GREED in Porn- Jeremy Steele’s pt 1

THE OBSCENITY OF GREED: SEED OF BOTH OUR EXTERNAL AND INTERNAL  DESTRUCTION.
Op/Ed by Jeremy Steele

In case you haven’t noticed, there’s something seriously wrong inside the Pleasuredome.
With porn being, for better and for worse, more mainstream and popular than ever, pornographers and porn stars should generally be living in a land of opulence.
However, as go the trends of uncurtailed free enterprise, there is far less money  in it now for most people.  The hallowed religion of Capitalism in America has run amok.

Sex sells but not many are paying these days. Piracy and free internet porn, while rightfully being blamed, are but blowback, backlash symptoms of the essential root problem…

There is a very real cancer; a syndrome endangering us all, at the very  heart of our collective woes, threatening to augur our very extinction.   I’m not talking about the dubious "epidemics" of AIDS, but the very real epidemic of GREED.

Greed is the reason most of us are suffering right now.
Greed is what has brought us to where we are now.
Greed is the reason our economy has been wrecked.

We’ve heard of the Enrons, Worldcoms, and countless scams pulled which have wrecked  lives and life-long investments slowly accrued through honest and hard work.
Each business owner has the power to run or ruin their company either in Enron-like, book-cooking fashion, hoarding never enough profits for themselves; or they can acknowledge and fairly compensate those who are the reason their profits are possible.

Greed is absolutely alien to the concept of "giving to receive", as well as the concept of simple "joy in giving", itself, because greed has
already disassociated itself from humanity. Such qualities are shared with sociopaths and other ever-degenerating and dangerous people.
Greed’s minions have no ability to truly appreciate their acquistions because  their objective is always more. It doesn’t take long to become completely disinterested
and disassociated with the needs of others, through rationalization that others can suffice with a little less so that greed can have a little more. Eventually, this mentality leads to the collapse of civilizations and the transmutation of a super-power into a third world nation (as is what looks to be the case with the United States). Everyone, in their own way, contributes.

Jeremy with the dog that lives at Max Hardcore’s house

People in positions of power who act out from a stance of insatiable  greed are anti-human, spirtually empty and apathetic. Their attempt to make more and more money for themselves riding on the backs of the exploited workers can  never bring them any true satisfaction, anyway. Because, having estranged themselves from their fellow humans in lieu of selfish materialistic gain, they create and then invariably try to fill an emptiness that can never be filled.
So in the meantime, as they take more and more, a pathological affliction perptuates…

The problem is with those in charge of the cash flows, is there exists no such thing as "enough". The more we acquire, the more elusive "enough" becomes.
To paraphrase Ghandi, there is enough in the world to provide for every man’s need, but there can never be enough to provide for just one man’s greed.
And as Nietzsche said, possessions are usually diminished by possession.

Greed has no gratefulness for all those who work hard to help make them a success. It’s a very simple equation; when money is more important than people, anything goes.
"Greed is a bottomless pit which exhausts the person in an endless  effort to satisfy the need without ever reaching satisfaction",  said Erich Fromm and “For greed, all nature is too little.”  said Seneca.

Now, try to feed a greed at the expense of others’ needs and you contribute to the decline of civilization at the cost of your soul. In other words, take a fast glance through humanity’s history and then fast-forward to now…

Greed is the ultimate obscenity. The most extreme, degrading and  perverse form of pornography could never come remotely close to Greed’s horrific, damaging effects.
Greed has a sociopathic quality to it. It is a force that propels  it’s sad addicts rapaciously towards goals it can never attain. It tears away the fabric of humanity, aggrandizing wealth in a vain attempt to compensate for it’s bottomless emptiness.  It is a drug who’s perpetual after effects is scarier than the hardest and most poisonous and illegal recreational drug.

The compound, profound, rippling, crippling and expodential effect of  greed is difficult to first adequately comprehend. To then attempt to express what one can comprehend then becomes a painful and  depressing thing to attempt when one considers and discovers their own prime examples of it based on experience…

But let me just address instead what could be, what should be, and  what would be if only a sense of decency prevailed, instead of the current reality…

One’s rewards would be shared with all who participate, expose themselves in every way for all eternity, those who by their very profession are often hurt, scarred, stigmatized and ostracized from  society and loved ones as a result.
Empty souls always put money over people, and money as a tool  invariably becomes a weapon. And uncurtailed, that weapon comes to do endless and  expodential damage.
Pornography ever presents it’s open vacuous wind tunnel doors to provide temporal relief and release for our collective lust. And lust is too often much like greed. However, while a  superfluous abundance of both could warp the senses, greed  is potentially far worse than lust, because you can only have so much  pussy or dick in one day but never enough money.

Greed is a form of lust which can never be satisfied. And Lust is all  GET whereas Love is all GIVE.
Due to how we are all raised, our personal issues and experiences porn oft-times elicit desire and contempt simultaneously, not only from the consumer but in the producer. That contempt can be identified by producers’ and directors’ treatment and/or pay of talent.

An object in possession seldom retains the same charm that it had in  pursuit and so we seek more and more. And so the greedy get only greeder, for that is the way of greed; desire that can never be satisfied, which gradually and perpetually estranges the person in posession of it from his fellow man.

And then, as Kierkegaard once said, most men pursue pleasure with such breathless haste that they hurry past it.

Believe it or not, I have some fans some who have recognized me in public. I’ve been asked how many hot women I’ve fucked and some have asked me if the
profits are as good as the pussy. They tell me they’ve seen me on cable and pay per view t.v., on this site, that site and in countless video stores.
Then they ask me how much money I made to be in particular movie. And after answering, they say "What is that per month?".

"No.", I answer.  "I’m paid just once… No residuals… It doesn’t matter how many times and ways the scene I’ve been in has been sold and re-sold,
I’m just paid once. I pay for my own STD tests. I pay for my own medical tests and treatment. I pay for the social stigmas, absorbing
stares and at times ostracization. No medical, dental, mental or  emotional care comes with the job… and no future"

Of course, they go "Wow" and are suprised to hear this.
"What kind of stardom is this?", they ask.
 Good question.
In an ideal world, porn performers would reap the benefits for their  contribution and various costs for playing the game by receiving a % of  sales, residuals, etc… but not in a greedy world.

I say it’s time for the greedy to be held to  do the one thing they try "at all costs" not to do, and that is pay. The first thing is to recognize who the worst exploiters are. Finding out companies’ profits and costs, including wages paid out to performers is one way of doing that.

Second, make that information public to the porn "community" at large. If say, some top selling company is paying less wages to their talent
than another company making much less revenues, then such knowledge  should be the power to change things for the better for those who deserve it for a change.

Thus far, Bill Margold’s phrase, "family of X" is as much of a joke as he is. There is no family of X.  In actuality, it’s at times closer to a family of  x-cons… and cons…

So buyer and player beware!

Wow. How much free time do you have Jeremy? First of all, no one forced you to enter the porn business and you knew when you got in that you would never receive residuals or royalties of any kind. You also knew the inherent risks in regards to STD’s etc. Now you’re over 40, broke and bitter that you’ve been exploited by “greedy” pornographers. In an ideal world, you should have saved some money. And let’s be honest, you’ve never exactly been an “A” list performer. Ask James Deen or Manuel Ferrara how they feel about being victimized by greedy pornographers. They are too busy working every day to whine about it.

  2. christianx says:

You beat me to that Quasar. This is the saddest rant ever. Steele, you had the same opportunities as everyone else in this business. This is a very easy industry to be wildly successful. If you can get your dick hard, and you know how to network with directors and producers, you can make 8,000-12,000 a month with relative ease for years. If a male performer isn’t making that each month, then the problem lies solely on the performer. I firmly believe that.

And if Steele is that intelligent, surely he understood the concept of longevity, shelf-life, and planning for the future. How hard of a concept is spend less than you make each month?

I have very little sympathy for people who have opportunity on their fingertips and choose to squander that opportunity. And less sympathy for people who then turn around and blame it on something or someone other than themselves.

I have had to fight harder than any other male performer in this business. I have 100’s of girls who refuse to work with me, directors that will never shoot me ever, and yet I still shot 25 scenes a month for 5 years. Cry me a fucking river with this sob story. Walk in my shoes for a year….or 5.

  3. Lucky Starr says:

Ok, I know he’s my boyfriend, but let’s think about things for a sec. Nobody is in this business forever. It’s great you’ve been lucky with all this work, but what happens when it all has to come to a halt someday. Wouldn’t it be nice to be in come kind of union that gives us benefits, pays for our AIM tests, protects us from really long working hours and crappy working conditions, and in my case, protects me from being molested left and right? I’ve been extremely blessed to be working nowadays, but I’m hearing from other people left and right that there’s NO work. The reason? Why should people pay for a website or buy a DVD when they can get their porn for free. I know the industry is what it is, and you have to take it or leave it. But someday we’ll get the same respect, benefits and treatments as a mainstream actor….today is not that day.

