An public appeal to Derrick Burts:
It is my opinion, and my opinion only, that Derrick Burts aka Derek Chambers aka Cameron Reid DID NOT contract the HIV virus while shooting a scene for a pornographic movie (gay or straight). In my pursuit of the truth in this case I am will to go so far as to pay for a mutually agreed upon expert to administer a polygraph test to Mr. Burts in order to determine his veracity in this matter.
The examiner would be instructed to only ask Mr. Burts questions relating to his filming pornographic movies – as well as questions regarding whether or not Mr. Burts engaged in escorting (gay or straight). As we all know, Mr. Burts denies ever having been employed as an escort and this will give him the opportunity settle this matter once and for all.
I just want to get to the TRUTH in this matter and, to further this quest for the truth (and in an effort to assist the public and the media in understanding Mr. Burts’ claims), I am also willing to pay Mr. Burts $1,000 in cash upon his completion of the polygraph examination – IRREGARDLESS OF THE OUTCOME. Let the chips fall where they may!

I’d like to see business major Weinstein take a polygraph and answer a few questions:
1. Is he in it for the money?
2. Does Robert Gallo’s “scientific misconducts” make his HIV/AIDS dogma suspect?

Ok, so regardless Spiegler is TREATING Cameron/Derrick like a “trick” by “donating” to him what his going rate would most likely be if he truly was escorting, regardless of the outcome of the polygraph – which I think is a bit much…yet comical…
The thing is I don’t know how effective a polygraph test would be on a sociopath. Has anyone done studies on this? Google here I come.

Let me get this straight – Mark wants Derek to declare whether he contracted HIV on a movie set?
How could Derek POSSIBLY know that? Since Derek has no expertise and since none of us can detect exactly when we catch a cold, Derek’s unqualified opinion would be based entirely upon what he might’ve heard from someone else.
Since the courts view polygraph technology as unreliable as HIV tests, the idea that Derek can render an competent statement regarding incompetent testing protocols is like asking a second grander if she got cooties from a drinking fountain. If Derek seeks the truth – and if someone told Derek that he’s HIV-positive – the best way to acquire “the facts” is for Derek’s lawyer to 1) subpoena evidence the clinician used to diagnose Derek as HIV+ and 2) to depose all of the clinicians who claim that Derek is HIV+.
If the courts find that clinicians rendered a proper opinion, Derek may be ill. But if the court finds that the clinicians rendered an incompetent finding, Derek could be eligible for payouts like those secured by Terry Hedgepeth and Audrey Serrano.
I think the purpose of this test it to ascertain whether or not he does any “extra-testicular” activities because inquiring minds wanna know. Perhaps the ACLU should address the question of privacy rights versus the public’s rights to know issue.
Steele and Clark, if HIV is a scam how do you explain all the cases where tissue samples from the 50s & 60s were tested later and found to have HIV. The question for sure that Derek should ask is about him being an escort, being a gay rent boy isnt as safe as even shooting gay porn.
HIV Larry is a name given for something which can’t be found, tested by machines that don’t claim to find them. Then they give you “therapy” drugs which don’t claim to cure you, unless you’re talking to someone from the AHF, but which have been proven to kill.
