A late update - Rob Spallone called and said the feud with Bo had been settled. He'd just talked with Bo and they've buried the hatchet.

Kenney - Kendra Controversy
I talked to Bo aka John Kenney at 12:10PM.
Luke: "I was just reading your site, porngossip.com. It is looking very good."
Bo: "We learned it all from you man.
"We've had a private detective following Rob for the last month. By Monday we're going to print pictures of Rob, his wife and his kids. Rob's home phone number. Where Rob lives and who his bookies are. We're waiting on the information to get here from California now. We've got pictures of him and Kendra f---ing in his office."
Luke: "You're kidding."
Bo: "That stupid little motherf---er don't know s---. We've just been sitting back and giving him enough rope to hang himf---ingself. He's got himself hung. The pictures will be posted soon on porngossip.com.
"Just let him know that the cars he's been looking at, because he actually pulled over one day and stopped. Look at the guy. They went by and pulled over. Then he drove off and didn't even notice that the car had picked him back up again. Just tell him that we're in it for the long haul.
"You and Craig. I have no problems. He's used you and you've used him. But if it gets readers, that is all that counts.
"His wife should be getting a package any day. So all the sticks and stones and threats he makes don't mean s---."
Luke: "This is really moving up a notch."
Bo: "Rob's been f---ing Kendra for months. She's been at every show. She's been with him at hotel rooms. He spends 16-17 hours a day with her and the rest of his time with his wife and kids."
Rob Spallone and Kendra Jade totally deny the truth of any of these allegations.
Luke: "I've heard that gossip about Rob and Kendra... I am compromised here. Rob is my friend."
Bo: "That's our whole problem with us and Rob. When he didn't like that we had control in the contracts... Rob is never going to give up control over Kendra. When we shot the first movie out there, we wanted to use guys with big cocks like Alec Metro and Brandon Irons. He didn't want her to do it. He went off like a f---ing asshole and stopped production. We ain't shooting no movie. Nothing. Then he calmed down in a couple of days but he'd already shot two scenes of the movie. Then for the rest of the scenes we were able to get people we wanted. But then after that, he just figured, f--- it. He wanted somebody to pay for her surgery because he did not have enough money to pay for it. So that's why he did what he did in letting us pay for her surgery. He walkd out afterwards.
"Anything he can put up there... If he's got me in a hotel room with a f---ing hooker, if he's got me sticking Ecstasy up my ass, go ahead and put it up because everything we've got on him, I'm going to put up there too. And it is going to be tit for tat.
"Jim DiGiorgio sells marijuana out of his office. That guy Josh is a dealer. That's straight up. You can go there right now and they're getting high in the office. Just walk in there one day. And then I'd be able to put the pictures up for his wife to see. So we're just baiting him along... If you hit me hard, I'm going to hit you harder."
Luke: "Kendra told me that your father was one of the first people that RICO went after?"
Bo: "Yes, my stepfather. Dennis Pryba. This was in the early '80s. He started in the '60s and he retired about 1985."
Luke: "You got in the business through him?"
Bo: "Yes. He's still got nothing written about him but he was a true patriot. If you read the Meese Commission, you'll see that he's fought for free speech his whole life. Rob takes free speech and thinks that it is his tool to hurt people with. What he doesn't realize is that a lot of people have fought for free speech but he is not one of them. This dog and pony show he's got in LA right now is going to run out of steam. People are tired of getting f---ed over by him.
"People have finally figured out that when he started doing movies for VCA, you stopped attacking VCA on your site. He's exposed right now. He's got nothing to lose. He might as well take his best shot because all these guys have figured out that Rob's the rat [to l-keford.com]. Him and DiGiorgio. And work will start drying up for him."
Luke: "It will be interesting to see what happens."
Bo: "I ain't going nowhere. We're opening an office in Los Angeles and I hope that Rob threatens me some more on your site. Any kind of threats he wants to make, tell him to knock himself out.