  4. christianx says:

    1. first of all, luck has absolutely nothing to do with anything about my career in this industry.

    2. of course i know it’s coming to a halt one day. that’s why i do something called SAVE MY MONEY each month, so when it does come to an end, I have money saved and put away to help ease the transition from one career to the end.

Are you saying you are dating a man who didn’t save ANY money from his time in this business? Hasn’t he been around for 10 years at least? How do you account for that?

If I were Jeremy Steele, I would spend less time railing against the current system and more time figuing out what career he can go to when his time in this industry is done. It’s that simple.

  5. There aren’t greedy pornographers? Then why is it many of them can’t spend a few bucks for new sex toys instead of reusing used ones where the women end up getting physically ill over it? Why do many of the women, who have the greater potential to make more money, leave porn with nothing? The women who aren’t A-list, the women who won’t escort, and the women who can’t dance. Many are also never paid for all their work they do for “their” websites. Many performers leave this industry in debt.

What about the ones who do save their money but then go through their savings because of all the medical treatments they have to go through because of all the STDs they contracted while in porn? Because they believed the lie put out by this industry to the mainstream press that porn stars are much more safer than the general population all because of that silly little AIM test you all praise. But AIM only tests for three STDs. I can name a dozen female porn stars who have retired in the past few months due to STDs and they can no longer work anymore.

Many of the women enter the industry at 18 or 19 and don’t know anything about money management and savings. They then have to try to defend themselves against directors, producers, male porn stars just out of prison, and studio heads who beat, rape, and abuse them. Don’t even get me started on whose on those lists!

The teens are told to do anal and gangbangs right from the beginning and all these circus acts that eventually put them out of work for months due to injury. Shall I name those women too? So by the time they’re 20 or 21, they’re on their thousand dollar a day coke habit, supporting a suitcase pimp, and trying to pay for all their medical bills.

They’re now start looking twice their age, finally have the sense to leave this fucking industry, scrape up a few dollars from friends to buy a bus ticket back home, and hoping that their parents will take them back. Isn’t this industry so fucking glamourous!!!

  6. BigDickDaddy says:

I’m coming to this website less and less often simply because of articles like this.

Germy, you should feel lucky that ANYONE at ANYTIME hired you to fuck ANYTHING. Simply put, you are not much to look at. You are small and kinda rat faced. You simply dont bring anything to the table. Like Johnny Thrust you are 40% of what a typical man should be. Its how it is. Get over it.

ChristianX is right. You can only blame yourself for your position. Man up and stop blaming others. It sounds like you wish you were a “greedy” producer. No one stopped you from shooting your own stuff. I remember at one point you were doing just that! What happened? Were you too busy saying I’m Roy to run your business? Take some advice fro ChristianX and change your attitude and do WHATEVER it takes to keep you and your girlfriend stocked in chow mein. That includes sucking cock and taking it in the ass. Everyone knows that gay porn pays well. Since you are small and petite you will make a great gay fuck toy. They will probably match you with big muscular dudes simply because of the contrast with your little frame and tight bass. You’ll never fart the same but you will be paid and thats what you want right? A couple of really hardcore gay scenes and you will be able to re-establish your production company so that you will be the greedy producer you always wanted to be. Maybe you can even go-sees so you can molest your girl.

Lucky Starr, you are correct in saying you are blessed to be working. I have no idea why anyone would hire you. You have the face of a pitbull as your eyes are set to wide apart. Not having decent looks while trying to be an actress is one thing but being a complete jackass is another. The last thing the adult business needs a union. You might want to try reading the news or picking up a newspaper to find out what unions do. I’ll explain their purpose for you incase you dont know to read. Unions simply raise costs while reducing productivity and they protect lazy workers. Porn is difficult as is. The last thing we need are higher costs with girls that want to do less.

It fucking kills me when I meet a new girl who is less then attractive who tells me that she wants “standard industry rates”. My reply is always the same. I tell them “You’re a fucking idiot. Thats like me walking into a car dealership and telling the sales person that I want to pay the standard industry rate for a car. There are Mazdas, then Mercedes’ and then Ferrari’s”. They are all cars and they all have 4 wheels and take you from point A to point B but there is a huge price difference.” I then tell the girl that she is not a used Toyota and that she should feel privileged that I met with her. But I digress.

Lucky, no one will pay for your AIM test just like no one will pay for your high heels or your much needed eye brow plucking. If you knew what you were doing you could write off those expenses in your taxes. You do pay taxes right?

I’ve ranted enough so I’ll end it quickly. Both you and Jeremy need to stop complaining and start working. Stop being a cunt and give up the pussy to those “molesting” you and you might work more often. Dont get mad or upset when Jeremy starts making alot of money going gay scenes. His reputation is worthless anyways so just think about the money. Please then take some of that money and get him hair implants. His hair line moves back an inch in very picture I see. Little white guys do not look good bald or shaved heads. Get him hair, hair plugs or something.

    Thanks
    BigDickDaddy

  7. I enjoyed reading this. I think Jeremy explained his perspective well and I found a lot of his observations and thoughts insightful.

Jeremy might not be or ever have been a male talent SUPER pornstar like Tommy Gun or that guy Manuelle, but he’s probably not to dissimilar from quite a few men (and women) who have worked in porn over the years for an extended amount of time.

  8. thats a nice looking dog jeremy, looks like its loving, and playful. jeremy, over on the alice thread if you were refering to my statement. she is a little pale and needs some color. i agree about not looking like george, or going the mystic fake spray on tan either.

  9. jeremiahsteele says:

    Thanks for the comments…

First of all, as Christian points out, I am railing against the current system, and that extends BEYOND pornography into all business sectors. The fact is most people are hurting right now in ALL business sectors and greed is the reason I attribute to the collective downfall.

My perspective is a personal one, but it’s beyond me. I consider it a philosophical and spiritual one. Some may consider it has even religious overtones. I certainly am not a materialist.

I’m sorry this write-up makes you sad, Christian. Perhaps that’s because you’ve repeatedly demonstrated that you determine personal worth based economic worth. My point is that such comparisons, while all pervasive, are hollow, which is exactly why greed is so rampant out of control and destructive. We all have inherent worth and should be treated with respect, whether someone else pays us, or not.

I am happy for you for your successes but I’m curious Christian. Do you think most male performers are making 8-12 Grand per month, right now (with relative ease or not)?

To turn around and be obnoxious about it as Mike Quasar has entirely misses the point. If I was to talk about exploitation in the mainstream movie business I don’t think pointing out who the biggest A-list movie stars does anything to address or solve the problems that exist for the vast majority (Do you know how many unemployed SAG actors there are?)

You’ve always been good at jumping to conclusions, Quasarman, just like you did with Belladonna. After that ABC interview years ago you declared that she should be banned from the industry for life. But that shit was a set-up and you didnt get that. You didn’t take the time to ask questions and find answers. You’ve also been talking shit about me for years, as well when you, in fact, STILL don’t know me.

Belladonna was sitting right next to her mormon mother on national t.v. being asked by Diane Sawyer “Why are you doing this”? and she couldn’t get herself to say right there how much she loves it. She was in a very strange situation and likely addressing other aspects like feeling estranged for doing what she does, etc. There’s a lot more to things then meets the eye.

As Monica and Lucky understand this isn’t about me, although in part 2 I will get specifically into my experience of how I’ve been backstabbed and lied to by “greedy pornographers” who have already done well for themselves.

I have lived my life and got into this business for my own reasons. I’ve gone my own path, which has for the most part included porn as a part time profession. I never have been in it as a competition with others. I’ve made some money in this business and I also spent or invested a lot of it. Ask Sunny Lane and others who I hired when she was brand new. I paid her her full rate out of my own pocket, never tried to lowball her because that would have been disrespectful, even though I’m only Jeremy Steele, a second or third or fourth rate porn actor.

  10. Lucky Starr says:

If luck has nothing to do with it, Christian, then how do you explain your success? I’m glad that you save your money because most people in the industry don’t. From what I’ve noticed, most porn people live “for the now”. They take their paycheck and blow it. I can’t speak for everyone, but from what I’ve noticed that’s seems pretty general. A very well known male porn star (who shall remain nameless) is begging for work right now and would give anything for work.
Pornfan, yes the dog is very loving and friendly. One of Max Hardcore’s staff took him for awhile, so I miss him very much.

  11. This Op/Ed isn’t even about porn at all really, it’s as Mr Steele said about “the current system, into all business sectors.” And this mentality does lead to the collapse of civilizations. Hopefully we will wise up someday.

    Excellent read.

