These various entities are all trying to become the official testing agency of the adult industry for purely financial gain of their owners. What is really a greedy attempt to gain a monopoly is being portrayed as a good thing for talent. All the testing goes for not anyway because talent survive
on “privates” (doing tricks) and their patrons are untested. Since the politicians in LA are anti-porn
it would be better locate productions outside of
Los Angeles County.
