She did an interview with Parade to promote another one of her dull movies. And once again she talks about having children. Sandra Bullock has no children. She’s merely a babysitter when her husband’s children come over to visit. Unless the child’s mother is dead or no longer in her life, the child is not yours and you have no say in her upbringing and future. One of those children is Janine Lindemulder’s five-year-old daughter that Sandra has been trying for two years to kidnap and rip away from her real mother and older brother.
Sandra and her husband Jesse James wanted nothing to do with Janine’s daughter for the first three years of her life. But Sandra can’t have children and needs a new toy to parade in front of the paparazzi and that’s where Janine’s daughter comes in.
Bitches who have affairs with married men while there’s a pregnant wife at home & later turns in his wife to the IRS is not mother material. Adopt or take in foster children. They’re not your children either but at least you can lay claim to them instead of a child that already has a mother.
A changed woman:
“I was good at bolting before. I didn’t want to do the work. And I was too selfish to have kids. Now I work at what I love. If I didn’t love him, I wouldn’t be putting in the effort. I do approach things differently now that I’m married. I would never do anything that would harm his heart.”
Falling into step-motherhood:
“The universe put this in our lap. I seemed to have stepped in right when I needed to be there. I now know that anything sweet, really sweet, that I have was nothing that I planned. If you don’t have kids and animals, you don’t truly know what real life is about.”
I wholeheartedly agree! I just debated a radio talk show host about porn stars being great moms and I personally think both parents dropped the ball on this one. I didn’t call in my husband did defending me as a mom. Motherhood requires love, structure, and being available for your child, kissing away boo-boos and a little discipline when needed. If my child’s only aversity in life is my proffesion then that would be lucky, everybody gets made fun of when they’re young, it’s how you raise them to handle it that makes the difference.
The profession you choose doesn’t make you an unfit mother but the choices you make do in life do. Janine is clearly has made several choices that landed her in jail and separated her from her child. From the outside looking in this woman is self destructive and should not be having any more children.

I totally disagree that Sandra is looking for something to dress up and tote around. How many pictures have you seen of her and Jessie, and his kids? Rarely if ever, they are very protective of their lives and the kids.
You make it sound like they are Jon & Kate plus 8. And she is a mother, she married a man with kids she has to step up to being a step-mother and a wife in one shot, that is admirable. Jessie came with a TON of baggage and she has proved to be a strong women and deal with it.
And no I do not condone him starting a relationship with Sandra while still married. If your not happy leave and get a divorce and then dip into the dating pool. But that is between the 3 of them, not us.
And really has Janine really made the right choices i her life in that last five years? Come on! And Ruby I’m sorry but it does matter if your mom or dad is a porn star. You’re right kids can be cruel,(so can the parents) and to give them more to be cruel about is not a reason to stay in the business.
Your kids come first, you do what is best for them NO YOU! I highly dought every parent on the planet is doing the job that makes them happy, but they have made sacrifices for their kids and family.
Just because she’s a porn star doesn’t mean a thing when it comes to being a ”fit” mother. What DOES disturb me is her new white power hubby. Would ANYONE with any common sense want to raise a child in an atmosphere of race hate? Why would anyone raise a child around narrow and hate filled minds? Janine has to be the one to live with the choices she’s made. A child shouldn’t be forced into living those consequences with her.
I’ve seen many sets of pictures with Sandra, Jesse, Sunny, and his other kids in plain view of the paparazzi. One set months was with Sandra, Jesse, and Sunny and Sunny had the look of fear in her eyes because of the cameras while there was Sandra with a big smile on her face looking directly into the cameras. Just days ago another set of pictures with the kids showed up on the celebrity blogs. Yeah because Sandra has a new movie to promote.
Many celebrities shield their own children from the press and you never see them. If they are at an airport, someone else takes the kids one way while the parents go another way. But Sandra is putting Janine’s daughter out there for everyone to see. Sunny is also the daughter of a very famous porn star. That very famous porn star has weird fans like any other porn star. That’s why most porn stars never allow any pictures to be published of their children or they always deny they even have children.
This all started to unravel two years ago. Two years ago is when Jesse came back into Janine’s live wanting to see Sunny. Janine was happy and started to make baby books for Jesse considering Jesse abandoned them for the first three years of Sunny’s live. I don’t believe there was ever anything set in stone or in court about visitation. Janine just allowed Jesse to see Sunny when he wanted to. Then one day out of the blue Jesse wanted sole custody and he and Sandra started court proceeding to take Sunny away from Janine and Janine’s son. They settled on joint custody in court.
This was two years ago when Jesse and Sandra started fighting for sole custody. Two years later Janine is in prison for tax evasion. Janine told Howard Stern that one of her exes turned her in but she wouldn’t say who. In a two year time span, Jesse and Sandra fought for sole custody, Janine was turned into the IRS, and Janine was sent to prison.
This is all for Sandra. She can’t have her own children. Sunny is his youngest child and Sandra can’t attack those other children’s mothers for being porn stars. Jesse wanted Janine to abort the baby. Janine wouldn’t. He was physically abusive towards Janine throughout her pregnancy. He left her for someone more famous and who had more money. Then after hooking up with Sandra, he starts denying the baby is his. First he wanted her aborted, then he denied she was his, and after DNA tests proved she is his child, he leaves Sunny for the next three years of her life.
And me defending Janine isn’t about her being a woman and me defending a woman. I think Kate Gosselin is clearly an unfit absentee mother and those eight kids should be given to Jon Gosselin. He’s also the one who stayed home with all eight while Kate was away from then all 20 days out of every single month “working” traveling the world with the married bodyguard with his own children at home. She’s also been photographed hitting her kids and depriving another at another time of water but then taunting that daughter by drinking the water in front of her. I would give Jon sole custody and Kate supervised visitation. I wouldn’t even allow her to see the kids ever again but our society believes that just because you gave birth to a child means you should be in their lives. I would also then have Kate pay alimony and child support considering she’s the one with an already set new show from TLC.

