Jack Venice Writes From Prison…

From Jack Venice-

Salutations Everyone!!!
VERY SUCCESSFUL DAY IN COURT TODAY!!!

Im grateful for the Judge’s decision. In my law suit against the City of Pullman for withholding critical documents that prove my innocence, they failed to convince the Honorable Judge Frazier to let them shut it down without explaining what they did with the missing records.
The missing records are emails that Pullman Police Officers sent to the Dept. of Licensing in 2007 to obtain photos of suspects.
Those photos were placed in lineups and the accuser picked another man’s photo. They hid that from me in a number of ways.
Knowing that they created some kind of record (possibly emails) when they requested those photos, I asked for them and the City refused to disclose.
So, I sued them. Now, instead of shutting it down, the Judge ruled that I get to conduct depositions by telephone with City officials so we can get to the bottom of what happened to those Public Records that have been kept from me since 2007.
I had a right to show the jury those records and the City violated my right.
Judge Frazier did the right thing today. Thank you all for your support and Id really appreciate if you could help spread this news as wide and far as possible.
Now I have to prepare my deposition questions for these City Officials and Ill keep you all updated on what happens next. Things are headed in the right direction.

  1. Has he ever said what he was doing in a co-ed dorm in the middle of the night?

  2. He should ask Devon for donations. I’m sure she has a whole lot of karma to give him.

  3. Bla de Bla says:

Wats tha scoop on this guy ?

Its a terrible thing he was convicted of.

I kno theres a hullabaloo about his “innocence” so wats tha gist ?

Anyone wanna gimme a summary ?

Wats your analytical take on it Jeremy ?

  4. jeremysteele11 says:

Apparently he was where he shouldn’t have been and was accused of rape. That’s all I know, bla.

  5. jeremysteele11 says:

Here’s the unmoderated version of what I just said: Apparently he was where he shouldn’t have been and was accused of r*pe. That’s all I know, bla.

  6. Bla de Bla says:

Im not talking about this case in particular but it has become a socially acceptable trend for womin of legal age to “Cut Lose” for a night or even a period of months, sober up & then cry rape coz she either feels shame or tha guy didnt come back for more or often enough.

I know theres legitimate sex crimes going on but there isnt near as many as the profiteering press & the perverted injustice system is tellin us there are.

Its a sad state of affairs when we as the public look upon court rulings as though they are criminal acts .

War is the answer my friends !

Take up yer arms & follow me !

  7. You can find articles here about this guy and what’s what. Just check the search button in upper left corner.

  8. Bla de Bla says:

I dont wanna immerse myself in his tale Karma I just want the gist, if it catches my imagination from there I might well dedicate my life to researching tha ins & outs of it but for now I dont really give a fuck & was as much starting a conversation & gettin a buzz going as I was interested in the mucky waters of criminality .

  9. Bla de Bla says:

    Jeremy

My reply to you is apparently being held without trial or formal accusation until the Thought Police have conducted their further investigations .

  10. jeremysteele11 says:

You can be declared a terrorist for any reason, held without charge or trial… or what ever they feel like doing in the name of “National Security”. Heil Obomba!!!!

And I don’t mind this moderation thing. It’s more appropriate to type it as “r*pe”, anyway.

  11. Bla de Bla says:

I disagree entirely about “just a little Censorship” being OK .

We are adults in a porn blog fer fuck sake !

Wat tha hell is appropriate about putting wee poofy stars in tha middle of a word ?!

If ya dont like tha English language there are plenty more languages that can be learned, spoken & written that might have a word for particular sex crimes you dont ludicrousness find inappropriate !

The America yer describing sounds like Northern Ireland during the 1970’s & 1980’s where they would kick yer doors down in the dead of night take ya away at gun point after threatening to kill everyone in the house , torture ya & then imprison ya for years on end without charge or without trial .

So tell me hows that strange “Special Relationship” with tha Englanders working out for ya ?

Tail wagging tha dog much ?

  12. Ok Bla the situation went down like this (if I remember right)…

Jack Venice (porn star that had the bullet tattoos on his leg and dated Hanna Hilton) and 2 other mopes were in a co-eds dorm on a college campus in the middle of the night trying to get laid and a girl woke up to the one of the dudes sticking their fingers inside her.