  12. RickMadrid says:

UNION?? bullshit!! that will never happen in this Industry. First of all I belong to a very Powerful transportation union and they are AFL-CIO and what I have seen. ASAG would’nt want anything to do with this Industry back stabbing drug ridden Liabilty people. Too many dopers and fucked up mentality mother fuckers. So foget it, the porn industry is gone and all u have are greedy fucking agents and porn producers. BIG fucking deal. They will be sleeping on the street soon with the others in a few months. They world is falling people and better get ready. The Economy is diving again and prodction companies are shooting what they want , NOT what the viewers want. Have a good friday and Smoke some good BUDS!

  13. RickMadrid says:

Ohh By the Jeremy , Pretty good article! Let it RIP for Part 2. And hang in there Lucky!!

  14. Lucky Starr says:

Hey, Small Dick Douchebag, did you REALLY just say that I have the face of a pitbull and you don’t know why anyone would hire me???? Did you really just open up that can of worms? Ok, Dickwad, it’s fucking ON! ANYONE OUT THERE that knows me and is familiar with my work, PLEASE step forward and let this asswipe know how I perform and anything else you want to throw in…. And why are you called “Big Dick Daddy” anyways, do you get enjoyment out of fucking ##########

  15. Lucky Starr says:

Oh, everyone knows you have to put out in order to get work in this town….FUCK YOU! I get hired on my talent and abilities alone.

  16. Lucky Starr says:

Oh, and Small Dick Douchebag, do you really have nothing better to do with your life than rip on people? You need to be put out of your misery.

  17. Lucky Starr says:

And I am blessed to be working. Simply because I don’t take work for granted. I pray that whatever you do for a living (besides rip on innocent people) gets yanked out from under you so you wind up in the alley with your sad case of a family and a shopping cart with all your posessions.

  18. BDD is another courageous that hide behind his pseudonym to say shit about others. These guys usually pee in their pants when confronted in person in the real world.

  19. There should be a rule here. You want to say shit about peoples, call them names, spit your venom freely…O.K. then, you should to be courageous enough to use the name you use in the industry like the Christian X ,Jeremy Steele,Ruby,Lucky Starr,Melissa Milano,Monica Foster ect.

  20. BDD also is about as wrong as one can be regarding what benefits unions have provided for the American worker and the nation.

  21. jeremiahsteele says:

Thanks Satyric.. I’m glad that YOU get it.

Oh, I see LDR’s earlier comment just came in. Relax, Lucky, Roy is an angry man who has to lie about his dick size and try and insult people to compensate for his failures and miseries. There’s a reason he’s giving you advice to have sex with producers and other industry people to get work. That was always his approach before he failed as an agent and moved out of L.A.

And speaking of agents, while Christian thought my write-up depressing, he forgets his own agent Derek was on here at LIB fighting for his own female talent’s rates, as well.

  22. jeremiahsteele says:

I see I almost missed Darrah’s comment which just came in too. Word has been out for a while that a LOT of female porn stars (who usually get paid a lot more than guys to begin with) escort in order to survive. But “cry me a river”, I suppose, to quote Christian.

(hmm, what word put this comment on mod mode cindi?)

  23. RickMadrid says:

Hey Lucky!! I know your work and I think your GREAT!! just like what Tony the tiger says!! and I would love to do a hot asian porn scene with you. I’m wating to hear back from this director and if you up for it I will knock your socks off for 3 hours of pounding hot Oral, vagianl, and ANAL work too!! and make sure u get paid for that BIG time Lucky!! Ok..Yes you are worth it! Ok u all have a great weekend. Ox’s nard bound for BBQ and fucking on the Beach! Thanks for getting back raven, talked to you next week! Booking up here in LA..

  24. RickMadrid says:

Speaking of agents…stay away from Devine talent out of jacksonville, They are undercover Florida DOJ and republician too, She hates Democrats and Californians.

  25. Lucky Starr says:

Thanks, Rick. Unfortunately, I don’t take it up the pooter. But a tongue and finger is fine. Everything else is all good!

  26. jeremiahsteele says:

Considering some of the antangonistic comments I received in this, my Part 1 write-up, it makes me think of an Elementary School presentation of a “Jeopardy”-like quiz game I came up with many years ago around 4th or 5th grade. The teacher asked a nerdy kid to go up and write my categories on my behalf on the blackboard and as he did other kids started jeering him and making fun of what he was writing, including a popular girl who used to always like me, but said how stupid “his” ideas were. Once he was done, I got up in front of the class as he sat back down and I took over from that point. The girl and other students who were laughing at the nerdy kid were shocked into silence realizing it was my presentation, not his. Then suddenly the same things they were mocking did not seem so mockable. I remember the feelings I had included a little bit of pride and a tad of contempt as I looked at the girl who was just before laughing at my ideas.

I don’t think there’s anything that I can ever say or do which will change certain peoples minds, unless they think that what is being said is coming from someone else’s.

Quasarman said I must have a lot of free time, insinuating that I’m a loser. Actually, the subject of Greed is more than book worthy, and what should Quasarman say to people who write books? They must have lots of free time, too! What is wrong with having lots of free time? Sounds like a luxury some can’t afford.

This Part 1 contained many researched, relevant and rich ideas from famous writers and philosophers, yet, some sworn enemies like Roy will still say anything I say is horrible. Not surprising. He’ll of course try to insult my gf just to get to me. I already was aware of these sorts of things before I started typing with my 10 (not 2) fingers.

Like I said, this part 1 was just a prelude, addressing the serious malady in our society which is ruining our civilization; Greed.

I don’t have all the answers, but I’m trying to get to the root of the problem first. Although part 2 will get into my specific experiences, I insist this write-up is NOT all about me. I feel that what I’m about to share is absolutely necessary. We’re all in this together.

I hope this can all relate to anyone who’s been lied to, backstabbed or shafted in the name of pure, unadulterated greed.

  27. christianx says:

    Jeremy Steele –

“I am happy for you for your successes but I’m curious Christian. Do you think most male performers are making 8-12 Grand per month, right now (with relative ease or not)?”

No I don’t think most male performers are making that kind of money. But you have been around ten years Jeremy. What about the 8 years before the current state of the business. You had so long to make a small fortune in this business. I am not singling you out, I say that about all the male performers.

And again, I entered this industry hoping to make more money in a year than I had in the previous year. And that was true. 60k in 2004, 75k in 2005, 120k in 2006, etc etc etc. My personal success allows me to make a plan to secure my financial future.

    Lucky Starr –
“If luck has nothing to do with it, Christian, then how do you explain your success? ”

because I got my dick hard more often than not on sets. because I got numbers/emails from every director I ever worked for. because I went to industry events and posted on industry forums in order to make myself known and ask for work from more directors. because i said thanks for the work and I appreciate it after every scene. because I saved my money so I didn’t have to bother directors for checks every day until they paid me. because I worked out and stayed in shape so directors knew I took this job seriously. because I said yes to basically every job anyone offered me, and how much it paid after that not before. because I worked every day I possibly could and did 2 scenes a day many times.

Lucky Starr, I ask you again, does any of that sound like luck to you?

  28. I’m not going to brag, but I often earn more than 8-12 per month. This past June, for example, I raked in a cool $22.75. Less than 30 days ago, I cashed a Hotmovies check for $19.22.

I have the swankiest shack in Hooverville and I don’t use costly, debilitating drugs like cocaine. When I party, I sniff the glue on the back of my food stamps.

I don’t know what’s wrong with all of you. All you people with two kidneys have no idea how much you can earn for just one. Going to the bathroom half as often….a bonus.

I have no idea who the authors are whom Jeremy quotes but the great Alfred E. Newman once said, “What? Me worry?”

Stop venting your spleens and start selling them on the black market. Fall is coming and we’re going to have an organ harvest.

  29. Lucky Starr says:

Honestly, Christian, yes it does sound like luck to me. All of the above that you have mentioned is great because you take your job seriously and save your money. But what puts in the director’s head, “Hey, let use Christian over this other guy.” It truly is luck.

  30. christianx says:

if you really think that, i feel badly for you. you are saying that there are 100 male performers and directors just throw a dart on the wall when they pick who they hire? wtf are you talking about?

you have to make yourself attractive and push your way to the front of the line. and you have to protect the jobs with the directors you already shot for in order to shoot for them again.

I will say this a third time. luck has nothing to do with it. this is a business, not a lottery.

  31. Lucky Starr says:

Everyone has a right to their own opinion. Someday your luck may run out. There’s a bunch of attractive, sexy guys in the industry. They’re reliable, responsible, and are good performers. Directors don’t just randomly pick talent. And yes, the few top ones are working regularly right now. I’m just saying it takes luck to make a director say, “Hmm..let’s use him”.

  32. jeremiahsteele says:

Hey Brandon, What’s happening? That’s a good idea. We should all sell something that we don’t use too much.. for some that’s their brains. For others, it’s their hearts… others would sell their left nut for some hot slut… in case anyone needs an extra nut…

  33. christianx says:

it does? it takes luck to email directors, show them your pics, workout every day so your body looks good, show where to find your previous work, have girls vouch for you, etc etc. all that is luck? wow…..ok

and when my time is this business is done, i will have saved as much money as i could. and I will leave this biz before i am financially insolvent.

