Paradise Valley, AZ Neighbors Not Happy About Fratpad

NL-I visited a similar business in Plantation Florida. It was a beautiful mansion where twenty-somethings walked around naked and just had a lot of fun. Some of the girls lived at the house, but many were part time workers who were moms or college students earning extra money. They showed up, got topless and chated via webcam with guys who could see them and all around the house on various cameras. Seems like a lot of fun and didn’t bother any neighbors out there. But they were on a couple acres in horse country, so it was a rural setting. This one in Arizona sounds like it’s more in a close quarters neighborhood. Someone familiar with Paradise Valley can tell us.

Some in Paradise Valley, Ariz., aren’t happy about a mansion there that’s home to Fratpad, an adults-only webcam service, describing it as a "pornography house" that’s out of place in their community. But Fratcam’s owner says his business is actually a boon to the neighborhood.

Activities at the 7,500-square-foot house came under scrutiny recently when former employee there, Cherr Monroe, told the AZFamily.com in Phoenix that the webcasts from subscription-only Fratpad are "just guys pleasuring themselves. They would walk around naked. That’s kind of part of the daily show." Monroe is in a labor dispute with the company that operates Fratpad.

One area homeowner was prompted to send a letter to neighbors encouraging them to get in touch with City Council members about the "pornography house."

"We’re not really doing pornography," said Fratpad owner John Marsh. "It’s live webcam and very fun and silly."

He acknowledged that "it is adult-oriented," but added that his company has "other website properties that are operated in other locations that are much more sexually explicit than Fratpad."

AZFamily reported that police last summer investigated activities at the house but didn’t find any code violations or that Fratpad even required a business license. Marsh told the news site that by renting the large house for years his company has "really saved that house from foreclosure. We’ve been taking very good care of it."

Actually it gives the nosey neighbors something to talk about. I had a house in a snooty Orange County gated community. The neighbors used to walk their dogs up a street adjacent to some large bay windows
which allowed them to see various actors and actresses prancing around during my shoots there.
The lady that delivered the mail was a rat and told an old busy body woman she saw a hot looking gal sunbathing nude in my backyard during her mail route delivery. I actually think society would be better if public sex replaced public fights, road rage and the big screen violence.

That’s right, RSX, that’s why Lennon was considered such a threat to American values. Soon After the CIA failed to deport Lennon for saying things like this, a timely and convenient “lone nut” from MKUltra took care of their problem. No culturalists labeled as counter-culturalists are gonna mess of the American scheme selling dreams.
