyle in pornography without shame. In many countries today, namely those with extended family traditions to protect, people(especially daughters) are actually killed for shaming their families as Luke has shamed you. But Luke has no sense of shame, so your words will probably just be wasted on him talking about shame. However, he needs to understand that your shame is part of the daily cost for his selfish choice to be a pornographer.

Also, family, there is a great deal of literature on shame in the library, especially in the past 15 years. I suggest it may offer the family some relief and insight about Luke to read about the subject of shame, since every word of it applies directly to Luke and what he is doing to each of you. You couldn't ask for a more clearcut example of the subject of shame than your son, Luke, and what he is so blindly and willfully doing to you.

To Luke's readers, I would say, "How would you feel if a family member were a pornographer? How would you feel if you were in their shoes? Can you feel any of the shame? How would you try to get through to a person like Luke if you could help his family? Do you really think it's all just a matter of getting your daily hit of pornography and adrenalin on Luke's site, or can you see the human side? Where has the sense of sexual shame gone? Is it even possible to get through to Luke somehow or make him see the pain he is causing? He thinks he's hurting pornos but he's really hurting his family the most."

I would also say "Help us to get through to Luke, and wake him up to the shameful realities of his choice to be a pornographer. Help us sober him up somehow. Luke thinks it's all a sick joke. We thought psychology was the answer, but it wasn't. Can you help us confront Luke with the hurtful consequences of his choice to be a pornographer, and somehow help us make him see the light?"

Luke, this may be the last time, at least in a long time, that you will have the opportunity to reconcile with your family. They long for reconciliation with you.

For my part, I am personally very ready to give up on you, but what the hell, I'm just one of the many silly cartoon characters on your site, so no loss there.

But please, will you just tell them you accept responsibility for the pain and suffering you have already caused them, put your arms around each of them, and maybe even let yourself cry a little bit if you can let yourself muster some empathy for their ongoing distress and shame. They tried so very hard to reach you, but could not. Fame was more important to you than they were.

If you truly feel you can't change your choice for a career in pornography, tell them so, and also tell them how very sorry you are that it causes such pain, and that you are therefore willing to accept whatever consequences this choice brings in terms of your family relationships.

(By the way, Luke, before you dump your family, I just want to give you the bad news....you will NEVER be famous, it's just a delusion.)

I realize it's asking a lot, but would you consider admitting, at least to them in private, for the first time ever, that you are in fact a professional pornographer, not just a porn journalist or gossip columnist, as you have always insisted. (Otherwise, if you can't admit the obvious, Luke, you are simply in total denial and unreachable.) I wish you many heartfelt tears of reconciliation with your family, Luke.

Australian Jews

LF: Australia has about 100,000 Jews, less than one percent of the general population of 20 million. That number has not changed since about 1970. Our recent imports of South African Jews has repleted the large number who are assimilating.

About 20% of Aussie Jews are orthodox, another 20% often attend orthodox shuls but are not observant. About 10% of Aussie Jews are liberal aka Reform. The other 50% have assimilated and almost never participate in Jewish life.

Australian Jews tend to be much older and richer and better educated than the general population. They are about as friendly and clannish as their American cousins.

LF: No, because there are much fewer of them. Melbourne hosts Australia's biggest Jewish population - about 30,000. Several streets boast signs in Hebrew, and many yeshivas [house for Talmud study].

LF: About the same as the US. The main synagogue in Brisbane has lots of holocaust stuff on its walls.

5. How politically powerful are they?

LF: Not very because of their small numbers, though they have a disproportionate representation in the professions - law, medicine, accounting, the media, etc...

LF: Australia has a "Liberal Party" but it is center-Right in its politics. The more religious Jews vote more conservatively, the more secular Jews vote Labor.

LF: Jews are probably more tolerant of porn than any other ethnic or religious group. Because they are generally more secular than other ethnic groups. But I mainly hang out with religious Jews who largely get their values from Judaism, which, like all the world religions, condemns porn.