They got busted and the other 2 mopes turned states evidence and said Jack did it and they threw the book at Jack. Jack said he wasn’t the mope that fingered the girl he was just there so its a he said/he said deal. He has been trying to get out of the big house for years now. My question has always been wondering what he was doing there in a girls dorm in the middle of the night?

  13. Bla de Bla says:

    Thanks Karma .

Was there only one girl in the Dorm ?

    That aside …

Getting that sentence for merely fingering a college girl which in criminal terms is like being prosecuted for tresspass coz ya walked down a main street, seems very harsh no matter if they broke in wearing balaclavas or were invited in by a devious horny little slut .

One way or another it sounds like a very unsafe conviction, the prosecution failing to disclose potentially vital information & 2 of the other suspects ratting him out ?

Sounds to me like he was scapegoated by a profiteering injustice system/industry interested only in lining the pockets of its market sector.

Tha guy went to war for his homeland, the case should either been thrown out or all 3 of them shoulda got tha same sentence .

  14. jeremysteele11 says:

The guy went to war for his fascist fatherland, the same which includes profiteers of war like Henry Kissinger who mock soldiers as “stupid pawns” for being so gullible.

The Injustice system is obscene… of course the two “mopes” as Karma calls them pointed the finger at Jack in order to get a smaller sentence, this virtually guarantees the truth of the matter won’t be known. This is similar to what happened to Brian Surewood. The scumbag who decided to chase him claimed Brian was at fault to avoid a worse sentence. You can’t trust defendants as witnesses against other defendants. You can’t trust Jodi Arias, facing the death penalty, saying the boyfriend she stabbed to death and then shot in the head after the fact was in to little boys and child porn, either.

I wonder if an ex of mine thinks Jodi is the victim. After, all she IS a female!

  15. You’re only getting some of the information and most of it wrong. Jack Venice went to bars that night bragging about how great of a porn stud he was. He got drunk and drug at least one unlucky sucker around the campus with him, trolling for chicks to film a porn scene with. Jack broke into a sorority, invaded this young girls room and began to r@pe her. and guess what? the victim identified Jack through his face and gun tattoo!

So yeah, Jack broke into the sorority, Jack broke into the room, and Jack raped the unwitting female. It’s not a goddamn conspiracy it’s just a simple case of Douchebag Jack Venice being his atypical Douchebag self.

Yeah, Jack will get out of prison eventually and what would be nice is if the justice system keeps him away for the rest of his 20’s and most of his 30’s. The girl he r@ped is severely traumatized and has trouble going to sleep at night!!!

    Stay away from Douchebags!!!!! http://WWW.IKNOWJACK.COM

  16. Bla de Bla says:

Quit yer ranting & take a deep breath Brando, before I slap yer face !

Regardless of what anyone may feel about the nature of humanity & the war machine that has structured & governed our planet for at least 2500 years the guy as an individual being in the richest country in the world, abundant with opportunity for it youth, made the decision to forsake the cushy side of life, put his life on the line & went about serving the country that made him .

That is no small thing Jeremy .

He was there where the bullets were flying & the bombs were exploding & he wasnt forced to be there, he done an honorable thing & served his country, as a Marine no less .

To get railroaded after that & given a life sentence because some college girl got fingered is extremely harsh & in a fair society that judge woulda been assassinated & his family murdered.

Even if we lived in a world where fingering a college girl isnt as common as combing yer hair the fact he went into war & served honorably for his country surly has earned him the benefit of the doubt if not an outright 2’nd chance .

Check out my comment #6 to you which was held for moderation .