Rob Spallone phoned me after reading Bo's comments: "All right... Tell him to mail the photos... Tell him to put them on his website. Beautiful. Me and Jim are in a big fight. We were best buddies. Our partners in Canada have been sending us money and Jim thinks I'm taking it and he thinks I'm taking it...
"Tell Bo that Rob don't cheat on his wife. Just because he does, doesn't mean that everyone else does. Tell him that I am happily married. Just because his wife isn't the brightest thing in the world and doesn't realize that her husband is a junkie and tries to f--- every girl when he comes out here. "We deal with people every f---ing day. He thinks he's going to stop them. Tell him to call f---ing Russ Hampshire and tell him not to give us any more movies?
"We're f---ing making plane reservations. Tell him to look for us in Virginia. We'll be f---ing there very shortly. Tell him to hire some f---ing body guards. He's going to need them.
"Tell him to get his f---ing automatic weapons...load them up and get them ready. Tell him that the FBI is going to inspect every f---ing UPS package that comes into his warehouse.... where they bundled the cash. Because he's f---ing laundering money."

Luke: "Printing real names."
Kendra: "And is that half as bad to you as printing somebody's address? And their phone number. That is very very f---ing dangerous. And I don't care how pissed off you are at somebody, that is very f---ing dangerous. So if he would like to put my life in danger because he is childish and upset, that is fine. I hope it is worth it to him when some f---ing crazy person comes and kills me."
[Full disclosure - On two occassions, Luke has printed someone's real address. Ken Guarino and Edward Wedelstedt, two of the most powerful men in porn who are well able to protect themselves. I have never printed anyone else's address. Though I have printed what town various porners resided in.]
Kendra: "I am not Rob's mistress. Anyone who knows Rob knows that he is happily married... I did not stay with him at his room at either ECVS or CES [as Bo alleges].
"As for the IRS. If you called the IRS now, you'd find out that I owed them still $2000 from last year's taxes, which I filed... Then I moved so they didn't have the new address to send the bill to. Because I make payments to them every month. But they will be paid off in full at the end of this month.

So many people in this business have gone to jail for tax evasion and whatever. It is not a joking matter. It's not one that I'll use to try to screw you and report you to the IRS... This is some serious s--- that he's trying to do, all over a f---ing contract?

Who Wants To Marry A Millionaire
Luke was on live at CJOB (www.cjob.com), a radio station in Winnipeg, Canada. The ostensible topic was the FOX TV show "Who Wants To Marry A Millionaire."
Bo aka John Kenney from LGI phoned in from Washington D.C., accusing me of being a front for Rob Spallone, James DiGiorgio and FANtasticonline.com. Bo said that I was the cover guy for FANtastic's plan to take over the American porn industry. Bo also wanted to know if I was funded by the Christian Coalition. I said I would be happy to take money from the Coalition and that I largely supported its agenda.
On CJOB today:
Charles Adler: "Luke F-rd is on because he wanted to be on the FOX show Who Wants To Marry A Millionaire. Luke, speak out of school. What do you know about this show?"
Luke: "Yes, I met with the producers and I've been following it through various sources. There's strong evidence to suggest that the groom Rick Rockwell was not a millionaire..."
Charles: "We know he's done some standup comedy and that he's been on FOX before... And we don't think he is that rich. Do you think he will be married to Darva for long?"
Luke: "Dunno... I've heard that he knew Darva before the show and had her already picked out..."
Charles: "Would you like to be on the show?"
Luke: "Sure, it is an adventure."
Charles: "Even though you say you think the show is rigged."
Luke: "I don't know if it was rigged, though there is evidence that points that way..."
Charles: "Why would a producer want to hire a guy and put him on a show if he is out publicly throwing snowballs at the show?"
Luke: "Good question. I guess my chances are rapidly diminishing."

Bo: "Tens of millions of dollars."
Luke: "Bo has been in the porn industry for 25 years... He recently received a verbal thrashing on my website... Some other people in the porn industry have gone after him, using me, saying that Bo uses drugs and other terrible accusations..."
Charles: "What is your main beef with Bo?"
Luke: "I don't have one. I just write about him... Like all reporters, I am compromised by my sources, and I am very close to a couple of people in the industry who hate his guts. So they use me to bag on him."
Charles: "Is this costing you any money?"
Bo: "No it is not. Luke F-rd can say he is interested in this or that but he's just a mouthpiece for a Canadian operation that wants to takeover porn in the San Fernando Valley. That's his sponsor, FANtasticonline and Craig Vasiloff. They're using people in Los Angeles to split people in the adult industry in the states. They're trying to move production of most adult films into Canada under the control of Luke's parent company, FANTasticonline and Craig Vasiloff."