I saw about a dozen black-hatted Chabad Lubavitch Chasidim Monday night at Purim. About 250 people showed up. Several were especially friendly to me because they saw that I was a stranger.

I first entered the synagogue on Saturday morning, around 9AM. It contained about six old people. The crowd eventually rose to about 50 persons because there was a Bat Mitzvah celebration the next day (a girl turning 12) at the Hilton. About 300 local Jews were expected.

I introduced myself by my Hebrew name, Levi Ben Avraham. I don't want them finding out about "Luke F-rd" or l-keford.com." I made a big mistake back in May of 1992, selecting the Hebrew name "Levi" because it resembled Luke. Anyone of the tribe of Levi has special privileges and responsibilities in traditional Judaism, as do the Cohenim (descendents of the priestly caste). So I always find myself explaining that I am not a "Levi," rather just "Yisraelim."

For instance, in the Torah reading, Cohenim, then Leviim are first called to the Torah to say a blessing, thanking God for giving us the Torah (Five books of Moses).

I was called to the Bima (a raised central portion of the shul, which contained the cantor and the rabbi) to dress the Torah, after it had been read. The rabbi, from Tunisia (North Africa), asked me for the name of my parents so he could bless them. I told him "Avraham and Sarah," after the Jewish partriarch and matriarch. Then the rabbi asked me for a donation. I was stunned. This had never been done to me before on a Shabbat, especially not on the bima in front of everyone. I stammered that I would think about it.

The service was long and very boring and it was hot. On the redeeming side, I spent much of my time schmoozing. It turned out the congregation was filled with converts to Judaism. I sat next to one Jew who was born of a Jewish mother but raised as a Christian. Then five years ago, near the time of his father's death, he began exploring his Jewish heritage.

He listened to taped lectures of Rabbi Singer, who combats missionaries who try to convert Jews to Christianity. Rabbi Singer taught him about the differences between church and shul. If you go into a church, people welcome you. If you go into a shul, people yell at you to get out of their seat.

In about half of the world's synagogues, people buy their seats and have their name on them.

My new friend says that the first day he came to this particular shul, and sat down, ten minutes later some old man wandered in and yelled at him for taking his seat.

My new friend says hardly anyone says hello to him. The rabbi has no interest in talking to him.

Many synagogues are unfriendly. Many people at shul were friendly to me but I am outgoing.

Synagogues tend to be unfriendly because most of those who attend regularly know everyone else there well. And Jews tend to not proselytize Judaism. Shuls are composed of people who feel like family, and thus feel little need to welcome you when you walk in.

Rabbi Shmuley Boteach, the author of Kosher Sex, spoke at this Brisbane shul.

Brisbane has its own Jewish Day School which goes through seventh grade. It has about 60 students. It's managed to survive by pitching itself to non-Jews as a good place to send their kids. The pitch - here is a religious environment, not Catholic, good values, and no one will try to proselytize you with Judaism.

Dear reader, you probably wonder why I am running the views of a Nazi below. Here's my thinking. I went into my research on the history of porn believing that all of God's world was worthy of research, even porno. I now believe that most people are better off not investigating porno. The contaminating effects of touching it in any way far outweigh the benefits of such "research."

But I still believe that there are worthy insights to be gained in porn, for those who most investigate forbidden knowledge.

If porno can yield important insights, than surely other controversial parts of modern culture that are generally ignored by the mainstream media, can be looked into. So below I publish for discussion the latest rant by Dr. William Pierce, a white supremacist with Nazi-like views. He wrote the book "The Turner Diaries." I unfortunately find myself agreeing with about half of the stuff he, and David Duke and the like, say.

That I publish Dr. Pierce's views, at times, does not mean that I in any way support him or his views. I think Dr. Pierce and his ilk are evil. They want to rid America of all Jews and dark colored people. I think they are far lower on the morality stick than most porners. But just as I write about porn, and publish porn, without endorsing it, so I print the following racist rant. I fear that it contains some good points. Though I wish it weren't true, it may be true that different racial groups can not live together in peace (unless they share a strong and good value system based on a transcendent moral source).

