Most people think that they engineered the demise of porn with the tubesites that they own. In doing so they saw an opportunity to buy up porn companies at bargain prices so they began with the high end, Playboy TV, Twistys, Wicked, Digital Playground. They for sure tried to buy Vivid and they made a play for new frontier media. Had they been successful they would have controlled the PPV and Cable porn markets lock stock and barrel.

They would have owned Wicked, Vivid, DP, Playboy and TEN so they would have controlled it from production to the distribution.

As it is they are in a very strong position that gets stronger daily.

The big question is where they got the 9 figures that Fabian claims they have to spend buying companies.

It saddens me that porners are clueless to what is being perpetrated on them, they line up to kiss Fabians ass in hopes of getting a few scraps.

Good question Karmafan. I wonder this too and I suspect a lot of others do too. Obviously buying up porn companies will provide them with a legitimate (non-copyright-infringing) source of new content for all their tube sites. But what their ultimate vision is I don’t know.
