TMZ is reporting that Fred Willard has been arrested for wacking off in the Hollywood X-rated theater, The Tiki Xymposium. He was booked for lewd conduct and then released shortly after.

Don’t the cops have better things to do with their time? Like go police porn sets and make sure people are wearing condoms?

I guess there are no rapes, murders, gang fights or armed robberies taking place these days.

Fred Willard is an American actor, comedian, and voice over actor, best known for his improvisational comedy skills. He is known for his roles in the Christopher Guest mockumentary films This is Spinal Tap, Waiting for Guffman, Best in Show, A Mighty Wind, and For Your Consideration as well as television series D.C. Follies. He is an alumnus of The Second City comedy troupe. He received three Emmy nominations for his recurring role on the TV series Everybody Loves Raymond as Robert Barone’s father-in-law, Hank MacDougall. In 2010, he received an Emmy nomination for Outstanding Guest Actor in a Comedy Series for his role on the ABC TV series Modern Family as Phil Dunphy’s father, Frank Dunphy.     I am so proud of our local police that we could catch a horrible criminal in an act like that. It seems our tax dollars are being put to fantastic use patrolling the few peep shows that still exist preventing an aging celebrity from dumping a load on the floor. He should be honored for still having a load. I would hate to be the cop that has that ‘important duty’ but I don’t understand why they wouldn’t cut a 79 year old man a break and just tell him to put his dick away. LA City Council please wake up from your self important napping. The city is broke and you are wasting $55 an hour doing what?