I support ending all discrimination laws. Let people hire whoever they want. If they only want to hire Jews or whites or asians or folks with IQs above 140, let them do so.

I read the book "The Bell Curve," and from my limited knowledge, it made sense. But even if different racial groups have different tendencies and average levels of intelligence, I view every human being as made in the image of God, and worthy of respectful treatment unless they act disgusting.

The Health of the Nation by Dr. William Pierce, www.natvan.com

A physician who wants to ascertain the health of a person checks his weight and blood pressure, listens to his heartbeat and breathing, examines his skin, and so on. The physician knows what signs to look for, what measurements to make in order to decide whether his patient is healthy or ill. He knows what signs are important and which have no fundamental significance. If we want to determine the health of a nation, we likewise look for signs and make measurements. And of course, it's necessary to understand which signs are the important ones.

Most Americans today seem to believe that the only important signs are economic signs. They believe that if the stock market is going up, unemployment is low, and people are spending lots of money, everything is rosy. Which is to say, if they are economically comfortable, if they can buy the things they want, they are inclined to believe that the nation is healthy. Of course, they do worry a little about the schools: about the continual lowering of standards, about the substitution of more and more Mickey Mouse courses in the place of history and mathematics and grammar. They have an occasional flash of worry that we may be raising a less competent generation than the one before. But, hey, the economy is okay, so don't worry.

They believe that we can spend more money on the schools, and that'll make up for the lower standards and the watered down curriculum. They may become a little depressed when they look at the array of candidates running for public office...but the malls are still full of shiny stuff waiting to be bought, and the limit hasn't been reached on the credit card yet, so the country must still be healthy.

[LF: I agree with everything so far.]

The average citizen certainly has misgivings when he reflects on the increasing darkening of America's racial complexion: when he notes, as Atlanta Braves pitcher John Rocker did, that fewer and fewer of the people he sees and hears on the sidewalks of our cities speak English or look like the sort of people he grew up with. But all of the media bosses and the politicians and even his priest or minister assure him that more diversity is good for America, that it strengthens our economy.

[LF: I am not sure that more racial diversity is healthy for America. Certainly not more values diversity.]

So the country must be healthier than ever. Right? No, not right. Judging the health of a nation by how much shiny junk is for sale in the shopping malls and how much the average citizen can charge on his credit card is like judging the health of a man on the basis of whether or not his shoes are shined and his fingernails areclean.

There are several things which are important to the health of a nation, and these things have relatively little to do with shopping malls and credit cards. Natural resources are important, of course. A country rich in minerals and land and timber and fresh water is better off than one with fewer natural resources -- other things being equal. Of course, it is seldom that other things are equal. The countries of Black Africa have enormously rich natural resources, but health-wise they are all basket cases. Without the boost given to them by Europeans during the colonial period, their people still would be eating each other. Some of them still are, in fact. And since the Europeans gave up on their colonies, the Africans have been sliding back down into the jungle. They are unable to take care of themselves. Whenever a natural disaster occurs, as with the flooding in Mozambique recently, they are dependent on help from Whites. Japan, on the other hand, is very poor in natural resources but nevertheless is infinitely healthier than any Black country. The Japanese never ask for outside help from anyone. They take care of themselves. And despite their lack of minerals they are enormously wealthy.

So what's the secret? Why is Japan so much healthier, so much more fit, than Mozambique, despite having so much less land and resources? Well, of course, you already know the answer. It's the difference in the quality of the people. For every nation, the one essential determinant of national health is the quality of the people who make up that nation: their genetic quality -- which is to say, their racial quality -- and their moral quality. Everything else, including the state of the economy, ultimately depends on these two elements.