  34. Lucky Starr says:

It doesn’t take luck to do all those things, but you can market yourself all you want. There’s only so much you can do from your end. There has to be some kind of unexplainable mysterious force to put in a director’s head that you are right for the job. How do you explain that? Where does that little voice come from that says who is the next person they will shoot?

  35. I would like to add that a pickled liver from alcohol abuse is worth 1/2 as much as a good one. Just sayin’…

  36. Sorry, I meant to say “a liver pickled from alcohol.” I’ve had a few tonight. Excuse me.

  37. jeremiahsteele says:

first of all, we must define “luck”, then proceed…

  38. Lucky Starr says:

    Here is the wikipedia definition:

Luck or fortuity is good or bad fortune in life caused by accident or chance, and attributed by some to reasons of faith or superstition, which happens beyond a person’s control.

  39. I would have to agree with Christian on this one. Christians success in this industry is due to his hard work and diligience, and the reputation he has gained by being a solid perfromer.

Lucky’s own definintion of luck is ‘by accident or chance’,,,,,,,Christians success is the result of hard work.

“theres only so much you can do from your end”….very true, but so many fail to realize that YOU can always do more,,,,,if you put in minimal effort you will get minimal results.

  40. freepornstarpix says:

I never thought I’d be agreeing with Christian on anything, but do you get what he is saying, Lucky? You make your own luck. For example, if you turn up to every job with your costumes inside plastic bags with a Polaroid of how you looked in them, the director is going to remember you and probably hire you more (Vanessa Lane used to do this). Or a chick that works out will have a better, more toned body and get hired more. The non-white girls have to work even harder to get noticed. Study Asa Akira’s appearance and try to copy it as much as possible, because she is perfect, the Asia Carerra of this era. Another hot asian chick you should emulate is Katsuni.

I have nothing against Jeremy, despite what he thinks, but the fact that you’re sailing into industry parties and events with him is not gonna help you either. If you’re gonna be with male talent, aim higher, go for someone like Barret Blade that has connections that can get you jobs. Another good strategy right now would be to date someone who owns an affiliate program, who could build a site around you with a bunch of webmasters ready to promote it, like Molly from MollysLife.com.

  41. Lucky Starr says:

I believe in hard work too. But I know guys in the industry that try and try and try but are not as fortunate as other guys. There has to be that “little extra something” to help them get ahead. I love Asa to tears, but I refuse to get a tit job. If you line up 10 blonde women with fake tits, why would a director choose one over the other one? And I don’t date guys to solely try to get ahead in the business, that’s shallow.

  42. The Colonel says:

Good read Jeremy, although I have a different opinion. I look at this objectively.

There’s a fine line between the reality and the ideal, what is and what should have been, could have been. In a perfect world, nobody will starve, nobody is homeless, nobody is sick, etc. But in reality, the world is overwhelmed with hunger, poverty and diseases. The same argument can be made about the greed: Greed is not noble, but it’s reality. It’s the most basic, primitive survival instinct, the essence of humanity. Humans born with greed and die with it. It’s an evil thing, but it won’t be going away. It’s who and what we are, the nature of the beast, whether we like it or not.

    As for your statement:

‘Greed is a form of lust which can never be satisfied. And Lust is all GET whereas Love is all GIVE.’

Love is all give, but because you choose to give, so in other words, love, stripped from all the ideal and romanticism, is in fact a perverted form of selfishness; and selfishness can be traced back to greed. Every human thing can be traced back to greed. Everything.

As to the discussion of luck vs. potential, the answer is it takes both. If you tend to believe that everything happens based on what some kind of unexplainable mysterious force demands so, then you’re throwing the entire free choice and will out of the window and consequently must believe that humans are puppets with no power over their destiny and hence no responsibility for their actions. Such belief is too superstitious for me.

  43. BigDickDaddy says:

Germy just need to give up tight little asshole and do gay porn. He will make good money and can pay to get Luckys eyes fixed. I’m not saying he has to swallow jizz but he will need to get his firm brown eye poked.

I’m not sure why Lucky doesnt make Gemry goto the gym and work out. Get toned up.

Maybe it because she knows the boyish, no muscle look is in for gay scenes.

Germy, put your pride aside and take the cock. Make that money. You and Lucky can have cute little cock-eyed kids that are good in math and they will never have to know! Just keep them away from the internet.

  44. jeremiahsteele says:

Funny, Lucky Starr has the “Selena” movie on right now (J-Ho), and Selena just said she feels really “lucky” to be a star.

You got some fuckin’ nerve, Tara. You’re a real piece of work. You can think whatever the fuck about me personally or professionally, but: How dare you say that, you piece of shit! I wish you could actually hear yourself as someone normal, unlike yourself, would. You have nothing against me but actually say that? But that’s the same childlike and idiotic audacity you have that made you start shit with Sinnamon, Mark Davis, etc. Your whole mentality and golden advice is built around the notion of dating people you can USE, just as you tried to use Mark Davis by giving him money for sex, attention and other things. That shows how low you are. FUCK YOU!

  45. jeremiahsteele says:

As far as the meaning of the word “luck”, Lucky tells me she believes that luck is guided, that it’s not just meaningless, unrelated chance. It can be guided by prayer or something of the divine. However, she adds, there’s only so much you can do to become lucky and that after that point it depends on more than just what you can do.

Lucky’s definition of luck is that which is beyond physical control.

As far as I’m concerned, if there were more humanity in this world, we wouldn’t have to depend so much on luck.

  46. I watched a bowling tournament on tv a few weeks ago. The guy had a perfect game going up to the last ball,,,,he throws a bad shot on the last ball, but a pin bounces off the sideboard, flies all the way across the lane, and knocks down the last pin. Perfect game 300. That last shot was the LUCKIEST shot I have ever see. But he had to throw the fist 11 to get himself in position to get lucky.

Like sports, acting, or any profession,,,you have to be GOOD first, put in your time, pay your dues, get turned down over and over again, then pupt in more time and pay some more dues, and THEN you get lucky.

Its people who think that they can get that lucky break without doing the hard work that tend to blame everybody else for their own short comings, and tend to insinuate that the luck is more important than the hard work.

But when you do put in the work and become successful you always have to be aware that there will always be people who will just call you greedy for enjoying the fruits of your labor.

Jerry, you sound alot like Norma Rae in this article,,,instead of just writing about it here why dont you actually practice what you are preaching and get out there and do something to better the situation for your fellow “exploited”(your word) performers.

  47. jeremiahsteele says:

Also, Tara, what’s with this stupid “be like someone else” comment? How about: “Find yourself and be yourself”? The only people who prefer fake over real are fake for real. Anyone who’s ever looked up free porn will see at this point in history countless numbers of hot chicks getting banged. At this point the stardom thing seems dumb. There are so many hos now that I don’t think the most knowledgable connoiseur of the sewer could possibly know who they all are. This biz has long since exploded with “stars”. Are all these ladies “nobodies” because no one knows them, or is this biz too big to keep up with it all? It all seems like “fuck ’em, pass ’em around, fuck ’em and forget ’em”… I’m not even sure what my point is at this point… except to say that the best way to find and make your way is to be yourself, not someone else. Find your niches bitches!

  48. Sure Bill says:

“go for someone like Barret Blade”

    Priceless!
    LOL!!!

Hmmm well they’re both suitcase pimps.

  49. Paperchase says:

Jeremy, I’m afraid I have to agree with Christian. After nine+ years in the business the verdict is in. You can’t carry a movie, or even a scene, (unless it’s being a pissmop) and it would be better if you found some other line of work.

Now its true that Christian simply doubles his work opportunities by being bisexual, but he is also able to keep hard on camera and befriend Derrick Gay, which are the secrets to his success. He makes tons of money, enough to buy adult diapers for the rest of his life! Can you say the same thing? Of course not!

Lucky, I know you complain about being molested, but there are ways you can reduce this problem STOP LIVING IN MAX HARDCORE’S HOUSE! Sorry to yell, but do you expect his merry band of supporting perverts to behave themselves while he is away? (Hell, would they even behave themselves while he’s present?) I think not.

Lucky, there are so many other things you could do with your life, then hang around with a loser like Jeremy. Somewhere out there is a nice customer service, or brokerage job where you will not have to give up the ass, and people will treat you decently. It may be hard to find, but you obviously have a good work ethic based on the tale about your last civilian job. (from which you were wrongly fired)

We are rooting for you to drop the zero and get with the hero. Find a nice civilian to settle down with so you can forget your life with Mr. Steele and move on to something more productive. I strongly suggest e-harmony!

