Amber Chase Writes “I Never Thought I’d be a Pornstar”

So I never thought I’d be a pornstar even though we all have curiousities about all the sexy images in nudie magazines and those PPV channels. That said, I’ve always been highly sexual and really enjoy when the creative side comes into play with the carnal side. And I’m really excited to share with you my new project that combines those two aspects in the most delicious ways. Porn for the Blind, Erotic Stories by Amber Chase.

As I was pursuing the ability to open my website http://AmberChaseXXX.com in non-membership a la carte VOD format, I was also busy looking for an avenue to share spoken word stories…erotica… my personal naughty stories. I soon discovered that the world of pod casting is complicated, there’s programs and file types I just wasn’t familiar with, and frankly some of it seemed needlessly complicated. I’m a busy girl with lots of irons in the fire; aside from being a interstate-commuting-pornstar, I’m also a full time college student, active artist, belly-dancer, whatever and all the rest of it. So, the prospect of having to do a bunch of very complex transactions in order to share something that I love to explore seemed like a bummer that wouldn’t be sustainable.

Beyond the issues of production, there was the matter of publishing the sexy stories; turns out many sites have morality Terms of Service which regard my stories as mostly inappropriate or unacceptable. What would iTunes think, after all? Then marketing and traffic generation has to be taken into account because if only five people hear my stories, it’s kinda silly to put my energy into. The sites that feature pod casts and were also cool with sexuality were few and often had other unattractive issues like they hadn’t been in use in a year, had membership requirements or… a variety of other elements that meant I wasn’t hosting my erotic audio project with them. At the same time, the thought of hosting and publishing the material on a secure server was exactly what I was trying to get away from for the rest of my site, the sex, the videos the photos. And let me assure you it’s not just the monetary investment that something like that entails, it’s also the fact that while my site was a membership site I was noticing something that made me feel some empathy for my fans. I couldn’t imagine what it would be like to be a regular joe who has a busy life and wants to relax with a little naughty fun online getting off to his favorite pornstar sluts next door, but can only take the time to log into a membership site like once or twice a month. Sure there’s a lot inside a girl’s membership site, but when you only puruse it twice a month it’s hard to feel that it’s worth the reoccuring investment despite the fact that there’s a plethora of pics, vids, and blogs worth every penny of that investment. It bummed me out. In the long run I wouldn’t be happy if it was my credit card being hit even though I didn’t access the site as much as I could have.

Then there was the reality that when I talked to fans (and I do it nearly every day) many were interested in seeing something specific but didn’t really want all the rest of it. Considering how I feel about my satellite package and the dozen or so channels I’d like to have out of the 200+ channel package I’m forced to have in order to get the programs I’m actually intersted in, I decided it was time to break free from that business model that was put forth by the shareholders of large corporations. I’m not a large corporation, I shoot this all myself, and knew that I couldn’t put my new project behind that kind of fence keeping out the intersted by isolating my erotica when I was opening up my sex life. So while the gears were turning to allow greater access to me and my sex life, I was having difficulty doing the same for this audio project that really was of interest to only a select audience.

You see, I discovered that many people enjoy my 140 characters on twitter so much that it makes them hard throughout the day, and that there are some people who listen to my short audio blogs over and over. So although porn is all about sexy, naughty, filthy images there is more to it than that, and I don’t just mean nymphomaniac enthusiasm. All our senses can be tapped into to provide a sexual or sensual experience regardless of the media it is delivered. A warm ray of sunshine can turn me on. Then it struck me…. pornography isn’t just for the eyes, and there is a segment of the population for whom vision isn’t even their primary mode of perceiving the world, or the wonders of sex. Being a woman ai know how powerful hearing a few well turned words are, I can get wet just by being told naughty things. So while I was trying to puzzle out how to share, publish, and market these stories I’ll be releasing over the next year, it occurred to me that those who’s vision is impared or who are actually blind might not interact with the internet in the same way that the sighted community might. the vision impared like to explore their sexual desires in the safe atmosphere of fantasy too. So, I came to the conclusion that I would include my stories in the relaunch of my non-membership site design. And why not…

I write erotic stories both from pure fantasy and as tell all accounts of my actual sexual adventures. I love erotica, I use to alway read the stories in nudie mags even though I knew that most of them were pretty corny. Although I am toying with writing a book, an erotic anthology isn’t really the sort of book that I’m writing even though it will be hella sexy. So I’ve made a pretty sweet compromise between the two, that way I get to do what I love to do (exhibitionism is covert motivation in much of what I do, I can’t help it I get turned on knowing that what I do give you a rise) and get to share with you (also what I love, same thing).

what can you expect from one of my erotic stories?

Generally I’m recording the files to play as WMV (because of the issues with marketing a wma or other audio file/ pod cast etc).

I record my sexy smooth voice giving a narrative of an erotic encounter I experienced and what it was like for me, or story that is pure fiction with one of my cameras, but  it’s usually a voyeuristic view -maybe of my back side as reflected in the mirror and my movements as I go into greater detail but the visual aspect is a minor detail. In fact, as I tell you the naughty details, I don’t masturbate or do anything terribly explicit beside the words and the way the story progresses. In many ways it’s like girlfriend friendly porn. And indeed I have a woman that enjoys the stories for her own naughty times that her husband is at work and she needs a little distraction. So while I call this project Erotica – Porn for the Blind, it is accessable and enjoyable to all sorts of people. Though I do hope to find a way to connect with the vision impared community, and be able to share this with them, get feedback and see how raunchy these stories should go. All the stories are original (unless I receive a custom request to record someone’s personal story). So far I have three stories available, one is very long and in segments or full version.
