I heard from an unfortunate investor in Ty’s newest scam. He had found the info on this site about how Ty ripped off many people with HellHouse Pictures. Sucks but Mr. Investor didn’t find the info until too late. He was already missing tens of thousands of dollars.
Ty has a medical marijuana delivery service now, and he is looking for investors to help him also open a retail store. Of course we all know what happens if you invest with Ty, your money disappears and he needs more!

And I highly doubt he owns that house, more than likely rents it and scammed some poor soul into renting to him till they figure it out what a deadbeat he is. Just search the WA court records and you’ll see he was evicted from the last residence!

The Ty way is to sell the stems and twigs out the front door, smoke the good buds himself, and sell bags of oregeno out the back door for cash funding his smokes and rum for him and his wife to help offset a tough economy and the dip in phone sex revenue she is dealing with. His “not for profit” banner’s are fricken unreal.
Located the tip page on the DEA website and gave them all of this information and more found from doing research online. Usually, I am for medicinal use of this drug, but if it gets this fuck thrown in jail for all of the shit he has pulled, I am more than happy that the ends justify the means.

For romo: Stacy Hope is apparently the owner of the house. Tyler rents it, and is also over his legally allowed limits for number of plants a medical marijuana patient is allowed to have in the state of washington in that house as of a few weeks/month ago. Collective grows will be allowed in washington but they must be truly not for profit which tyler would never do and Tyler does not have any other patients working for his collective of patients other then himself. Yup he has people working for him doing deliveries that are NOT medical marijuana patients. He told his landlords it would only be a legal grow and that he wouldn’t sell out of there, but thats obviously not the case.
for ffugly: Please do whatever it takes to take this guy down. He was an illegal marijuana dealer for some time (using the money from hellhouse I imagine because he went legit right around the same time it looks like an article was put up here about hellhouse website being taken down). Also not to mention the fact that he has to rent his furniture although I am sure thats just a way for him to pull money from investors.
Some of the medical marijuana community in washington state has been made aware of who tyler is and the scam he is running. But, he seeks investors who are new to everything entirely. Plus not to mention he has been trying to convince the community that he is not a scam artist and a handful believe him (until they lose there money). People in washington state jumped the gun when they thought dispensaries and everything else would be taken out of a “legal grey area” in the state (due to the current medical marijuana laws in washington) before the governor vetoed those parts of the bill that would have made it happen. Investors were popping out of everywhere, people here were calling it the green rush, the state was going to allow for a dispensary for every few thousand people if I remember correctly. Tyler used that towards his advantage early on and left the illegal marijuana market (as said earlier, probably funded by money he owed through hellhouse) and into the legal market so he could find a investor. MedicalNW has in the past 3-4 months scammed at least $30,000 (and thats only what I know, probably significantly more), how could a real non profit be in that much debt? Any real non profit under that kind of debt would probably fold, any investor looking into investing with MedicalNW should request all financial paperwork which does not exist and will take tyler days to get it to you and it will not even look legit. If someone could get that and get it to be signed by him saying that all information on here is true according to his knowledge should then immediately take it to the IRS, Washington State Secretary of State, Washington State Department of Labor and Industries, Local Law enforcement, DEA, and anyone else you can think of. But as for the address in sammamish, it is his real address at least last I knew which was a month or so ago.