  17. jeremysteele11 says:

The War Machine is evil… it is mass murder… of children women and men… and there is nothing to be made light of evil regardless of what Michael Tierney or others say… and no wonder that guy called himself War Machine, he seemed to be a real mix of insanity and evil. It is honorable in ways to risk your life doing something you believe in, is it right? The Nazis believed what they were doing was honorable. They fought for the German people, the children, and the future of their great country. They paid the ultimate sacrifice. But war is war is war is war… it is GENOCIDE no matter what side you’re on…. and being a slave to the War Machine… I feel sorry for soldiers.. I was on the set the other day and a car backfired and a girl who used to be a soldier had a horrible reaction of PTSD, was having breathing problems. People are brainwashed into thinking their serving the country which literally and legally is a corporation. The corporations own and control the media and we are so fucking brainwashed that we don’t see the obvious… that we are the great satan bombing and starving other countries while we turn our own into a 3rd world nation as well. If I shoot some scumbag who deserves it I go to prison for 25 years to life. If I kill mass quantities of foreigners in their home land, I’m given a medal of honor. The War Machine is The Devil!

  18. Bla de Bla says:

So wat yer sayin is that if you were in Platoon you woulda been with Sgt Elias & not Sgt Barnes ?

I’m from tha “Take Tha Pain” school & wat the fuck any womin is doing on tha front line in any conflict scenario is beyond my reasoning so I have fuck all sympathy for her or her like .

So ya dont like War & ya dont like Nazi’s & tha good guys wear white hats & tha bad guys wear black hats .

I disagree with a lot of wat ya just said about America but I do agree that it & the western world in general is disintegrating & becoming a dystopian extension of the 3’rd world, materially, philosophically, spiritually & intellectually .

Death is the equalizer & War is tha carriage she rides in .

    What is more Evil ?

Constitutional United States or Sharia Law based on a backward Semitic middle eastern religion where they mutilate civilians & call it justice ?

    What is more Evil ?

Constitutional United States or Dictatorial Communism which is responsible for the genocide via starvation of over 100 million of its own civilians throughout Eurasia alone ?

Who is the Great Satan ?

Blood is the price of Freedom .

  19. jeremysteele11 says:

I would’ve never been in Platoon. I would tell them I object to killing on personal religious grounds. If that failed I would’ve claimed I’m a homosexual who gets flamingly aroused around uniformed men.

And I don’t think you realize how many deaths the U.S. is responsible for around the world. Well, it’s more the multi-nationalist evil lords who have no allegiances to any nation or group of people in particular who are most responsible.

Death is big business. That’s why the cure for cancer is suppressed and dark age death remedies the norm, because it’s a multi billion dollar enterprise, plus it helps solving the population problem which many on nearer to the top of the pyramid have spoken about.

Don’t buy the B.S. Repeating something doesn’t make it true, it just means they have lots of money to brainwashed people with. Everything is so corrupted that when you hear something on t.v. the first thing you should conclude is that it’s bullshit and that the truth is anything other than what you’re being told. If it’s a subject of interest and importance to you, then do the homework. They only way to know what’s what is to seek beyond the major corporate controlled news sources. That’s the ONLY way to know what the fuck is really going on.

  20. There’s always an Adolf Hitler or a Charles Manson or a Saddam Hussein or a Osama Bin Laden waiting in the wings to destroy human lives.

Thankfully the U.S.of A has squashed or helped squash these evil scum along with a bunch of others.

The world would be a worse place without the US of A, it truly is that EViL!

  21. Bla de Bla says:

Trust me on this, if you knew anything about me you wouldn’t be speaking to me that way.

Im fully aware this is no Nirvana so I speak to you as an adult under the assumption you also realize that some times the bad guys wear white hats too .

So lets just say that we are agreed that life actually is a bitch .

    Heres where Im at ….

Who killed who, how many & how isnt near as important as why they killed em .

Im in the business of making sure the lesser of two evils lives to fight another day while the greater of two evils is lying broken & dead in a puddle of it’s own blood .

The USA may not be perfect but in this imperfect world The USA has to be fought for & protected with at least the same fanaticism as the Germans showed for Nazi Germany when they were awoken to the threat they faced .

I think that time is at hand, at least in the realms of psychological warfare .

  22. jeremysteele11 says:

This nation imprisons and has killed more than any other, legalized torture, killed human rights of due process, fair trial… am I supposed to keep waving and saluting the flag or what? Operation Paperclip brought in top level Nazis and they created the CIA, NASA and MK Ultra. That’s why the fasci symbol (a bundle of straw with an axe affixed to it) adorns congress and the back of the dime. That’s why people fear the gov’t and the police and not vice versa, as it should be. They’re supposed to be working for us, not vice versa. What soldiers go through is hell and amazing. It doesn’t make it right. You know how many soldiers and former soldiers say this? Respect those soldiers who say war is a scam, and a racket as Smedley Butler once said. Respect THEM! You know how many soldiers suffer from Gulf War Syndrome as it’s called, and denied any compensation or responsibility from the military? You know how many soldiers are broke, broken and homeless? RESPECT THEM! HELP THEM! Take a stance against the evil war machine.