    Yours truly

    Paperchase of XPT

  50. Lucky Starr says:

Small Dick Douchebag, you just made fun of my eyes therefore making you a racist. When you are done shaving your wife’s back, you can come back to your computer and talk to us like a real person. The only thing you really have against me is that I’m Jeremy’s girlfriend. By the way you can email pictures of yourself to LIB so we can see how handsome you are since you need to criticize everyone else on being so ugly. There’s a place in hell for someone like you.

Joe Know, that is EXACTLY what I’m talking about, thank you!

  51. jeremiahsteele says:

Say what Bill? Who’s a suitcase pimp?

Joe, I thought of Norma Rae holding up the “Union” cardboard sign. You say “get out there and do something”. Get out where and do what? I thought this write-up was some form of “something”. Do I need to carry a laptop around and do it outside?

Btw, Pt. II is on hold as I am in the process of seeing if things can be worked out…

  52. OneEyedMan says:

Unfortunately, GREED is fuel… always has been. Greed develops
two (2) things; winners and losers. That is why the industry will
    always need to be tweaked.

Think! If you were the greedy one in charge, what would you be
doing RIGHT NOW to keep the majority of the business moving
in the right direction so you could control the majority?

Here’s a hint… make free NOT free. You are looking at a tremendous
battle ahead of you. Surf more porn and you’ll start to see the pattern.
What is the next natural step after TUBE sites?

Your industry is truly at its end. If these new stars are any indication-
(i.e.-Porn Star Party Pics..BLEH) of what is coming out, its no wonder.

You have created a throw away system merely by how you have raised
the bar with every act imaginable. It gets boring REAL FAST!

Were I you, I would start my hunt for the programmer that is a master
of the tube site model and go from there. Programmers know what is
    next on the horizon.. always.

Peace and good luck to you all… it’s a tough business you’re in.

  53. jeremiahsteele says:

    Re: The Colonel’s statements.

First of all, in regards to poverty and starvation. These things exist simply because there is profit and power because of it’s existence. There is never enough money to wage wars on other countries but not very much to feed them. That says it all. Slow death by disease and starvation exists because of greed. Greed is the spur of industry and if greed will not go away then we need to really start controlling the out of control populations because what country, what world is worth living and dying for if greed is our foundation? Why do corporations continue pay cuts for it’s workers while simutaneously giving pay raises to it’s CEOs? Obviously they’re saying that we are NOT all in this together.

I don’t think love = greed, though I hear what you’re saying. There are many ways to define “love”, but if it is a form of selfishness then we need to get greedy about helping each other out and not trying to take, take, take because otherwise it’s all gonna break, break, break! America seems like the Titanic riding through the icey waters of emotion.

Regarding Luck or good fortune or whatever, it’s a combination of the cards you are dealt and how you play the cards, if you don’t have a good hand, then bluff I guess. Meanwhile, you have athletes and academy award winners thanking God. I guess God = Love & Luck.

  54. Sure Bill says:

In the porn industry, a suitcase pimp is an unemployed boyfriend/husband of a porn star who takes care of the details of the star’s personal and/or business affairs.

  55. The Colonel says:

Jeremy my friend, as I stated, I look at the issue of greed and the misfortunes that greed cause objectively rather than idealistically. The greed is the most basic, perverted and vile survival instinct that will never change or go away, no matter how much we write to condemn it and rally against it. It’s within us, it’s with us and will be with us to the bitter end; and that is the only guarantee.

As for love, it’s a perverted form of selfishness, and selfishness itself is an extension of greed, so all the idealism and romanticism aside, it’s not too hard to trace back love to its true origins.

And as for the luck, it will only be effective when you do your part, work hard and thrive. Contrary to the popular belief, miracles don’t happen out of thin air; and I see no compelling evidence of any unexplainable mysterious forces that decide who will eat and who will serve. I wish things were that simple, but in reality they are not.

I’ll finish my notes with a quote from one of my favorite authors:

Star light, star bright, we look up and we hope the stars look down, we pray that there may be stars for us to follow, stars moving across the heavens and leading up to our destiny, but it’s only our vanity. We look at the galaxy and fall in love, but the universe cares less about us than we do about it, and the stars stay in their courses however much we may wish upon them to do otherwise. It’s true that if you watch the sky wheel turn for a while you’ll see a meteor fall, flame and die. That’s not a star worth following; it’s just an unlucky rock. Our fates are here on earth. There are no guiding stars.

    – Salman Rushdie, The Moor’s Last Sigh

  56. BigDickDaddy says:

Pointing out flaws with someones eles does not make them racist. I point out how your lover is petite, less then half a man and disgusting so how is that any more or any less racist? Its not.

If I would have said “fuck Lucky Starr that damn chink with the sideways pussy! She can love me Long Time!”, then that would be racist.

You simply dont have an attractive face. Body is decent and doesnt offend me but your face . . you are what most guys call a “brown bag” girl.

As long as there is a bag over your head the sex will suffice.

  57. i, and alot of other people would like to know, why chrissyxx is on alot of chick’s no work list. i can answer that for him. a- he’s a dickhead, b- by doing crossover bi scenes he puts the adult business at risk, and girls know this. and i’ll also mention seth dickins,(to steal colonel’s name for him). i really don’t expect a answer back from chrissyx, because i’m just a civilian.

  58. jeremiahsteele says:

Well, Bill, we’re both employed and I certainly don’t handle any of Lucky’s business affairs. It was her idea to cut my hair and be more presentable so maybe that makes her more my “pimp” based on your definition, although she doesn’t live off of me, either. You implied Barrett Blade and I are both suitcase pimps, I think. I’m sure he can pay his own bills, Bill, as well.

And little dick Roy Garcia. You used to book this man for Hustler shoots all the time back when you were fat, before you estranged yourself from the industry. Now, how much fatter are you? Also a real man doesn’t attempt to conceal his identity as you do.

I will now pass the microphone over…

  59. Lucky Starr says:

Small Dick Daddy, you ARE a racist. And if ANYONE else thinks my face is not attractive, I’d LOVE to hear this because I think you stand alone on that one. And where are your pictures? You must look like a perfect sculpted Greek God if you have the nerve to criticize everyone else. Right, I’m so unattractive and I have a huge fanbase! That’s what ugly people get in this industry. I’m very beautiful, inside and out and I know that for a fact. You without a doubt are the ugliest man on earth who has to fuck with people because your own life is SO sad. NL- Lucky we don’t talk about sex & children that is a crime. I don’t have time to keep editing your comments, so pls stop.

  60. Lucky Starr says:

By the way, how come nobody mentioned how cute Jeremy looks in his picture?

  61. Larry Horse says:

Seen some cheap shots aimed at Lucky, undeserved, she’s a good looking broad with a real body and takes care of herself. She even goes to Church on a regular basis, Rayveness does the same thing and her track record as an actress is first class. As for Steele and his writings, kind of surprised how bright he is and he has his odd views, like 9-11, but he can write. As for the Trannyfucker and this plum:

I have had to fight harder than any other male performer in this business. I have 100′s of girls who refuse to work with me, directors that will never shoot me ever, and yet I still shot 25 scenes a month for 5 years. Cry me a fucking river with this sob story. Walk in my shoes for a year….or 5.

Your shoes? That means sucking Tranny and Gay Cock, Anal pounding as a power bottom and from girls with strap on. Working harder? Why do you have to work so hard, why do 100s of girls with you? Why? I know your explanation, they’re all homophobes of course, all of them and you’re fanbois will come to your aid and say that this guy does gay porn and privates and so on. Same old shit Mr Trannyfucker.

  62. christianx says:

Larry Horse, you are an idiot. I didn’t say WHY girls wouldn’t work with me, because it doesn’t matter. I simply stated a fact as to how much harder it has been for me to shoot 25 scenes a month as compared to James Deen or Marco Banderas or the other 2-3 guys that work that much. That must have gone over your head intellectually. Should I say it slower and use smaller words next time?

I still am flabbergasted that Lucky Starr thinks that luck played any part in my success, or affects any male performer in this business. I guess you have to think like that in order to agree with Jeremy Steele, but even in the face of the evidence to the contrary? Strange.

Directors hire male performers that they think will

    a. get their dick hard
    b. show up on time and with IDs and wardrobe
    c. be in decent shape that can play the part
    d. treat their set and the people on it with respect.

I hired male performers for the first time all the time. Getting one scene from a director is easy as hell, every director wants to try out a new guy. But getting the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th job is where EFFORT comes in and once again there is ZERO luck involved.

  63. Lucky Starr says:

Christian, I’m not disagreeing with you. I truly believe having your shit together and being a respectful and reliable performer is what gets you a good reputation in this business. Hence people will keep hiring you. Guys in this industry sure knows what that is like. But to get that chance takes a bit of luck. Maybe I believe that things don’t “just happen”. I’ve tried to plug different guys to directors, and their response will be, “That’s ok. I’ll just stick with my list of guys.” But I do believe it takes a bit of luck to get that foot in the door. But like I said, everyone is entitled to their own opinion. Most people look at luck as a superstitious thing, and maybe it’s because I’m spiritual I believe in that. I’m not out to say what’s right and wrong, I just look at things differently than others.