I could give a fuck what other people think because only I have to look at myself in the mirror, when they are old enough I’ll tell them about my history and my reasons for doing what I did, and since I’m not raising asshole kids,they probably wont care, even if they are pissed a little, they’ll get over it! Janine just has horrible taste in men and always has, at least she always made sure there was food on the table and a roof over their heads, which is more than a lot of parents with any jobs or no jobs at all do. I’m am a single father and am raising two kids with minimal help from their mother and am employed full time. How you put food on the table does indeed matter just ask the drug dealers currently locked up or the whores who have been caught up in sings and locked up. Stop thinking about self and put yourself in the kids shoes when they realize mommy’s a whore or daddy’s a pimp. What type of productive citizen do you think they are going to be? That child will already have 2 strikes against them a selfish self absorbed parent with porn in the past or present. Also to gloss over the choices Janine has made and still want to give her custody is criminal stupid.
Actress Thora Birch’s parents are both former porn stars. Jack Birch and Carol Connors both from Deep Throat. Thora’s godfather is High Hefner. For some ungodly reason, her parents allowed her to be topless when she was underage in the movie “American Beauty”. Thora could have gone off the deep end already with that story. But she hasn’t and is a successful working actress and has never been one of the Lindsay Lohans of Hollywood.
Ruby I have 3 kids, a 10 year old girl, 7 year old boy and a 6 year old girl, so I do know what it is like to be a mother and a provider. I do know that I would never want my children to make a living in the porn industry. An be honest, would you really encourage your kids to work in the porn industry.
Look I’m the first one to say life is all about choices, but at some point you need to realize that those choices aren’t all about you.

