Janine was popped by the Hays County Sheriff’s Department who had three warrants issued for Janine after Jesse turned over threatening voicemail messages he says Janine left for him.
According to legal docs, Jesse claims Janine places "chronic harassing telephone calls to all hours of the day and night." He says he has received 300 calls just since he moved to Texas. In the docs, Jesse says the calls became "so harassing, abusive and bad" that he turned over several messages to the Austin Police Department.
UPDATE: Janine’s attorney didn’t know about the arrest, but told TMZ that Janine made phone calls "out of frustration because he did not let her see or speak to her daughter for months."
UPDATE 2: We’re told Janine probably won’t be able to see a judge until tomorrow, so she’ll remain locked up until then.
UPDATE 1/30: Janine went in front of the judge Sunday morning where she was charged with three counts of misdemeanor harassment and a bail was set at $6,000.
UPDATE 1/30 Janine Lindemulder, ex-wife of Jesse James, has posted bail and been released from jail in Austin, TX. She is due back in court March 11.
Seems like Janine NEEDS a better advisor because jesse is one step ahead of and playing her like a fiddle. It is my opinion that he is a SCUMBAG.
She clearly is in need of help and guidance. It wasn’t too long ago she was the hottest woman doing porno. Then she went crazy with the ink and it cost her alot of work. She also thought she didn’t have to pay taxes like everyone else and that cost her work and her freedom.
Sending all kinds of death threats to Jesse is just another nail in her coffin of trying to get her life/daughter back. She needs a good person in her life to help her make smart decisions because clearly she hasn’t had anyone like that in her life for some time now.

Janine’s had joint custody since last summer though her ex refuses to obey court orders. He repeatedly denies her visitation rights, won’t allow her to speak with her child, doesn’t notify her of emergencies involving her daughter, and hasn’t paid a penny of child support.
Perhaps she did make a ton of calls to the ex in attempts to reach her child but as evidenced in the book/film Not Without My Daughter, we mama bears are strong and move mountains for our kids but there’s only so much batshittery one can take.
Janine’s quietly rebuilding her life, consistently delivers clean drug tests, and strives to regain a solid relationship with her daughter. What a shame that a millionaire midlife manchild who swapped drugs and alcohol for sex addiction and never properly dealt with codependency and control issues chose a menopausal mistress over his child for 3+ years and his sole assuagement of guilt lies in tormenting the ex wife he couldn’t control.
Amazing how this happens just before his new show airs. Coincidence or made-for-tabloid phoney drama to draw attention/ratings?