By the way, thanks Larry for coming to my defense. I appreciate it.

  64. jeremiahsteele says:

I’ve noticed that some new comments have finally showed up people who have never commented before, such as #53 and 42…

Let me say, “Paperchase” of XPT, that subject of my article has to do with insatiable paperchasers perhaps like yourself and greed, etc. Why people keep thinking this is all about me is confusing to me. People like Satyric get it. Others don’t want to get it and instead want to attack me. There’s a lot I can say about the likes of someone you know or are that drives a Lamborghini while paying performers $75 a scene, then laughing at those who work for them who take the bus (go figure!), but I won’t get into that. It’s funny you think you know me. You more likely choose to see what you choose to see and that’s it. Fact is I have worked for top companies over the years, repeatedly, as well as bottom ones you may be familiar with. Christian wants to talk about how there’s no luck… well, although I was not the one to bring up the subject of luck let me say that there is, and that includes good luck, bad luck and crazy luck. I have no doubt about this becaus I’ve had the most uncanny ability to attract the strangest situations and people in my life, but that’s a really long and unnecessary story at this time. Someone might get killed in a car accident and you may call that “bad luck”. Perhaps Christian wouldn’t and he would be suprised to discover the reality of things, which he doesn’t, despite his struggles and triumphs in spite of them. People like to make fun of the fact that I’ve rode the bus. I still do sometimes and take the subway but fyi I also have a car, am an environmentalist and another btw… I spent a LOT of my own money hiring top talent, investing in production, etc… so much in fact that I didn’t even have any left to have wheels for a while. But then again that was part of the character I was playing for fun (at my expense) when I was being filmed in a documentary.
Yes I took the bus at the time that doc was filmed but somehow mysteriously, unexplainably I was hiring Sunny Lane, Julia Bond and many others at their going rate, out of my pocket and no one elses.
Unfortunately for everyone the partner I had handling that has proven himself as silly and malicious as most of you XPT people are as well as, more importantantly absolutely incapable of getting the project done. I have certain gifts and skills but know that I can not do everything. I depended on that person to do his role but he would not/could not. I guess you call that bad luck. Christian may insist it’s not, but shit happens.

  65. Lucky Starr says:

    Dear Paperchase,

One thing I need to make perfectly clear. The Max Hardcore staff has NEVER laid a hand on me. They are good people that let me live here out of the goodness of their hearts. What goes on camera is NOT what happens in real life here. I’m here because I feel at peace. It’s a gorgeous view. I am grateful they let me stay. Please get your facts right before you make false accusations.

Sure I could get a nice cushy full-time job somewhere. But let’s face it, porn is WAY more fun. Don’t you agree? But my body is saved for my man and when the cameras are rolling, not some random guy that feels like he can just “help himself to the merchandise”. End of story.

I know this is hard to believe, but I’m with Jeremy because I want to be with him. Just look at his picture with the dog, look at the eyes. Sure he has a tough exterior, but I see underneath all that, most people don’t. He has a hard shell, but a soft warm loving center. But you really can’t see that on LIB.

  66. Sure Bill says:

Lucky can you tell us you list of guys you’ve mentioned to directors please?

  67. Jeremiah,
Did it ever cross your mind that maybd YOU are the strange person that others are attracted to. After all, birds of a fethater flock together.

And as far as actaully doing something,,,,,,you TALK about publicly outing the greedy companies that are not ‘paying up.’ What is stopping you from naming those companies right here, right now? YOU could start the ball rolling and lead the way……… But we all know that you would rather just talk and let someone esle start naming names,,,,,,,and that is becuase you know you would lose work if you actually did what you encorage others to do,,,,,,,Could it be your own personal GREED that is preventing you from doing EXACTLY what you encourage others to do. Or are you going to tell us that you dont PERSONALLY know of any greedy companies doing this,,,,,,,,,

So far all talk, no action. Comeon Jeremiah, you lead the way and see how many wil follow.

  68. Paperchase says:

“Let me say, “Paperchase” of XPT, that subject of my article has to do with insatiable paperchasers perhaps like yourself and greed, etc. It’s funny you think you know me.”

It’s obvious that you don’t know where the term “paperchase” comes from. But that is of little import Jeremy.

I’ve made many posts at XPT making fun of the talent who pay $125 for an AIM test just so they can collect $75 to stand in a room with other naked men, and their unwashed butt stench in order to ejaculate on who-ever happens to be stupid enough to date porno dan that week. Its gayer then a ChristianXXX and Kimber James reunion, and that’s pretty fagarific on its own demerits.

And yes its true, the folks at J & M productions, exploit such talent and treat them like meat, which is standard in the industry. Camping out an Chez Hardcore I’m sure both of you have seen how the talent gets treated on film. But if you want to argue there is a difference, I’m all ears.

And Lucky, I would hope you would jump at any cushy non-porn job that came your way. Unless of course you are doing markedly better financially then Mr. Steele who’s whinings about luck do not obscure his precarious finances. Suck it up Jeremy, you’ll feel better for doing so.

As far as Jeremy’s “tough” exterior, I had to laugh. I don’t see what you see, but Love is blind, and lust doesn’t care, so you obviously perceive something in him that the rest of us do not.

    paperchase

  69. freepornstarpix says:

Lucky, most of the female talent gets plastic surgery. It is no big deal.

  70. toss steele a scene, christian. you’re the porno hitchcock these days, aren’t you?

throw him a bone (figuratively), see what he can do and report back.

i’m sure cindi can find space to post both accounts, not like there’s much else going on around here.

btw is your money still being eaten away in cash deposits?

  71. jeremiahsteele says:

Joe stop pretending you know, because you don’t. I’ve proven that more than once. I am giving the ones I’ve referred to an opportunity to say their thing and if possible work things out, as they contacted me after this article. Call that what you will… and stay tuned.

Regarding Max, Paperchase, at least he paid his girls well and then he made them earn it. As far as what happened or might have happened on sets I don’t know. He was always nice and civil to me, unlike Bill Margold and others.

Regarding Christian, I don’t think he understands that if it was all as easy as he says every male on Earth would be doing porn. He likes to complain about all the girls that don’t want to work with him but he seems oblivious to the fact that being a crossover performer is usually a professional death sentence. For some guys, rumor, true or not, that they’ve done just one gay movie and that would end their career. The fact that he works a lot in spite of it is a major achievement and I give props to that. Personally, I don’t give a shit about who or what he does, but a lot of people do. Sophia Mounds (who’s also a homophobe), as stupid and crazy as she is, had it right when she said he works alot because “HE’S TALL!”. In America size matters, people look up to him, literally. Also, photographically, it’s ideal for any size woman because it better compliments the pairing.

In certain little ways Christian reminds me of my dad. He’s self-made and has done rather well for himself. He’s given me Tony Robbins tapes and says I can be whatever I want to be. For some people all they need is some maxim and kick in the pants to go and and do what makes them successful. For other people, it’s a crock, doesn’t necessarily get to the root of their problems/issues. Then of course, the irony in Robbins case is that he wasn’t a success until he sold success, which is a joke when you think about it. I walked on fire during his seminar, but the trick is to keep walking and hope no tiny coals get stuck between your toes and you never get burnt. He suggested it was will power. Whatever.

Of course I was one of a small few who got burnt- a small piece of coal stuck between my toes and I got burnt. Not serious. But I call it crazy luck, as usual, in my case.

  72. jeremiahsteele says:

It’s funny this has all come to center around me, when the by far most important point and focus of this article is that greed is destroying this country and world. CEOs giving themselves raises and the workers pay cuts is the typical business as usual. Greed is never satisfied and to them your suffering doesn’t matter and has no relevance to their lives. But instead of thinking about that people want to talk about and mostly insult me. This just goes to show how we are all contributing to our collective downfall. This isn’t about what idiots like Mike Quasar say which is to focus on the top, most successful people to supposedly prove how great the system is in porn worker terms. Huh? Let’s focus instead on the average person. This makes sense for those who aren’t predisposed to attack the messenger for personal and self-gratifying reasons. It doesn’t matter what I say, how brilliant, how well thought or researched. It came from me and they are blinded by their own predisposition and shallow perspective. Christian was initially depressed by my article because it says materialistic people are shallow and that those focusing just on making more and more and more at the expense of everyone else are contributing to the decline of western civilization. That ruins the whole show he’s been giving us, showing us what expensive food he’s eaten and talent he’s fucked. At least I didn’t do an article on starving Africans. I’m sure you’d call me a loser for that as well and depress you even further!

  73. The Colonel says:

    Chill out, Jeremy.

When you express an opinion, whatever that opinion is, there are always those who agree with you and those who disagree; and there’s nothing you can do about that. Eventually, all you can do is to be yourself, no matter what anybody says. Don’t dwell on it.