  23. Bla de Bla says:

    I respect em .

I dont bow before em when they enter a room or kiss their ass as they pass, I respect em by not attackin em, I respect em by acknowledging they deserve a break when or if they might either need one or have worked hard toward one .

In this case I respect him by acknowledging that a corrupt, populist, injustice system that politically targets Porn performers & ignores the fact that guy put his life on the line so that the very system that has treated him so unfairly can remain in existence .

How you decide to be a good American is up to you , you can wave flags, burn cross’s or watever you think needs doing, its not for me to say, Im not your conscience but pissin on the graves of those who made ya is never a good way to go .

  24. jeremysteele11 says:

I know war is hell. I am not responsible for it. And you are not responsible for making me. I have not and would never piss on the graves of soldiers. But many a soldier has killed and destroyed innocent lives or are at least part of the collective that does. Eisenhower’s farewell address before JFK became President, warned of the mega-powers of the military industrial complex… those rich war pigs who sent out the poor to fight the wars they wage for power and profit. If this nation gave a fuck about it’s people it would make sure there were no homeless that every one would have decent health care, healthy food, water and air and no GMO products. Dude, you’re missing the obvious. It’s like you got some loud symphonic music playing in the background as you’ve heard from some Pentagon approved major motion picture. I wonder what your next responses will be… I’m either with the U.S. or I’m with the enemy/the terrorists… or “America, love it or leave it”… what about saving or fixing it as an option? Isn’t love a prerequisite to be BRAVE enough to say what we’re doing is wrong, no matter how many people it may enflame, including men of arms and agitation?

  25. jeremysteele11 says:

  28. Bla de Bla says:

    @ comment 23

Thats very high minded of ya Brando & I mean that literally .

    Get off tha Drugs !

What if I dont adhere to any Semetic or Asian religious or social philosophies ?

What if my religious beliefs are European ?

Have you no regard for diversity or my right to live honorably by the convictions within my soul ?

I find your narcotic induced Judeo/Christian bleeding heart insulting but not quite as much as I find it amusing .

  29. jeremysteele11 says:

You’re dealing with a certain lack of information, Bla, and meanwhile my ability to communicate with you is being moderated and censored, so you don’t even know what I’m trying to say, plus you’re assuming things. You have every right to live by your convictions. But this country doesn’t support that so who or what are you fighting for? If we had the right to live by our convictions things would be a lot different. Anyway, eventually, you’ll get to backtrack and if you choose read what I’ve said that you hasn’t been unmoderated yet, maybe that will help.

I wish my problem was just that I was on drugs or some need of drugs. For those who say that’s the problem, I disagree. And keep your drugs away from me.

  30. Bla de Bla says:

Yer opening up a whole different can of worms now Jeremy .

Wat you are talking about now is the policy of political party’s, political systems themselves, pressure groups, civil disobedience & or unrest & a whole lot more .

Remember wat I said about the fanatical support of the German People for the Nazis when they were left in no doubt by the the threat of Communism, the enemy within & The Treaty of Versailles that their very existence was under threat ?

In the words of Iron Maiden …

    Blood is Freedoms Stain .

  31. jeremysteele11 says:

It’s funny because I was just looking at art work with political suggestions of an iron maiden- the statue of liberty resembling a skeleton with a visage which could resemble an iron maiden album cover. It’s supposed to, I think, represent the horrors of what this nation has become. If we stage events against ourselves as an excuse to cause more larger numbers and worse horrors across the globe, then talk about “wasted years”… wasted nation, too. Again, like they sang in some 60s hippie chant, what are we fighting for?

  32. jeremysteele11 says:

I think the scam is so obvious, that’s why you miss it. It’s hidden in plain site. The obvious is:… drumroll please…. We have enough money to bomb whoever the fuck and “help” other countries but not enough to feed, clothe and house our own, or not poison our air, water and food with GMOs, etc.?