Rehab? I never heard that. I always saw her as one of the normal Hollywood celebrities. Followed the celebrity blogs for many years too and never heard that. But I heard her father is crazy and shows up on her sets demanding things.
I wonder how the judge will rule on the question of Janine’s fitness for custody of her daughter? I’ll bet he awards custody to Jessie and if he does whose fault would it be? This was a classic example how someones self destructive tendencies came back and bit them in the ass. Just step back and consider her actions and the only conclusion I can come up with was that she doesn’t want custody of the kid or this bitch is felony stupid. I choose the first explanation this way she can be sure the kid will get the best of everything while she will be free to live the rock and roll lifestyle and pretend she’s in her twenties instead of a forty year old ex-felon.
Look, at the end of the day this all comes down to what’s in the best interest of this child. Period! That’s how the court is gonna see it, so any other perspective on the subject is moot. So, let me go ahead and give you a headsup about the dilemma the court will face before rendering their decision: You have on one hand a very well-to-do albeit famous couple who can provide an extremely stable, loving environment for the girl. On the other hand you have a former porn star who probably loves her daughter immensely but just got out of prison for tax evasion and now is on the hook to the feds for another $300,000. If that was all that was involved i think the court may have been inclined to give Janine the benefit of the doubt as to whether she is indeed a fit parent. What WILL do her in is her recent marriage to the tatted up, pathetic piece of white power trash she decided to “spend the rest of her life with.” The question i have for all those attempting to defend Janine while disparaging Sandra and jesse is this: Who do you think would provide the better long term environment for this little girl. I mean, seriously.
I wasn’t saying I would encourage my kids to get into porn, that was my choice. And I don’t like being compared to people doing illegal things either,(deun99), because everything I’ve done has been legal and consentual. I don’t think because a woman has bad taste in men she should lose her kids unless those kids are in danger, and lets face it, we can talk all we want but we really don’t know anything about her or his parenting skills, its all inuendo and talk, I wish her the best, she was always decent to me. My children come first, but I can’t go back and change my past, nor do I regret it, I feel it makes me a more aware and conscientious parent, so my past does benefit me when it comes to parenting, more so than detracts. If my kids only adversity is my past then I’ve done quite well, I’ll take it.

I’d put Harry Reems up there too. In it’s time, ‘Deep Throat’ was renowned worldwide, and then Ream’s highly publicized IRS trial put him on the front page of every national newspaper and on the nightly TV news. John Holmes is another star that can’t be overlooked, for all the best and worst reasons. However, the great majority of current male “stars” are little known in the mainstream, no matter how big they are in the insular world of porn. Probably, if you took a random poll on the street, more people would name-check Mark Wahlberg’s portrayal as “Dirk Diggler” than they would Peter “North Pole.”
I agree with Third. Ask most people to name five male porn performers and they will fall short in my experience (for that matter, a whole lot of people can’t name five females in the industry unless they keep in touch with the industry).

My mother has no clue who Jenna Jameson is. That’s how I judge which porn stars are really famous in the mainstream. My mother only knows who John Holmes, Traci Lords, Ginger Lynn, Mary Carey, and Ron Jeremy are.

Normal people would know Ron, Jenna and Holmes…because the mainstream media is either oddly fascinated with them (Jenna/Holmes) or they routinely pop up in mainstream culture (Ron/Jenna). Peter North is well known because he was truly one of the first male porn stars to fire off massive loads.
Or think of another way; if Holmes hadn’t had such a tragic drug-filled life, he’d still be known for being the first guy in porn with a truly massive cock. Now compared to half of the guys today, or say the cast of your typical episode of Brazzers Teens Like It Big/Pornstars Like It Big, Holmes is just another big dicked meat puppet with a weird speech pattern.
Yet when he started, no one was even close to his size. Same is true for North; today guys like Jules Jordan and Chris Streams are his equal. But when North was in his prime, there was no one who could ejaculate like him.

As for Darrah’s mother — I’m glad to hear she doesn’t watch much Fox News…as for many years (when Jenna was cranking them out and not spending all day taking care of her kids), she was their go-to all-things-porn person.