On another note, I saw The Expendables some days ago and I loved it. Man, you gotta admire Sylvester Stallone for sticking to his guns, literally and figuratively, and pushing at 60+ of age.

One of my favorite scenes was where Jason Statham is about to take off and Stallone is running to catch the plane and Hugo Chavez soldiers are chasing him. Stallone jumps and catches the plane right on time. You know what’s the best thing about this scene? The whole sequence is absolutely unnecessary, Statham could have waited 60 more seconds before taking off, and there would have been no need for Stallone to run like a mad bull and make the heroic jump, but Stallone who co-wrote the script and directed the movie doesn’t think that way. His mindset is still somewhere in 1985, and that’s fine. The movie is good and entertaining, and that’s what matters. See The Expendables, Uncle Colonel says.

  74. One would think BDD has a “brown bag” ugly face too…to hide like a sissy like he does.
As far as luck is concern…if ChristianX was the only one to do what he says he does then O.K.,you couldn’t say that his result are solely based on luck but there’s certainly at least ten guys that do the exact same thing as he does so,that’s where luck comes into play.Like when you run a race…sure some are lazy ass and don’t prepare much but some are real serious and do all that is possible to win this thing but…only one will achieve his goal and luck as all to do with it.

  75. Also, have you notice that the Colonel never address ChristianX directly. He hide behind his sissy pseudonym and call names, talk shit but that’s all he does.Stay around to see the very intellectual reply he will give to this post.It will be fun.

  76. Paperchase says:

“Regarding Max, Paperchase, at least he paid his girls well and then he made them earn it.”

err, that’s one way of putting it. How about paying them money while roughing them up and inducing psychological trauma in the process. See what he did to Rebecca Lineres who did not speak english at the time. Here’s a test. Would you want Lucky to get the full Max treatment? I rest my case.

  77. jeremiahsteele says:

Speaking of paper chase, maybe colleges should have degrees in Pornography, including how to enter the wonderful world of porn in various ways behind the scenes or how to be a successful porn star. I’m sure guys would be cramming into that major like a dry pussy.

  78. jeremiahsteele says:

I read that originally Van Damme was asked by Stallone to be in the movie but Jean Claude turned it down saying the character didn’t seem meaningful to him or something. I’m glad. I never was a fan of him or Steven Seagal. It’s strange how the movie ends, a tweeking Dolph tries to kill Sly but in the end they’re buddies again at the bar. And is it me but was Sly a lot shorter than Dolph in Rocky IV when he says “I will break you”? And of course none of the main good guy cast dies, otherwise their agents might cry ‘foul’.

  79. The Colonel says:

    Leslie says:

‘Have you notice that the Colonel never address Christian X directly?’

Anybody who has been on this board for more than 3 months knows I have addressed Christian, among many other people, directly when it was needed. You’ve been on this board for years, so either you’re stupid or you’re trying to play smart ass. Either way, the result is the same: You’re embarrassing yourself. For the last time: Christian and I are in the same business and deal with the same people. Perhaps it’s hard for a trailer trash haggard like you to find out who I am, although it’s none of your fucking business; but I assure you Christian can easily find out who I am and come to visit me, in case he has any problems with me.

As to the other part of your rambling:

‘Stay around to see the very intellectual reply he will give to this post. It will be fun.’

So is that what motivates you to wake up in the morning and carry on with your boring, meaningless, worthless life these days? Trolling porn message boards, taking cheap shots at the people who don’t know you and don’t even care that you exist, and then waiting all day long to read your response. I feel sorry for you, woman. Get a life or kill yourself.

  80. The Colonel says:

True, Jean-Claude Van Damme was approached by Sylvester Stallone to feature in The Expendables, and turned down the offer, complaining about the lack of character development. Apparently Stallone wanted him to play the role that eventually went to Jet Li. He wanted to stage a fight between Van Damme and Dolph Lundgren to resemble their fight sequence in Universal Soldier.

First, it’s a good thing that Van Damme turned down the offer and it went to Jet Li who is a much better actor and martial artist. Second, it’s funny how somebody like Van Damme expresses concern over the lack of character development. This is the guy who during the 80’s and the 90’s featured in some of the most absurd, cheap and ridiculous action movies, from The Kick Boxer to Double Impact and that god awful Street Fighter. So he should be the last person on the planet who is concerned, or even understands what character development means. Perhaps his refusal to feature in The Expendables is a sign of his midlife crisis, or perhaps after years of snorting coke he has lost his grip and didn’t want to embarrass himself. Either way, I’m glad he was not in this movie.

  81. Wow!Impressive post Colonel! What year did you graduate from high school again?Oh!,you didn’t.Sorry then. This is a cheap shot but…you know what it is take a cheap shot at somebody…right?

  82. The Colonel says:

Yes, taking cheap shot is sitting in your underwear in your trailer and running your mouth about the people that you don’t know and the business that you’re not a part of. I am a part of the adult industry, and my investment and efforts entitle me to express concerns about this industry which is my life and my livelihood. So when a person like Christian endangers my livelihood by his irresponsible, reckless behavior, I have the right to speak against it. What the fuck do you have at stake in this industry? Nothing, you’re just a middle age bored hag with a computer and all the time in the world. You want something to do? Here is a suggestion: Go collect some newspaper coupons and take a trip to your local Wal-Mart. Perhaps you can find some make-up kit and mouth wash on sale.

  83. Wow! The guy bites at every bait like a d… fish.If this can save you some time(seems you’re spending your day looking at LIB to see how you can save the face)know that I don’t read your reply anymore so you could save some time and some venom for somebody else.
When that site was still belonging to the real Luke Ford,he had started a poll has to who wanted to ban BDD from the site. The majority did vote to ban him but…Luke didn’t go forward with it.Then came the Colonel.Always though both guys were the same, taking cheapshots at peoples while hiding under a pseudonym. So,when I did write to Cindy to suggest to get rid of the Colonel, here is what she did reply to me:

“I got rid of BDD. And the Colonel can be awful. I will fix it. TY Leslie. Please stick around. I need smart women here to back me up.”

    Then in a next message:

“Leslie, He is a hater. He is also a director. Scary. Sorry.
    xoxo,”

    Then this last one:

    “Leslie,
I have learned that I can’t get rid of all the haters, new one’s just show up. Believe it or not he isn’t as bad as many I have gotten rid of. If I banned him, three more worse would just show up.”

Some will say, what’s your problem Leslie? The problem is that I find it ridiculous that a guy who think he is God gift given to the porn industry is hiding under a pseudonym to take cheap shots,to verbally abuse peoples freely without impunity. That’s it.
So,again Colonel,if you reply in the hope I will read your shit you’re loosing your time.Get a life,go fishing and enjoy the nice day.

  84. jeremiahsteele says:

Also, speaking of luck, which, again was never the original subject of this article (greed)… first of all greed destroys or highly limits luck by denying opportunties, acknowledgement and fair compensation to the majority. Second, perhaps Christian should consider himself lucky (maybe not) for coming into the industry at an age when sexual proclivities and identities have becomed morphed with the proliferation of double anals, double vags, multi-guy creampies, blowbangs, bukakkes, etc, not to mention the larger acceptance of non-straight themes. I think the industry has cleverly pushed and twisted peoples’ “straight” boundaries in the name of “entertainment” and satisfying peoples’ different sexual orientations and fantasies. There’s nothing “normal” about a lot of the sexual shit a lot or most of the male performers do. We have to be comfortable enough in our sexual expression to do it in front of and even (in specific technical and physical contact ways) with other guys.

A lot of people work hard, do everything they can and should do but not everyone that does is successful.

One should count ones blessings or luck, whatever you want to call it…

  85. The Colonel says:

    Leslie says:

‘So, again Colonel, if you reply in the hope I will read your shit you’re losing your time.’

I already replied to you some days ago when I told you to piss off, and I don’t need to waste any more time on a trailer trash illiterate haggard like you. I assure you that I don’t even want to know you exist, let alone chatting and/or bragging with you, because I don’t care about you. Judging from her replies, apparently Cindi doesn’t care about you, either. I hope you find something more productive and useful to you with the rest of your life instead of trolling porn message boards and obsessing over who does what and who is who.

  86. jeremiahsteele says:

Very interesting, I only check the site out ( I used to work very hard for) every once in a while, but Poontalk . com has indirectly responded (August 21st) to my write-up on greed with “A note of appreciation from the rich”. Good stuff…

  87. I haven’t read the comments yet but Jeremy you and Lucky should get married if you haven’t already. You two look great together.

  88. RickMadrid says:

  90. Jeremiah,
What do you think of the above post from Dickmadrid?
Is Gianna Micheals one of those greedy producers offering substandard rates to performers? And is rick Madrid helping this greedy producer trying to get low budget talent rates?
Come on Jeremiah, lets see you take these guys to task, and call them out on their bullshit, or are you still waiting for ‘somebody else’ to name names, after all, you dont want to ruin your chances for getting any more work now do you? Talk is cheap Jeremiah, and so far, this has been a cheap article……….Lets see those names Jeremiah.

