The fast-food sex deviant may be as hungry for publicity as he is for scaring the wits out of female clerks, a psychiatrist said. The man showed up at a McDonald's restaurant in the Northeast, where he had struck twice before, just after news crews left the place on Friday. And he did his dirty deed again.
Police said it was just moments after news crews left the McDonald's on Adams Avenue near Tabor Road that the man drove up to the drive-through menu board at about 6:30 p.m. He placed his order, drove around to the pickup window and then ejaculated in front of a worker. This time he did not throw his semen at the employee, as he has done in three other cases.

Mike Paul writes on RAME: Once upon a time, Luke F-rd posted some of his then-unfinished book, about Celeste being among the women who refuse to do sex scenes with Black men. Luke backed this up when I asked him. At that point, the term 'racist' was (correctly) applied to her.
At least one person actually disagreed. Paul Norman (father of Celeste's child) pointed out how Celeste had Black boyfriends, and had done a scene with a Black woman.
Then later, during a long, drawn-out scuffle between me and Roger Pipe, Rog revealed that Celeste and Sean Michaels had been an 'item'. So what we have is, a woman perfectly willing to have sex with a Black guy, but not where people could see it. Somehow, that isn't 'racism', to consider Black guys unsuitable to be seen with. That's a 'career move', that Black guys are just supposed to ignore and buy her tapes anyway. That's pretty much it.
Rog told me that Celeste was pissed at me for calling her a racist, but even the old "she may not find Blacks attractive" line can't properly explain why she told Luke she wouldn't do Blacks... Of course, someday I want Sean to tell me what "No color lines" means in situations like *that* one.
Joe writes: IIRC from an old HEVG interview, Atlanta is Dominique Simone's home town, too. The Celeste/black men controversy reminds me of something I'd read in "Adult Cinema Review" around 1980, when they had more interesting news and reviews. There was an interesting story about the film "Tickled Pink" surrounding the black actor Saud Weinstein and the movie's female leads, Taija Rae and Sharon Kane. Apparently both were to have worked with him, but refused. According to the article one of the two said "I wasn't brought up that way (re: interracial sex)." The other claimed it would harm her image--even though she had a black boyfriend at the time! As a result, the movie seems strange when we see Eric Edwards' have sex with a co-worker in a fantasy sequence, but the guy Taija(Eric's wife in the film) fantasizes about has sex with Rhonda Jo Petty instead. And in the concluding orgy, Tasha Voux is brought in as a "Girl Scout" selling cookies to suck Eric while Saud f---s her. BTW, Weinstein may be familar to fans of Spike Lee movies. Weinstein, using the name John Canada Terrell, was one of the three lovers of the gal in Lee's first movie, "She's Gotta Have It."

Just read your "ethics ranking" section and I could not believe that there was not even one Black woman mentioned for sizzling sexual performances or "graded" if you will in the beauty department. What is this? Have you not watched any performances by Monique, or Obsession or any of these girls? And don't get me started on that list of "beauties" you have; all "A" list, yeah right!! So there aren't any good looking, hardworking, sexually stimulated REAL "Black" women in this business? I beg to differ.
Luke: I am not as familiar with the black female talent, aside from Midori. Anyway, the ethics rankings rarely mention talent, white or black or blue. They concentrate on the people who write the checks. But why aren't there more black people among those who write the checks? How come no major porn company, be it video or on the web, is owned by a person of color?
Chaim Amalek writes: Luke, to put to rest a question that often comes up on your board - "By which rules might we determine whether XXX is a racist?" - let us look to the American Heritage Dictionary for a definition of the term "racism"
RACISM: 1. The belief that race accounts for differences in human character or ability and that a particular race is superior to others. 2. Discrimination or prejudice based on race.
Focus on the second definition. If someone discriminates against another on the basis of race, he is a racist, as it literally is "discrimination based on race". Choosing not to have sex with someone on the basis or their race is a fundamental form of discrimination, i.e., it is racist.
On the other hand, failure to discriminate against someone on a specific basis does not preclude that one secretly regards members of that race as inferior to one's own race, so a willingness to have sex with someone does not prove the lack of racial animus. (Lots of racists, after all, rape women of other races.)
So, to recapitulate, here are two rules by which we can start to smoke out the racists in porn (if anyone cares, and why should you?): Refusal to have sex with someone simply because of their race IS racist; BUT having sex with the members of other races does not preclude racial animus. Now, as far as prison tattoos and membership in racist gangs while in prison goes, I would not read too much into that. It may be that men in prison have no real choice except between joining racist gangs or becoming someone's girlfriend. Or it may reflect real racial hostility. You just cannot tell. Mr. Luke F-rd