What are you fighting for? War is a Racket. That’s what a very respected military hero once said. RESPECT HIM!

  33. jeremysteele11 says:

Illuminazis bank rolled the communists, and communism was recognized as being equated with The Illuminati, once upon a time… so communism was another word for Illuminati… but The Illuminati also funded the Fascists, too… all wars in fact… so think… “Democracy” is another word we’ve heard but something we’ve never seen.

  34. Bla de Bla says:

    @ 27 & 28

Jeremy I go outa my way to type in tha accent I speak in to give any unsuspecting bozos fair warning, I’m not typing in an American accent because Im not American so Im not fighting for anything you may think I am fighting for.

I’m passing time discussing principles in an off beat adult environment nothing more or nothing less .

You may be seeing things from an insular perspective with yer view of tha woods being obscured by tha trees.

The USA is a super power no doubt about that but beyond the politics & the military capability’s the USA at its essence is much more than that .

A weakened USA on the world stage has seen the entire global economy fall alarmingly into recession with only certain 3’rd world countries showing any significant growth since Obama got in .

In that same time Germany has stepped loudly & proudly to the forefront of European politics like Britain no longer exists & the Eastern European states are once again looking at Russia as the authority figure .

If we are all living on tha same street & talking about image , Putin is looking like a big brute of a man nobody wants to mess with , Germany is looking like a very powerful family while England & the USA are looking like the bank is about to repossess their homes .

The only ones looking at Britain & America with any kinda respect are the 3’rd worlders, mainly those you are at “War” with .

The importance of the USA goes way beyond dollars & cents , bullets & bombs .

At its essence the USA is a concept & as a concept it appears to be dwindling .

I dont like to see that .

If you are all happy enough with it then I suppose thats tha way its gonna be but in my opinion a nice big fat bloody hands on civil war Balkans style is exactly wat you all need round about now .

  35. Bla de Bla says:

Ive responded to 27 & 28 but tha Thought Police have intercepted it & are holding it for interrogation .

  36. Bla de Bla says:

    @ 29

Give it a name Jeremy .

    You say po-tay-to I’ll say Po-tat-o .

Illuminati is only a buzz word .

An oversimplification to appease the rampant 3’rd world intelligence within colonized & colonizing territory’s .

Fact of tha matter is nobody or nothing gets done unless it has the backing of the military either openly or clandestinely, which is what happened with Communism .

    Who funds the military ?

Some say its tha Jews who are responsible for the monetary system.

Some say Jews are responsible for the “Illuminati”

Maybe they are & maybe they are not its neither here nor there from a practical perspective on our level within a democracy, remember Im from the “Take tha Pain” school & if Im gonna be a passenger within my own life Im not gonna decorate it with the hearts n flowers of buzzwords like Illuminati .

It might not be as complicated as you appear to think it is & it might just break down to who has the most Nukes & whos tha handiest with em in a scrap that dictates which Military & therefore which Country is the richest & who has the most say when it comes to making resolutions at the United Nations .

The worlds nations have been on this planet a lot longer than since when me & you turned up here .

Take it from me if you have ever tangled with Military Intelligence you will come outa it, if yer lucky, thinking that “Jacobs Ladder”, “Manchurian Candidate” & “A Clockwork Orange” looked like a picnic .

    Take Tha Pain !!!

  37. “the fact he went into war & served honorably for his country surly has earned him the benefit of the doubt if not an outright 2′nd chance”

    LOL.

  38. Bla de Bla says:

Who is this ceth86 & why is she hitching up her skirt, giggling & looking for my attention ?

  39. jeremysteele11 says:

Funny, I just watched the original Manchurian Candidate with Janet Leigh, Frank Sinatra and Angela Lansbury. Great flick! I’m sure you’re right about Military Intelligence, which btw, is an Oxymoron… Serving the Devil is not intelligent. There is no honor amongst the worst (or call it best if you feel it more appropriate) of thieves.

The real feeding frenzy is amongst fat cats eating each other.