I predict Jeremiah will not name ONE SINGLE company as a greedy expoiter of talent….Jeremiah uses the word expoited in his article……I hope you prove me wrong Jeremiah,,will you practice what you preach, or be a good porn mope and not name names?

  91. jeremiahsteele says:

Joe, I’ve already proven you wrong how many times now. Who cares what you think?

Did you graduate Elementary School yet, Joe? How many times you gotta say “Jeremiah”? You say it more than the old testament/torah.

    Here’s some names for you:

    Craig S. Liszt
    Joe’s Momma
    Sandy Bunz.
    Ima Cheapjew.

    Now, go fuck yourself.

Thanks Pornster, everyone’s been talking about how we should get married…

  92. jeremiahsteele says:

    my comments are on moderation

  93. jeremiahsteele says:

Jesus, Cindi, you gotta cut out this ridiculous moderation bullshit. I just noticed now paperchases response regarding Max Hardcore. How long did that comment take to get approved?

To answer your question, Paperchase, Lucky would never do a scene with Max. She doesn’t do anal. I’m not familiar with the Rebecca Linares case. Like I said, I don’t know but if he’s such a bad guy how come Uncle Sam can’t get him for anything he did except distributing some videos to areas which offend “community standards” (“community standard” is an absolute fiction)?

  94. RickMadrid says:

Hey there Mr. Joe Blow!! thanks for your in put and I appreciate that, Listen MAN I am just trying to help out you guys that have to go to bukkakes for $ 75.00 and Ray Guhn shoots in LA where YOU should be making $150.00 a shoot and NOT 75.00 that the directors in Northridge pay you and everybody else JOE. The guys in Florida make $150.00 a shoot for COHF.com shoots dude..So who is fucking who over JOE?? what the problem is here in LA is that we have a VERY ignorant and STUPID democratic society and people are really fucked up on DOPE and drugs here and will take whatever the director’s offer them because of the stupidity that exist here in what’s left of the PORN industry today and won’t be here tommorow and or next year. Do you get that JOE?? so if I can help you make $250.00 off of doing a hardcore BOY-girl shoot to buy some more dope, new tennis, Gas for the car, groceries, whatever if beats collect food stamps right DUDE?. So what would you do if the industry crashes and NO work? stand along the 405 with a sign begging for money? selling your cock on Santa monica blvd or sunset? think about it. What would you do for a real living if you could? No jobs out there anymore and no home sales, crime is rising along with the murder rate. I seen that in Miami….crack dealers and coke dealers shooting it out…what a fucking mess… So what would u do? Labor ready and compete with the Illegal alieans there or at Mickie D’s. Si Habla Espanol Gavocho? Other than that Have a great Porn valley day here in the val..104 and rising..stay cool ya all….

  95. RickMadrid says:

  96. RickMadrid says:

And need a aim test, and of course get it up and stay hard. $250…Dirty Harry u need some cash , Amigo? those betting debts are going to catch up to you and u wish you kept that MTA job in LA dring that bus than being broke and living on somebodies couch. LOL….The power of one union!! the UTU.

  97. hey Dickmadrid,
Just becuase pron isfull of ‘stupid’people, as you call them, and I am sure you include yourself in that catagory, doesnt mean that everybody else is a stupid as you guys.
I dont work in porn,,,,I have too much respect for myself and my health and well being to consider being a prostitute.

No jobs an no homes eh? 10% unemployment is indeed very hig, but that also means that 90% do have jobs. And the last time I looked,,, every single home in california has someone living in it. Your demorcrat buddies passed laws during the Clinton years that made all these subprime mortgages legal, and the alot of people loosing their homes nowadays should NEVER have gotten those loans in the first place.

You need to look at things outside of your little porn world Rick.

ANd you have to pay 130 for an AIM test to get a job that pays 250,,,,,only in porn is that considered ‘helping someone out’,,,,of course after you dip your dick in some infested pussy you can still use that old AIM test to get another job. LOL

Rick, you still dodging those repo guys, or did they finally get you?

  98. jeremiahsteele says:

All people deserve respect, regardless of their profession, Joe.

“Nowhere is woman treated according to the merit of her work, but rather as a sex. It is therefore almost inevitable that she should pay for her right to exist, to keep a position in whatever line, with sex favors. Thus it is merely a question of degree whether she sells herself to one man, in or out of marriage, or to many men!… The economic and social inferiority of woman is responsible for prostitution.”

    – Emma Goldman

“It is a silly question to ask a prostitute why she does it. These are the highest-paid ‘professional’ women in America.”
    – Gail Sheehy

“There is no more defiant denial of one man’s ability to possess one woman exclusively than the prostitute who refuses to redeemed.”
    – Gail Sheehy

“If nobody wants to sell sex, it is a crime to force anyone to do so. But when men or women do want to sell their bodies, they should have that full right without encountering punishment or discrimination. If the client behaves decently, the relationship between the sex buyer and the sex seller must be considered a purely private transaction.”
    – Nils Johan Ringdal

“What is marriage but prostitution to one man instead of many?”
    – Angela Carter

“Grown men should not be having sex with prostitutes unless they are married to them.”
    – Jerry Falwell

“Marriage is for woman the commonest mode of livelihood, and the total amount of undesired sex endured by women is probably greater in marriage than in prostitution.”
    – Bertrand Russell

“Prostitution is criminal, and bad things happen because it’s run illegally by dirt-bags who are criminals. If it’s legal, then the girls could have health checks, unions, benefits, anything any other worker gets, and it would be far better.”
    – Jesse Ventura

“A good wife is one who serves her husband in the morning like a mother does, loves him in the day like a sister does and pleases him like a prostitute in the night.”
    – Chanakya

“The profession of a prostitute is the only career in which the maximum income is paid to the newest apprentice.”
    – William Booth

“I’m just a musical prostitute, my dear.”
    – Freddie Mercury

“Butterfield 8, with its call-girl heroine working her way down the alphabet of men from Amherst to Yale, appeared at a very formative moment in my adolescence and impressed me forever with the persona of the prostitute, whom I continue to revere. The prostitute is not, as feminists claim, the victim of men, but rather their conqueror, an outlaw, who controls the sexual channels between nature and culture.”
    – Camille Paglia

“Prostitution, when unmotivated by economic need, might well be defined as a species of psychological addiction, built on self-hatred through repetitions of the act of sale by which a whore is defined.”
    – Kate Millett

“When prostitution is a crime, the message conveyed is that women who are sexual are “bad,” and therefore legitimate victims of sexual assault. Sex becomes a weapon to be used by men.”
    – Margo St. James

  99. RickMadrid says:

So Joe, Are u drunk? Yeah so what i fuck girls that have infested pussies in front of the camera! Whats wrong with that? U fuck your fist bro? are u into guys fucking you? I’d rather be doing this that running kilos from miami to LA and NYC or moving hard weapons onto the street of those cities? So what are u just a fucked up fan that has to get on here and fuck with people that do this, and only for a while until the industry is GONE? Please Joe, get some help and attend AA or something. alcohol is going to kill you buddy.

  100. RickMadrid says:

No Joe ; why would the repo man being looking for me? my bills are paid and I keep paying them.

  101. Like WallStreet man, greed is goodddddd.

  102. jeremiahsteele says:

Here’s a few other Wall Street quotes (Gordon Gekko makes me think of the Geico Gecko):

Gordon Gekko: If you need a friend, get a dog.

Gordon Gekko: The most valuable commodity I know of is information.

Gordon Gekko: Greed captures the essence of the evolutionary spirit.

  103. Larry Horse says:

Saw the ad for Wall Street 2, wonder what kind of movie could Oliver Stone make if he wasnt stoned all the time. Collective Greed is killing this country.

  104. jeremiahsteele says:

True, Larry. Greed indeed kills. No exaggeration. Wow. It’s been 23 years since Wall Street. I’m looking forward to and dreading #2 at the same time, considering Stone’s last few movies (Alexander, World Trade Center, W.). At least he’s not doing anything based on any specific person or specific historical events. The fact that he did JFK from a conspiratorial perspective but then WTC without touching on the controversy (when the latter has many more historical incongruities than the first) is unfathomably sad.

  105. Larry Horse says:

It does or may kill in case of Mr Gekko, Michael Douglas is in bad shape with throat cancer.

  106. jeremiahsteele says:

It sounds like Michael Douglas is “Falling Down”. I hear he’s in pre-production to portray Liberace. Did you know Kirk Douglas was a Russian Jew named Issur Danielovitch? Kirk described his movie characters as “sons of bitches”. I think he should’ve kept his original last name and he could’ve called himself “Son of a bitch Danielovitch”.

I think America needs more culture and less American culture-less stage names.
