Dennis Hof Threatens to Sue Me-UPDATE
Message from Dennis Hof to Not Luke- The topic that discussed the Bunny killed is very bad, you are allowing posters to say terrible untrue things about me and my business.
I respectably ask you to remove these untrue statements by noon monday and monitor your site to stop this type of assaults.
My Attorney Al Gelbard has successfully sued Luke and won over issues like this. If you do not remove the terrible untrue statements I will have him begin an action Monday.

Funny how I have never received an answer from you when I e-mailed you a question. Or a thank you for all the nice things I have said about you and your business. Or a comment the many times I have posted up news from the Bunny Ranch that your webmaster has sent me. All of the above giving you free publicity. What my commenters say doesn’t reflect my views. I could leave the post with the comments up and fight you on it. There are many cases showing that bloggers are not responsible for what others say on their site. But frankly it’s not worth my aggravation. Try asking nicely next time. It would get you a lot farther.

Cindi never back down from anyone especially over comments on a public forum board. We have a little thing called the first amendment in this nation. As messed up as we are we can at least open our mouths.
I know we are all pro adult and so forth but at the same time. We are in the adult industry and lets face facts most people in our nation view us as scum. So nothing that could be on a board here could be any worse then what normal citizens already think of the man. A pimp is a pimp doesnt matter how you dress it.
You even run a disclaimer at the top of your site about comments too.

He successfully sued Luke? I remember hearing only one person was successful in suing Luke and that was a female porn star. Luke’s insurance paid out. Maybe Dennis threatened Luke but I never heard he successfully sued Luke.

Unlike the stereotypical “pimps”, his workers can make a lot more working for him that they actually keep than most places and in person he has always struck me as a nice guy. I’m curious as to what was said to bother him so much, his point that lies are not protected speech certainly accurate…

Defamation is not protected by free speech but Ruby claims that all her statements are factual based on personal experience. Besides, Cindi is not liable for any comment posted on LIB by a commentator since she is not the one who made the comment nor involved in assisting the spread of that PARTICULAR comment.