It’s not Jews to be worried about, it’s Zionists. Too many people sound like a dream Adolph once had, where people talk hate of Jews, but that’s like comparing Bush to America or Obama to Americans. We’re talking about criminal puppets working for a syndicate. The people are the pawns and prisoners.

I think I’m talking to myself. So I guess that proves I’m crazy because only crazy people do that, right?

  40. Bla de Bla says:

    Jeremy,

Some territory’s have been conquered, perhaps even the one you live in ?

Within all territory’s that have been conquered only those who are either incredibly treacherous & would sell their own granny for $5 or those who need instruction to help them wipe their own ass but kiss enough ass along the way truly prosper.

Logically speaking how else could it be explained womin & immigrants succeeding in the work place ?

Fact is both are ruthlessly ambitious & fiercely competitive against men of a particular ethnic origin & both are willing to suck up & kiss way more ass than an average man of a particular ethnic origin can even contemplate doing & both know next to nothing about the true value of their existence so they are willing to keep the standard of living as low as possible hence the slide of the western world into backward 3’rd world ideology’s.

“The people” are no angels .

It may well be corrupt from tha top down but its absolutely putrid at the bottom .

  41. jeremysteele11 says:

Ceth is of the opinion that Jack doesn’t deserve a second chance IF he’s guilty of rape, just because he was in the military… I don’t disagree, but you won’t catch me laughing about it, at least… I think anyone deserves the benefit of doubt if there is doubt, no doubt.

  42. jeremysteele11 says:

Ceth is of the opinion that Jack doesn’t deserve a second chance IF he’s guilty of r*pe, just because he was in the military… I don’t disagree, but you won’t catch me laughing about it, at least… I think anyone deserves the benefit of doubt if there is doubt, no doubt.

  43. jeremysteele11 says:

Crime starts at the very top and trickles down. Why focus on the sediment or the symptom when you can get to the root cause?

  44. Bla de Bla says:

Fingerbanging isnt rape & even if fingerbanging a college girl is now a crime then it definitely doesnt deserve a life sentence.

  45. Bla de Bla says:

I whole heartedly agree with you Rebel Leader .

Now we have identified the perceived problem how do you intend to lead us sir, Sargent Brando Sir ?

  46. Sorry, yes, it was probably wrong to laugh, but the implication that serving “honourably” (whatever that word means in this day and age) in the military should give one carte blanche to commit sexual assault with impunity is so utterly ridiculous that my laughter was reflexive. My bad. (Also, I’m still about 50% sure you’re a joke account and just messing about, so there’s that, too.)

Anyway, Mr de Bla has touched upon something I find VERY disturbing about the US, which is the glorification of the armed forces. There’s this pervading idea among vast swathes of the public (and media) that serving in a war automatically makes one a “hero.” Brave? Sure. But heroic? Especially when said war is fundamentally unjust and corrupt? Yeah, I… disagree.

It’s interesting that Venice (or the people representing him) only ever use that photo of him in his full military regalia for these articles/updates, and I had wondered if it could actually positively influence anyone’s perception of him. I guess Bla de Bla’s comments demonstrate that that tactic DOES work to some extent.

  47. Bla de Bla says:

    @ ceth86

It “Works” because it should work, because at worst it shows the man has proved his good character in the most difficult of circumstances regardless of what you, me or anyone else thinks about the conflict .

I dont know you well enough to start insulting your character for not possessing a comprehension of honor which I dont believe for one minute but for you to try to imply that honor has no place in modern society in order to pursue a petty vendetta, is reprehensible.

When you go to the Dr or to your Bank dont you take it for granted they will do their job honorably & respect your privacy?

If you read the thread you will see that I acknowledged that what he has been convicted of is a terrible thing but since then the thread has progressed to us questioning the motives & safety of his conviction .

Fact is even a Kangeroo Court wouldn’t allow 2 of the 3 suspects to finger (I kno,I kno) the 3’rd for the “Crime” which leaves anyone with an impartial view no choice but to question the morality of the Court that convicted him .

Factor in that the prosecution failed to disclose potentially vital information & it begins to look like a witch hunt & that some people should be assassinated in order to restore a balance of justice to legal proceedings in that particular jurisdiction .