A nation whose population is intelligent, creative, resourceful, energetic, and able to solve problems and plan ahead, ultimately will be a healthier nation than one whose people are dull, lazy, and able to think only about the present, regardless of mineral wealth or other advantages. Genes are the determining element. And a nation whose people are disciplined, racially conscious, and imbued with a strong sense of responsibility will be healthier than a nation whose people have the same genes but who are accustomed to permissiveness and self-indulgence and to thinking only about themselves, who do not feel any sense of belonging to their race or any sense of responsibility to it. When genes are equal, morality is the determining element.

Now, with that introduction, let's talk about the immigration situation in this country. Let's talk about it in a specific and personal way. Roger Barnett is a rancher in Arizona. He has a cattle ranch in Cochise County, in southeastern Arizona, near the town of Douglas, which is right on the Mexican border. Last month, on the afternoon of February 19, driving in his pickup truck along U.S. Highway 80 east of Douglas, he pulled alongside a van carrying 10 Mexicans. With horn honking and lights flashing, Barnett forced the van to stop.

Determining that all 10 occupants of the van were illegal aliens, Barnett and his brother performed citizen's arrests of the Mexicans and escorted the van to the Border Patrol station in Douglas, where they turned the Mexicans over to the Border Patrol for deportation. Now, Roger Barnett is not a policeman, and he's not a Border Patrol agent. He's just a rancher, a private citizen. He'd much rather be tending to his cattle than rounding up illegal aliens. Yet in the last two years he estimates that he's arrested more than 1,000 -- more than 1,000 -- illegal aliens on or near his ranch. That's getting close to two a day, and it doesn't leave him much time for ranching. He's not paid to apprehend illegal aliens, but he does it because the Border Patrol is, in effect, paid not to do it. And he does it because the Mexicans are ruining his ranch.

Heading north across his land, they leave a trail of trash and filth and destroyed vegetation behind them. Where they camp the ground is littered with debris and human feces. They cut down Barnett's trees for firewood to build campfires. Empty plastic bottles, discarded diapers, and other trash are everywhere, posing a hazard to his cows. The cows will eat plastic trash, and it jams up their digestive tract and kills them. It's not just a few Mexicans sneaking across the border. It's a non-stop flood, an invasion by a huge army. And the Border Patrol, under orders from the Clinton administration, deliberately lets the invaders come across the border, only pretending to try to stop them by arresting a few each day. Those few who are apprehended never are punished or imprisoned; they are simply sent back across the border to try again.

When Barnett arrested the 10 illegals in the van on February 19, the Mexican consul in Douglas, Miguel Escobar Valdez, tried to have him prosecuted for assault and unlawful imprisonment. A lot of other people also were wringing their hands and moaning about Barnett -- quote -- "taking the law into his own hands." Local liberals and church spokesmen were complaining that he had "intimidated" the illegal aliens and "violated their civil rights." The local prosecuting attorney, Chris Roll, said, and I quote: "This is conduct we all wish wasn't happening and do not condone, yet we cannot go forward unless there is sufficient evidence of a crime for a jury to convict." -- end quote --

What that means in plain language is that the prosecutor would love to lock Barnett up for trying to keep the illegals away from his ranch, but he knows that he couldn't get a local jury to convict him for anything because all of the other ranchers and businessmen and homeowners in the area sympathize with Barnett, even if they don't have enough courage to do the same thing themselves. The liberals are hoping that one of Barnett's arrests of illegals will end up in a shooting. Then they will yell for Janet Reno, and Barnett will be prosecuted for a "hate crime." You know, this goes far beyond the usual liberal bias in favor of the criminal and against anyone who gets tough with a criminal.

The law is clear. The illegal aliens are breaking U.S. law simply by entering our country, completely aside from the laws they break after they are in the country, by trespassing on Barnett's ranch and destroying his property. The U.S. Border Patrol is charged with keeping them out and with arresting them if they get in. But the U.S. Border Patrol is under the jurisdiction of the Immigration and Naturalization Service, and the Immigration and Naturalization Service is headed by a woman named Doris Meissner, who, even if she weren't a Jewess, would be carrying out the policy of the Clinton administration, which is to let anyone into the country who will strengthen the feminist, Jewish, homosexual, racial minority, welfare coalition against the normal, healthy, self-supporting, heterosexual White men and women who used to beAmerica.

