Just Dave XXX, the numbers are for physical media (discs) and not web scenes. They are continually working on improving the information they supply (and doing an excellent job) but until a scene is released on a disc and someone provides the information about it to the IAFD, it doesn’t count.
If more companies directly reported the information in an easy to compile manner, it would be very helpful but males have always been of lower importance to the industry (many of the low end companies do not even list male talent on the boxes or credits).

The IAFD site is pretty cool. I imagine it must be a trip down memory lane when a performer sees their resume. Then there is the scene breakdowns and who he worked with….and links to reviews of these movies that describes the scenes in detail. Its like a pornstars yearbook/resume on one page…all done for them by IAFD. Its has to be a fucking trip and a maze of memories of good old fucking and sucking.

Actually, you can see it as a prelude to the scene she was in in one of Gregary Dark’s “Shocking Truth” installments. I was in all 3 and she was in either #s 1 or 2. IAFD is weak. There’s only a fraction of the movies I’ve done listed for Will Ryder and Hustler (more than half are not listed), for example, which have a high level of distribution and are highly known, including releases that are mostly recent. So, imagine how many movies are missing from smaller, older and no longer existing companies!
Another example: I remember I was in “Pick Up Lines” volumes 5, 6, 7, 10, 12 and 14 but it only lists the last two as movies I’ve done for them. I was in Shocking Truth 1-3 but only 2 is listed, etc.

I’m always surprised at how much info they have on the older titles that were hits before the internet was common but more information is available on modern titles, particularly from the bigger companies.
Also true is that women are better tracked regardless of the usual factors while men, especially fourth tier mopes that few have heard about outside of internet gossip websites, than men. Even now, a number of companies do not list men on their box covers or in their credits (if they have any to begin with). The lower end performers (even those that think they are “stars” when no one else thinks so) are not recognizable to many, hence their lack of inclusion in listings.
Many more people recognize Evan Stone, Manuel Ferrara, Lee Stone, Erik Everhard, and a relatively small cadre of males, than the throwaway mopes. High end talent therefore gets included more regularly on retail websites, databases, and box covers while the generic goobers who work for small companies and work for substandard rates are classified as “unknown male” or something like that.