How does your mother know who Ginger Lynn is but not Jenna Jameson? Men under 35 today know who Ron Jeremy, Peter North, John Holmes and Tom Byron are. Anybody else is going to make people pause. Older people would know Harry Reems but most younger people have no idea who he is, he has been away too long and younger people generally aren’t Deep Throat fans.
My mother knows who Ginger is because of the Traci Lords scandal, went to prison, and dated Charlie Sheen. What scandalous or newsworthy events has Jenna Jameson been involved with? People who watch porn know who she is and people who are into the tabloid fueled culture. Jenna never hit a nerve or sparked debate & controversy in our society like they did in the 70’s and 80’s. She’s also not on a weekly show where you can see the same episode a dozen times that same week. I told her to watch VH1’s Sex Rehab which started this Sunday and I’ll ask her what she thinks of Kendra Jade and Penny Flame. Now Kendra and Penny are more mainstream than Jenna while Jenna faded into obscurity since telling her fans to f*ck off while she ran off with her Playboy payday. Now Jenna is only known as someone’s girlfriend. How empowering.
If Reality TV was as ubiquitous as it is today, Darrah’s mother would know who Jenna is!
Otherwise, as I mentioned before — if you’re a big Fox News watcher, you’d know who Jenna is, as she was frequently on the network to ‘speak’ for the Porn Industry back when she was regularly getting shtuped on video. Now, they seem to lean more toward having Savanna Samson on a regular basis.
It is interesting to note, especially in light of all of the drama around Janine, that Jenna has managed to keep her nose clean and out of the usual drama that follows female porn talent (unless I’m missed something horrible about her in a UFC magazine…lol).
My mother and many people see porn stars occasionally on tv and feature films. But that doesn’t mean they know who they are or their names. Jenna wasn’t on Fox News every single day. She was on a handful of times or maybe stretching it to a dozen times scattered throughout the years. You make it seem like she was a Fox anchor.
How well liked is Jenna when she couldn’t even get her own reality shows going? One show years ago which later turned into them suing Jenna. And Jenna and Tito were suppose to have their own separate VH1 reality shows and neither aired. I saw her interviewed and she said her show would start off with her AVN I’ll never spread my legs speech. It was suppose to have aired this summer or last summer I believe and it never happened for either her or Tito.

Chaplain discovered that folks were on to him when referred to as “Captain Chaplain” when asked to lead a meeting’s prayer. With 1,200+ members from all “normal” walks of life in that lodge, how could his secret be kept?

Jenna Jameson is a lot more known in the general public than Ginger Lynn because her auto-bio sold very well, she had a big supporter in Howard Stern, she appeared on Family Guy, and from the Fox News stuff which others mentioned. Ginger couldn’t touch any of this plus all the publicity Jenna has done over the years, even though she is and always was hotter than Jenna Jameson.
Ginger appeared on Howard Stern several times in the late 80’s/early 90’s, years before he went mainstream. Likewise, she made the tabloid talk show/news rounds per her early nineties IRS run-ins.
And her photo appeared in Times Square long before Jenna’s did.
We could spend all day playing bigger, better, faster, more over who’s more (in)famous but the fact remains: Ginger did it first. Not to discount Jenna; she definitely played her hand well but Ginger paved the way.
No doubt about that, Ginger did pave the way, but then so did the ladies of the 70’s for Ginger if you want to go there. Jameson just had better media access and as a product of her time, that’s what puts her over. It’s more about the state of the game than the player. Her coke problems aside, if Ginger would have been more business saavy or at least hooked up with a guy who was like Jameson did with Jay Grdina, Ginger might have had more reach outside of porn or with ancillary porn businesses.
Whoever said it about the guys said it right, there’s Ron and that’s it. My mom could recognize Ron Jeremy but if she saw Peter North would say who’s that dipshit in the polo.
Aside from the fictitious “Darrah’s Mom” standard discussed above, it’s easy to forget just how marginalized porn performers are to mainstream society. If you’re talking name recognition, Linda Lovelace and Jenna Jameson stand out (along with a small group of females). If you’re talking facial recognition, the number probably grows substantially (thanks internet).
But for men in the business being recognized either by name, sight, or career path, Ron is probably the only living male that a decent percentage would have heard off (John Holmes the best deceased male). Remember that Ron used to go on all those talk shows and played in all those small roles, touring the country since the 70’s (not just at strip club openings or Nudes A Poppin’). As far as Peter North is concerned, does he still even make porn?
And at the rate things are going, Janine will soon be immortalized by this custody battle in such a way that Sunny will never escape the infamy. I hope her plan to write a book “this time” pans out better than previous attempts and I’d be surprised if she couldn’t get voice-over work for all those Cartoon Network shows, a hosting job at E! or G4, or a hundred other jobs she would likely do well but she is so focused on the short term that she’s not thinking straight (and who here doesn’t think Jeremy is going to get back into the drug business when finances are tight, followed by the inevitable PI’s watching his every move???).
Forget all of this “my mom” when it comes to porn’s mainstream visibility. Ask yourself, who in porn will be MENTIONED on the LA news when they die (such as Marilyn Chambers). That is the mark of true mainstream visibility.
So by that metric, Ron Jeremy would make the cut, as the media can mention him in the same breath as his mainstream credits (Kid Rock video, Surreal Life, cheesy mainstream B-movies, et cetera). Same thing for Ginger or Jenna; as you could at least justify the airtime mention with how Ginger was involved with Charlie Sheen and was Vivid’s first ‘contract girl’, Jenna was married to a UFC dude and the first superstar of the DVD era of porn.
On the other hand, Peter North…most likely won’t be mentioned on the evening LA local news (as it’d be hard to explain he’s famous for shooting giant loads all over his costars body).
Reems again, probably not…unless the newsroom’s managing editor is a porn fan and feels a quick mention of a ‘star’ from Deep Throat can be squeezed between weather and a too-cute-by-half YouTube video of a dancing hamster.
If I didn’t watch porn, I would still know of Ron Jeremy, Jenna Jameson, Tracy Lords, John Holmes & Larry Flynt because of their mainstream stuff and/or legal/criminal proceedings they’ve been involved in.