Joe Elkind Interview
I talked to CENcash.com owner Joe Elkind Monday afternoon about his struggles with backbone king UU.net, owned by MCI. It was at the end of a long day, and Joe was tired.
Joe: "We're going to beat them at their game. We're going to figure out a way to go around them if we can't get what we want.
"I've got so much on my mind right now, I can't even hold a conversation."
Joe parks his car. He's talking on his cell phone.
Joe: "Saturday night UU.net blocked both of our IPs. We've found out that they're going to go after all the big guys, one at a time. Saturday night they blocked Ron Levi's Clubpix.com for four hours.
"They don't want to play any games. They don't want to hear from us. They just want to control the internet. They've already got a strategy ready.
"We've found a way to go around them. I can't tell you what it is yet... We're also going to set a new precedent about how everybody in the whole industry does not need UU.net. Even though UU.net owns 43% of the private part of the net, there is a way around them... We're going to be their worst nightmare.
"If we go for a temporary restraining order on them and we lose, we could lose our case, so we haven't gone and done that yet. We're still planning. We haven't talked to their lawyers yet. We haven't even sent them a lawyer yet. We're focusing all of our energies on how you can run your web business without UU.net without losing a penny or dime of traffic.
"The two biggest problems in this industry are hosting or bandwidth and processing and credit cards. They're privately held companies or associations [like Mastercard, Visa, UU.net] and they can make their own rules. There are no governing laws. These companies want to keep their prices up and companies like ours want to keep their prices down. It is big business vs small business. And in this country, that is called anti-trust.
"We have documentation. We are putting together an anti-trust action within the next three to four days if they don't open up our pipes.
"We met with a gentleman from the Florida Internet Advisory Board who works directly with Jeb Bush [governor of Florida] who works directly with the government in Washington D.C, all the way from Tallahassee to Washington.
"We are planning a strategy from everything from press releases to raising public awareness... We're going to form our own version of Mothers Against Drunk Driving. We're going to outlaw child porn and outlaw all the f---ing bulls---. And we're going to enforce it ourselves.
"I've got five major players so far, all chipping in a lot of money [about $3million]... It may not get to this. We first want to find out if we can go around UU.net. Then we will decide if it worth the energy to sue UU.net. I'm sure somebody in the Department of Justice will file on this...
"Another major [net porn company]... Visa and Mastercard took $1.2 million out of their business account, not even out of their merchant reserves, in fines... The business is getting crazy. A lot of people do not realize what is going on out there. Everybody just thinks it is gravy..."
Brandy Alexandre writes: "I don't know if this is related to the UU.net/Joe Elkind disputes, but I want to chime in that I have been receiving a great deal of porn spam in the last couple of weeks on my "non-Brandy" accounts with IPs originating with UU.net. Like all the other spam I get, I forwarded it to UU.net with an aggressive note to terminate the account pointing out that it was porn related, that I didn't request any information or express an interest, and that there wasn't any remove information (which is usually bogus) and if there was I wouldn't use it because it only confirms me as a valid address. There is no way to tell if this spam comes from Elkin and/or his downlines, but if it does, and he's still whining about being cut off, he deserves it. If it's not from Elkin, et al, it's the general behavior of porn purveyors online that give them all a bad name. Back to that self-policing thing that should apply to the entire industry, where if you let others run rampant they can screw YOU when you haven't done anything wrong."
Luke: The major webmaster programs like Elkin's CEN etc do not spam but some of their affiliates may. Once a program catches an affiliate spamming, the webmaster is dropped from the program.
Joe Elkind told me Tuesday afternoon: "Tell Brandy that everybody [every large business like amazon.com to Cencash.com] have affiliate programs on the net. That's the business model. The affiliate programs do the spam, not the people that have the companies. We cut out the spammers as quick as we can.

Dear Mr. Smith: This law firm represents Cyber Entertainment Network, Inc. (CEN). CEN is an Internet content provider which has utilized UUNET as its ISP backbone for all of its Internet commerce since 1998.
On January 27, 2000, CEN transferred a large volume of its Internet business to a competitor web hosting company, Interliant, Inc. d/b/a TriStar Web. Within two hours of this transfer, CEN received a telephone call from UUNET’s security department complaining about spam activity generated by websites owned by others utilizing CEN’s network which had occurred weeks earlier. The following day, UUNET began blocking all CEN Internet traffic utilizing Interliant’s Internet backbone. As a result of UUNET’s action, CEN has suffered a precipitous loss of revenue and customers resulting from their inability to access CEN websites. Since January 28, CEN’s damages are already several million dollars and are mounting each day. In addition, UUNET’s action is irreparably harming CEN’s reputation and relationships with its customers.
UUNET clearly revealed the pretext behind its action in a February 3, 2000 letter written by Stuart Wilkens, Regional Account Manager to John Bennett, CEN’s president, by stating that CEN’s continued relationship with UUNET depended upon “exclusively signing and implementing UUNET contracts for Colocation, Web Hosting and Band Width needs”. A copy of this letter is attached for your reference. As you know, UUNET controls a substantial portion of the Internet backbone market. UUNET’s action is a tortious interference with CEN’s contractual relationships with its subscriber and web master customers. In addition, UUNET’s action constitutes a unilateral refusal to deal with CEN in violation of Section 2 of the Sherman Act and Section 5 of the Federal Trade Commission Act.
UUNET’s unlawful action is threatening the continued viability of a business CEN has spent five years developing. If it does not cease immediately, CEN will seek monetary and injunctive relief in federal court. If you wish to resolve this matter, please contact the undersigned no later than Wednesday, February 16, at 5:00 p.m.