You might think the Republicans would raise hell about this policy, but they're afraid to. In the first place, they're afraid of being called "racists" by the media -- and they're afraid that the Mexicans who're legally in the country will vote against them if they're seen as anti-immigrant. Of course, nearly all of those votes go to the Democrats anyway, but the Republicans believe that the Mexicans will continue swarming into the country because they think that Americans just aren't tough-minded enough to support the firm policies required to halt the flood, and so instead of trying to keep them out the Republicans are trying to out-Democrat the Democrats in being nice to them.

The fact is that the government could halt all illegal immigration immediately, and I mean today, if it wanted to, simply by announcing that anyone attempting to cross the border illegally would be shot on sight and then demonstrating that we meant it. That would do it. We could spend the next three months building an adequate set of fences, installing intrusion sensors, and so on. But just shooting a few hundred illegals the first day would be enough to stop the flood. It wouldn't require any more resources than the Border Patrol is using now. All of the excuses we hear about the government not being able to afford enough Border Patrol agents to patrol the border, and that it's impossible to keep the Mexicans from climbing the fences we build or cutting through them or burrowing under them, are simply lies. We could stop them all in a day with almost no effort.

America is like a man whose body is riddled with cancer, but who still manages to keep his shoes shined and his fingernails clean. Genetically, our health is declining fast. The government's Census Bureau estimates that somewhere between 30 and 50 years from now the mestizos and the Blacks together will outnumber the Whites. That doesn't bother the preachers, of course. And it doesn't bother the agribusiness tycoons, who figure that the cost of labor should be lower than ever. And it doesn't bother the politicians, so long as they still can count on their place at the public trough. And it pleases mightily the Jewish media bosses and their liberal camp followers, who have been striving for that goal all along.

But having their grandchildren growing up in a country where Blacks and mestizos will outnumber them, a country with the sort of society that Blacks and mestizos will transform our society into -- a society of barrios and drugs and brutality and all-pervading corruption -- that should concern decent, intelligent White people. And it does concern them, when they're not too busy using their credit cards at the shopping mall or watching the ball game on TV. I mean they know that is what is in store for America. They know that we will have a society which is a cross between that in Zambia and that in Nicaragua, the sort of society that Blacks and mestizos always create. The Census Bureau has announced it.

The Jews and liberals are gloating in anticipation. The fact that they know what is being done to America, they know what is ahead for their grandchildren, and they haven't risen up in righteous fury and hanged every politician and every media boss and every agribusiness tycoon is medical proof that morally the country already is dead and beginning to stink. Can a nation which is morally dead save itself from dying genetically as well? Are there still enough Roger Barnetts among us to turn the tide? Well, if I believed that it couldn't be done, I wouldn't be talking with you today. But I would appreciate some help. So would Mr. Barnett.

Luke: I am an immigrant to the USA. In theory and often in practice, I love America's diversity. What concerns me is individual's value systems, not skin pigmentation. I would much prefer to be around a moral black man than an immoral white slut.

But my ideals must not blind me to reality. Certain ethnic groups seem to be more law abiding and successful than others. For instance, I adore the asian commitment to education and family and quiet courtesy. Though I distrust the asian street gangs.

Immigration is a hot-button issue in Australia. I walk streets that are overwhelmingly filled with white people. The few abos (Aboriginees) are either staggering about drunk in a gutter or blowing a digiridoo, covered in paint and dressed tribally, seeking donations from the white folks strolling by. The first Aboriginee did not graduate from university in Australia until 1976. They generally seem a stupid people. Their culture is so low and primitive compared to European culture.

Australia maintained a white Australia immigration policy until 1972, when socialist Gough Whitlam and the Labor Party took over. Then they opened up immigration to various ethnic groups. Consequently, crime rose dramatically. I hate to say this but it is true - Australia was a much safer place when it only allowed in white people.