The book that someone else wrote for Jenna sold mostly to porn fans. Ginger has been featured on Howard Stern for years as well. Ginger has said she has done more mainstream work than porn work. A year ago I saw Ginger playing the camp nurse I believe in one of the American Pie installments.

Forgot where I read it but read when Jenna Jameson was having her billboard on Times Square and she falsely announced she was the first porn star one to achieve that. She also falsely announced she had the first E! True Hollywood story for a porn star. Also somewhere falsely announced she was the first porn star to have a company starting off as Club. Ginger Lynn is the one who achieved all this first far before the self proclaimed so called queen of porn, our favorite fake and fraud Jenna Jameson.
AVN pointed out all these lies. Jenna went b*tching and crying to Steve Hirsch to pull the story and he went to Paul Fishbein to pull the story.
Was told John Holmes was the first porn star to have his obituary run in every publication you can think of here and worldwide. Bill Margold said John was the one who kicked porn out of the dark ages.

Darrah, my comment stands. It wasn’t an attack on your mother, just the idea that using her as the standard bearer of who qualifies as more recognizable is as useless as tits on a bull or a book in Hillbilly Mike’s hands. We’re on a porn forum/website so it is easy for folks to lose track of what constitutes name or face recognition when it comes to porn performers.
You like to harp on Lords as the be all, end all, of crossover names but her limited time in porn was over a decade before the internet became popular and almost all of her “work” in the industry is classified as child porn (not to mention creeping up on the 25 year mark). Most people probably haven’t ever seen her porn work so falling back on that position time and again is strange.
For me, a true “name” is someone that a person not into porn (or low life pop culture shows like Stern) recognizes, including Holmes, Jeremy, and Lovelace. If you want to try an experiment, randomly ask ten people to name five male & five female porn “stars”. Depending on their age, the results should still skew towards the handful of names brought up, including Jameson; though the 60+ crowd might say Betty Paige a lot too… 😉

With Letterman, he’s done that routine for so long that his fans almost know her by proxy (whether accurately or not) but hardly anyone even knows Darrah so using her mom seems a bit of a stretch. As I said though, it seems each generation has their favorites and everyone wants to apply a completely different standard as to what constitutes “crossover to mainstream”. Even preference seems to play a role considering several of my local gay friends asking if I “know” Chi Chi LaRue since “she’s such a major force in porn” before he came to Houston on Halloween (each of them going goofy that I used to email back and forth awhile back; hardly setting the standard very high).
