Hey everyone. I’m NOT in jail. I did get arrested for getting into a fight in the parking lot of the hotel on my way to the after party. I was drunk from doing shots with my girls at the Night Moves Awards Show and had some weirdo fan approach me in the parking lot. He was asking me to sign photos and take pics and I was out of pornstar mode. I was in no shape to take pics so I refused and he called me a bitch. I was with Savannah Stern and she asked him to leave and he talked more shit. I ended up hitting him with my shoe lol and he pressed charges. He had 2 other fucking weirdos with him who gave statements saying I hit him which I did but he got up close to me and was really fucking scary so I hit him. I admitted it to the cops and went to jail for about 6 hours. The cops were very nice and the charges were dropped.
The guy was NOT supposed to be at the hotel lurking to approach pornstars at 2am but security wasn’t doing shit about it. There was no one around but Savannah and I and it was very scary. He was a big guy and was very persistent.
So ok thats the scoop. Yes I got arrested and went to the clink but I’m out and it’s all good now. Thanks for all the emails with the well wishes and concern.

lol Al well I expected the hotel to be a safe place but obviously someone told the fans at the shows where they were staying. I live here so I wasn’t staying at the hotel but just stopping by. They were waiting in the parking lot for the girls to return from the awards show.
there was plenty of security but inside the hotel. hardly anyone drove since they were staying at the hotel and were bused to and from the events. But I did see the Teagans and a few others walking back from the Doll House unescorted by security so who knows if others were confronted too.
Note to self: when someone scares me by calling me a name, do not physically attack him with my shoe lest I be arrested.
Analysis: “Free Speech” that protects the very livelihood of those in porn is a one way street… (ducking)
Conclusion: Fan was being a jerk but performer admittedly assaulted him out of her drunkenness, an arrestable state of being by itself from what I’ve observed over the years.

I am Sicilian and have a big mouth I’ll admit but I was nice to him at first and declined politely. I shouldnt have hit him with my shoe for sure, but I felt threatened.

Come on, Don, you are just trying to slam Mariah. The men, who outnumbered her and were twice her size, were aggressively harassing her. Sounds like duress to me which is a plausible defense in an assault case.
If the dude kept pressing charges he would have been decked in court.
What you did was all right, Mariah. However, I agree with Don that you should have at least one sober friend and easy access to emergency services or physical protection.
I shouldn’t have hit him. I was plenty loud enough and I’m sure he was going away once I got loud, but he called me a bitch and I couldn’t let it go and I should have. That is on me for sure.
Next time I’ll just stay locked in my car and call someone inside to come get me. Of course that sounds logical now lol but shitfaced at 2am it just didn’t come to mind!
Y’all gotta have security, if you’re gonna do this type of job. You guys are as well-known as a lot of rappers, singers, athletes, and politicians, so just like them, you need to have a posse. They don’t trust hotel or club security, because most clubs aint shit and skimp on as much as they can. I don’t know one rapper(and I know a lot), who aint got at least a posse of 3 or 4 dudes EVERY where they go, especially at clubs,even the broke ones.
This type of shit comes with the job, so you gotta be prepared in the future, so next time, you can be down the street laughing, while your boys are whoopin’ that dude’s ass.
Origen01, slamming MM is someone else’s forte, not mine. I was only pointing out what she has agreed to and if you look at the big picture, she compromised her own safety by taking that sort of action; from both sides of the law.
Had she been charged and held, she would have had to fork over a bond and hire an attorney, even if the case never saw the light of day it could have run her five figures deep. The police would have listed her as drunk in their report and frankly, that would not have helped her version in court much.
The bottom line is that she is now safe, has learned a valuable lesson, and will keep a posse with her from now on. 😉
