Well, li’l g, you said “one of the above entities” (LA County Health and Cal-OSHA), and “state pension,” so that would indicate Cal-OSHA. I worked in the construction trades for over twenty years, in Alaska in the ’70s (AK Pipeline), Wyoming, Colorado, and CA. Yes, I know what an Illness and Injury Prevention Program is, thanks.

I am already retired from one of the above entities. Getting a state(that is a taxpayer funded pension). Actually, you are now paying me to spend six months a year fishing.
And I will take that as a NO to the above question.

p.s. months ago on this board I printed my full name and the city where I live. I got chastised for it, but it is still up there.

I welcome Cal-OSHA to drop by any time and check for proper use of hard hats, eye protection, guards in place on all bladed cutting equipment, and soap in all bathroom dispensers.
