FSC Launches Campaign To Fight AHF/Condom Vote

FSC Speaks About Launch of No on Government Waste Campaign

Free Speech Coalition (FSC) announced today the launch of a campaign against the AIDS Healthcare Foundation sponsored measure mandating condoms in the adult film industry in LA County — Measure B.

No on Government Waste, a broad-based coalition of business organizations, entertainment companies, community activists and healthcare advocates announced the campaign launch this week to media outlets nationwide.

The campaign has polled likely voters in LA County to determine their position on Measure B.

“There is a clear path to win this campaign,” said Diane Duke FSC CEO and No on Government Waste committee member. “The key will be to educate voters about the harm to performers and the taxpayer expense that comes with this flawed measure.”

Los Angeles County estimates the initial start-up costs for the inspection and permitting program would come to more than $300,000 per year in administration, salary and benefits for county inspectors, but with Film LA, Inc., the film-permitting arm for Los Angeles County, estimating less than 480 permits issued for all adult film shoots, the program could start losing money from its launch.

Measure B also stipulates standards for conduct on sets during filming that could require actors and film crew to wear gloves, goggles and lab coats.

“The people of Los Angeles County can think of a lot better uses for the time of first responders, county health inspectors and other government personnel than hanging around an adult film shoot checking for condom usage,” said James Lee, spokesman for the No on Government Waste Committee. “Measure B is seriously flawed and is going to cost taxpayers money and cost them critical health services.”

No on Government Waste Committee

The Committee is comprised of entertainment companies, local business organizations, community activists, adult entertainment performers and healthcare advocates who oppose Measure B’s plan for creating an underfunded government inspection program diverting badly needed resources from local community clinics and under-served minority communities. The Committee will be launching its online program, which will provide additional information to interested voters.

  1. The things that get discussed on this board regarding condoms should have been discussed way before the vote was taken to make this condom ordinance happen.

FSC is gonna make a campaign to fight condoms now? Thats like closing the barn door after the horse has already gotten loose.

Fucking forget it! 67% of the LA county and city voters don’t give a flying fuck about the porn industry and are going to vote the ordinance in and they (FSC) has a Republicain assisting them. Just hand the Industry over to the Republicains anyway. Its done!

I can’t beileve this fucking blog! Made a entry at 5:12 pm Friday and its Saturday afternoon and 4:25pm and still in moderation. Bullshit!

Anyways, is Thylmann really engaging Mike South in a pissing war on GFY? Why bother, its no win for the Fuhrer and all win for Mike. As for AHF, well the muck involved in the pro-condom agenda was deep, but why the hell, like Fabian above, would Weinstein use any of the discredited proxies (like Shelley and Derrick Butts er Burts) to forward his agenda.

  5. He really is I can bait him well…not as good as whiteacre but good. I love exposing him for the scumbag he is in front of his peers

  6. Michael Whiteacre says:

All you’ve done is expose yourself as the enemy of the porn industry I’ve long asserted you are. You’re the man who, last year on this very site, wrote: “if anything it would benefit me for Porn Valley to fail.”

  7. Larry Horse says:

One thing I cannot figure out is why the companies still out of Fabian’s grasp have not raised their game, Bangbros aside. RK still does not have true hi res photos and of course NA does not, and I have no idea wtf is going on Pink Visual. Roy/Peter has real hi res pics and content newer than Pink Visual, it cant be cost if Roy can do it, it must be laziness.

I now dub the AID$ Health$care Foundation President, Mr. Adolph Whinestein.

  9. Larry Horse says:

Does Weinstein want porn gone period? Or just out of LA. Would his shit work in SF?

  10. Michael Whiteacre says:

Weinstein wants to co-opt porn. This is all about using popular entertainment and media to send the message of which he approves: that everyone (not just MSM) needs to wear condoms otherwise they’re all likely to contract deadly HIV/AIDS.

HIV/AIDS funding is premised on AIDS fear and hysteria. As Jeremy’s pal Clark Baker pointed out here some time ago, if Weinstein can mandate condoms in porn, they will serve as permanent, universal product placement for AIDS fear and hysteria.

At the moment, he’s less likely to pull this shit off outside of his LA power base — but he has plans to expand his operation. Megalomaniac Weinstein, who’s now only a SoCal AIDS czar, has a “10 State Plan.”

The idea, vis-a-vis forcing condoms, is to set a precedent in LA, where his power is greatest, and then take his Condom Nazi campaign on the road.

Throughout history there have always been “familiars” — Judas goats and such — who aid the enemy invaders. Today, AHF has Mike South.

  11. jeremysteele11 says:

They pay those ignorant victims by decree to declare how porn has given them AIDS so AHF can declare like a Lubbenite that theyve saved the porn industry and society from an AIDS epidemic. But there is a sinister truth behind this AIDS war, uglier and more evil than any of the old, unrelated 29 diseases claimed to be caused by a retrovirus no microscope can find and no HIV test claims to identify. This terror of misdiagnosis and toxic therapies is a financial behomoth and a social remedy for discouraging casual, non-monogamous sex… which has a lot to do with why porn is so popular.

  12. jeremysteele11 says:

But watching condom porn, especially considering a rubber coated cock porn scene is being seen because of the AHF, is like looking at a painting with a thin veil obscuring it, like watching two lovers kiss with little lip sheaths, which after all logically speaking, should be the case considering the exceedingly high rate of oral herpes in the general poulation.