Luke: "Great question... And it is fully answerable without putting me through hours of psychoanalysis... It's an adventure, it's a stunt, a laugh... There are annulment agreements... It is a total mocking of sacred values... It's TV."
Dave: "But why would you want to go on international television and make an idiot of yourself?"
Luke: "I think it would be a good experience that I'd like to write about."
Charles: "You were raised as a Seventh Day Adventist...and you converted to Judaism because you believed in it. I'm trying to get my head around you converting to a religion, taking it seriously...a moral code... How do you juxtapose that with your desire to be on this program?"
Luke: "They totally contradict. But most of us have ambivalence about our greatest commitments... Rebellion against God often goes hand in hand with trying to lead a Godly life... We all hate the ones we love. And we all rebel against moral strictures. I agree with you that everything in this show contradicts what Judaism and other religions hold sacred."
Paul: "Twenty three million people watched this show in the US and three million watched the Republican debate on Larry King..."
Luke: "I want to agree with everything that Paul says... This is TV. This is the medium that brings us Jerry Springer and that is the light in which this show should be viewed."

Thursdays With Rob
I spent Thursday with Rob Spallone at his shooting house off Tuxford. Director James DiGiorgio shot three scenes for two VCA Xplicit gonzos (plotless, scriptless porn).
Rob's girl Dynamite has a black eye from a fight she got into in Pennsylvania a couple of days ago with Kendra Jade. Dynamite was on the phone talking to Rob when Kendra came in and yelled at her for telling Rob their problems. Kendra slammed the phone against Dynamite's face, causing a black eye. The phone then dropped to the floor, as did the girls who tousled.
"When people have problems they should go to the source," said Kendra. "She should not have gone to Rob to tell him our problems. So I yelled at her and she swung at me. I knocked the phone against her face. We wrestled on the bed. I choked her. Then I asked, 'If I let you go, will you swing at me again?'"
The fight raged on for a few more minutes, with the phone on the floor transmitting the contest live to an amused Rob Spallone.
I meet Frank Thring, an Englishman who shoots frequently for Private. He has a new series coming out for Hustler.
Frank's with a tall beautiful Hungarian blonde who does a scene with Matt Jade for DiGiorgio.

Now that production companies have caught on to Rob's game, the house is finished on the 'Net. No video companies will allow this to happen. They don't want their product in the hands of Rob and his partners in Canada. If you have shot at one of his houses you should talk to him.
Rob also has the Vice Squad around him a lot. Seems he likes to give them other porn shoots in the valley to bust, so they leave him alone for gambling and his whore operations. When I was on the set of a movie at his house, he got raided for no permit. He went into a room with 4 vice cops, they wanted info and got it. He gave up someone, I don't know who!!! Spoke to Kendra Jade to day by phone 6:50 pm est about rumors that she has not filed a tax return in 4 years she was in tears now that the IRS is on her ass.I ask her why she has not filed a tax return and she stated that Rob (her pimp) was taking all her earnings to pay his gambling debts (he owes big) and that she did not have anyone to her tax return. An authorization conduit simply implies that the transactions reviewed by the associations were done by folks who have available credit. That auth conduit, while it does a bares bones "scrub," in no way represents a sale that has been run through a sophisticated fraud management system, alas, why so many chargebacks pile in.
While I love the idea of the underdog tackling the institution, the whole purpose of my comments for chargeback.com are simply this; a lot of people associated with the adult businesses are working towards removing the black cloud, as far as Visa and MasterCard are concerned, from adult processing. A big part of the lack of progress and temptuous relationships between the associations and the adult merchants remains, as I see it, because there is this exact kind of perpetuation of misinformation, lack of attention to detail, and in some cases outright deception and fraudulent marketing and rebilling practices allowed, and often recommended by "advisors," "bankcard consultants," and "general counsel" in the adult community.
We all know the 7 dollar an hour girl at American Pacific State Bank or Humbolt isn't really going to put in that much effort to help adult businesses, meaning don't expect Lazy Susan to be proactive or a visionary in areas of fraud and chargeback reduction. Worse still, her supervisor and manager of the entire acquiring bankcard operation probably used to sell copiers (as was the case at FBBH before Mr. DeWolfe's departure). Point is, the misinformation, like that from chargeback.com is bad for the industry, the intelligent folks behind big money sites (babenet, iGallery) will flourish and try to employ people with experience in the business who can help them be proactive, creative and visionary while the rest, including some big volume sites with ridiculous management (like that of Xpics and VMI) will fall by the way side until they run themselves out of business.