As for you being wrong to laugh? you weren’t , you just appeared kinda ignorant & stupid so I politely called you out on it .

As for me being a joke account ?

I have absolutely zero ego invested in this & as far as Im aware this isnt a private club or the meeting place of a Cult so I see no reason why I shouldn’t keep a light heart but if you think there’s something wrong with that then for a limited time only Id be interested to hear yer twisted anti social opinions on that .

  48. It really doesn’t matter what happened. Manchurians, patsys, soldiers, tin foil hats and zombie sandwiches aside, he fucked up by even being in the goddamn room in the middle of the night. You’re already walking a thin line hanging out in college dorms trying to convince girls to do porn. When you have one that is so drunk that consent is out of the question, you bail the fuck out of there. Whether he did it or not, Jack played with fire and got fucking burned. He knew what he was getting into.

    @ Fartz

Yer oversimplification is beside the point at this stage .

It looks very likely that tha injustice System has deliberately acted illegally in order to promote a populist political agenda .

That is 1000000% way more alarming than any college girl getting finger banged which is why I am surprised nobody was assassinated by a crusading hero like Anders Behring Breivik in order to restore a balance of justice to the jurisdiction .

You wanna try to take a hard line then apply it across the board , if finger banging a college girl now deserves a life sentence then so should Jaywalking.

  50. Well, I don’t *really* think you’re a joke account, but when you write stuff like “in a fair society that judge woulda been assassinated & his family murdered” I just think “oh, he’s trolling, never mind” and I can’t take you seriously.

“Petty vendetta?” You mean against Jack Venice? Not at all, in fact I think the evidence against him is full of holes and – assuming that he and his website are providing a full and accurate summation of the case – he should NOT be in prison right now. So I actually agree with you on that.

The only thing I took issue with was your assertion that because he served, he should be treated with more leniency than the rest of us – it’s ironic that you call me “ignorant & stupid” when you come out with shit like that. You’re talking like a character from a Robert Heinlein novel.

I know full well what honour is, I just meant it in the context of today’s armed forces. Because, frankly, military service is NOT the honourable profession it once was, for a multitude of reasons.

Whatever, our feelings on the military are utterly irrelevant to the case at hand and, lest we forget, this is a PORN site. Also, despite your occasional unnecessary bellicosity you don’t seem a bad guy, so I don’t really wanna fight.

    Peace.

I’m glad to see my charm is still working & I have successfully disarmed you .

Just to clarify a few things for you though , I didnt call you ignorant & stupid, I pointed out that is how you presented yourself & I was kindly tellin you to tidy yerself up .

About leniency, I only said that if there was a doubt in the case then his honorable service should have ensured he received the benefit of it in preference to those that didnt serve, after all it was only a finger banging incident that in ordinary circumstances even 12 year olds wouldn’t raise an eyebrow over but like I pointed out the circumstances don’t appear to be normal & seem alarmingly corrupt & my reflex to such alarm is to return fire & it is my belief that if a government is an enemy of its people then its civil servants, the administrators of the injustice are legitimate political targets .

Well, if the military knows crime starts at the top and wars are started by the rich and fought by the poor then the military should turn around and only serve the will of the people. The people should declare to take care of it’s own before worrying about the rest of the world. As we speak there are more empty homes than there are homeless people.

  53. Our country is quick to go to war all in the name of partiotism. Politicians are more then happy to send other people’s (mostly poor) kids to war. Of course their kids go to college and the FEW that do join the military are kept way back from any action. Pass a law that the congress’s kids go on the front line and we won’t be so quick to go to war any more.

  54. jeremysteele11 says:

Defense Secretary Leon Panetta said the President has the authority to override Congress’ exclusive power to declare war, if some “vital interest” is at stake. We’re in a perpetual state of martial law, so unless Obomba has to send his daughters to the front line (which he’d probably stage or have doubles in there, or something), it wouldn’t matter, anyway.

Check out post #34 ,The Thought Police have concluded their investigations & released it without charge .

    @ Karma

A gun shy apologetic USA is a USA on its death bed .

Sacrifice is necessary in almost all walks of life & the soldiers who choose to join the military are educated & know they have softer career options but because they live in a “Free” society they honorably make the choice .
